    Ordered dresses from myntra on oct 31st through debit card for Rs 2088.
    One of the order was cancelled and the refund was initated from myntra for Rs 919. I have not received it yet. Please check and I kindly request you to credit my amount Rs.919 back.

        My name is Yashika Agarwal and I had ordered Maybelline New York Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipstick, 657 Nude Nuance, 3.9g amounting Rs. 283/- from Amazon on 20-Oct-2020 the product was damaged so i requested for the refund and they confirmed my refund on 2nd Nov 2020 and initiated the refund on 2nd Nov 2020 itself to my card but still not received the money. Amazon sent me this reference id no.[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form of Bank of Baroda but i am unable to do so. So kindly respond to this complain, it's very urgent.               Neither party or I received the amount back. Kindly do the needful to get the refund as soon as possible. I herewith attached the transaction details along with correct details.

                Dear sir/madam

                I am customer of indian bank .. As i have some issue with my payment reflection in my account... Few days a go i returned my to myntra, but i didn't get my refund yet . Myntra customer support is saying that its problem with bank we have transferred the payment from our end they had given me a bank reference no.                       Since the last two days I tried at least 15 times to transfer money from my Indian Bank Savings Bank a/c to a person who also has an Indian Bank Savings Bank account, but every time there is an error message stating, "350 - Above maximum balance", although there is sufficient funds available in my account. My home branch Jodhpur Park, Kolkata does not pick up the phone (I tries at least 20 times). My account number is[protected].

                      It was not the fault of the Bank. It was my fault that I did not know that there is a thing called Basic Savings Bank Deposit where the balance in the account cannot be more Rs 50, 000, and I was trying to transfer money to such an account which already had around Rs 50, 000 in it's credit.

                            I am a customer of your Bank at Vivekananda Nagar Branch, Kolathur, situated in Vivekananda Main Road, Kolathur

                            This is about the unruly and uncourteous behavior of the present Bank Manager in this branch.

                            Myself and my wife are having a joint Savings Bank Account and both my daughter and son are having individual savings bank account at your Vivekananda Nagar Branch.

                            We are also having Fixed Deposits in your branch and also having Jewel Locker facility.

                            When we approach the Bank Manager for any enquiry or supprot with regard to Banking Work / any loan at the first instance the Branch Manager asking whether I am having Salary Account in this Branch and if not he has straight away said to approach the Bank where am having Salary Account getting credited and take the facility and decline our request.

                            When we said that we are having Savings Bank account and also having Fixed Deposits, he said that only because of holding Account it is not possible to provide any loan to us and denied any further discussion in this matter.

                            After the above incidence, today (02/12/2020) my wife and my son both went to the Branch and requested to help in applying for educational loan, for which the Branch Manager has not replied properly and not conducive manner (very much unpleasant) with my wife and son saying it is not possible to give educational loan for us and said to go where we are having salary account and approach there and we do not have any hold here to give loan.

                            For which my wife said that we will provide all the required details and documents for getting this loan like my salary slip, Form 16 and Income tax filled form etc., ... However, the branch manager has said that not possible to do anything on this and diverted my wife to go for other bank for getting this loan and further also said whether we are recording this conversation in our mobile.

                            We would like to humbly state that we are deeply wounded by the bad behavior of the Branch Manager and the way he behaved with a Bank Customer, he has not even asked about the Student Details, Marks Secured and College fee paid details.

                            The branch Manager was not in a mood to ask any thing productively and even not behaved courteously with the Bank Customer.

                            Not only for this reason, even when we visit branch for operation our jewel box locker, the Branch Manager will make us sit for long time to come and open the locker. Even in urgency we are made to sit and wait for no reasons.

                            Since, we are operating this bank account due to proximity to our house and also because of Nationalized Bank we feel safe to do banking with your Bank. Due to proximity and close to our house we approached this branch availing the Loan.

                            We are sorry to say that, we are totally upset with the behavior of the Branch Manager and If this type of treatment we are getting from the Bank Manager, then we have no other option to close all our banking connections with Indian Bank because of a wrong person sitting as a Bank Manager.

                            We are very sorry to say this. Please do the needful.

                                I am maintaining my account with INDIAN BANK (EARLIER ALLAHABAD BANK) with account no. [protected] at Wazirpur branch, Delhi.

                                I attempted cash withdrawl at my home branch on 05.12.2019 at 10.49 AM.

                                Machine did not release the cash while my account debited for Rs. 4000.00, at the same time i reported the said uncompleted transaction to the branch but branch did not do any thing till today.

                                I requested to customer care also, but they did not release the fund.

                                Bank is not responding properly and it has a year for this transaction.

                                  I had purchased a product from Amazon and paid using my sister's Indian Bank debit card.

                                  I returned the product back to Amazon and the refund for the amount 1999.00 has been successfully processed by them on[protected] but the amount is not reflecting in the Indian bank account.

                                  Amazon has shared a Refund Reference number: 5134040328028954219648

                                  Request you to look into this and credit the refund at the earliest.

                                    The amount of ₹3897 was being paid by me. But my account was debited 2 times for the same amount i.e 3897.
                                    I would request INDIAN BANK to look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
