I submitted application on 8/2/2019 & pan no card photocopy to gas dealer arihant gas agency, indore. But i am not given whether subsidy is started or not. My particulars: name: shrikant telang, pan no aaopt4234b, con no. S59878. Pl do the needful to start subsidy. This complaint is submitted to start lpg subsidy. I also submitted application in the past but no result. Pl advise me.

    I had applied for a new connection on feb 13, 2019 via n190211244448419691780. The distributor said he has not received the money in his account despite of giving him the transaction receipt sent by indane and the transaction id. I have raised two complaints with indane already viai ocl sr registration - sr no:1-[protected] and 1-[protected] for which there is no response yet. No one is able to assist or attend a query a customer faces. I want my money back asap.

      I am a joint secretary to government of kerala. On 26.02.2019, evening around 5.40 pm i went to indian oil coporation petrol pump at pattom junction, thiruvananthapuram for filling diesel in my own vehicle. While i entering the pump i asked one employee of the pump who was in uniform and wearing id card, to hlep me for getting diesel and where i have to stop my vehicle. But i surprided his behaviour to me was very rude and insulting and he asked me to stop behind a car which was beakdown and its bonet was open. I understand that the employee of the pump does not like my question and asking him to help me. That's why he was puposefully insulting me and asked me to stop my car behind a break down car which will not move forward for a long time. Hence i asked him again that how can i get diesel by parking behind a break sdown car inside the pump. Then his behavior was very rude and harsh. I am not at all expected such a behavior from an ioc petrol pump. This is not atall proper and an employee of the pump should not bahave like this to a valuable customer of ioc. I don't know the name of the employee. But i have informed the matter to another supervisor of the pump and he promissed me to tell this matter to the owner of the pump. Hence i request that kindly enquire the matter and istruct the pump owner not to appont such employees in ioc petrol pumps and strict action to be taken against the said employee.

      I am a Joint Secretary to Government of Kerala.         Sir, i was getting subsidy in my previous sbi account, but when i linked my aadhar to new account the subsidy discontinue. Now i have mapped my aadhar[protected] in new sbi account [protected] with npci and lpg i'd[protected] of ioc. But stil i am not getting subsidy in my account. Gas agency and bank says it is automatically from npci.

I shifted my family to bangalore recently and booked 2 gas cylinders with aashisu indane gas agency, rk/hegde nagar bengaluru 560077 under my new consumer number [protected].           I have a gas connection with neelkanth gas services, location uttam nagar, south west delhi. I am highly disappointed with their services as i booked my refill on 18th feb, 19 and yesterday on 24th of feb i got massage for cancellation without any reason and every times it is happening at last 3 month and yesterday i called to neelkanth gas services agency to know the reason of cancellation, so he didn't not provide any solution for it and the way of talking is very rude. I am highly disappointed with this so please have a look on this serious issue on priority and help me in this concern.

            ये आपकी तीनो पट्रोल पम्प कंपनी गत दिनों राजस्थान में 10 हजार पट्रोल पम्पो के आवंटन की बिज्ञप्ति निकाली थी और ड्रा के माध्य्म से आवंटन किया जाना था पर कम्पनी वालो ने तीन ग्रुप निश्चित किये थे
            जो इस प्रकार है
            ग्रुप 1 = जिसके पास जमीन है वो आवेदन कर सकता है

            ग्रुप 2 = किराया की जमीन लेकर आवेदन कर सकता है

            ग्रुप 3 = जिसके पास जमीन नही है वो भी आवेदन कर सकता है

            पर sir जी इसमें आप बता रहे है कि 1st चांस ग्रुप 1 वालो को दिया जाएगा किसी भी पम्प में यदि आवेदन ग्रुप 1 में आवेदन किया है तो पहला मौका उसको दिया जाएगा

            में ये कहना चाहाता हूं जब ड्रा ही किया जाना था तो इन्होंने 3 ग्रुप क्यों दिए 3 ग्रुप दिए है तो ड्रा में सभी 3 ग्रुप को शामिल किया जाना चाहिए नही तो पहले ये 1 ग्रुप में ही आवेदन मंगवाना चाहिए था ये तो गरीबो से लूट है चुनावी साल में गरीबो को लूटा जा रहा है

            पट्रोल पम्पो में सभी को शामिल किया जाना चाहिए
            सभी को इसका मौका मिलना चाहिए

