Myself Vaibhav Motiram Kini, I made full payment of 4,400/- for Health Saver Plan before on month through credit card.
Still i did not received any package, i called-up them many times but not even proper response by them.
I complaint there Customer care to cancel this plan and refund me my payment. (as they have refund policy).
But they like ignore me.

Please help me and help to stop this type of fraud.

    I am working in Syntel Ltd talawade software Technology Park talawade pune – 412114 as software professional, outside of my company campus there so many small huts which sell cigarettes,Gutkha etc which are dangerous objects for our society, they sell it illegally because our company come under MIDC zone and these area are specially developed for companies or organization.

    some of them sell unhealthy food as well due to which so many employee of our company has issue with health but as they were not aware about the thing that due to outside unhealthy food they are facing health issue.

    some of them sell product like biscuit etc with excess charges more than MRP.

    Sometimes food are so unhealthy that you could find living- non living organism in food like small piece of glass, rock etc.

    As I was looking your website I couldn’t found any provision against such dangerous crime, do we or do we not have any law against such criminal who are playing with life of so many people? Please take this issue seriously and let me know about law and how we will help to stop this nonsense.

    Dear Sir

    I live in Goa and every time I visit a store for a purchase I get cheated. In the process I have lost a lot of money. I want the concerned to take some action on this subject, as the prices in Goa are really hiked and its really difficult for a common man like me to get justice here.

    So please can you reply to my mail and give me solutions for the above mentioned.

    I would not mind working for the society to bring the cheats to justice.

      I received a call from IHO on the 12 th of August 2011, for the issuance of health card.the way the terms and conditions were explained I thought it will be useful for me and our family.so I aggreed for the card and an amount of Rs.6600/ - was debited to my card the same day.I was told that I will receive the hard copy along with the vouchers within 7 days.but i didnt receive it within the stipulated time.

      suddenly on the 26 th of August i received another call from IHO for a money saver card which I promptly refused.The person on the other side tried hard to convince me but i was sure that i didnt need any card.But to my surprise as I disconnected the phone I received a message stating that Rs.4400/- has been debited to my SBI card. I was shocked!!! immediately I called up the the same number and asked them about the transaction. One Mr vikram received the call and told me that It will not be billed to my card.i argued with him-- if it is not being billed why the heel i am receiving message saying that the amt has been debited to my card account.then he convinced me stating that I will be sent a cheque.

      all this did not stop here. on the 29 th of August 2011 I received another message on my cell stating that Rs.2480/- has been billed to my SBI card.I didnot understand as to what was going on.On contacting IHO I was told that as I had asked for calcellation of the cards , I will receive the cheques for Rs.6600/ and Rs.4400/- ,compulsarily card will be issued for 40 days and the same has been charged to my card.

      it is ridiculous and i felt cheated.since that day I have been continuously calling them and trying to find out as to when I will receive the cheque.On 15 th of september Mr.ravi told me that my cheques have been despatched and i will receive the same within 2 days.I did receive a courier today ie.17.09.2011,but it was not the cheques. I have been sent 4 more cards!! why .... I am not going to use any of your facilities.In the name of concessions my card is being debited without my consent....

      I am very sure that I dont need any concessions or cards.The way the cards have been forced upon me I dont think I can have a HEALTHY FUTURE IN MY HANDS.please send all the cheques at the earliest as whatever amounts have been debited to my card are hard earned money ,i cannot afford to waste it in this manner.

      I wish to quote the names of the executives I have dealt with all kinds of false promises from IHO----
      Mr. Akash,Ms Geetu Bala, Mr. Vikram,Mr Ravi. One of you please get me out of this, I dont want to suffer the mental agony anymore.

        Since they have not discontinue my services after so many complains so i thought give it one more try so on friday i asked for appointment with a Dr which they arranged location of Dr was at very remote place. on Saturday Sept 10th 2011 i visited the place. 1st Dr refused to accept the card when i called the IHO again he accepted the card. quality of Dr was not very good it was just ok types. he recommended me ultrasound so i called the IHO again for the DR where I can go for the ultrasound. they gave me the name of one name when I asked them when can i visit for the ultrasound IHO guy Ragini told me that 1st need to take the appointment I asked them to confirm the appointment they refused to do that and asked me call again on monday on Sept 12th 2011 when i called them they told me that they will fix the appointment for Tuesday. and charges for the ultrasound will be 700 = (1000-30% disc) where as i sent my wife to confirm the price the same dr gave the of Rs 600 without any discount because she didn't told him that she is using the IHO card. so that's how they are working and making the customers fool

          Following is the text of my complaint against the firm which was sent by registered post on 25/08/2011 but till date no response. One wonders how to retrieve the amount that is fraudulently withdrawn by this firm.

