On march 23 we have paid medplus pharmacy bill 856 rupees and it is failed my money is being debited in my source of account and it is not refunded from 1 month and the transaction i'd is citrus-[protected]/amaz-[protected] we are suffering a lot of problems from 1 month required kindly understand seriously telling you seriously telling you refund my money very very urgently required kindly understand we want to buy oils and vegetables and rice

    I ordered a product in Amazon due to covid 19 I could get the product I cancelled my order I asked for refund Amazon care people are saying that the transaction is already done but I haven't received the money

      3 days ago on (21/apr/2020) at 5:04 pm, i had paid a bill of my connect broandband wifi through my connect app. After that i see that the recharge has not done yet. So i waited for 2 hours but nothing happened and money has been also deducted at that time 5:04 pm at my account on (21/apr/2020) but recharge of wifi has not been done. So i request my indian bank to refund my money that was deducted but transclation had not been done yet.
      Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I order mobile recharge for my airtel number( [protected])using Amazon app using my Indian bank debit card (my a/c number[protected] Villupuram brach name: Yamunarani) is but it was failed and got the message that it will be refund. I got a mail from Amazon that the refund was processed.still the amount was not credited in my account when i checked with Amazon they told the refund was done from their end so they advised me to contact the Indian bank

            Dear sir, i had ordered few items from amazon, but due to the nation wide lock down i had cancelled my orders. Amazon has refunded my money back, but the refunded amount is not credit into my account, the details of the refund are as below

                My order date 21.3.2020 sujatha power matic juicer got cancelled due to lockdown. so amazon refund the (Rs.4639) money to my bank account 7th Apr. but still 22.4.2020 that amount not credited to my account. i called amazon customer service.They said we sent it to your bank account gave Refund Reference # 7BJXC7YK0000K78NU9HW number. pls do needful

                  I am going to amazon.in amazon pay money wallet add money payment deducted from my bank account but not successful two times order rs.1000 & rs.1000 from amazon.in on 07/04/2020 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully and i have two refund refrence number respectively #698200 and #107400 and it would be reflected by 12/04/2020 ie between 3-5 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

                      I have cancelled an order from flipkart on 1/2/2020 and recieved an SMS from Flipkart that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would be reflected by 12/2/2020, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an flipkart associate they said that i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my bank and filed the complaint on 19/02/2020. But still received the amount

                            I have purchase some electrical products from amazone online shop on 21/03/2020 the amount of 1138 rs. And paid it through my icici credit card. The order has self cancelled by amazone on date 4/04/2020 and the money has refunded to my credit card on same day. The transaction reference number given by amazone is 812813. But still the money has not credited in my credit card account.

                              I have purchased a product on Amazon on 15 april 2020 and the payment has happened through my Indian bank account using debit card. The refund has got initiated as I have received reference number from Amazon but it didn't reflect to my account. I hope you will look after this and refund my amount i.e, Rs.2299.

                                I cancelled my orders in amazon and i received reference numbers but amount not refunded in 5 business days, so i registered the compliment but problem not solved yet.
