I am titas banerjee depositor of indian bank chinsurah branch ordered a mobile phone rs. 50, 500/- and mobile back cover rs. 199/- from amazon pvt. This order payment was done through online indian bank debit card (Last four digits is 3686). Then i decided to cancel that order and claimed for refund on 08.05.2020. Amazon pvt successfully processed my refund request on 10.05.2020 and share refund reference number with me via mail. The refund reference is 75503720131039714126072 for rs. 50, 500/- and 75503720131039708703241 for rs. 199/-. But till date that amount rs. 50, 500/- and rs. 199/- have not been credited my indian bank account number[protected] on 16.05.2020 i submitted a written complain to my home indian bank branch chinsurah through register post with a /d on 16.05.2020, and this register post was delivered to branch manager on same date. But till date that amount rs. 50, 500/- and rs. 199/- have not been credited my indian bank account number[protected].in this situation amazon advice me for fill up charge dispute form of indian bank. And indian bank informed me that indian bank does not provide any charge dispute form.
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