          Dear Sirs,
          Sub:: Fraudulent Withdrawal of Rs.4,400.00 through my SBI Credit Card.
          I received a call on my mobile on 08/07/2011 from your marketing team and it was informed to me that I am being issued a Card by IHO which could be used at all reputed commercial establishments and all doctors and chemists and that with its usage a discount upto 20% would be available on all transactions with all . I was further informed that the charges of Rs.4400.00 would be collected from me after 50 days and that too after taking confirmation from me about the satisfactory availability of the facilities as per the information supplied to me to which I agreed. I was informed that the amount would be collected through my SBI Credit Card for which registration was required. Upon my enquiry as to why the registration was required now, it was informed that the amount would be collected only after taking confirmation from me after 50 days and for the purpose of confirmation they required the SBI card particulars.
          Reluctantly I agreed to disclose my SBI Card particulars after reassurance that the amount would be charged to the card after 50 days upon taking my confirmation. I was perhaps put on conference line or on internet by use of some technology. I was asked by your marketing team to punch my Card No. and other details which I punched as desired. However I was not told to punch the amount which was fraudulently fed at your end. This realization came to me the moment this call was disconnected and I found that during the call I received a message from SBI Card informing that a transaction of Rs.4400.00 has taken place.
          I was upset and repeatedly tried to contact the toll free no. which I had obtained during the interaction with your marketing team without success. This made me suspicious that further amount may be debited by the unscrupulous elements and I talked to my SBI Card Helpline and was advised by them to block my card which I immediately agreed to.
          Later in the day when I was again contacted by some other department of your office, I told them about the cheating and with difficulty convinced them that the amount was charged without my knowledge. After my convincing the team about the unfair manner in which I was cheated and how much harassed I was feeling and disclosing my intention of approaching Distt. Consumer Court , apologies were offered and I was assured that the amount would be reversed shortly.
          I received another call the next day and again an attempt was made to convince me to accept the card but I firmly told that I was not prepared to accept any product that was being offered by cheating me and misinformation. Again I was told that the amount would be reversed wihin a few days. Instead of reversing the amount, I was surprised and upset that despite all the above apologies and promises to reverse the amount, your company went ahead to deliver the card to me through courier which I could not have accepted for the reasons already stated and having full knowledge of my hurt pride due to the feeling of having been cheated which has added insult to the injury.
          My repeated attempts to contact your service centre in this regard on toll free no. subsequently has failed to yield any desired result as the number was busy every time I tried.
          It was with great difficulty that I could arrange the address of your organization today. I donot know any reference number of your organization which I should quote for easy identification of this transaction. However for your reference the amount has been charged to my SBI Card [protected] on 08/07/2011 at 12:42 p.m. as per the message detail available on my mobile.
          In view of the above I request you to immediately arrange to reverse the amount fraudulently charged to SBI Card without my knowledge alongwith any plenty of SBI Card and punish the guilty persons responsible for cheating the innocent people for their greed to earn commission by hook or crook.
          I have already been harassed a lot in view of what is stated above. Thus I will be constraint to seek legal intervention by filing a criminal complaint alonwith approaching the Consumer Court for redressal of my complaint in case suitable action is not taken within 7 days.

          SBI Credit Card — mISINFORMATION AMOUNTING TO CHEATING

          There have been instances of misinformation from SBI card for railways.
          I was not interrested in taking SBI railway credit card as i was well using my own net banking which was pretty comfirtable but the agent persuaded me.He said that if i pay 500 Rs I would be refunded back Rs350 which can be used immediately to book Tickets.But later i was told that these 350 could be used against only AC 1rst clas and 2nd class .Now I had clearly told him that I do not travel BY theses classes even then he concealed the information and had told me that 350 points could be used against any category .Also to use these 350 points i further have to accrue 200 points which can again be accumulated by travelling by the classes that i dont travel with.So i am left in a hopless situation.

