Deepa agencies in pursawalkam, chennai is not accepting passport as address proof for activating 180 day deactivation. Passports are issued after police verification and is the safest. They are telling us to make even a fake rental agreement which they will take it seems. Not sure of the professionalism of these people. Please help to address this asap

I found there is a malpractice while filling petrol in this petrol bunk. This morning when i went to fill the petrol. I filled it up for rs.200 which almost like 2.25ltrs and apart from that 0.5 ltrs was already there in my bike after a while i was on my way to office (Just 1 km from that petrol bunk) suddenly my bike came to reserve mode (Mode when there is 2ltrs of petrol in my bike) so i got shocked. How can 1ltr of petrol get drained for just 1 km and i was 100% sure that petrol bunk has not filled the petrol more than 1-1.5 ltrs. I'm writing this to consumer court as well and request for strict action to be taken against this malpractice.

As if it is part of leakage or other problems we may had and solution around services. And we all together residents of denkanikottai thought to lodge complaint about this sensitive information to the police as we came to know that the owner of distributer strongly connected with krishnagiri police. We all totally became helpless in society then we all together reaching here by online..

A fresh new gas connection was booked on 04 august 18, in mahamaya gas agency, indore. However they have cancelled the booking request a week later. The request was made again on 13 aug 18, and til date the connection is not delivered. The agency employees are providing false details and causing unnecessary delay with no reason.
Booking no.- (1) - [protected]-which was cancelled by agency deliberately.
(2.) [protected]-requested again on 13 aug 18.
Request hassle and harassment (By agency employees) free gas connection to be provided.

This is in regards to the transfer of our earlier gas connection in the name of mrs. Mohinder kaur (My wife's mother) r/o - b-36, sawan park, ashok vihar, phase 3, new delhi to our new rental address c-33/1 adarsh nagar delhi under angad enterprises, rajan babu road, new delhi.

My wife visited first time @around 1:30 pm to ask about their policies and procedures to transfer the gas connection and we understand it was their lunch time and due to which they didn't entertain. We didn't mind that. My wife visited 2nd time and they informed us the procedure that we need to get the transfer formalities done from previous distributor to the new distributor which we completed. Now she went their for the 3rd time, they handed over another form (Kyc form) which needs to be signed by mrs. Mohinder kaur and informed us to bring other documents like rental agreement, electricity bill and your id proof. We got it signed too and took away all the above said documents.

Today, we visited 4th time, hoping that it would be completed this time, and now they stated that we will need the copy of the id proof of mrs. Mohinder kaur. We tried to arrange it by whatsapp and they added to that we need the signed copy.

It's been very annoying and frustrating visiting so many times just to complete the transfer formalities. We both are working and it's been very difficult to take out time between 10-5 (Which is their working time). Moreover, the lady didn't tell the information in the first go. They keep on sending us for one information for the first time and 2nd information for 2nd time and so on. The whole staff specially that lady had been very rude to us. Please do something. Subsidy amounts for four LPG cylinders delivered so far w.e.f. 1/12/2017 to consumer no-CX 23725791 are not being credited to my SBI sb a/c [protected] .distributor code-160117 and concerned IOC officials have been contacted for solution of this problem affecting my interest but with no hasty action. as yet. N/A in this regard is urgently solicited

My cunsumer no is [protected] i have booked a lpg cylinder on 6-aug ref.342682, on 11-aug cash memo [protected] was raised against the booking but the lpg is not delivered to me.
I came to know that i am not going to have any delivery in next coming day's. As they're some crisis in delivering cylinder's

I have filled petrol on 12/08/2018 from coco petrol pump vibhuti khand gomti nagar lucknow at about 1.02pm from first /left side pump for rs 1000 from sbi debit card. The sales man there feeded rs 1000 in the machine and showed 0 at the start and placed nozzle in my car. But after that he began to push the lever of the nozzle upside and when i asked him why he was doing so, he replied there is no problem and he continued doing the same. I went to manager's room who was not there but one person saying himself as supervisor came to the that pump and both the person i e person filling petrol and that supervisor began to say no loss is done to me. When i insisted that after feeding amounts in machine, why he was pressing lever of the nozzle again and again, he could not reply and accepted that this should not have been done.
I think at least more than half litter of petrol was theft by this action. Such type of activities are being done by the people filling petrol at petrol /disel pumps.
As the inspection are not being done properly, customers have to suffer. Please make inspection of this petrol pump thoroughly, as i presume a lot of oil is being given less to the customers.

So my compliant is that, the cylinder which was delivered by the delivery man of the cylinder has come down to less than 2 kg.
So i request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible so that my house can be cooked.

Sir everytime during the delivery of gas cylinder the delivery boy asked for extra money and my father used to give that money but today when they come and i refuse to pay the money and ask the why they are takeing extra maney they told me that it is delivery cahrges and for further query contact the office.
But my question to you that is it right to collect to extra money from customer like this.
Please look after this matter and take necessary steps to stop this kind of incidents

I wonder if you are aware of a racket - unauthorised persons are gate crashing into homes claiming to carry out mandatory inspections of gas connections and charging hefty fees.

I demanded to see the mandate, and questioned why customers have not been notified about the 'mandatory inspections.'

When I declined the inspection, I was threatened that I will not be allowed to book refills in future.

I request you to investigate the matter and take suitable measures to put an end to this kind of harassment and protect citizen consumers.

My name is Khidmat Singh Subba. My LPG connection supplier is Rinchen Gas Service, Kalimpong, West Bengal. This distributor's Code is 140989. My Indane Consumer No. is 00273 and my LPG ID is[protected]. Since the time my Adhaar No. was linked to both the distributor and my Bank SBI a/c No. in 2014 I was getting the subsidy regularly till November 2016. Thereafter without notice the subsidy started going to Airtel Payment Bank upto December 2017 when I was given the option to revert back to the old practice of getting the subsidy to my SBI bank Account. The message that I received then runs thus "Your Airtel Payment Bank a/c Noxxxxxx1557 is mapped for DBT subsidy. If you wish to reverse and switch back to your previous bank a/c SMS YES to [protected]". I sent the YES message to that number. Thereafter Airtel Payment Bank is not receiving the subsidy and neither the SBI Bank. I am sorry to say that I have not received even once the subsidy.thereafter. Kindly look into this and do the needful.
