Delivery of bad quality cylinder.
Leakage is still there.
Careless attitude of agency.
Delayed cylinder delivery.
With repeated requests to acknowledge the bad quality washers still the cylinders are of bad quality washers and they never admit the same. They say that it is not a problem it happens sometimes.
Always create trouble for us and keep us under suspicion.

    I am brig m ganguli of c 57 jal vayu vihar, block lb, salt lake 700098, cons no. 05858, booked for refill, which was delivered on 14/01/2019 vide
    Voucher no.[protected]against order no.[protected] dated 12/01/2019.

    Cost refill was paid to delivery man sri dibakar in cash, but he demanded extra rs 11/-, for the said supply

    Though it is very small amount, but such practice of demanding over & above actual cost should not be allowed.
    Kindly ensure necessary action

            The service boy at akula shoppe petrol pump, hazaribagh road engaged me in a conversation and manipulated the situation in such a way that I was not able to see the meter.on pointing out this thing he did'nt accept his mistake and misbehaved.After looking at the metre it was apparently clear that less petrol has been delivered.The sap code the petrol pump is 250253.receipt no.[protected].i also have kept the receipt and payment details that I made through paytm wallet can also be forward if need be.

              Consumer name - harendra kumar tiwary, s/o late awadh kishore tiwary, 205, nirmala kunj apartment, mahesh nagar raod no.3, patna, bihar -800024.
              Consumer no. 4549, distributor name - akhand jyoti. Telephone no. [protected].
              11.03.2015- adhar card, added, bank a/c updated with required paper which was submitted for gas subsidy. Distributor say that everything is o. K, but despite all these things i have not received even a single subsidy reasons best known to person concerned.
              Kindly suggest me where to go and to complain. Earlier in the month of march 2018 complain was made but grievance not redressed till date. Harendra kumar tiwary.

                My consumer number is 8993 under veer sachi gas agency, bhubaneswar, odisha
                Cash memo was generated on 05/01/2019 but
                Cylinder has not been delivered yet. Even after several requests no action has been taken by the gas distributor. Even the toll free helpline number that is provided for complaints is not being received.
                Please take necessary action immediately for early delivery of the cylinder.

                  I have booked online refill booking on dtd 20-dec-18 and payment via my card.
                  At the time of 1st booking payment deduct but refill not booked. I am again attempt booking and book refill and again payment. Two times payment deduct from my account. I am still awaited for refund but my refund still not credit in my account.
                  Rs. 822.09/- deducted two times.

                    We are having one gas and we wanted to book another gas. Gas is on my sisters name. My sister is in japan, so they said an online letter by her is acceptable. They called me and my father several times in their office and result is nothing. I want justice, i want apology letter by them. Please find below all details:

                    Firstly i went to them and they said to fill one form and then come back, they will give new extra cylinder.

                    Second time i went with my father, they said kyc is pending which they should have said for first time only. They asked rent agreement and id proof of my sister.

                    Third time we means me and my father again visited then they said one new document is pending. When we said you did'nt said this before then she said i said talk to sir.

                    Then we spoke their so cold sir, my father was politely talking to him in hindi after sometime he started speaking in english so i replied back in english very well. But now according to him with out my sister they will not give us new cylinder. And he said to bring another document with 100 rupees stamp dutee.

                    This behaviour is not acceptable, i will fight till last and want justice because my father suffers a lot. We will get another cylinder of bharat gas if possible. But before that we want justice.

                        Sir,
                        Yesterday dated 9th jan'2019 i had taken diesel for my 4 wheeler at 2 petrol pumps of district malda of west bengal, in the morning around 1035hrs i had taken 15.09 liters [protected]@ rs64.96 which cost rs980/- at nandi fuel center, pukhuria more, malda (West bengal).
                        Second time at evening 1617hrs i had again taken 9.40 liters [protected]@ rs63.85 which cost rs600/- at maa laxmi fuel station, bagbari, malda (West bengal).