          Another case of cheating was that i clearly told him that i am using this card on testing bases and would not like to continue with this service after one year so you better ask me after one year if i am interested in continuing the service.He said OK to this.But now after one year they have sent me annual fees for next year even without asking me whether i want to continue or not

            Hi All I also fall in trap of these so called high class cheaters.I received the call from one of the telecaller about the IHO on July 10th 2011. I was hesitant to purchase that so i asked him to call
            me after a week. in the mean time i searched on the net about IHO. And I have found lots of negative feedback on the various forums but there were some positive reviewes as well so i decided to contact IHO for more info. on July 15th i called the IHO customer care and confirmed about the available Drs and the Medical stores in my locality also customer care confirmed that Appllo Pharmacy/ Kailash Hospital Noida and Dharamshilla hospital Vasundhra Enclave new delhi are also in the list where i can avail the services. apart from that i confirmed about the other areas as well so i decided to purchase the IHO for 4 family members. I still has some doubts so i called again 16th July 2011 with the different number and they cleared about my doubts. and i made the payment on 18th July 2011. I asked them to pre print all four names on the IHO card i confirmed them spelling of all multiple times. but in august 1st week when i received the cards i found that only my name was printed on the card and one card was missing. also My name printed was wrong. I tried to complain about that but they didn’t listen to that. I mailed them about that but i never received call from them for that. In August mid i visited the Apollo pharmacy for medicines and they refused to accept the card i called the IHO again and this time i got surprised when i heard that neither appollo pharmacy nor any other medical store drs and Dharamshilla hospital kailash hospital in the list i complain about that i gave the dates on which i made the call 1st they confirmed that they had call for July 15th 20011 but later on they refused to have that.

[protected] standar charterd bank. he tell me now u get for 2 year policy for same money, i say ok. in my card rs.6600 dabited ref.no.[protected] . next day i call [protected] mr rahul to cancal my policy i gave him trade id 7361 which given by my ravi. next day mr. pavan & mr. sahil call me & tell me to purches new policy . he told me old policy must be cancalled. so i agree i again prrosiger for new policy they give me trade id.2067. in my card 4400 ref no.[protected] debited. on 19Th sep. mr. ravikumar again call me & ask me u get your keet ?, i say no.
            then he tell me old both pocy may be cancalled by mistek. so u agree for new id. only new id will come to your mobil then i say ok. but again 4400 rs. dabit on my card ref. no.[protected] no trade id come on my no. my sahil give me his no .[protected] for contect, but this no. not rechable.on your cancallation depatmet my mobile no.[protected] ragiter on mr.arpit juneja . how it possible who is this person?
            For one policy i pay 15400 rs. in my card.i call mimum 5-6 time on cancalation depatment i gave all deat to mrs. suruti on 19 th but no call from your side.
            what is this.
            what to do now???????
            First impration with your organisation is very bad. i hope i recv my money back .

            forget about the moneyback man. they are the biggest cheaters in the world. They are participating in corruption because they are supported by the Delhi Congress govt and the Central Finance ministry. thats why they don't bother to solve the issue and try to make the customers fool
            I call everyday on your complan no. [protected] for my money back . no one give me satisfide ans. total 15400 rs. dabit in my a/c . yet i not recv any policy document .mr. ravi kumar tell me we allrady send your chq. at 19-9 . yet no chq i recv. first tranjaction 6600 & last 4400 both money trajaction without OTP NO. my first expirace with your oraganization in very bad.
            dear I am also a victim of IHO just like you. thats why I have put my complains over mouthshut and the consumercomplain so that others can also be aware about this fraud company.
            also in order to get your money back raise a dispute for amount to your credit card company. They will help you in getting the refund back. you need to raise the dispute within 20 days from the date of transaction in-order to get quick response. regarding your OTP you need to file complain in RBI which is online process and they will make sure that your credit card issuer solve your issue quickly

              They have not addressed my complaint so far and in fact they have not even bothered to contact me or acknowledge my email.I am pasting the email below which has all details about the total lack of service from IHO.Kindly help me in getting my complaint addressed.

              Hello,

              This is w.r.t to the IHO Card/Account No [protected] that I hold and I
              am writing to you because I would like to cancel this policy
              and want a complete refund of my money since the policy is completely useless
              and a waste of my money.

