I am go at star hospital at bapunag, ahmadabad, gujarat -382350. On time of tritment of accident cash hospital management delay to process and also miss bihev with parent and his relative. After the treatment i am going to there to fill up the insurance from but not fill the from properly and not answer about that. I am call and ask about the from and more details they receive the call but not answer.

    I am not satisfied with iho after renewing.
    1. My previous card was about to expire on dec 31st, 2018, when i got a call regarding renewing. Now the new date of expiry is dec 8th, 2019. Why have i lost 23 days?

    I called cc and they said i should have asked the new date of expiry before renewing it seems and they said they cannot help.

    2. I called to speak to a doctor after i received the reports the urologist prescribed. I was asked to send the report to [protected]@iho.in. I sent it on dec 31st. Still no call back.

    3. I met a dermatologist and i took the prescription and went to apollo to get the medicines. But they said they will not accept iho voucher for them. So i had to spend rs. 2000 elsewhere to get them.

    Apollo did not give me cod liver oil capsules, thyronorm 50 mcg, calcium tablets for iho voucher either.

    Does IHO certificat needed for Mobile tower Installation? If yes, then what is the process? Please help as soon as possible.my no [protected] i am geeting caal in the name of airtel tower installation. They are saying i need a IHO certificate in order to get NOC from local police station.     I am not able to use my free health checkup voucher bearing No. F1001785. I complained to IHO with complaint No. CAS-279499-F6W9W9 ON 3rd July. Still not resolve even after 10 days.

        Dear all,

        Please be aware of iho they will cheat at customers for their sales. They will assure you something but will not provide. I got a call from stating pay rs.1500 and will get vouchers of rs.6000 since last year not utilized. Till i make a payment got a call around 20 times after making payment no one will call. They even not send the proper invoice in my name. All are cheaters. Please be aware before enrolling. Total mental pressure because of these guys for last 1 month.

          I had the abysmal experience of interacting with the folks at Indian Health Organization, where we received free membership as part of Standard Chartered Credit Card. The health benefits offered by this organization seem to be only on paper and do not exist in reality. I had a schedule a simple blood test and even after making 7 unsuccessful calls to the customer care team, the test could not be scheduled. None of the customer care reps understand the nuances of bio-markers being tested, provide no transparency on the price of these tests and keep promising discounts that only exist on paper. Also, the customer care team keeps no record of your calls, so, every time I called, I had to provide them address, name, phone details, membership number and painfully spell out word by word - the names of the test and go through the entire procedure of them verifying the price and availability of these tests with their partners. Every single time a new price and new recommendation was given to me by the customer care reps(Call our partner directly and avail discount, go to a diagnostic partner shop directly instead of availing in home service, we will do the booking but cannot confirm the pricing - talk to lab technician and pay him in cash). A simple appointment which should not take more than 2 mins, could not be completed in a day. STAY AWAY from this company. Fraudulent claims, pathetic customer service, zero price transparency, non existent tie ups(as advertised) to partners and overall a poorly managed organization.

            Dear all,

            Please be aware of iho they will cheat at customers for their sales. They will assure you something but will not provide.               I called up the toll free number to reschedule my appointment to which i spoke to three different people and before each one is connected to me i was placed on hold for almost 25 minutes and then i don't get any proper response. I am realty dissatisfied to the fact that either your systems are outdated or people are not trained properly. I would like the senior officials to look into this matter and improve the customer experience for the customer who is looking at iho for a prompt and customer centric services.                 Around 25 days back, one getleman by name mr suryanarayanan, marketing executive of a ccess 2 healthcare, now functioning in the place of iho aetna explained about the schemes for senior citizens for health insurance. I am already having aetna card and membership. So i relied on his words. He convinced me to join one scheme called gold under which free coupons worth worth 5000/ will be given apart from two free medical and dental check ups. I remitted around 9880/ by cancard in emis[ as convinced by him].
                Even after a gap of 24 days the kit with official receipt for my payment for it purposes has not reached me.
                To my great shock, the contact no [protected] could not be reached for the past 8 days.
                Kindly confirm me whether i am cheated

