Hi,

I visited indian oil petrol pump located in kakkanad.
Address: near olimugal junction, seaport - airport rd, kakkanad, kerala 682021, india

1) i filled petrol for 1000 rupees and once everything is done i noticed that the density shown on the machine is wrong. It was showing 0.005. Please check the quality of the petrol there.
2) when i asked to fill extra point in my indian oil card, they told it is not available and they shown me a number to give a complaint. When i called him, he is not responding.
When i had a casual discussion with the pump workers, they told lot of people gave complaint but nothing changed.

If somebody can help me on this that will be great. If i am wrong please correct me.

I book a cylinder in[protected], and i am not received any cylinder till now, so I Check cylinder status online, and It's showing cylinder delivered in[protected].

but I am not received any cylinder. the cylinder booking no is 918567.

    Sir,
    Today dated 9th jan'2019 i had taken diesel for my 4 wheeler at 2 petrol pumps of district malda of west bengal, in the morning around 1035hrs i had taken 15.09 liters [protected]@ Rs64.96 which cost Rs980/- at NANDI FUEL CENTER, PUKHURIA MORE, MALDA(WEST BENGAL) .
    Second time at evening 1617hrs i had again taken 9.40 liters [protected]@ Rs63.85 which cost Rs600/- at MAA LAXMI FUEL STATION, BAGBARI, MALDA(WEST BENGAL).

    Can you clarify me how is the above said rate difference possible?
    how is rate difference of diesel for more than Rs1.11 paise/ltr within a distance of 23 km .
    everyone knows the price of diesel is falling 10 to 15 paise everyday .but the above said NANDI FUEL CENTER, PUKHURIA MORE, MALDA(WEST BENGAL) is very smart, who is not changing everydays fuel price, so that he can earn more profit by looting innocent villagers.

    kindly take action against NANDI FUEL CENTER.

      Sir,
      I bring to your notice that when goi is promoting digital payment and asking us to pay thru phonepe in advertisements, this ioc bunk in bangalore isn't accepting phonepe at all. The manager says that it is the will of the bunk. Since i am not clear i took pics of the bunk & i got threatened. I am surprised. I don't know to whom or to which political party this owner belongs to. I don't care since we the middle class are in good governance. Pls let me know the action taken. Copy of this mail to marked to the ministry & pmo as well. I am sure that ravanraj is out.

        My name is sandeep kumar dubey and my consumer no. Is [protected], i booked the cylinder through registered mobile no. [protected] on 31-dec-18 and my booking reference no. Is 425379 but the cylinder still not delivered.

        While contacting to dealer, they told me that they don't have the stock but many people purchasing the cylinder from the agency without booking.

        I too is not getting the susidy amout in my savings account.

          I had booked my gas cylinder in 1st week of nov2018 and slip detils received on 12 nov 2018 by sms on my booking mob no [protected] but delivered on me on 28 nov 2018. By my dealer lov kush jamui, pin no 811307 bihar.in between i had collected from someone for cooking my food and i have to return him now on urgent basis one gas cylinder. Within 2 days the person who had given me. I had visited my luv kush gas agency jamui bihar to give me one gas cylinder but they refused me to give. I am writing here for ur urgent help because i am single male staying out of city and my whole famaily including 85 yrs oild father staying with my famaily. So, i request to arrange my gas cylinder otherwise unable to consume food all of my famaily member.

            I am having an account with samaira indane gas agency, noida.
            Everytime i order a cylinder, they deliver a cylinder with lesser quantity of gas or a defective cylinder that leaks gas.in mamura, sector -66 noida, all the cylinders delivered are the same. Why is the agency letting these people risk all the residents lives, delivering leaking cylinders.
            I have filed a complained to indian oil but appareently no action was taken.
            Yesterday, they delivered the cylinder with 2kg less gas than standard weight. I returned the cylinder, then they delivered a leaked cylinder. When i again returned, they delivered a sealed cylinder with lesser gas.
            This agency is fraud, their weighing machine is rigged. How can we trust indane, when these fraud agencies are representing them?
            Please conduct a proper inquiry, take an action, so that these agencies stop cheating people.

              Please be informed that i have booked my gas on 04 n0v 18 for which i have made payment through debit card vide transation no[protected] against pos [protected] for amount rs. 943.50

              But unfortunatly i did not get the delivary stating that the cash not credited to your accounts. Sbusequntly i purchased gas from you on cash payment.

              I am not getting any responce from surendra indane, sreekrishnapuram, palakkad, kerala inspite of repeated e mail remainders and telephone

                I have booked the cylinder on 1st of ja 2019 but its going to more than 6 days but i havent recieved the cylinder. Whenever i call the delievery executive he always reply me that he is at godown and will come after 30 min or one hour but he never come, one time he came with the cylinder but the gas was not completely filled. The weight of the cylinder was less than 25 kg so i refused to take the cylinder and asked him to deliver the properly filled cylinder. After then he is making different excuses and not coming to deliver the cylinder.

                  I am having a swift 2011model which has diesel tank of 42 litre, but when filled it's shows 44 litre in vandana fuels, my diesel tank wasn't that empty. Their explanation are weird. This is not the first time am experiencing this situation in this gas station. Many others people also has doubts regarding calibration of the machine. Kindly take strict action.

