Against my membership number [protected].
Company has given assurance that if you go for renewal, your unused easymedico vouchers will be replaced by apollo pharmacy medicine vouchers.
But still even regular follow ups, i have not received.
If company has no commitment then why they are still working in service industry.
For renewal, their follow ups are excellent but as the payment is done they star ignoring the client.

It is one of the big concern in society that health services are very costly. Most of the saving of the people are going to consume for health issue. It is one kind of big scam which is going on in the country. Govt infrastructure is not enough to provide best health services at reasonable price. Due to that corporate and big mafia entered in this sector and started looting people very systematically - no one is challenging them for doing so.in my view govt take appropriate action to make it compulsory use of generic medicine. It can by done very systematically that govt. Hospital shall prescribe only generic medicine further all corporate and big hospital and private practitioners shall also prescribe generic medicine and make it available, only generic medicine. They should not allow to sell other than generic medicine in there premises and surroundings. Govt should ensure that all such health service providers suggest/recommend only generic medicine and make it available at every where where ever is required at best price.

Fraud, they should be punished. They approached on these mobile numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. Police should find with their mobile numbers and take action. By saying that health insurance for all family members, they would say they would send coupons to get immediate appointment for doctor consultation and also can benefit rs.500 each for medicine. But after the payment they will not even pick calls.

          Hi,
My name is rajaram and i voicing my concern about the unprofessional behavior of iho and their affiliates like tpa and the insurence company.

My father had a policy with his and my mother as members in that policy.
In feb 2017 my father had a brain hemorrhage and hospitalized for 2.5 months with bill reaching as high as 20lakhs. He finally succumbed to that in april after which i helped my mother to put in a claim to get 2 lakhs which was as part of the iho policy.
Part of the money (6 lakh out of 20lakhs) was paid by my office which also covered my parents and my mother has put in additional claim of 2 lakhs via iho policy.

This claim process has been in process for last 4 months now with the tpa (Paramount tpa) asking newer documents one by one instead of providing a list of all the required documents for the process.

Tpa representatives have been providing false answers ever since and giving reasons like the bank details are not visible in a original check which was sent to them to delhi all the way from mumbai which is another headache the even though they have a local branch in thane (Mumbai).

In spite all these hurdles i have helped send all the documents they requested in last 4 months.
Now suddenly they are asking to provide an affidavit from my mom again asking me and my brother are ok with the money being sent to her account all this despite she being part of the policy and me and my bother not being part of that policy.

My case number for this is 3509255.

I have been trying to talk to the iho, tpa and both of them are pushing it on to the other saying u can talk to iho and iho says talk to tpa and tpa says talk to iho or insurance provider.
I dont know if this a ploy by both iho and tpa or dissuade the customer from taking the claim forward.

It feels like being cheated for paying for the policy for last 2 years without any claim.

We have 2 policies from iho in our house 1 policy for my father and mother only and other for my family only.

I hope someone take a note of this complain and can help my mother get her claim processed.

I can be reached on my email - [protected]@gmail.com

            Website: www.iho.in

I opted for a thyrocare lab test package for rs 999/- on 7th sep 2017.

The payment was made on the iho website through a credit card. I did not get anything even though the website claims "instant delivery of voucher".

On enquiry with customer helpline was told that payment has not been received. I obtained the transaction id (024941 dated 7th sep 2017) from the bank and emailed the details. No response.

On enquiring through the customer helpline was bluntly told that the backend does not work on sat and sunday so we cannot help. You can call back again on monday to check.

I wanted to have an urgent check and now i do not know when anything will happen.

The company should send me the voucher immediately or refund my money they have already received. Also they must remove the claim written boldly "instant delivery of voucher" from their website.

                  Sir,
I have booked for the arthritis test profile for myself (P. R. K. Kkumaran-iho no.[protected] and my wife (Mrs. Rajamony kumar) on[protected].
I wanted to avail 2nos of the rs.750/- voucher of health check packages given to me while renewing. I have called at[protected] and booked it. However, while collection of sample, i learned that only my name was booked and my wife's name was not there. Also it was regular booking without any discount.
Then again i called up added my wife's name and sample was collected. I paid the amount (Rs.1450/-) as directed by your team.
When the soft copy of the report came, i noticed that my wife's report is only partial. When took up the matter, i was told the payment was less and i have to pay additionally rs.785/-, with fresh sample.
I have paid the required amount and arranged for fresh sample collection.
Ultimately, i have paid the regular price and discount vouchers are lying with me unused.
This is the type of hardship and service provided to the customers from your end.
I tried to use the discount vouchers from your booklet for the first time and the result is a total mess.
I request you to kindly do the needful to improve the service.
                  Thanks.