                        Hi asked for sample collection on Thursday morning, 24th May, 2018 for 2 members. The order id was generated for only 1 member. Sample was anyhow collected and report was generated and sent by the same day for 1 member.I raised a complain next day morning on 25th May asking for the other report, also stating it's urgent as I had an appointment with a doctor on saturday, 26th May.It was told it will be done, but I didn't get any confirmation. I called back same day in the evening and got to know complain was not even raised. On following up for 3-4 times, they said I'll be getting a call back from their supervisor which was never done until I asked for their MD Manasije Mishra email id and IHO registration number, but it was again in vain because they never provided the details and finally said they can arrange for their technician to collect sample again. Of course I didn't wait and prefer to get it done in some other authentic place . This type of issues are very frequent from IHO . Even if you complain to ' [protected]@iho.in' its rare they reply back. I hope their MD resolve this kind of pathetic services offered.I had raised other issues where their sales people say all kind of bluffs and false provisions, and once you are registered and they never replied.
                        Few queries:
                        1.How they train customer executives who don't raise complain - I didn't call to say hello to them
                        2.They don't accept they miss
                        3.Look at their message, where they don't even specify by when the issue will be resolved.They even closed the ticket without resolution.

                            I am seshagiri rao penumadula r/o 2-47/2, gowthaminagar, chandanagar, hyderabad-500050, telangana state, india

                            I enrolled for health care annualinsurance and paid insurance premium rs.5880/- and cheque was honoured in the bank on 16.04.2018. I regret to inform you that insurance kit reported to have despatched is not delivered so far by m/s blue dart couriers, madinaguda, hyderabad. Kit was despatched from youe end on 19.04.2018. Service of the courier is very bad. Status of courier says attempted to deliver @12.00p. M. On 22/04/2018 but house was locked. This is wrong. I was very much there in the waiting for the courier. They have not made any attempts to deliver.

                            This issue was brought to your local trimalgerry office staff. I do not what steps they initiated. Kindly look into the matter and see kit is delivered immediately. Or else youmay arrange to refund the paid amount.

                              (M) [protected] hyderabad. Appointment taken at mohan's diabetic clinic,
                              Kukatpally, hyderabad for[protected], for me and my wife.
                              We were told to go to clinic at 07.00 am on fasting and that doctor would be available for consultation. When we went at 7 am to the clinic, we were told that doctor would come at 11 am only. We were asked to undergo various tests costing about rs, 10, 000/- for each patient. We had recent test reports with us, but they refused to accept those medical reports. So we had no alternative but to cancel the appointment as we were not prepared for this.
                              We both are diabetic patients above 60 years. We woke up early and traveled to the clinic fasting. But doctor was not available. We were not told about the tests to be undergone, before. We had medical reports, to show to doctor. We the senior citizens were very much troubled by this, and the unreasonable attitude of the clinic.

                                For i find it not much use to me, as i have covered other insurance also inclhding health with other insurance companies.                                 We are come from poor people said .we don't want any health membership cards.
                                When we buy some things from shop the capital first workers put these formalities to open the membership card. They don't asked from our said .so for them profit we are not a eligible person to pay such amount .please refund .

                                  Hi sir/madam,

                                  I would like to raise a concern for illegall food shop in 1992 khanpur saiyedwada opp b. J. P. (Bharatiya janata party) office in residential area. These shops are in running on the road without having licence and it causes nuisance to people residing in the nearby area.

                                  Not only expose to health hazards for people but also pose danger to commuters as stray dogs gather near these shops feasting on meat wastes dumped in drains or even roadside often resulting in road accidents.

                                  There is one food stall in our area and that stall covered footpath at night and allows to customers to sit on footpaths for foods i need take action against them and the worst thing is that non veg food is also available in that stall opp b. J. P. (Bharatiya janata party) office stall name is "ankur" at khnpur opp b. J. P. Office ahmedadabad-380001 i have also anti corruption number and also email id i will also write mail to them and inform because no need corruption to close it.

                                  1) is any political hand for this?
                                  2) why not taken the action?
                                  3) can this shop will be open with license?
                                  4) as per gov rules, this rules is not applicable for this meat shop who is doing business without any license?
                                  5) this all looking in public sector eye, whats and thane mahanagar palika thinking.
                                  6) if they cannot take any action whom to complaints for these.

                                    Once an appointment is cancelled by the referring doctor from thyrocare they are not transferring the appointment to another registered member. I think this is a cheat and recommend others not to buy this membership henceforth. Please do not trust this organization.
