Dear Sir/ Madam,

I cancelled my health card on[protected], they told me you will receive a call from cancellation department but I’d not received any call from the cancellation department. When i called to the customer care, every time they told me you will receive a call from cancellation department in today evening but after 12-13 days i have not receive any call or response from any department.

So i requested you please solve the matter and refund my money back.

    Hi all, This is Gireesh from bangalore. Today by 11 a.m. I got a call from Indian Health Organization tellecaller who talked to me and enquired gently my credit card details and told no payment is to be made for their product and took all the info from my side and created a one time password for my credit card and made a payment of Rs. 8900. By the time I got to know this is a fraud call, they dismissed the call and made payment on his own.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I got a call from Indian Heath Organisation (IHO) on 19 Feb 2012 and was told about the Health Saver Plan from IHO (Indian Health Organisation).

      I was informed of the various advantages and benefits of the IHO Health Saver Plan for me and my family like all MD doctors having 5+ years of experience are impanel with IHO from where I can avail this facility . Along with this I was informed that there be several concessional vouchers worth around Rs 10k sent
      with the welcome kit which can be availed by us at several diagnostic centres or other medical facilities.

      Accordingly, I and my family enrolled into the IHO Health Saver Plan worth Rs 6600/-.

      Later I enquire with my doctor and he said he is not impanel with IHO though he have more than 10 years of experience.

      Even when I checked with IHO customer care with who all famous doctors are impanel with them , but I didn't find any single doctor registered with them.

      Thus, I feel that I have been lured and wronged into this deal by the misinformation provided by IHO representatives and would like to enroll out of this plan and like my money to be refunded back to me as soon as possible.

      I had raised my grievance to the verification representative and asked him to please cancel my policy and refund, to which I was told that all my details are not available in the system and thus they cannot do this at that point in time.

      Later, I even called the IHO Helpline and asked them to please cancel the policy and refund to which initially I was told that we can not cancel the request since I am not giving them valid reason for cancellation and after insisting multiple time they agree to pay Rs 3300 and asked me to wait for 7 days for transaction id . After that after every 7 days I had called them for status and every time they asked me wait for another 7 days ,
      they are just trying to postponing my cancellation request and not ready to refund my money.

      I am seriously being made to think that if even replying to a complain (forget about resolving it) is taking so long then what will be response time when me or any of my family members have an illness and need help from IHO and its policies!!

      Please help me with the cancellation of this policy and getting the refund.

      Even I saw multiple complaints against IHO, unfortunately lots of people are getting cheated with them, request to take immediate strong action against IHO.

      Please don't purchase IHO Health Insurance Plans... I struggled a lot with these IHO executives, and they are covering only few hopitals even that hospitals also not having experienced Doctors.. so guys please dont take IHO Insurance

        I got a call from IHO reprensative on 3132012 stating that I can avail a medical insurance pack for Rs 1100 which cover by medical expenses upto 11000 .
        On 0242012 , the representative again called me . Since I found it interesting , I provided my debit card details . But recieved 2 messages station Rs5040 and Rs1000 has been deducted by IHO and I not got any welcome pack till now .
        I called up customer care they are not taking the matter seriously . They are not providing me a complaint number. I spoke to Simran and Mridul from customer care. The number is [protected].

          MY NAME IS GANESH SHANKAR BHANDARKAR. I HAD BOOKED ONE HEALTH PACKAGE / POLICY ON OR ABOUT 7.2.2012 ON PAYMENT OF RS. 4400/- THROUGH HDFC CARD.

          THEREAFTER, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE / PERMISSION THEY HAD AGAIN SENT ANOTHER POLICY - AND SURPRISED TO KNEW THAT AGAIN RS. 4400/- DEDUCTED FROM HDFC CREDIT CARD.

          WHEN I WISH TO LODGE COMPLAINT - THEY SAYS THEY ARE ARRANGING FOR REVERT OF RS. 4400/-. HOWEVER, SINCE THEY HAD GOT DETAILS OF CREDIT CARD - CAN THEY WITHOUT PERMISSION OF CREDIT CARD HOLDER'S STRAIGHT WAY DEDUCT THE AMOUNT ????????