              I took this policy in April,2011 and two days back(July 20,2011) when I was down
              with fever and throat infection my wife called the IHO helpline
              (Mumbai number[protected] from my registered mobile number for the
              very first time since I took the policy asking for a GP near
              my residence i.e, Andheri (W).Following is the sequence of events:

              1.Call made by us at 08:52AM to IHO.Customer service representative says that
              there is one Dr.Rajesh Gopal at Oshiwara,Andheri(W),Mumbai
              who is part of the network.She gives the address of the doctor and asks for a
              time to fix the appointment.We ask for an appointment at
              11:00 AM.IHO representative says that she will confirm the appointment and
              call back by 10:00AM.

              2.No call received from IHO at 10:00 AM.We call back at 10:27AM.IHO
              representative says,she will call back in 5 to 7 minutes with confirmation.

              3.No call received again from IHO even after 10 mins.We call back after 10 mins
              at 10:47 AM and again IHO representative extends the time by 2 hours
              for confirmation.She said that she will call back within 2 hours.

              4.As expected no call from IHO even after two hours.We call back at 1:38 PM and
              the IHO representative says that the Doctor is not available and asked
              if we are ok with an appointment the next day.I said that I am sick and cannot
              wait till the next day.I also said that I have bought a health
              policy from you with assured benefits which I was told at the time of
              enrolling for the scheme.I do not have to wait for so long for
              an appointment with a GP when there are many GP's in my area where I can walk
              in and pay consultation charges of 250-300 Rs and get treated on time.
              I did not have to spend more that 5000 Rs and be cheated like this.Also,the
              IHO representative said that she tried calling me but I was not
              reachable.That is a blatant lie since I stay in a city with good mobile
              coverage and I had not problems calling IHO from the same number.

              5.The IHO representative asked if there is any other area which would be
              convenient for me to visit and I asked for Goregaon(West),Jogeshwari(West) etc
              which are near my residence but as per her there are no doctors in these areas
              that are part of your network.Finally she said that
              there is one at Santacruz west (while is around 1 hour drive from my
              residence) and said that she would fix and appointment at 7:00PM
              and that she would call back by 6:00PM to confirm the appointment.

              6.I get a call from an IHO representative at 4:37 PM and he said that even the
              doctor at Santacruz west is not available and again asked
              if I am ok with an appointment the next day.I again had to remind him that I
              am sick and need a doctor to treat me immediately.
              I told him that I have not purchased some soap bar from your organisation but
              a health policy.He came with the standard apology
              which representives from any call center are tutored to give to customers.

              7.I could not wait anymore and went to a doctor (a very qualified one) near my
              residence and got an appointment in 10 minutes.
              IHO representative calls again to say that he can pass the call to a manager.I
              said that I am not interested in talking to
              a manager as it is completly useless.As I said before I have bought a health
              policy and not some soap bar that I have
              to listen to standard replies from you.

              The attitude and service expected from a health organisation is different from
              that expected of other organizations and in this
              particular case it is clear beyond doubt that there has been a total failure of
              service.The attitude demostrated by IHO has
              been very callous and lax.I do not have to pay more than Rs 5000 to get this
              kind of treatment.This is clearly a deficieny of service
              as per the Customer Protection Act,1986 and hence I want a full refund of my
              money at the earliest.
              I expect a prompt response to this complaint.

              I'm agree with you. In my case, I even didnot receive the Medical-card itself in last 3 months.
              Sir I have paid Rs.5005, (Cash Payment) Rupees Five thousand and Five on 4.4.2014 App Ref.No. FRD 026428(Delhi). At Hyderabad Towards Annual Membership fees for IHO 'freedom' Membership. Still I have not received Freedom card and IHO membership cards 5no.s, I telephoned nearly 10times to Customer care. They are asking for extension of 7days. They are unable to tell reason. Kindly see through matter and needful help from you. My mobile no. registered [protected].

                I have availed the IHO Family membership plan charging Rs 4400. I was called by agent Mr. Vikash Gupta from New Delhi but the details that he provided about the plan was all incorrect and i was cheated. The details provided were viz.
                I belong from small town basically patna and bokaro and i was informed that all doctors in India are registered for service.
                I was informed the health check up coupons can be used any where in India but the facility is valid only in 19 big cities in India
                I was informed that the money saver card can be used for all the brands and provides discount of 40% but the card works only on obselete and rare shop boutiques.

