    मैंने 24 सिंतबर2018 को मंगल सर्विस स्टेशन हरिद्वार रोड लालतप्पड़, देहरादून में डीजल भरवाने के बाद पंप कर्मचारी से गाड़ी के टायर में हवा चेकिंग के लिए कहा तो कर्मचारी द्वारा अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया गया। इन कर्मचारियों की शिकायत मैंने स्टेशन मैनेजर श्री सुदर्शन जी से करनी चाही तो मैनेजर साहब भी अपने कैबिन में अपनी कुर्सी पर बैठे और टेवल पर पैर रखकर सोते हुए पाये गए। उन्हें जगाने के बाद शिकायत की तो उन्होंने भी अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया। क्या यही हमारे हिन्दुस्तान की सभ्यता रह गई है या फिर हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम लिमिटेड कंपनी में ऐसे कर्मचारी रखते हैं जिन्हें बात करने सभ्यता नहीं हो।मेरी कंपनी से यही अनुरोध है कि ऐसे मैनेजर और कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही की जाय।धन्यवाद

      I have a gas connection with indane gas agency, m/s punit nayan enterprises, patna having cust no: 5200.

      I have booked my refill on date 21st september through mobile phone. And same time i received a message on phone regarding the confirmation on booking which has been done and delevery will be done in 3to 4 days. But refill is not delivered at home till date. I try to contact with concerned person regarding this issue but no one is responding the same.

      Kindly look into this matter and requesting you to please delivered the refill at my home.

        We had gas connection of bharat gas in noida city which that has been closed and told me that you have already gas connection of indane gas, after that we called in indane gas customer care then i found out below details. Please look into this and tell me how this connection has opened.

        Request you please take action on this as soon as possible and close this connection and remove my adhar card number.

        I went to the Indane Gas Agency Amritpur and gave the application and Adhar card to close the connection but they reactivated again that connection.

          I m complaint regarding non receipt of subsidy amount against the last 06month. I got the delivery of the cylinder but did'nt got the subsidy amount in my bank account. For this i lodge a complain and even called at helpline number of distributer. Everytime got the response that the server is down & non response to delhi office.

            Pmuy started with new feature like sc st connection, awas beneficiary, mbc etc. But from last couple of days some of your agency (Pawan putra gramin vitrak) issued connection to obc category. Which is totally fraud and misuse of government fund.
            There is no circular regarding obc connection from central government.
            1. They charge 500/- for each connection obc connection.
            2. If rs 500 charge for connection and issued remaining connection free than this is misuse of government fund.
            3. Government bear all charges than is f fraud with government scheme.
            4. There is no any control on such cases so your officer are also involve in these issue. Without involvement of your officer this connection not happen.
            So please stop such fraud and misuse of government fund on name of obc connection.

              Though the issue has been raised several times, still even today 25/09/18, payment done online on the portal, when the cylinder was delivered today the delivery boy demanded inr.30 as delivery charges which i paid in cash. Though indane is aware of this issue, i believe the dealer continues this practice with the support and help of indian oil corporation staff where mostly they get a share from the dealer of the excess amount charged forcibly from cosumers

                I asked to full the diesel tank of my duster mh14ga3928. So the attendant did the same, before filling my vehicle had 7 to 8 litres of diesel.
                So the final bill I got is I filled 54.55 liters of diesel. How can this be possible my vehicle tank capacity is 50 litres only.
                When I asked for justification the owner did not respond in a nice way. And asked me to raise a complaint
                So I am doing the same.
                Please I am waiting for your response or else I will have to put the incident on social media

                    Consumer no. Cx14961705 took one gas refill cylinder from ambily flames, 9th mile, velloor p. O., pampady on 22.09.2018 after returning one empty cylinder.

                    As per invoice dated 22.9.2018, bill mentioned gas cost asks. 773.81, cgst rs. 19.35 & utgst rs.19.35, total being rs.812.50. Rebate for taking gas refilled cylinder directly from gas agency does not appear in the bill.

                    Please advise whether rebate for taking cylinder directly from dealer has been passed on to me?
                    If not, please instruct the dealer to refund me the rebate for for taking delivery of cylinder direct from the dealer.

                        We have booked gas cylinder at nabajyoti gas agency, hatigarh, guwahati on[protected]. But till date[protected] they have not deliver the same. This is happened every month. The service of the agency is quite bad. They do not respond telephone call also.

                              Unfortunately we cant understand what does this status mean, hope they put some meaning ful status which is understood by customer.
                              Secondly i call the distributor landline number[protected] mentioned in indane website and it says the number is no longer working :- (

                              Complaint : distributor is not accepting card payment at night hours.. It's very hectic to get petrol or diesel from them. Please take a necessary action from this distributor

                                Sir, my name is syedwajid contact no-[protected] my lpg connection number is -40520 in bhagyanagar gas agencies vidyanagar sir that distributer is deactivated my connection... Why because... That distributer is reffilling from 19kgs cylinders to 14.2cylinders and created somany accidents in surrounding areas, that distributer area delivery boy ask again and again extra money for refills delivery charges no weighing machines, no swipe machines, no unifoms, under delivery boys... I will tell this matter to ioc officers.. So that distributer proprieter have angry and create my lpg connection in multiple co ection and deactived.. I will tell area office somanytimes but not respond it... That distributer numbers -[protected], [protected].. I will call consumer affairs customer care.. So i have your mail i'd..                                   I have booked a gas against consumer no 11309 on dated 1.09.2018 with the booking no 361383 but till now we have not received the delivery of the lpg subsidy gas cylinder. On telephone online enquiry in your online number, the voice message informed regarding the delivery of gas against cash memo [protected] on 4.09.2018, but we have not yet received the gas. Most probably delivery van messenger has sold it to somebody else and has given false report to your office. Please make a inquiry against consumer number 11309 regarding the false delivery message and send us gas cylinder as soon as possible.

                                    Shaheed r s bora petrol pump at someshwar (Almora) uttarakhand is indulged in black marketing the petrol to self made dealers around today 17/09/2018 i went their to refuel my bike they said no petrol but worker was filling cans with petrol it happens most of the time, they have not mentioned any information in petrol pump premises no contact number no emergency number most importantly all three petrol pumps are doing same thing, they don't provide basic mandatory facilities to customers, please take strict action against it because most sufferers are tourists and duty going people it's the only petrol pump near famous hill station kausni,

                                      With reference to the tender no. Hcc/lubes-44/pt-161/2017-18. We have received rejection message of our tender id 2017_mktho_66916_1

                                      2017_mktho_66917_1 due to truck weight issue.

                                      This is to inform you that my tender is wrongly rejected by you.

                                      As per the new guide lines of rto, truck can carry 18 mt load legally in 15 mt vehicle. We was placed 10 truck for tender and every truck allotted weight gvw 25000.

                                      In confirmatory document no clarification is sought.

                                      i have tried at my lavel best. but i have got subsidy into my account. many time i went to bank and gas agency. lastly from gas agency some have told my that i should complain through npci. which i did . please do needful. regards. ajay jain
