I’m studying in Ukraine. I tried to withdraw 50, 000 rupees to pay my fees. I didn’t get the money but it got reduced from my account. It happened at 21/09/21. My branch is Panruti. I have my user ID and password for my Indian bank. I am trying to change my transaction password and it is giving me an error (807 your internet banking login status is inactive. please contact branch). I visited my home branch. They try to fix it but couldn't, they told me they will raise a ticket for the same but nothing happened, I raised the ticket from my end as well, still not getting any help. I'm very much disappointed with this bank....

Refund issues :It's Tejas Mahadev Mane from Indian bank customer my complaint is that refund issues in last month I brought a watch from Amazon after order I recieved then I didn't like that product so I returned, then after they refunded my money of that product which was Rs. 1295, then I didn't recieve that refund money in bank account, so I want my money soon as possible.
