My name is MUKIL and I had ordered REDMI NOTE 8 of RS. Amount 11499 in Amazon on 19-MAY-2020 and after I CANCELED this order due to personal reason. And on (19-MAY-2020)
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
(#639800) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      My name is rohit chowdhury and i had ordered a zebronics motherboard combo of rs.3750 in amazon on 16 may 2020 and after cancellation of the product due to personal reason. And on 17 may 2020, amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 584480 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.           As i have booked a train

                Fraud online theft

                On the day of incident (19.05.2020), i got a call from fraud customer care ([protected]) they introduced as chitra from sbi nungambakkam. They told that 10000 rewards points needs to be transferred into my account hence i shared my indian bank debit card details. At that time, 28000 cash debited from my account as a three transactions and i have attached bank statements and transaction notification. I would like to take action against suspicious...

                I have purchased a smd rework station from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 1999 through indian bank debt card. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with the refund reference number of 303110. But i haven't recieve any refunds. I visited my branch for the pending founds solution. They said there is nothing they can do about this. If you want a refund you must contact amazon. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care..                     Good afternoon sir/mam,
                    I have purchased a wed grinder from amazon on 07/05/2020 by making payment of 3, 599 through indian bank debit card. I
                    Have cancelled an order from amazon on 08/05/2020 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed successfully and it would be reflected by between 2-4 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" because it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

                            I am titas banerjee depositor of indian bank chinsurah branch ordered a mobile phone rs. 50, 500/- and mobile back cover rs. 199/- from amazon pvt. This order payment was done through online indian bank debit card (Last four digits is 3686). Then i decided to cancel that order and claimed for refund on 08.05.2020. Amazon pvt successfully processed my refund request on 10.05.2020 and share refund reference number with me via mail. The refund reference is 75503720131039714126072 for rs. 50, 500/- and 75503720131039708703241 for rs. 199/-. But till date that amount rs. 50, 500/- and rs. 199/- have not been credited my indian bank account number[protected] on 16.05.2020 i submitted a written complain to my home indian bank branch chinsurah through register post with a /d on 16.05.2020, and this register post was delivered to branch manager on same date. But till date that amount rs. 50, 500/- and rs. 199/- have not been credited my indian bank account number[protected].in this situation amazon advice me for fill up charge dispute form of indian bank. And indian bank informed me that indian bank does not provide any charge dispute form.