                    Hi,
I have opt iho heal policy for coverage upto 2 lakhs and renewal date is 15th july 2017. Last week when i ask to pay premium iho people said policy is no longer exist as association between iho and nic (Insurance company) is discontinued due to high claim ratio. I was never informed by either of the companies for this discontinuation and now nic is asking to opt for fresh policy with higher premium and less benefit.
Please look into the matter and advise to proceed further as how policy can discontinue and company take charge new premium rate.

Am sandhya hyd iho member, we didt get any concession on consultn and tests all false commitments till we buy membership. Pls i suggest people not to become member.. They dnt evn respond to ur calls.. My husband literally shouted over calls n msgs..
But no response.. Ur money will be wasted. They have deals with very unpopular/mostly unknown hospitals. They do false commitments over calls till you buy the membership.
We have submitted our bills scanned mails of consultation they just said it will done shortly but its in vain.
They lie to you to sell there plan in watsoever way.
Our 5000/- rs got wasted imagine how hard we work at office to earn money.
And companies like iho are playing with people emotions and plans of there life and health... Such companies should be ceased. Customers are innocent.
If anything they should clearly expain but should make customer suffer with false commitments to buy a plan.
Telecallers bluf customers till they make there sale and leave customer to suffer.. Really disgusting companies.
Government should take quick action on such organisation.
Hope my complaint save someone.. Or help us to get our money back.

No such injection was given in whole day.
Hospital receptionists are so rude. They have no manners.
When i meet patient welfare dept. Of hospital, they said bill is being reactified. But they didnt discharge patient on the same day. The other day they harrased me and made excuses like you have some bill issue, wait for 3 hours, our system shows error etc.

If i am paying extra money then they will discharge patient on the same day.
Its all harrasement of attendents as well as patients. Please do the needful.

I have opted a NIC mediclam policy[protected] for my parents via Indian Health Organization 2 years ago, which is due to be renewed on 15th of Apr'17 (as attached). But, recently I have received an sms stating "NIC has discontinued the group policy and need to be migrated to an individual Mediclam policy.
But NIC is now denying to renew the same policy with same terms and condition and asking for new policy, email from NIC attached. And IHO is not taking the responsibility. I want to continue the same policy as it is now 2 years old and is now eligible to cover the existing diseases of my parents. Please help.

We wish to bring to your notice that National Insurance Company Limited (NIC) has decided to terminate the Memorandum o[censored]nderstanding (MOU) established between IHO and NIC. Pursuant to the termination of the said MOU, IHO members shall not be able to renew the add-on benefit of Group Health Insurance Policy of NIC, through IHO.

For the benefits of our members (IHO members), and to give the continuity benefit with the new terms & conditions, if you wish to migrate your Group Health Insurance Policy to an Individual / Family Floater Health Insurance Policy, you may do so by contacting the concerned official of the insurer i.e. National Insurance Company Ltd. at:

IHO should take responsibility with the same eagerness with which they offered and started the policy. Please suggest and request IHO to provide me the escalation matrix and ask me to give a call from a senior person, as the calls I received were of no use.

For this route msrtc give authorise stop for breakfast or lunch hotel Lilium. At this hotel drinking water quality is not good for health so that poor customer take mineral water but mineral water cost is 20/-per bottle, that bottle is not cool.
                                  Hotel owner behavior also aurogant.
Can food & safety team or msrtc take any legal action against this curaption?

This is to inform you that one employee (Ward Boy) is behaving like anything by using very rude words on Patients and Attenders.
Not even allowing to speak someone. Rest all staff (Doctors & Nurse) is very professional and kind.

Indian Health Organisation [IHO] Customer Care's response
                                        Dear Member,

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inadvertent hassle faced by you at the time of appointment booking. We would like to gently point out that we do book appointments as per member’s convenience but we are also dependent on the doctor schedule. We inform the clinic of an appointment request for our members and try to book as per the requested time however, in some cases are unable to do so as the doctor has prior appointments. That can be the reason why your appointment was booked at 5:00 PM and not 3:00 as required by you.

We would like to kindly inform that you are eligible for discounts on tests even if you are using our already free OPD voucher, but the same has to be booked via an appointment.

We would like to resolve this to your satisfaction hence, may we please request you to provide your registered mobile number so that we can take this further?

                                        Regards,
