    In amazon account refund has initiated in may 4 still the amount is not refunded to my account. What is the problem in your side the amount is not refunded.

          Iam indian bank customer i purchase a product through indian bank atm in amazon on 7 th april 2020. I cancelled the order after 1 week on 15 th april 2020 amazon team send my money to back my account. But iam not recieved my money utr no is. 233400 please verify the transaction details and send my money to my account.

              I cancelled my order from Amazon...then they assure refund will be credited to my account in 5 business days and give reference number also but till now even after 1 month I didn't receive my refund amount...

              I have ordered JBL speaker on Amazon in 22 march 2020.but due to Corona issues I cancelled the order in 25 March 2020.Then I called Amazon customer care for refund the amount they send me a mail with reference number..and they told me the amount will be credited to my bank account...but I not yet received then called bank customer care they were not properly respond ... again i called Amazon customer care they told to file charge dispute ..

                    My one train ticket was cancelled by irctc on 2 may 2020 and according to irctc, the amount has been refunded in my indian bank account. But till now i haven't still received the amount in my account. Irctc has refunded the amount from their side but it is not showing in my account. The total refunded amount is ₹920.

                                  Amazon processed a refund for rs 598/- on 25th march with Reference no. 610300 . But the bank hasn't made visible that amount in my passbook .
                                  i have been repeatedly calling the amazon customer care service but the same answers are given that they have initiated my refund on 8th of April. the bank branch however seems to decline any such refund request in their notice. please look into this matter and solve this issue as early as possible . hoping for a positive outcome
