It has been noticed and seen that there has been illegal transaction which has happened under my lpg id for indane lpg cylinder services without my knowlesdge..

It was highlighted on checking online for customer number cx30002446 where the details were saying that the cylinder was booked and delivered at my home on 30 aug 2018 which never happened.. It also has a transaction number and lpg subsidy deposited showing.. Which also never happened.

On calling the agency named as dwarkesh agency in anand they were not able to justify the transaction.

Kindly note the same and get the transaction removed from account along with the subsidy being re submitted to account...

I shifted from hyderabad to gaya, and transfered my gas connection from hyderabad to gaya also. Again i have to deposit transfer amount and other things as well, thats fine. But they gave me old not working regular. Is there any rule on transfer connection i have to get old regular? I already paid all amount, then why should i receive old gas regulator. I raised the complaint on consumer helpline, one person named pankaj, having number ‭[protected]‬ spoke with me rudely and forced me to change the connection. Is this the solution to solve such issue, because of new regulator, is there any rule in gas agency? Please check this issue...

Indane gas cylinders 30.08.2018 deliver but still now subsiti not add my account, i was call customer care he says that aadhaar link bank account not link why?? 2 year subsiti add my account then this subsiti not add my account why?
Please solve the issue with in 7th days other wise i compliant the congumer foram.

The cylinder delivery boy asking 50 rupees more than bill amount. Every time this problem is arising. Kindly book complaint and do the needful

This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “give it up” subsidy option for my lpg connection by one of my family members who is ignorant to understand english words. Kindly solve the issue asap where i am facing lot of problems. As earlier it was going in indusind bank & now latest i have updated my aadhar in utkal grameen bank... But today i visited the dealer and enquire about the subsidy linked change dealer answer no but bank told updated your aadhar in the account.

Ica anees merchant had filled diesel in my honda amaze car no. Mp13cb1792 from mashhur petrol station on 25th aug 2018 vide bill no. 3768
On asking for payment through card tge employee said that they don't have any card machine. The air filling machine was out of order. No drinking water. The bathroom tgere was in a horrible condition which cannot be used.

I then asked for a complaint book, which i was told that it is in a lock and key abd can't be provided.

After long discussion and argument the employee called tge owner who then arrived after a long wait and behaved in a very rude way and provided the complaint book in which i wrote the above complaints. He challenged me to write whatever i want to and said nothing can be done against him.
I also brought to the notice to one of your officer mr yash jain through his mobile number [protected], who assured me of strict action against the said dealer. I had since then called him twice abd also sms him on the updates but it seems that no action against the dealer has been taken.
My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly take a strong action against the said dealer and kindly update me so that at least i should know action has een taken do that as a customer we should gain confidence in your company.

Dear sir, my name is anupam sinha and i live in lucknow. My gas agency is sheila gas service at kanpur road, lucknow. My consumer no. Is 27996. I am not getting my subsidy from last 6 months. I have visited gas agency 2 to 3 times but they said me to go to bank and re link your aadhar with your bank account. I have gone to bank but my aadhar no. Was already linked there. But i am not receiving my subsidy in spite of regular follow up from gas agency.

I am getting LPG Cylinders from Indane Gas Agency. My distributor is Flames, Kollengode (Palakkad). My S.B.Account is at State Bank of India, Kollengode. (Previously S.B.T, Kollengode)
The subsidy due to me for the cylinders supplied on the following dates has not yet received.
[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], and[protected]. My identity and other details were already given to the distributor as well as the Bank.
Till February 2018 the subsidy was sanctioned and credited in my Bank account promptly. But from 03/2018 onwards the subsidy is seen stopped due to reasons unknown to me.
Please verify the omission if any and arrange to transfer credit the subsidy amount as already done.

My lpg distributer name is shanti indane gas service indane gas my aadhaar no.:[protected]. My lpg id:[protected]. My cunsumer no:- 20238 my bank: - oriental bank of commerce. My bank acount no.:- [protected]. My aadhaar card is updated in lpg. And also updated in oriental bank of commerce, that confirmed bank also. But not updated in npci database. It is showing red dot in aadhaar bank linking status in npci. So, i am not getting subsidy since jan’2018. Please help me…...

Sir agency wale bura behaviour krte h customer k sath, late delivery krte h 10-15 dino baad, complain kro to fight krne lagte h, sb jante h ki 'gomati gas agency' cylinder black krte h, virodh krne pr fight krne lagte h?
Note: sir jaunpur mein or bhi agency h 'neelkanth gas agency' its very very good, bhut fast delivery krte h, customer service is to good 5star rating! But gomati gas agency is so bad, gundagiri krte h dadagiri krte h?

I am the user of lpg with consumer number cx1098834 and lpg id number[protected]. I am not getting lpg subsidy since 06.12.2016.
I inquired at my bank and indane office. They are unable to give the reason for withheld of subsidy. All the related papers or document are already there.
Please look into this matter and inform the reason behind it.

We live near sai petrol pump, and have supplies of petrol from them, we find that some suppplies in our sccooter and car were adulterated w, since our duo wasnot starting, we changed petrol from other stattion it worked. Please look into our complaint seriously. We would also like to say mixing of diesel in petrol is possibility, please issue guidelines to consumers for your awareness, adulteration has been taken seriuosly by honble supreme court in their verdicts and it is high time that gas stations adhere to that, quntity and quality should be best ioc should give. Please introduce check measures from your end to ensure quality and quantity, as it is very profitable business.

But in wb i took a new indane connection[protected] but not able to register the indane portal because my old profile is till active.

I am g srinivasan from vijayawada, prasanthi nagar, i am filing a complaint against delivery who took 52 rupees for giving me gas cylinder additionally which i don't understand because i have already paid in online and he shouted at me for not giving extra money for delivery charges. Let me explain in detail he gave me the bill and said that there is an increment in bill amount so you should pay me 31/- and for delivery you should pay 20/- rupees. So, i need detail explanation of 51 rupees which i have paid extra
