My name is ABEESHEK i order a poco x2 mobile on oct 6 and some reason for canceled on oct 8 but still now refund not credited in my account...
Amazon gave me the reference id #30005102800280170913939 date 10/8/2020 indian bank has still not credited my money...refund mount 16499...
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible..

Refund got initiated by Amazon. And they even provided me the RRN . When I called the customer care they told me to visit the nearest branch and when I went there asking about it they said they don't know about existence of such a number. I felt helpless.The amount is huge 99445 Rs
So I Contacted Amazon and they told me to file a charge dispute . But when I went bank asking for the form .They don't know about such a form . Such irresponsible...

The refund has never been processed against payment made online on amazon website through Indian bank debit card. But no refund entry is visible in my bank account. Refund reference no. provided by amazon customer care is 30005102780278107706024. date 10/08/2020 . amount is 2, 277.Kindly process the refund to my bank account as till date no refund has been processed for above provided refund reference number.
