    Amazon gave me the reference id # 30005102930293106009618 date on 19.10.2020 but indian bank has still not credited my money to my account.

      Paytm is initiated refund but that amount is not created into my bank account 😔 and this payment was made on 22nd October

        I haven’t used any of Ecom purchase. So far there times indian bank debited the money from my account for not purchased any in Ecom.

        I have attached my statement For reference and necessary action, please take any action to refund my money.

        From my indian bank debit card money is debited of rs 10, 419. And from ecom purchase but i have not purchase anything from ecom refund my money as soon as possible. My debit number is here 5085 xxxx xxxx 9444. Try solve this problem immdieatly. Refund my money soon.

          My name is Bhagwat Manwatkar I ordered redmi note 9 pro max in Amazon on 14 Oct 2020 and after 15 Oct I returned the order due to personal reasons and on 15 Oct Amazon iniated the money to my card but I still didn't get the money amzon gave me this reference number 30005402900288067520884 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian bank doesn't have such policy so please kindly respond to this complaint this is urgent.             My self Manish Kumar, I am a saving account holder in Indian bank 'MAHAVIR ENCLAVE, NEW DELHI 110045' Branch, bearing account number [protected] on 11 October 2020(Sunday) at 2:46 PM, I was trying to withdraw cash of Rs. 10, 000/- from SBI atm at Nanda Block, Mahavir Enclave having ATM Id. HFBC[protected]. No cash came out of the ATM and showed transaction timeout, ATM did not even count the cash after going through all necessary options. However, immediately I received an sms regarding the debit/deduction of the amount from my account. I waited for some time to see if the amount got reversed back to my account, but no sms was received. I even regularly check my UPI, wherein I again checked about the transaction. Clearly, the debit amount was only reflecting but there was no reversal. First I went on 12 oct 2020(Monday) and bank manager was saying you have to wait 4 to 5 days if you not received then you have to complaint therefore Friday (16 oct 2020) I went to my bank branch for register complaint, bank manager filed my complaint and he saying it will take min 15 days or max 3 months to reversal of my amount and Today is 23 oct 2020 I have not received my money back yet. How would a common man wait so much for his own money. It should not happen

            Therefore, I am a salaried person who runs my house with my salary. I kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back my amount to my account at the earliest.

            Kindly check the CCTV and there was also a security guard. Please take necessary action earliest possible.

              We ordered a micro active machine in before lockdown, and the product had issues for which amazon issued a refund for Rs 20999 and the refund was successful from amazon and we received mail containing a reference no.678DTDX90000K64B0DNP. When we contacted Indian bank about not receiving the refund even after amazon credited it their reply was that the reference no. doesn't exist but amazon verified the reference no many times still the response from the bank is same. I'm disappointed with Indian bank as my issue was not solved by them from past 2 months and there are multiple complaints on Indian bank on the same issue and they have not fixed the issue or processed the account holders request.

                I, myself and my family members, are having SB account, Safe deposit lockers, Fixed deposits in Allahabad bank for the past Thirty years. After amalgamation of Allahabad bank with Indian bank, we used to operate these accounts as usual in Salem branch . we came to know that this Salem br., of eAB is going to be transferred or merged with one Indian bank br., in fairlands . But to our surprise we came to know that our accounts with eAB are transferred to IB, fairlands br., and our Safe deposit lockers are going to be transferred to another IB br., at Fort br., which is around six KMs from the present location . Is it correct or is it improve the customer service in the amalgamated IB . No. It will loose the confidence of thousands of existing customers of eAB. . I am aged sixty eight years old . Is it possible for me to go to one br., for operating my deposit accounts and to another br., for operating my Safe deposit lockers located six KMs away from this branch. Please understand our difficulties. We are not against merger. But at the same time please give us, all your essential service to the customers in one branch . Until then you please postpone this transfering of accounts of eAB customers to more than one br., or give us all your in one branch . Thanking you

                  Refund got initiated by Flipkartand they even provided me the refund reference number is[protected]. . When I called the customer care they told me to visit the nearest branch and when I went there asking about it they said they don't know about existence of such a number. I felt helpless.The amount is Rs 324

                      I had made credit card payment by Indian bank debit card through Mobikwik on 05th October but the transaction got failed and then i was informed that the debited amount Rs.1498 had been refunded on 06th October to the source account but same has not been reflected in Indian bank Account / debit card statement. Please do the needful.

                        I had done a payment to a merchant for buying goods in UAE using my international debit card online for an amount of INR 1308 due to some issue I had to cancelled the transaction and the vendor had refunded the money but it has not been credited to my account even after 20 days beyond the transaction date.

                              Refund got initiated by Amazon. And they even provided me the RRN . When I called the customer care they told me to visit the nearest branch and when I went there asking about it they said they don't know about existence of such a number. I felt helpless.The amount is huge 99445 Rs
                              So I Contacted Amazon and they told me to file a charge dispute . But when I went bank asking for the form .They don't know about such a form . Such irresponsible people on the bank.

                                The refund has never been processed against payment made online on amazon website through Indian bank debit card. But no refund entry is visible in my bank account.