                All the informations provided were incorrect and its a pure case of cheating.Its a blot on such a big organization that such things are happeining and their agents are rallying wrong info for mere success of the project.

                  I have purchased a plan from IHO for Rs. 4400 where they clearly told me that i[censored] do not like our plan we will refund you money.

                  After receiving a product from them I requested them to refund my money but till date they have not processed the refund. Executive from them Have confirmed that I will get the refund but till date refund is not processed.

                  Earlier they were declining to give the refund and offered me Polo watch. Which was self indication that company has realised that they have done the mistake.

                  Only god knows when it will be shorted out.

                    I had received a phone call from your organisation saying that my tel no. is selected for the free gift voucher. I will get the gift voucher for free for use till one year. If I liked that I can go for life time registration paying Rs. 6600/-.

                    To register my name they need my credit card detail. I told them that my credit card is blocked then they told me not to worry they need the details only for registration and no money will be debited to my account.
                    They also assured that the rules have been changed from Feb 11 that no other person can use our credit card, even if they get our credit card unless we confirm the transaction.When I gave them the details, within 1 minute they have deducted money from my credit card account .This is verymuch rediculous. I cant imagine being such a wellknowned organisation ,anybody from that orgn can do such a cheating.
                    At the same moment I called the IHO call centre and registered my complaint with Mr. Dishant, who assured me that my regn will be cancelled and I will get back the money within one week.It was on 29.07.2011

                    After 15 days also I dint get the money back. I again called and lodged a complaint with Miss Rajani, she had also given me the same answer that with in 3-4 days I will get a call.

                    But till now I have not got any call nor my money is returned. I have received my credit card bill. If I dont pay they will charge interest.

                    I request you to kindly cancel my registration and refund the money back to me.

                    Really this organisation is cheating to the customers.

                    Same thing is happned with me also their executive told me that we have to check your status so pl. give us your Credit Card No. within 2 minutes we will confirm your status though bank. And this is first time in my life like this conversation with this fellow. I have given my no. Further step he told me they will send a no. to your e-mail ID just check immediately and tell that no. without that no. we cant check your status. I confused & I gave that no. also to that fellow. Then he told me now it ok your status is ok, you wait for our further call. After that i got his a kit & also after 2 days I got my credit card bill also involving the Amount of Rs.6600/- & I shocked ! What is this. Then called through their given help line and told to cancel this because I can't pay this much amount at one time & also told this organisation has cheated me pl. cancel the same. I have called many times (daily 1-2 calls from 30/09/2011 to 21/10/2011) on this Help line and requested them for getting call back from ur organsation but no. I got a call after 20 days i.e. on 21/10/2011 from this organisation & told me that this is your mistake not our. Now you tell me what can I do ?

                      I HAVE RESEAVED A PHONE CALL THAT THEIR ARE GIVING ME A DISCOUNT CARD FREE OF COST IT USED WITH MY CREDIT CARD WHILE PURCHASE A GOOD AND GET A DIRECT CASH BACK OF 25% IMMEDIATLY . AND ALSO TOLD ME THAT THEIR ARE GIVING ME 4 IHO CARD ITS FEE WILL BE TAKEN AFTER 50 DAY TRAIL BUT IMMEDIATLY THEY CHARGE MY FEE 4400 THROUGH MY CREADIT CARD I ALSO INFORMED THE HELP LINE AND TELL ME WAIT FOR TWO DAYS I WANT MY MONY BACK PL.HELP ME.

                        Dear Sir,

                        The sales team (Geeta) from IHO has told (on phone via online campaign) to give following service if i buy there cards.

                        1) Free pathology charges and doctor's consultancy charges free on the card provided by IHO in ANY of the hospitals.

                        2) 100% discount on vouchers of Rs. 1500

                        3) E-card to be received in 2hrs time which i didn't received till 8 days

                        4) The amount to be deducted from Card will only be after 45 days

                        No after buying the Card online the next day person from IHO called me to give the details of the services, to my surprise they said you will get only 10 to 20% discount on pathology charges and doctors consultancy charges and that also only to IHO empanelled hospitals, pathology and doctors.
                        Also on discount vouchers there is only some percent of discount given and only IHO empanelled hospitals, pathology and doctors.
                        My amount got deducted immediately from my card.
                        Later on when i said i want to cancel the service on the above false information they agreed(Dishant from IHO) to cancel the service but after few days person call me from IHO and said this cannot be cancel you can do any thing. We don't fear wherever you register a compliant.
                        Request you to kindly look into the same and help me in getting my refund.

