I have purchased shoe from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 25 august 2020, through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on[31.07.2020] with refund reference number of[30005402450236112966945] i visited branch for solution and i still dint get any solution, When i contacted amazon, they requested me to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives...

I contact to the amazon customer care. He said the that refund for amount 59999.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now, contact the bank customer care number and get details and he is giving reference number for the refund.

I was supposed to get refund from myntra to my indian bank account by 14th september. They have already initiated the refund amount on 4th september and it has not reflected in my account yet. Try to solve it asap.
