I, Vikas Mittal account holder of your Indian Bank with account number [protected], a month ago on 31/08/2021 my IMPS transaction was failed and 6000/- rupees was deducted from my account not credited to beneficiary account and not refunded to my account also. And i'm waiting from one month. I also complaint in Indian Bank home branch Naveen shahdara but there is no reply of my complaint.
Please verify and refund my money.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I have SB account in Indian bank Naveen shahdara branch .A/c No [protected]. I have transfered through IMPS by mobile banking on 31/08/2021for Rs. 6000. But amount was not credited to beneficiary account. But debit in my SB account. I have complaint in IB home branch.
    But so far I can't get any reply and I don't know about that money.

    Kindly verify and credit the amount to my account at the earliest

        I was adding a sum of 10, 000 rupees from my indian bank account to another bank account of mine .
        The amount get debited from my indian bank but the money not added in my another bank account.

            I Am Order a T-shirt Rs399 on amazon.

            My Payment Method is Rs40 through Amazon pay balance and Rs359 through my debit card (total Rs399)
            I Return the product on 8-Sep-2021.
            but i get ony Rs40 on my amazon pay balance
            and Rs359 still not recieved on my bank

              Dear Sir/ Madam,

              I have SB account in Indian bank pallavaram branch .A/c No[protected]. I have transfered through IMPS to CUB by mobile banking on[protected] for Rs. 1600.00. But amount was not credited that account. But debit in my SB account. I have complaint in IB customer care .Complaint ID was 10209003
              But they have closed the complaint and sent to [protected]@indianbank.co.in. But sofar I can't get any reply and I don't know about that money.

              Kindly verify and credit the amount to my account at the earliest

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have transferred the amount of Rs.9000 to my beneficiary account on 25.09.2021 through IMPS via Internet banking. But the amount has been debited from account and the amount is not credited to Beneficiary account or my account.
                  Further, I have raised complaint through Phone to Help line but no response and I have raised complaint in Indian Bank CGRC Portal the reply is as follows:

                  "CLOSING REMARKS : A : Please provide valid NEFT UTR no and transaction date for NEFT transaction. Else please contact IMPS recon or UPI recon or ATM section [protected]@indianbank.co.in / [protected]@indianbank.co.in for IMPS/UPI/ATM transaction."

                  Based on the reply of CGRC I have sent the compliant to above mail address but No response.

                  In this regard, The amount have been transferred for hospitality purpose but it is not credited and I am facing Lot of Pressure due to this. Hence, I requesting you to kindly do the needful please.
                  Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Dear Sir,

                  I have transferred money Rs.30, 000 from my Indian Bank savings account no.[protected] through online via IMPS mode to my Post Office savings account No.[protected] on 02.10.2022.

                  I bring to inform you that money has been debited from my Indian bank savings account via UTR No.[protected] and my post office savings account has not been credited yet.

                  Now I would request you to please look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount or arrange to credit in my post office savings account no.[protected] immediately.

                  As this matter is urgent a quick response in this regard would be highly appreciated.

                    Then take a loan from a microfinance, which comes to this account e,
                    When I went to withdraw money, I saw that someone had withdrawn money from my account.
                    Later the bank asked me to give another Rehena Bibi Sekh's bank pass book, so this account is not mine, whose account has taken that money.I went to the bank branch again and again and did not get this money back
                    The bank manager oh misbehaves with me.
                    But from this account I get the money from the government house which I withdraw from the bank myself,
                    Forgetting the bank and taking a loan of 50 thousand rupees, what will happen to my money
                    It is very good to solve this problem.
                    I aslo gave 2 pass books.

                        My name is Aditya tiwari and i had ordered 2 products namely GWENITH WESTERN COTTON TOPS FOR GIRLS and SIRIL WOMENS FIT& FLARE KNEE LENGTH on 15 august 2021 from AMAZON. On 23 august 2021 i had returend the order due to some personal reasons . And on date 23 august 2021 Amazon initiated the amount to card but i still did not get the money.Amazon sent this reference number RRN(SAJJZ9UH0000KS7QDDEY) and RRN(SAJJZ9UH0000KS7QDCWN) and told to charge dispute form but INDIAN BANK does not haie such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it os very urgent .Thank you

                          I tried to log in the first time using Allahabad bank credentials. Internet problem occurred in between. When I try to login again it is showing Error 102, previous session did not end properly/ user logged in, try after sometime. How long?

                              I transferred amount to my benificiery in 25 september 2021. Via mobilbanking imps transfer. But this transaction is failed. But the amount is debited from my account. I tried to complaint the portal of cgs in indian bank sit, but it is not work properly.

                                  I am maintaining a savings bank account with your g n chetty road branch, t. Nagar, chennai 600017. I had deposited a cheque for us dollars 2500/-, drawn on umb bank, kansas, usa with the branch on 9th august 2021 for collection.
                                  Despite a lapse of 4 days from the deposit of the cheque, the cheque is yet to be realised and proceeds yet to be credited. Our repeated phone calls to the branch manager, mr. Kamalakannan and visits to the branch, there has been no positive response from the peope concerned in the branch. We are put to unnecessary hardship besides mental agony as the cheque is yet to be realised and proceeds yet to be credited.

                                  I request that the matter may be attended on top priority and the needful to be done from your end immediately, failing which i have no other alternative but to escalate the matter to banking ombudsman.

                                      I have done one IMPS Transaction on 25th September, this transaction got failed but amount got debited my Indian bank account. Still didn't reverse my amount. Kindly look into this and refund my amount asap.