                          Hi All,

                          This is against Indian Health Organization (IHO). Please don't get mislead by the name, it’s not a government organization. It’s an organization of some of the cheat people with the strong commitment to cheat others. The cheating done on me is as follows:
                          1. I was mislead by the sales executive that it’s a government organization directly controlled by the ministry.
                          2. Sales executive told that I will get discounts on medical facility that I avail anywhere with any doctor. Now I got to know that we can avail the facility in select cities...I don't know about the doctors if they are also selected....I am pretty sure that there must be very select doctors also.
                          3. The sales executive also told that this card can be used to get discounts up to 50% on other non medical products and facility also (example as per her... air conditioner can be bought on a discounted price)
                          4. I was sold the policy for the city where their facility is not available. My parents are living in Ranchi, and I bought two policies for them. After getting the cards and documents I got to know that there is no facility available in Ranchi.
                          5. At the time of sale call the executive told that if I don't get the policy useful I can get my policy canceled in 15 days of receiving the policy.

                          All the above promises are false. I have made 5 calls after realizing the truth for the cancellation of the policy. Three times I have been made false promise that the executive will get back to me. For once, I got the answer that you cannot cancel the policy. Once I got the answer that its not a general process, so the decision is with the management to cancel the policy....and I understand why would they, as they have what they wanted, money....my hard urned money.

                          But every time the call center executives told that "If you are not satisfied with the policy don't continue next year". And for the present policy they suggested that I could give this card to any of my friends or any other person.......Means forget about the policy that you have this time.....forget about the money that you have paid (Rs 4400).... Means "Your policy will not be canceled". They gave me suggestion every time that I can give this card to any of my friends or any other person.

                          Suggestion to all of you friends....DONT BUY ANY POLICY FROM IHO....

                          indian health organisation membership — false promises and offers

                          the organisation made false promises and offers about their membership benefit through their outsourcing.the organisation operates from delhi. URL naming www.indianhealthorganisation.com. At the end it only offered discounts on medical treatment of high cost. The money saver card provided by them offered discount only on selected stores on the contrary to the claims made by them about every store using card swiping machine will give the discount.

                            My name is Krishna Meenon and took an IHO 2 Yr policy with the amount paid of Rs 6921/-.This is bringing to your notice that the provided information by Telemarketer was with the false information.It has been already written long back to IHO(see the below mail) on the information provided and money collected for the policy.

                            I Got an initial call with the telemarketer guy Mr Karthick ([protected]) from Chennai office[protected] number on 9th Apr-11 for marketing the product. He told that there is new policy which covers 2 Yrs of service with reimbursement of hospitalisation on any hospital instead of IHO panel of doctors, and with lot of items with worth of Rs 6921/-

                            He tried to convinced me to take policy more than 40 min by explaining with false information. Since i am using the IHO policy already from past 8 months i am aware on the items which IHO covers, again he mislead as this is new policy we are offering with the explained list of benefits. i have told to Mr. Karthik please call me after 1 hr so that i can re visit on the details provided by him,Then i called IHO customer care on the same day to enquire on such policy exist or not. As usual the IHO customer care doest have any information on that policy and told by care officer as we will intimate marketing department to call back me but no call.

                            After that i have received the call again from Karthick from the number[protected] to explain again on the benefits for forceful agreement like this policy exist only today and later the bank database will not be there which IHO took from the Citibank.Based on that i given confirmation to him to call back me on 11th Apr-11 to take on decision.

                            I got an call on 11th Apr 11 and again there were list of items he misguided me to take the policy. I am giving them below.


                            Concession Gift Vouchers validity will be 1 Year (Received now validity till Oct11)
                            There is an reimbursement policy for the treatment i have done from out of IHO panel of doctors/hospitals
                            The policy amount can be used for 80 D tax exemption with in 2 weeks of policy agreement
                            The policy cards/documents will receive in 14 working days ( i have given the cheque on 11th Apr ,amount debited on 18th Apr But the Bluedart pack i received on 22nd May 11 after several followup calls, and not having any document related to which policy it is
                            The Received Membership cards have validity till Jun12 i.e only 1 year for the amount of Rs 6921/-
                            The Received gift pack (polo Watch) which is the not working one and it is like your IHO is marking for watches not for health plans.
                            After Consolidating all these i have called today (25May) the customer care , i have got an response from officer Disha saying that this type of issues will be communicated to Audit department and will get back in 4-5 days of time. The complaint no is 2781

                            I have strongly decided to cancel the policy with IHO , Let me know where i can submit the received pack to get amount back.