            सभी ग्रुप का एक साथ ड्रा निकाला जाए तभी सभी
            को मौका मिले ड्रा आने पर तो ग्रुप 3 वाले भी जमीन खरीद लेगे

              The petrol station located in Laggere Banglore not provide filling air for the coustomer they fill nitrogen gas and collect money, they insist on filling only nitrogen gas they do not have normal air filling mechain for the coustomer it is a big head ache pls organise normal air filling point, they have made one more tricky thing the air filling location is few yards away from the petrol station, this fellow will never be there and I think they have made it knowing for you, if any complaint recived they show that the air filling location is there and they escape from the service. Pls organise.

              Petrol station near Laggere Banglore, not giving air filling service and they have made it a business to fill only nitrogen gas, the petrol station people have made a arrangement by the the side of there station one dummi air filling mechain centre but they never fill for any body, they have made this for the people who inspect. Pls organise the service for normal air filling in the tyer. This is your responsibility and duty also your company declaration. Free air filling in the tyer is very much necessary

                Cash memo no: [protected]. Gas was booked on feb 02, cash memo sent on feb 20. Still no delivery done! The deliver guy keep asking extra 50rs every month! The guys name thanush and chidambaram! Last month i warned those guys for getting extra money! Now they are refusing to deliver order! One of the worst customer care and delivery guy! I've written signature from the delivery guy who got extra money every month! I would like to raise a complaint to consumer court regarding this agencies!

                  On 22 february, at 6:12 pm, i went to the indian oil petrol bunk at phulwari sharif, patna, bihar and requested the staff to fill my scooty tank completely. The staff ignored my spot at the queue and served a customer behind me who needed petrol for ₹51 without offering me any explanation. He then went on to fill up my scooty tank, without ensuring the resetting of the zero. On pointing this out, the staff member vociferously refuted the complain, charged me ₹420 and refused to dispense the bill for the same. I request you to look into the issue immediately and ensure that such malpractice does not recur again.

                      I purchased tube from my indane distributor and changed the rubber tube and serviced the prestige gas stove through prestige company technician.

                      Now on wednesday indane gas distribution person coming and saying pay 177rs for compulsory inspection and if we don't do gas booking will not be done

                      I am filling tank of my car on date 12.02.2019. Time 4.43pm from haji ji filling station, karhal, mainpuri. I swep my debit card three time (1029+1029+1029=3087) but the dealer said amount not received so i give him 1000 rs in cash. But the above amount dedication in bank statement. I go to dealer many time but he is not response me.

                        Dear sir,
                        With due respect, i am writing this letter to draw your kind attention regarding the irregularities done by the sulabh indian gas agency (Sap code-177178, patna, bihar). The problems being faced by me are following-
                        (A) the gas cylinder is less in weight because it lasts very soon and the plastic cover is manhandled by the respective vendors.
                        (B) the agency staff asks for money without producing any money receipt.in one case, when i had visited the agency for kyc, i had to give 210 inr and when asked for the receipt, he just denied.in one another case, when i reached the same agency with transfer letter from some other gas agency he asked again the money without any money receipt.
                        The situation is not good as we consumers don't have any other option left but to say yes to the tune of vendors and agency staff. Therefore, i request to please look in the matter and favour me to be obliged.

                              I booked for Gas cylinder on 13.02.2019 with an assurance that the cylinder will
                              be delivered within 4-6 working days. But the same has not been

                              i tried to contact indane customer care number but after 10 min waiting hold on call, none respond to me.
                              it is not the first time many times this this thing happened to me by the distributor
                              please take action against the distributor

                                I have visited petrol pump of iocl : jattewar hall hasanbag road, nagpur, maharashtra & spend 5 minutes in que and when come to nozle : 1 man come with his scooter direct without que & nozzle boy gave nozzle to add petrol in his scooter by himself when i asked nozle boy that we are also in line that time he said : i need to talk with that person not with nozle boy and nozle boy loudly told his name is kailash ninawe and said to do whatever i can do : i don't think this is a proper way to communicate with clients when fault is yours and my question is iocl hired this kind of goons with which purpose?

                                Kindly solve this as soon as possible and give proper solution to iocl regular customers.

                                  Staff member did not have a proper conversation and they miss behaved and abused.
                                  They gave threat that they will not deliver cylinder anymore.