          IS THIS NOT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES - MOREOVER, I HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO AVOID THIRD TIME DEDUCTION OF POLICY AMOUNT - BLOCK THE CREDIT - HOW STRANGE???????? ,

          In the mean time Received two Messages from ICICI Lombard through my cel phone
          Your credit card Rs 8317, Rs 3817 This two Amount Transaction in your Credit card.
          Thuorgh cel no[protected], and dated 24th July 2008 But at this time I was out of Country
          25 th July to 5 th Aug 2008 I am In China, Hongkong this Proof is available and show to Madurai Lombard office Manager
          After coming to India I see Messages and Meet to Madurai Lombard
          Office Manager Mr.Venkataraman Vaidhyanathan. And discussed all the details write a letter( Dated 8th Aug) cancell the above policey. Letter Xerox copy also avoilable
          I am Not applling any Health Policey to ICICI Lombard But
          I am Recving two Policey One is My Name another one is Mrs Rajamani my Wife name is J.C.Girija This is proof is show to Manager and two policey Bond Handover to Madurai LOMBARD Office Manager .
          After 19th Sep Statement two policey I st EMI PAYMENT Bill is coming agin disscused to Madurai Manager ICICI Lombard He told policey is cancelled no Problem but you pay the Payment so 6th oct 2008 payment is done.

          So after that I am not using Credit card and Broken the card send to Return to Mumbai office
          Further any bill created I am not Respansible I am not pay any payment

            I got a call from IHO, and enrolled as a member by paying Rs. 4400/- based on the following information:

            1) 100% of amount of the surgery will be paid (Cash-less) by IHO, just you have to show the membership card at any hospital in India.

            2) Membership can be cancelled within 15 days of enrollment and 100% amount will be reimbursed within 3 days.

            I confirmed the above details from the representative two times and based on his confirmation I become the member of IHO by paying Rs. 4400/-.

            After that i visited their website and didn't find any of the above information. I talked to customer care and was informed that the wrong information provided by their side. I immediately applied for cancellation and i am getting calls from their side that no refund will be provided and they are dictating their terms on me.

            Please held me to get my money back.

              Dear all,
              I want to say that this Indian Health Organization is a real fraud company which hearts people imotions & values.
              I have been asked for my bank details for registration process only & then i also questioned 4-5 times about why they need my bank details.
              They told me that for registration process it is mendatory to give bank details. But when i gave the same they immediately deducted 9900 Rs. from my account.
              When i represent my case to their senior level, they told me to give 100% refund. but now they are refusing the same.
              So I am helpless now...
              Will any one help me to issue formal police case against them?? or is there any alternative solution to get back my 9900 Rs.

                I have a similar case. No one in this world is ready to accept the IHO card and provide the discounts promised. As I am not satisfied with the Card provided I had raised a request to cancel the card. Its been a week and the case is still open with IHO. Reading at the complaints people have I feel they will not refund the money.
                Please suggest the right path to be followed to get the refund.

                  I got call from Indian health organisation on around 10 Dec 2011 & the told me about all their services of health card but I couldn't understand properly & I ask for detail pamphlet or brochure but they told me that you can get refund if you don't like it and we will sms the card no. so that you can use it till actual card will reach to you.
                  on 13Dec2011they take details of credit card for payment & send the sms of card no. but without any details how to use it so I wait for health cards courier ,on around 29Dec11 I get it & go through all details, the services they are offering are not worthwhile & feel they have cheated me so I contact them for cancellation on 3Jan2012 & they told me first of all try our services then decide what to do, you have time for cancellation.
                  then I try to use the card but i feel that the services offering in selective hospitals only which are much more costly so I again contact them for cancellation but they told me that time limit for cancellation is over so we can't do any thing, we are registering your request & you will get call within 48hours,then I got a call from them but they didn't give exact status of request, still I take follow up for refund but till the day didn't get any thing

                  Yes same thing happened to me :( I think ALL fraud people are present in IHO Only the name is Big but the service is Zero.Please try to abuse them on Facebook.This is vry irritative to call them 100 times to cancel our membership.
                  Somebody should start a mission against them.
                  Please anybody willing to take the membership I'll not recomment it at all.
                  I received a Call from IHO on 24th June 2014 and they offered me 50% Discount on all Medical Treatment for any number of visits by just paying 2500rs as membership fees. I was told that I can try to use the service for 15 days with temporary cards and if I am not satisfied with the service then I will be reimbursed my money.

                  I received my temporary cards and tried to use the service at Fortis Hospital in Noida. I found that there is no such discount of 50% instead they gave me 15% discount.

                  I complained about the same to IHO and asked them to reimburse my money. I received a Call from IHO and the guy told me that he went through the conversation I had on 24th june while buying the membership and he agreed that it was a mistake by IHO executive. I told him that this kind of cheating is not acceptable and I dont want to continue with the membership and that my money should be reimbursed.

                  To this he said he will get back to me.

                  Since then I have been chasing IHO and not received single call from them. Everytime I call up they ask me to wait for 24hrs. This has become a never ending process.