                            Again i have made 2nd reminder and 3rd time follow call i have made today to customer care . Excpet the answer you will be getting the call from our audit department or chennai department , there has been no progress made. After calling first time for cancellation i have dropped this mail on 25th May to[protected]. For followup again i called on 6th Jun and 9th Jun to Tollfree Number.

                            Still the tele caller frauds answers are your continiuing inspite of selling the product also. I am very much surprise to listen that today from Durga your tele caller saying i have called only first time on 6th may for complaint.

                            I want my cancellation to be made immediatlly , i am not happy to hear any more execuses . So kindly help met to get back my money

                              On 20/5/2011 I received a phone call wherein iho rep explaned health scheme clearly stating that money will be deducted after I receive and accept the plan and I was advised to punh credit card details,surprisingly I received information from my card authority that debit has been raised This is cheating and fraud on their part
                              I do not accept the plan and have not utilised it nor I am intrested in such type of bogus co

                              Now neither my phone call are attained nor they are informing me address or e mail address to whom I can keep my grivence for redressal In fact there is herresment from all the corners

                                Yesterday i have received a call from Indian Health Organization ,New Delhi regarding the money saver card.Mr.Rahul Rastogi, Tele caller executive from IHO called me and explained about the plan and etc.He never disclosed that they are going to give 4 cards and i never asked them to give 4 cards.But they have charge Rs.4400/- to my card.It is very useless for me as i am single i can not use other three cards.Each card cost is Rs.1100/-They promised me that the amount will be deducted from amy account after signing the documents only.But thru IVR the amount was deducted immediately.I called that guy (Mr.Rastogi mobile no:[protected] i have asked his number during my conversation.) and he said that today they will call me .I clearly told them that If the problem is not resolved immediately I am going to lodge a complaint against IHO.till now I didn't receive any call from IHO.I have given my land line number (office number to them as mobiles are not allowed inside my office).Please stop the payment to the IHO immediately till further clearance is given to you.Kindly I request IHO to resolve the problem ASAP.


                                I am herewith enclosing SBI Card web page Rs4400/- is given in the outstanding balance.

                                I request SBI card management that if this is not the forum kindly suggest me the correct forum when should i lodge the complaint.

                                  I had purchased IHO card through their IVR calling campagin , made the payment but still IHO had not given me the Health cards , i had made lot of complain in their customer care number [protected] & had send lots of mail to [protected]@indianhealthorganisation.com & [protected]@indianhealthorganisation.com but till date havent received any reply or call back from them.
                                  I purchased the card in July'10 & till date IHO had not shown any interest in my complains.
                                  Now when ever i call them they just inform me that we had register your complain & will get back to me soon.

                                  I don't belive such kind of service IHO is providing , 8 months & still complain is under solving status

                                    I was told by Rahul, the executive of IHO, that if i take this membership I would get 50 % discount in the listed pharmacies, but know i got to know that I am getting only 8-10 % discount on medicines which is regularly given by my pharmacy shop also.

                                      I have taken the IHO Health plan on 29/01/2011 but i want to cancel it because they have given me wrong commitment. At the time of discusion executive Mr. Lalit told me that there is no any renewal cost after 1 year. You can only call to help line no and your servive will renewal but now they told me that there is 1800 rs for renewal. Apart from this they told me that you will not pay any fees to any type of doctor if i visit to dr but now there helpline team told me that first 2 visit is free in a year and then after you will only get the 20-25 % concession. My other concern is at the time of discusssion we ask him that this service is available for M.P. or not and they told me that all over india this facility is available but i have checked in there site and there location map MP is not available. I have called him so many time to cancle my card and return my money but they told me that there is no any cancellation process and we will discuss your case and told after some time but i have no received any single call from there side even they are not picking my call also. I have paid 4000 rs for this service. I want to cancel this card and want my money back. till date i have not received my card also.
