My name is mouchumi lahan and i had ordered three products of rs.1592.00 zebronics zeb warrior 2.0 multimedia speaker with aux connectivity, agrima 4 port usb hub and nayasa superplast plastic fusion containers 1500ml set of 6 grey by bansal group in amazon on 07.09.2020 and on that same date i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 07.09.2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 5134040252027242213314 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]

              Last month end we orderded some books in amazon website, due to some issues we canceled that order, but the refund amount not credited to my account, i have spoked with the amazon customer support team they are telling we refunded from our side, bank only need to credit amount to your account. so pls find the issues and clear it as soon as possible. refunf reference number are mentioned below,

                I have purchased some product in amazon using indian bank debit card. Then due to some defect in the product. I asked for refund. Amazon service have initiated the refund and they have shared the reference id for the payment also. But after 7 days also amount is not credited in the account. I have checked the my branch bank also. Please do the needful

                  Iam kumaravel. Iam ordered in product in filpcart. But prouct is cancelled. The amount rs.544 is refund in 03.09.20 but filpcart customer care say refund is completed. Refund id: cr20082412080619904710307. But amount not credited my indian bank account in still date. Please solve the problem. Iam also attached the details has given below.

                    Today i tried to login to netbanking but it showed like "facility yet to be activated. Please contact the branch." kindly advise what i should do.

                    I need netbanking for transaction sequence number. Today i tried to withdraw 2000 in karur visa bank atm but it showed like "timed out" at the same time my money has been debited from my account.

The field inspection to tirupur property done by mananger on last february 2020. All needful documents are submitted to branch. Still it was pending. We are in very financial crisis.                             One order was returned in myntra dt-02.08.2020, order id[protected]-2087509, it's been more than one month I have not received my refund in account yet, myntra customer care has informed that refund has been processed and given one reference no[protected].
                            Kindly credit my refund AMT to my account or otherwise give suitable no so that I can register my complain there, it's already one month passed, this kind of service from myntra is not accepted.

                                        நான் கடந்த (25/08/2020) அன்று indian bank arcot branch-க்கு எனது மகளுக்கு new account open செய்யவதற்காக assitant manager-ஐ சந்தித்தேன். அவர் இன்று system work செய்யவில்லை நாளை வாருங்கள் என்றார். நானும் எனது மகளுடன் மறுநாள் (26/08/2020) அன்று அவரை சந்தித்தேன். அன்றும் system work செய்யவில்லை நாளை வாருங்கள் என்றார் . நானும் பரவாயில்லை application form கொடுங்கள், fill up செய்து கொடுக்கிறேன், system work செய்தவுடன் call செய்யுங்கள் நேரில் வருகிறேன் என்று கூறினேன். அதற்கு அவர் அப்படி கொடுக்க முடியாது என்று கோபமாக தேவையில்லாத வார்த்தைகளை பேசினார் . நான் manager-யிடம் complaint செய்தேன் . Manager அவரை அழைத்து application தரும்படி கூறினார். அதற்கு assitant manager system work செய்தால்தான் தரமுடியும் என்று manager-யிடமும் கோபமாக பேசினார். உடனே manager peon-ஐ அழைத்து application தரும்படி கூறினார். நானும் application-ஐ பெற்று fill up செய்து assitan manager-யிடம் கொடுத்தேன். அதற்கு அவர் manager-யிடம் complaint செய்தாய் அல்லவா உனக்கு account open செய்யா one month ஆகும் என்று ஒருமையில் கோபமாக கூறினார் . நான் மீன்டும் manager-யிடம் சென்று அவர் கூறியதை கூறினேன். Manager இரண்டு நாட்கள் கழித்து வாருங்கள் அதற்குள் system ready ஆகிவிடும் என்று எங்களை சமாதானம் செய்து அனுப்பினார்.

                                        பொறுபற்ற முறையில் coustmer-யிடம் எப்படி behave பன்னவேண்டும் என்று தெரியாத assitant manager (indan bank arcot branch) மீது தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து இதற்கு பின்னர் எந்த ஒரு coustmer-ம் என்னை போல் பாதிக்கதபடி பார்த்துகொள்ளும்படி தங்களை தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுகொள்கிறேன்.
