I am a customer of your Bank at Vivekananda Nagar Branch, Kolathur, situated in Vivekananda Main Road, Kolathur

This is about the unruly and uncourteous behavior of the present Bank Manager in this branch.

Myself and my wife are having a joint Savings Bank Account and both my daughter and son are having individual savings bank account at your Vivekananda...

25/11/20 i am trying towithdraw the 4500 amount your india1 atm but cash not receive transaction time out but 4500 amount taking my indian bank account please redeposit that amount.i had a video proof

I am maintaining my account with INDIAN BANK (EARLIER ALLAHABAD BANK) with account no. [protected] at Wazirpur branch, Delhi.

I attempted cash withdrawl at my home branch on 05.12.2019 at 10.49 AM.

Machine did not release the cash while my account debited for Rs. 4000.00, at the same time i reported the said uncompleted transaction to the branch but branch did not do any thing till today.

I requested...

I had purchased a product from Amazon and paid using my sister's Indian Bank debit card.

I returned the product back to Amazon and the refund for the amount 1999.00 has been successfully processed by them on[protected] but the amount is not reflecting in the Indian bank account.

Amazon has shared a Refund Reference number: 5134040328028954219648

Request you to look into this and credit the refund...

The amount of ₹3897 was being paid by me. But my account was debited 2 times for the same amount i.e 3897.
I would request INDIAN BANK to look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible....

I cancel some products bought from Amazon but I don't get refund, I call Amazon care they say they have done refund, the problem is with bank process plz refund my balance...

The transaction was done by mistake to unknown how to get it back, is there anyway to do that?...

On 18/06/2020, i tried transferring Ten thousand rupees from my indian bank account number[protected] through imps net banking having reference number IMPS /P2A/[protected]/[protected] but the beneficiary account was not credited and my indian bank account has been debited with 10, 000 rupees and i don't know where that money has gone? Please resolve the matter as soon as possible....

In Ranipet msme atm machine I deposited 17000 rupees the machine shows error occurred please contact the near branch manager and also I checked my balance amount which is also not updated.so I searched the near branch is also closed and the security also no one is not there .so please kindly update the status of my money which I deposited ....

The amount of Rs. 24079.44 was deducted from the above account on 23rd Nov. 2020 through Net Banking for Noida Jal Board.

The payment is showing success, however same is not being shown in the beneficiary i.e. Noida Jal Board account.

Kindly get the same credited to the beneficiary account immediately.

On 05th Nov, 20 tried to withdraw Rs, 10000 two times by ATM Indian Bank Sultanpur but cash received only once however account debited twice by Rs, 10000 each. Please credit my account by Rs, 10000. Indian Bank Sultanpur not giving proper response.
