I Mrs.Christine Swaminathan having saving a/c[protected] and PPF account, Trust account in your indian Bank Matunga situated at devdhar road, Matunga east.
The saving account[protected] was opened in year 2010. The said saving account has carried end number of transaction and loan disbursement through other banks without any default. Same can be verified through your record. The saddest part is that Indian Bank matunga could not provide any facility to the account holder nor could build customer relationship during these 10 years. The experience towards the bank service is illegal and unlawful. I am narrating my sad experience of illegal debit from my account by the unlawful branch manager not following Bank legal condition.
On 14thDecember 2019. Legal notice was issued to the Branch Manager Indian Bank for illegally debiting INR. 16500/- from my saving a/c[protected] and also to re-debit the refund in my account. The Branch Manager Indian Bank failed to reply my notice and till date illegally debited is carried until my account is Zero balance.
In view of the Devilish behavior of the Branch Manager unlawfully and illegal debiting my harden money from saving account, feared to keep any saving in my account. On 3rd March 2020 I had communicated with the manager through telephonic . The manager agreed on his verbal communication that the bank is debiting from my account as I am the guarantor and it does not require to issue any notice before debiting from the guarantors account.
I would like to state that, I have not signed any legal document of bank for guarantor and neither Its in my knowledge. Branch manager have not taken the cognizance of my complaint, instead in easy way carried the illegal act. The communication between Myself and the manger is preserved for record as not following banks norm and illegally debiting from my saving account. With repeatedly threat of illegal debiting of savings from my a/c 0f[protected] by Indian Bank Branch Manager unlawful act. I demand action for this illegal act.
On dated 22/9/2020 the bank again debited the amount for insufficient balance in the account after debiting all my saving in zero balance. All debit by bank can be seen in bank record.
I request that the Indian bank headquarter to verify the guarantor document and investigate my grievance against the branch manager for illegal debit from my account and reimburse my hard earned money which is illegally debited from my account. I say that I have not signed bank document as guarantor, i also say that the indian bank manager favours the loaners for their self interest without verifying their credential and provide laons to defaulters who doesnt even have bank account in the same branch.
I request you to kindly look into the greviance of my complaint and credit my debited amount. I am ready to co-operate with the bank internal investigation.
I will also be writing my complaint to RBI in this connection, if failed to receive your action in this matter, i will be forced to approach Consumer Forum and Honble High Court Mumbai for further direction.
