      This is to inform that I had ordered from Amazon but due to the quality issues I had to return the product...For which the refund has been already initiated of Rs 495 to my account by amazon but its still not credited to my account...Amazon has also given me a refund reference number which I’m sharing with you...I have to most of the times give a reminder for my refund...There are times when I had to put a reminder for my refund to get credited to my account...
      Kindly look into it...& credit my refund ASAP...

        I made a UPI transfer from ICICI Bank App to Indian Bank Account on 10th November 2020. The amount was deducted from ICICI Bank account but it was not credited to Indian Bank.

          My name is Rajveer Singh Chadha and i had ordered "Magnetic USB 360 Degree Rotation 3 in 1 Fast Charging Data Cable"
          Of rupees "425" including shipping,
          on 1st November 2020 and cancelled the order due to a personal reason.
          My refund was initiated on 1st November 2020 by Amazon on my card but i still didn't get the money.
          Amazon sent this reference number "# 5134040307028570199617" and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy.
          So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is "[protected]".

            I was purchased at Jiomart. They refunded for me non delivered item amount .. Here the messege from jiomart i am pasted...

            Dear Customer, Your refund of Rs.12.35 with the order id[protected]M has been initiated against the non-delivered articles and the same will get credited in 5 to 7 working days.

              I was recharged for my bsnl prepaid using google pay for rs.108/-. The approval reference number is [protected] and the UPI transaction is[protected]. The recharge payment was failed.but amount deducted from my bank account.already i raised complaint about this problem..but Still i didnt get my refund.

                At the time of Bus Booking of GSRTC, the amount of Rs.1944 is deducted from my account No. [protected], Ref. No. VINB[protected]/GSRTC/TRANSFER TO[protected] on dtd. 07/11/2020.
                The ticket was not issued, I had checked with them, they told me we have not received the money, pl check ur bank.

                Kindly refund the same amount ASAP

                  Respect sir. I beholder of an account in your bank from aurangabad bihar. I have experience the fraud some have added adhaar card to my account and removed the money I was not given any information of adding of adhar card. When I asked the staff of the bank they are not cooperative with me in this issue. I want to tell the service here in bank is worst they dnt talk properly anytime and now they are not ready to hear me out and give me solution for this. Without my consent how you can add anyone's adhaar card to my account and staff is not taking the responsibility . I want my money back and soon I will be filing FIR against the staff too.                         My husband had an account with Indian bank Rupnagar Punjab and he got expired in July 2018. We contacted the bank within 3 months and submitted all the death claim documents along with the verification from dependents and witnesses as needed. It took 3 months to for them to tell us that the process is not completed as the signatures do not match but they were actually matching. Still, we created the affidavit again and called both my sisters living 200 kms away from Rupnagar to sign the form again and this time we assured that there is nothing that is left to be completed from our side. After 3 months we visited the bank again and asked for any updates, the bank employees said we do not have time to process death cases. So we waited for another month or so and kept calling the bank manager but they always disconnected our call. After a couple months we visited the bank and the Branch Manager said that the lady employee who collected the papers have misplaced them and we have no records of your account. Now we do not have the checkbook, passbook or any document as they took all the documents with the death claim form and affidavit. This is a incredibly frustrated and we've been suffering from this torture to get my husband's hard earned money.

                              I have ordered redmi not 9 pro in amazon and i have paid through indian bank debit card(MasterCard) the product they sent me was a defective one and they replaced me with another new mobile that was too a defective piece so i returned the mobile on oct 14 i still didn't get my refund today nov 3.
                              i had speaked to amazon customer care and visited indian bank home branch nothing have helped me, i got my rr no which was given by amazon and they asked to raise charge dispute. where there is no kind of from like that in indian bank.

                                  I Mrs.Christine Swaminathan having saving a/c[protected] and PPF account, Trust account in your indian Bank Matunga situated at devdhar road, Matunga east.

                                  The saving account[protected] was opened in year 2010. The said saving account has carried end number of transaction and loan disbursement through other banks without any default. Same can be verified through your record. The saddest part is that Indian Bank matunga could not provide any facility to the account holder nor could build customer relationship during these 10 years. The experience towards the bank service is illegal and unlawful. I am narrating my sad experience of illegal debit from my account by the unlawful branch manager not following Bank legal condition.

                                  On 14thDecember 2019. Legal notice was issued to the Branch Manager Indian Bank for illegally debiting INR. 16500/- from my saving a/c[protected] and also to re-debit the refund in my account. The Branch Manager Indian Bank failed to reply my notice and till date illegally debited is carried until my account is Zero balance.


                                  In view of the Devilish behavior of the Branch Manager unlawfully and illegal debiting my harden money from saving account, feared to keep any saving in my account. On 3rd March 2020 I had communicated with the manager through telephonic . The manager agreed on his verbal communication that the bank is debiting from my account as I am the guarantor and it does not require to issue any notice before debiting from the guarantors account.

                                  I would like to state that, I have not signed any legal document of bank for guarantor and neither Its in my knowledge. Branch manager have not taken the cognizance of my complaint, instead in easy way carried the illegal act. The communication between Myself and the manger is preserved for record as not following banks norm and illegally debiting from my saving account. With repeatedly threat of illegal debiting of savings from my a/c 0f[protected] by Indian Bank Branch Manager unlawful act. I demand action for this illegal act.

                                  On dated 22/9/2020 the bank again debited the amount for insufficient balance in the account after debiting all my saving in zero balance. All debit by bank can be seen in bank record.

                                  I request that the Indian bank headquarter to verify the guarantor document and investigate my grievance against the branch manager for illegal debit from my account and reimburse my hard earned money which is illegally debited from my account. I say that I have not signed bank document as guarantor, i also say that the indian bank manager favours the loaners for their self interest without verifying their credential and provide laons to defaulters who doesnt even have bank account in the same branch.

                                  I request you to kindly look into the greviance of my complaint and credit my debited amount. I am ready to co-operate with the bank internal investigation.

                                  I will also be writing my complaint to RBI in this connection, if failed to receive your action in this matter, i will be forced to approach Consumer Forum and Honble High Court Mumbai for further direction.

                                    I have paid college fees through net banking from Indian bank to iob bank but the transaction status has been failed so the amount is not credited to iob bank and my amount was debited to indian bank so they gave instructions like the amount will refund in your bank within 48 hours but still it's not credited from indian bank. I paid my college fee on October 28, 2020
