Haven't received a refund of ₹4599 from amazon but they assure it has been processed on their end. I'll share their notification below :-

    I'm Jeyanthi.S. my indian bank account no is 611****454. On 14th sept an amount of 700 was taken twice from my account as ecom purchase but I didn't handle any such purchases .so kindly take action and refund my amount asap

      Dear Sir,

      On Saturday, 09th September 2021 i deposited Rs. 50, 000.00 at Mathur
      MMDA Indian Bank ATM, after depositing the cash i got the error
      message Sorry i have been serviced. I have enclosed the images.

      After that I received the slip from the CDM stating that A System
      Problem Occurred, please contact Branch Manager.

      To check whether the cash is inside the CDM machine, again i deposited
      Rs.500.00 to my account, but that amount is credited.

      I request you to kindly look into that issue and credit my amount to
      my savings account.

              I have ordered Candes florence fan from Amazon worth 1566 on 12 sep 21 .
              And i have returned the product to amazon on 26 sep 21 due to some fan issue, the fan was making so much noise .
              Amazon have refunded the money which they say and have given me RRN
              But i have not received the amount .
              Please help me get my money because its been so many days now that i have not received the money

              I have not received the money yet . Its very frustrating. Indian bank is not providing the money to my account .

              I have talked to the branch manager and he is denying the transaction, I have shown him the RRN which amazon have provided me

                I have purchased Ic programmer shoke from amazon on 09/08/2021 by making payment of 302rs. through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 17/08/2021 with refund reference number of RRN[protected]
                They even shared transaction id on my request[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                  I ordered the product in amzon by 27th of september 2021, the order number is:[protected]. I cancelled the product by 28th of september, and amazon initiated the refund of rupees 2761 only. The reference number is: trmok5nbo000ktotbjoo. But it is not yet credited to my bank account.

                        I didn't receive my refund amount which was issued by Amazon on 28th September, 2021. Reference id- TRM559TG000KTOT60S4. Amount(split into 2 amounts 1699+599)- Rs.2298.

                        On 5th Oct 2021, I have done a payment of Rs.6000 from Indian Bank through Google pay around 7p.m., the transaction got failed but Amount was debited from my account and the receiver didn't receive the amount. And also not credited to mu source account.

                        Kindly look into this ASAP.

                          My name is MANAVDEEP SINGH and I had ordered (doctor's choice shredz pro formula) of RS. Amount 3500 in Amazon on 23-SEP-2021 and after 25-sep-2021 I refund this order due to order received in open condition . And on 29 sep 2021. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (30005412731266222041354) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                    I purchased a product from amazon on 31 august 2021 but due to a slow banking server my transaction got canceled on amazon but the amount of Rs. 5000 had already been deducted from my account.
                                    I complain about this in the bank but no satisfactory solution was received from bank. I talked about this matter to amazon they said that the payment gateway hadn't received the amount from the bank
                                    I wanted my amount back into my account.

                                      Amazon refunded me my money with a Refund reference number but i m calling Bank and they are not willing to provide me the details and no one is taking response to it. its been 1 month and i have not received any amount in my bank account. here i am providing the reference number so that respective team could handle it easily and i could get my money back.
