I am consumer of indane gas. My distributor is l. T. Distributor kolkata phone number [protected]. My consumer no. Is 16201. I have registered my phone in the kyc submitted to the dealer as [protected] but whenever i want to register it through ivr system i fail to do it. It says some other phone number is registered and as such my number cannot be registered furthermore. But the registered numbers do not belong to me nor i donot have any idea about these numbers. I have requested personally to the needful but no action has been taken. Now i request to register my actual number that is [protected] to enable me to book cylinders through ivr system and get the messages accordingly.

    ഞാൻ കേരളത്തിൽ കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിൽ കൊട്ടിയം പ്രദേശത്തെ പെട്രോൾ പമ്പിൽ debit card ഉപയോഗിച്ച് 55 രൂപയുടെ പെട്രോൾ നിറക്കാൻ ചെന്നപ്പോൾ അവിടുത്തെ മാനേജർ 100 രൂപയ്ക്കു താഴെ petrol നൽകാൻ കഴിയില്ലെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചു കാരണം പറയാൻ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ 55 രൂപയ്ക്കു petrol അടിച്ചാൽ അവർക്കു നഷ്ടമാണെന്നും complaint നൽകുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ നീ പോയി എന്താണെന്നു വച്ചാൽ ചെയ്യ് enikkoru കോപ്പുമില്ല എന്ന മറുപടിയാണ് കിട്ടിയത്

      Dear sir

      I have lpg consumer account with ioc indaine gas no. 04351 lpg id no.[protected] under the name rajesh kak r/o rail coach factory kapurthala punjab. The subsidy was constantly being received in my sbi /rcf saving account but later ioc begins to credit my subsidy to my another bank account of kotak mahindra bank without my knowledge. I later closed my savings account with kotak mahindra and my subsidy ecs credit was returned by the bank. (Ioc reference no. [protected] rs 285.83 ecs date 21/07/2018) also later in september 2018 again ioc sent credit to my closed account and now i am running from piller to post to get the credits back. I have two more bank accounts which are linked with my adhar but subsidy credits are not transferred there. It is requested to look into the matter and credit the subsidy at the earliest.

          I am ganga. My mother has lost gas connection book and not able to find the same and she don't know how to read and write.
          So i requested you to issue us a new gas connection book. The gas connection book was earlier the same name of chittoor venkatamma, old post office street, korlagunta, tirupathi - 517501. Our consumer number is 651.

            My name is pradeep kumar tayal.

            Distributor is shirdi sai indane distributor, domlur, bangalore 560071
            Cylinder delivered on 27 september 2018.net amount rs.820.5.
            The delivery boy wanted rs.850. Mentioned that he gets only rs.6 from the distributor for delivering. His name is richard, was very rude.
            I tried contacting the manager, not available. Your toll free number does not work. We are senior citizens would like to get our cylinders in peace.in any case the prices keep going up every time we book a cylinder, if you can not give reasonable amount to the delivery boys might as well add that to a new cess of delivery. Very poor show on part of indane.
            Will some action be forthcoming. Thank you

                मैंने 24 सिंतबर2018 को मंगल सर्विस स्टेशन हरिद्वार रोड लालतप्पड़, देहरादून में डीजल भरवाने के बाद पंप कर्मचारी से गाड़ी के टायर में हवा चेकिंग के लिए कहा तो कर्मचारी द्वारा अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया गया। इन कर्मचारियों की शिकायत मैंने स्टेशन मैनेजर श्री सुदर्शन जी से करनी चाही तो मैनेजर साहब भी अपने कैबिन में अपनी कुर्सी पर बैठे और टेवल पर पैर रखकर सोते हुए पाये गए। उन्हें जगाने के बाद शिकायत की तो उन्होंने भी अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया। क्या यही हमारे हिन्दुस्तान की सभ्यता रह गई है या फिर हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम लिमिटेड कंपनी में ऐसे कर्मचारी रखते हैं जिन्हें बात करने सभ्यता नहीं हो।मेरी कंपनी से यही अनुरोध है कि ऐसे मैनेजर और कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही की जाय।धन्यवाद

                  I have booked my refill on date 21st september through mobile phone. And same time i received a message on phone regarding the confirmation on booking which has been done and delevery will be done in 3to 4 days. But refill is not delivered at home till date. I try to contact with concerned person regarding this issue but no one is responding the same.

                        Pmuy started with new feature like sc st connection, awas beneficiary, mbc etc. But from last couple of days some of your agency (Pawan putra gramin vitrak) issued connection to obc category. Which is totally fraud and misuse of government fund.
                        There is no circular regarding obc connection from central government.
                        1. They charge 500/- for each connection obc connection.
                        2. If rs 500 charge for connection and issued remaining connection free than this is misuse of government fund.
                        3. Government bear all charges than is f fraud with government scheme.
                        4. There is no any control on such cases so your officer are also involve in these issue. Without involvement of your officer this connection not happen.
                        So please stop such fraud and misuse of government fund on name of obc connection.

                          Though the issue has been raised several times, still even today 25/09/18, payment done online on the portal, when the cylinder was delivered today the delivery boy demanded inr.30 as delivery charges which i paid in cash. Though indane is aware of this issue, i believe the dealer continues this practice with the support and help of indian oil corporation staff where mostly they get a share from the dealer of the excess amount charged forcibly from cosumers

                            I asked to full the diesel tank of my duster mh14ga3928. So the attendant did the same, before filling my vehicle had 7 to 8 litres of diesel.
                            So the final bill I got is I filled 54.55 liters of diesel. How can this be possible my vehicle tank capacity is 50 litres only.
                            When I asked for justification the owner did not respond in a nice way. And asked me to raise a complaint
                            So I am doing the same.
                            Please I am waiting for your response or else I will have to put the incident on social media

                                Consumer no. Cx14961705 took one gas refill cylinder from ambily flames, 9th mile, velloor p. O., pampady on 22.09.2018 after returning one empty cylinder.

                                As per invoice dated 22.9.2018, bill mentioned gas cost asks. 773.81, cgst rs. 19.35 & utgst rs.19.35, total being rs.812.50. Rebate for taking gas refilled cylinder directly from gas agency does not appear in the bill.

                                Please advise whether rebate for taking cylinder directly from dealer has been passed on to me?
                                If not, please instruct the dealer to refund me the rebate for for taking delivery of cylinder direct from the dealer.
