Indian Bank — regarding transaction

I have made a online purchase on nov 19th. Transaction process is completed, amount was debited but still i didnt receive a message for the deduction of amount, not even a successful message based on my transaction either from bank side nor from payumoney and the order also not been placed in merchant site. I dindnt receive merchant id and payment id. So please do reply
