Payment got deducted but it got failed saying no response received for 5 mins.
Amount was of 712 and transaction was done today on 19th jan itself.

Below is the upi transaction id for references:- kindly process the refund as soon as possible.

I tried the payment for indane lpg with upi and it was redirected via paymino gateway, i processed the payment from upi but page was not reloaded and amount got deducted from my account. Please check this on priority.

    Hi,

    Today a cylinder delivery boy jaitinder/jitender came with half filled cylinder and when we asked him to weigh it then by trick he showed it to 29 kg.

    We then asked him to weigh it through our weighing balance and it was 20.5 kg instead of 29.5 kg.

    We have been observing this behaviour from past 2-3 months pls take action.

      On 19 jan on 12:15 pm
      I refuel my car ; there is few bike and only my car there, they just refuel the bikes, those bike which come after me the still refuel that bikes, when i told that there is my number to refuel, then they misbehaviour with me and told that if you have urgent then go dnt refuel, there are three employee both behaviour are very bad.

          Hi
          Am from hyderabad. My consumer number ‭[protected]‬. We are not getting gas delivery on time it is taking 15 to 20. Days. Agency guys response is very bad. I had called them from last 1 week for delivery of cylinder still no response. Last 1 week they are telling the same twomarow it will delivered. I got a message that door closed. With out coming to our house they said it. Don’t know what to do. Hope you understand customer problem. Otherwise we need to shift to other gas company. Don’t know whether i will get response or not.

            I was filed 2 ltr of petrol in my bike and this is 2nd instance with me on same place, doing fraud work with customer and fill less fual in bike is really disappointing and not expected from indian oil corporation team, take action to stop suich fraud instances.

              Hi sir \ madam,

              I am suyamburam t from chennai - thoraipakam, for my bike became reserve so i put premium petrol (17/01/2019) from v. S. V agency. (Indian oil) 4/341, rajiv gandhi road (Omr) kottivakkam, chennai - 41 (Near ymca). Manual bill no : 7447 and pump invoice no is 2214751 for rs. 1117.58 for 14.68 liters.

              But issue from bunk is they put petrol for my bullet is 14.68ltrs and for my bike standard bullet capacity is 13.5l and i put petrol after reserve 5 to 8km. (Important* - reserve capacity is 2.5ltrs. But we can use only 1.5ltrs from the reserve).

              How its possible 14.68ltrs for 12l tank and balance 1ltr in side tank (Not possible to use) capacity. Could you please re-payment for 2.5ltrs or else petrol for 2.5ltrs.

              Please do needful for above issue.

                  We have booked a cylinder on 8th jan 2019. After booking a link came to pay online and we have paid through axis bank internet banking. Amount got deducted from our account but not showing to the panaga indane gas agency, sarjapura bangalore. We have received subsidiary also.
                  Please resolve asap because agency people are coming daily to ask for the amount....

                    Yesterday I filled petrol Indian oil petrol bank in Bangalore to Pune highway near huker later car stopped after certain kms then authoritized service folks confirmed it this is due to adulterated fuel

                      Cooking gas consumer number is cx1449849. I have not received the subsidy for the cooking gas from march 2018. On further enquiry i am advised to approach local distributor who supplies the gas. They say that its being credited in your account but the subsidy credits are not reflected in my account where all earlier subsidies were credited. Earlier i used to get sms. For every credit. Even that is now stopped. When enquired from distributor.. Smriti gas house, 30 maqbara, hazrat ganj lucknow, pin 226010, phone no [protected], reason forwarded is due to server distarbences sms service stopped. I waited for some time that matter may resolved but till there is no solution and keeping with unsatisfactory, incomplete information submitted by the agency, as a last resort i have to lodge the complaint for non receipt of cooking gas subsidy. I am senior citizen around 66 and staying with my wife aged 62 with no other, so i have to do all the things on my own. A friend of mine informed me about the site. Please look into the matter ensure earlier resolution. Need less to add, as i understand from other colleagues in my area and in other parts of lucknow, they are also facing same problem

                        please note booking reference 428834 consumer no. 5270 . We have received message having cash memo no. [protected] cylinder was delivered on 31st December 2018 but actually no such delivery took place. Distributor is Neelam gas agency and they doing such fake things by showing wrong status. Kindly resolve.

                          Delivery of bad quality cylinder.
                          Leakage is still there.
                          Careless attitude of agency.
                          Delayed cylinder delivery.
                          With repeated requests to acknowledge the bad quality washers still the cylinders are of bad quality washers and they never admit the same. They say that it is not a problem it happens sometimes.
                          Always create trouble for us and keep us under suspicion.

                            I am brig m ganguli of c 57 jal vayu vihar, block lb, salt lake 700098, cons no. 05858, booked for refill, which was delivered on 14/01/2019 vide
                            Voucher no.[protected]against order no.[protected] dated 12/01/2019.

                            Cost refill was paid to delivery man sri dibakar in cash, but he demanded extra rs 11/-, for the said supply

                            Though it is very small amount, but such practice of demanding over & above actual cost should not be allowed.
                            Kindly ensure necessary action

                                    The service boy at akula shoppe petrol pump, hazaribagh road engaged me in a conversation and manipulated the situation in such a way that I was not able to see the meter.on pointing out this thing he did'nt accept his mistake and misbehaved.After looking at the metre it was apparently clear that less petrol has been delivered.The sap code the petrol pump is 250253.receipt no.[protected].i also have kept the receipt and payment details that I made through paytm wallet can also be forward if need be.

                                      Consumer no. 4549, distributor name - akhand jyoti. Telephone no. [protected].
                                      11.03.2015- adhar card, added, bank a/c updated with required paper which was submitted for gas subsidy. Distributor say that everything is o. K, but despite all these things i have not received even a single subsidy reasons best known to person concerned.
                                      Kindly suggest me where to go and to complain. Earlier in the month of march 2018 complain was made but grievance not redressed till date. Harendra kumar tiwary.
