I have purchase some electrical products from amazone online shop on 21/03/2020 the amount of 1138 rs. And paid it through my icici credit card. The order has self cancelled by amazone on date 4/04/2020 and the money has refunded to my credit card on same day. The transaction reference number given by amazone is 812813. But still the money has not credited in my credit card account....

I have purchased a product on Amazon on 15 april 2020 and the payment has happened through my Indian bank account using debit card. The refund has got initiated as I have received reference number from Amazon but it didn't reflect to my account. I hope you will look after this and refund my amount i.e, Rs.2299....

I cancelled my orders in amazon and i received reference numbers but amount not refunded in 5 business days, so i registered the compliment but problem not solved yet. Kindly assist me as soon as possible and my reference number and compliance numbers respectively below.

This is to confirm that refund for amount 2939.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] .
but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

I ordered some groceries from amazon india on 18th march 2020, but due to some reasons i had to cancel the order, i paid rs 1582 from indian bank debit card and the same was the mode for a refund of the amount. Till now i. E. 16th march 2020 my bank account is not showing the same, the refund id shared by me from the amazon is refund reference #[protected].

As i login into my indpay app for transaction it shows unable to connect to server for the past 14days and i cannot able to process any transaction through google pay. I paid electricity bill through amazon and transaction got failed but the refund of 620 rs not credited to my indian bank account. I called to customer care they said amazon reversed the payment but the mistake is in bank side. It took one month but refund not credited.