                      I have applied for subsidy in lpg gas connection as per details mentioned below. Though i have submitted all the essential documents as per suggested by my distributor agency but till now i have never avail facilities of subsidy provided by government of india. My distributor agency told me that your aadhaar no not linked with bank account but after confirmation from my bank branch they ensures that not only your account linked with aadhar but your account was opened with aadhaar. Now i am helpless. Please consider my request and assist me for further legal steps required if any.

                          There is a petrol pump at kalyanpur kanpur nagar gt road infront of kalyanpur thana. There is no professional air person. Some other guys doing there own business shop of puncture and they are not interested in filling air for customers as they r busy in their shop only. I request u to contact them to allot a air person there so that we can get the air easily. Air machine is also not working there its been a long time.

                            My lpg id is :[protected]Sushant kumar). My subsidy has to go to my pnb (Punjab national bank) a/c with which my aadhaar is linked.

                            But there is probably a scam under which my subsidy is going to an unknown person's bank a/c in bank of baroda. Last time i received subsidy in my own bank a/c was only in march 2017. Since then, the other person is getting subsidy wrongfully, in his bank of baroda a/c. I had not requested any change in this regard.

                            So i request that the subsidy amount wrongfully transferred to some other bank a/c should be recovered and be given to my pnb a/c no. On placing a complaint with ioc (Complaint id: 1- [protected]), i was told to delink my aadhaar and link again. But my aadhaar is already linked correctly to my own a/c i. E.in pnb.

                            Please correct the error wherever it is, and recover my lost subsidy.

                              I am mithai lal, consumer of indane gas from goodwill gas agency (Sultan puri). My consumer no12832. The delivery person does not provide/interest to deliver cylinder on time & ignore to give at house. After cancellation of december booking, he told me you are not coming to take your cylinder because of (I have weight machine to weight cylinder) that is why he is not responding. Again 23 december booking is not received. Please strict action towards distributer and delivery man (Bahadur singh).

                              The cylinder delivered to us is of less weight differing in more than 3 kg of gas. When asked from delivery man, he simply changed our cylinder with a full one. This irregularity is done third time. I firmly believe that some of the gas is taken out from some cylinders illegally.

                                Today on 03.01.2019, i went to m/s nirmal sain enterprises, iocl pump at sector 14, panchkula, haryana for getting the petrol refilled in my activa.
                                I asked specifically for petrol, but the operator very cleverly filled with xtra premium petrol with out seeking my permission. I asked him why he didn't asked or mentioned this before filling? He has no answer. To hide his fault, he started misbheaving. He even dared me to complaint upto any level and said that we will again do this.
                                Immediately i informed this to the outlet manager and asked him to provide me with the official complaint book of iocl. He provided me with a simple copy and asked me to write my complaint on that. I again asked him to provide with the official complaint book of iocl. He straight forwardly refused to provide the same and said that they don't know about any such complaint book. I asked him to give the name and contact of the higher authority to complain the matter but he again straight forwardly refused and said, i don't know. Also there was no information on any board about the complaining authority.

                                Pls take my this complaint against this petrol pump for cheating the consumers, misbehave by the staff and not providing the required mandatory information on boards & not providing the complaint book. I request for a strong action against the operator, manager as well as the owners so that these type of malpractices should be stopped immediately.

                                  Sir, i updesh kumar, consumer no. [protected] phn no. [protected], got my distributor changed from people gas service indira nagar, to maa durga indane gas acency, vinamr khand, gomti nagar lko. Booking clerk miss lakshmi tiwari firstly feeded my wrong address and now after so much helter skelter correction could be done. Now when i booked my cylinder .For about 11-12 times, each time after booking cylinder, it gets cancelled after 2-3 hrs. Mssg shows to contact distributor. I went to disributor multiple times, they gave me assurance to resolve but my problem is still not resolved and my booking is getting cancelled.I am fed of running to distributor . Hope you will help me in the matter so that i will get cylinder smoothly.

                                  Sir, after complaining about cancellation of my lpg booking, since it has been a week but still my problem is not yet solved.It is cancelled again & again. Kindly look into the matter seriously and plz try to solve it as soon as possible so that booking of lpg can be done.Or plz guide me the way to solve the problem.

                                    From[protected] to[protected], 37 gas cylinders have never received a subsidiary and there is no solution to the gas dealer nirmal indien. The bank said he did not have any topic there. Yet another bank has not started a new account and does not claim that it must be hazardous to take a quick action.

                                    Also activate the facility on my Customer ID for future bookings.

                                      Sir I Nirmala Kukreti W/O Harsh Mohan Kukreti consumer No. A00433, LPG ID[protected]-3456 not receiving LPG subsidy in my Bank A/C no. [protected]([protected]) SBI(ADB) Padampur Sukhro, Kotdwara (UK) -Code 5848 since November 2017. My Aadhar No. is already linked with my Bank account, but my bank account no. not linked to LPG. In this regards I several time requested to my LPG Distributer i.e. Sidhbali Indane Gas Agency Kotdwar, Distt .Pauri Garhwal (UK) code- 173733 to link my Bank Account to LPG but the distributer is not taking any action on my problem. I have submitted unified PAHAL (DBTL) joining form duly completed in all respect along with the photocopy of my Aadhar card twice to my LPG distributer but my Bank account No. not yet linked to LPG. Please do the needful in this regard so that I may get my LPG subsidy.