                        Can you clarify me how is the above said rate difference possible?
                        How is rate difference of diesel for more than rs1.11 paise/ltr within a distance of 23 km.
                        Everyone knows the price of diesel is falling 10 to 15 paise everyday. But the above said nandi fuel center, pukhuria more, malda (West bengal) is very smart, who is not changing everydays fuel price, so that he can earn more profit by duping innocent villagers.

                        Kindly take necessary action against nandi fuel center, pukhuria more, malda (West bengal) on urgent basis.

                          Hi,

                          I visited indian oil petrol pump located in kakkanad.
                          Address: near olimugal junction, seaport - airport rd, kakkanad, kerala 682021, india

                          1) i filled petrol for 1000 rupees and once everything is done i noticed that the density shown on the machine is wrong. It was showing 0.005. Please check the quality of the petrol there.
                          2) when i asked to fill extra point in my indian oil card, they told it is not available and they shown me a number to give a complaint. When i called him, he is not responding.
                          When i had a casual discussion with the pump workers, they told lot of people gave complaint but nothing changed.

                          If somebody can help me on this that will be great. If i am wrong please correct me.

                              I bring to your notice that when goi is promoting digital payment and asking us to pay thru phonepe in advertisements, this ioc bunk in bangalore isn't accepting phonepe at all. The manager says that it is the will of the bunk. Since i am not clear i took pics of the bunk & i got threatened. I am surprised. I don't know to whom or to which political party this owner belongs to. I don't care since we the middle class are in good governance. Pls let me know the action taken. Copy of this mail to marked to the ministry & pmo as well. I am sure that ravanraj is out.

                                My name is sandeep kumar dubey and my consumer no. Is [protected], i booked the cylinder through registered mobile no. [protected] on 31-dec-18 and my booking reference no. Is 425379 but the cylinder still not delivered.

                                While contacting to dealer, they told me that they don't have the stock but many people purchasing the cylinder from the agency without booking.

                                I too is not getting the susidy amout in my savings account.

                                  I had booked my gas cylinder in 1st week of nov2018 and slip detils received on 12 nov 2018 by sms on my booking mob no [protected] but delivered on me on 28 nov 2018. By my dealer lov kush jamui, pin no 811307 bihar.in between i had collected from someone for cooking my food and i have to return him now on urgent basis one gas cylinder. Within 2 days the person who had given me. I had visited my luv kush gas agency jamui bihar to give me one gas cylinder but they refused me to give. I am writing here for ur urgent help because i am single male staying out of city and my whole famaily including 85 yrs oild father staying with my famaily. So, i request to arrange my gas cylinder otherwise unable to consume food all of my famaily member.

                                    I am having an account with samaira indane gas agency, noida.
                                    Everytime i order a cylinder, they deliver a cylinder with lesser quantity of gas or a defective cylinder that leaks gas.in mamura, sector -66 noida, all the cylinders delivered are the same. Why is the agency letting these people risk all the residents lives, delivering leaking cylinders.
                                    I have filed a complained to indian oil but appareently no action was taken.
                                    Yesterday, they delivered the cylinder with 2kg less gas than standard weight. I returned the cylinder, then they delivered a leaked cylinder. When i again returned, they delivered a sealed cylinder with lesser gas.
                                    This agency is fraud, their weighing machine is rigged. How can we trust indane, when these fraud agencies are representing them?
                                    Please conduct a proper inquiry, take an action, so that these agencies stop cheating people.

                                      Please be informed that i have booked my gas on 04 n0v 18 for which i have made payment through debit card vide transation no[protected] against pos [protected] for amount rs. 943.50

                                      But unfortunatly i did not get the delivary stating that the cash not credited to your accounts. Sbusequntly i purchased gas from you on cash payment.

                                      I am not getting any responce from surendra indane, sreekrishnapuram, palakkad, kerala inspite of repeated e mail remainders and telephone

                                        I have booked the cylinder on 1st of ja 2019 but its going to more than 6 days but i havent recieved the cylinder. Whenever i call the delievery executive he always reply me that he is at godown and will come after 30 min or one hour but he never come, one time he came with the cylinder but the gas was not completely filled. The weight of the cylinder was less than 25 kg so i refused to take the cylinder and asked him to deliver the properly filled cylinder. After then he is making different excuses and not coming to deliver the cylinder.
