I am maintaining a savings bank account with your g n chetty road branch, t. Nagar, chennai 600017. I had deposited a cheque for us dollars 2500/-, drawn on umb bank, kansas, usa with the branch on 9th august 2021 for collection.
Despite a lapse of 4 days from the deposit of the cheque, the cheque is yet to be realised and proceeds yet to be credited. Our repeated phone calls to the branch manager, mr. Kamalakannan and visits to the branch, there has been no positive response from the peope concerned in the branch. We are put to unnecessary hardship besides mental agony as the cheque is yet to be realised and proceeds yet to be credited.
I request that the matter may be attended on top priority and the needful to be done from your end immediately, failing which i have no other alternative but to escalate the matter to banking ombudsman.

Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have transferred money Rs.30, 000 from my Indian Bank savings account no.[protected] through online via IMPS mode to my Post Office savings account No.[protected] on 02.10.2022.
I bring to inform you that money has been debited from my Indian bank savings account via UTR No.[protected] and my post office savings account has not been credited yet.
Now I would request you to please look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount or arrange to credit in my post office savings account no.[protected] immediately.
As this matter is urgent a quick response in this regard would be highly appreciated.