                  Request you to please take up this matter and file a Criminal Case against IHO for Cheating under Section 420 IPC.

                  i bought a health plan from Mr ajay representing IHO on 16/05/2015 by paying Rs4, 950 through my kotak bank credit card. Mr ajay told me in this plan i would be receiving a flat 50% discount on all out patient, inpatient, consulting and diagnostics on listed hospitals and other institutes, he also told me i would receive the conformation by mail within 24hrs and the complete welcome kit, documents and the card within 3 to 4 working days but received a call from Delhi as a welcome call only on 23/05/2015 that's after a week and most shocking was the plan details he gave me, he said i will receive a variable discount from 10% to 50% depending on the hospital and the service wherein Mr ajay had promised flat 50% on everything, then when i asked the person who had called me about this he said he will call me back in a minute and never called again. i then called the help desk in the evening and was astonished by hearing that their were no details of mine, I told him what happened, he collected the details and asked me to wait for another 10 working days only to track the payment while i had given him the transaction id also, they are not responding properly nor are they giving any solution.i called them again on 27/4/2015 to hear the same reply and they are not even sending me the receipt of payment and this time they are asking me to wait for another 14 working days..please do the need full to correct this..

                    This company has sold me health saver plan instead of MEDICAL INSURANCE.

                    But after lots of complaints to their help desk, they did make me any response to me till today. I had made so many emails, telephones compliant as well as SPEED POST LETTER. When i got this policy on 13.02.2012, i shocked to read the terms & conditions of policy, where it is HEALTH SAVER PLAN NOT A MEDICAL INSURANCE POLICY, which i actuly need. I had paid online them Rs. 4400/- immediatly when the call me first time on behalf of there FALSE COMMITMENT OF MEDICAL INSURANCE POLICY.

                      I Have taken IHO policy For my family 10 days back by on line and given 6600 rs, only and that time IHO company representative told me we have all major hospitals is in panel , when i checked is Colombia Asia is also in your panel he told me yes but when till date i have not received my policy cards then when i called IHO office and asked all hospital details he says you visit IHO office for this, and when i asked him about Colambia Asia he sayes no this is not in our panel , it shows how IHO people is making us fool and now i want my money refund and dont want to beleave in IHO company and staff-my details is-

                        I have made payment of Rs 7759 to INDIAN HEALTH ORGANIZATION Chennai Branch opting for there health card.
                        Firstly the schemes explained were all false and nor any card was delivered for a month, after firing the delhi office i got cards but were all wrong and did not match the date , name and scheme.I made clear immediately i dont need there product anymore and raised for refund but till today i haven't got my money back.Inspite regular calls & request they are not refunding my money every time they say they will but postponed with saying some explanation.

                        I made very clear i need my money back,so i hereby request you to solve this problem of mine.And take action towards IHO who are giving false commitments.

                            IHO is the number 1 fraud company I have heard before. Their sales representative called on Aug 2011 and spoke very friendly for selling the policy.

                            They promised that they will give 6 cards for Rs 5129 as a package with various voucher cards and all will happen within 15 working days after payment.

                            But after paying the money all are reversed. I got only 4 cards after payment initially after one month and calling them many time I got another two cards with incomplete voucher cards. Even after many call I did not get any vouchers or valid response from them. Their customer care person said to add a doctor it will take atleast 15 days and I cannot cancel after 14 days of policy commencement.

                            So I requested for cancellation on Oct 19 (5th day of receiving the card). But so far 27 Dec 2011, I did not received any valid response from their customer care person or the sales person. I speny more money in calling them only. At the climax now the sales persons numbers are also not working. It is switched off.

                            While calling the customer care person today, they said I cannot get refund since it is already three months had gone.


                            I have all proof of my e-mails and their receipt


                            Please let me know what I can do legally on this

                              Hi,

                              this is a complaint for iho membership I took couple of months back. Their executive miss-communicated me during the conversation we had for the membership.

                              During the call from iho executive to take the membership, I had specifically asked for gandhi nursing home at uttam nagar being on iho panel which I was confirmed by iho executive that it is on panel. The doctor at gandhi nursing home is our family doctor and we do not prefer to go to any other place.

                              On saturday 19th november, before going to the nursing home, I gave a call to iho customer care and to my surprise I was being told that the gandhi nursing home is not on iho panel. I got it checked with the nursing home also and they are not aware of iho. I had to pay from my pocket for the consultation at the nursing home.

                              I had placed a request for cancellation of my membership through mail but DID not receive any reply from iho from last 15 days. I had sent couple of reminder mails as well. When I spoke to their customer care, they say I can only cancel within 14 days of my membership.

                              Pls help me sort this case and get my money refunded.

                                I enrolled for IHO health services in Sep-2011, but untill today I didnot receive their completed Medical-kit and cards. Over an above the customer service is pathetic. Whenever called CSS, they said the complaint has been forwared to the concern department and will receive a call from them. Till today no call receive, but the same answer like a parot from CSS.


                                A suggestion, avoid and be-aware before enrolling their services.

                                  I have been approached by Indian Health Organisation executive on 10th Nov and they called me several times for trial of their services for 45days and they asked me to provide credit card information to confirm my identity and they ensured me that there will be no transaction. But Once i provide the credit card details, i received SMS from bank that the amount of 6600 rs credited from my account.

                                  I have been cheated by Indian health Organisation and caller name was Ms Sushma. She even told me that after trial of 45 days they will ask me whether i want to be their member or not. If i will say yes, only then i have to pay charges.Moreover she told me that by taking membership, i can claim for any kind of disease up to any amount.

                                  I want a strict action against them even if i have to take help of police , I will not hesitate

                                  Kindly hep me to get my money back
                                  Yes i was also cheated with the same ...amount from same company ...fruad company

                                    Hi,

                                    I had taken the IHO-Family program after paying Rs.6,600/- When they wanted me to enroll, they kept calling me every 15 min and tracking, if I have made the payment etc. Now, I am not able to reach there helpline numbers in Chennai and the toll free numbers. The phone keeps ringing, but no one answers. This is the worst service I would have ever got from any company.

                                    Can someone help to get in touch with them and ask them to contact me.

                                    Never fall in the trap of a cheat company like IHO.Ask them why to purchase the card?Why this card is so costly?Ask them to give a list of doctors, labs and hospitals who respect this card.They will never provide you a list.If they provide any, go and verify from the said doctors labs and hospitals.PURCHASING THEIR CARD WILL BE A BLUNDER with no remedy in a country like India WHERE LAW IS VERY LAX AND CRIMINALS ARE ready to prey.

                                      Hi,
                                      I am totally misguided by your IHO team.
                                      Though I have been told by Mr.Gaurav that I can avail this facility from any lab/hospital, helpline members from IHO are denying this.
                                      Mr.Gaurav also told me that after enrolling myself to IHO I will be receiving e-card within half hour.
                                      It's been 20 days I haven't received any kit or card for testing with Lab/Hospital.
                                      I have been attended by Rajni/Manju from helpdesk team and promised by them that I will be receiving kit.
                                      Please help me to cancel my enrollment and refund my money as I think this is fake company.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have taken a I have received a call from IHO (Indian Health Organization) in the month of may 2011 and introduced me about health care package and money saver card. During the conversation I was told the following things.

                                        Package value is Rs.4400/- validity One year, Booked it in the month of may 2011.

                                        Money saver card.
                                        Minimum 20% discount on every purchase.
                                        Card is accepted wherever credit card is accepted.
                                        Card is valid for one year
                                        All mobiles, electronic goods, fridge and TV can also be purchased.
                                        Only 200 valued SBI card holders selected all over India.
                                        Card will be delivered within 2 weeks.
                                        This is a promotional offer, is given to very selective customers thats why it is available at very low cost.

                                        2. Health cards
                                        Valid through out India
                                        Issued to four family members.
                                        Discount and free medical coupons are

                                        Following discrepancies are found after receiving the package.

                                        I have received the card in first week of Oct 2011 ( Received it after 3 months from date of purchase, Committed by IHO- With in 15days.
                                        Money saver card is valid upto May 2012, ( Committed validity is 1 year, only 8months validity is left)
                                        Money saver card is accepted at very limited listd outlets. ( Not wherever credit card is accepted).
                                        Discount is less than 20% in many outlets.
                                        Received some health vouchers with expired validity.
                                        Medical outlets not available in the are where I am residing.

                                        I have called IHO for cancellation of the package, they have registered a complaint with number 18217 but no action has been taken.

                                        I request you to send me detailed procedure for solving the issue.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I too cheated by Indian health Organisation company. Initially they said I have to pay Rs. 5219 for six members package and I will be receiving it within 15 days of payment. But I received only 4 cards initially without any promised vouchers. After making several cards I received another 2 card with incomplete of vouchers. All this happened after one month of payment.

                                        So I thought of cancelling the policy and raised request within 5 working days. I have sent plenty of e-mails and made calls to their company for this last three months. Now they are saying that already three months had gone and I cannot get refund of this money.

                                        Please let me know what I can do on this.
