Since 2-3 years I have been requesting to activate my IVR system to refill using mobile but the distributor(The Annapurna) reluctant to do so because they are having some fraud intension. Today I visited their office to request again for activation and they behaved with me very rudely. They clearly stated that it will not be activated ever because their system not accepting AN- letter(which is present in cons number) for automated call. It is very painful to book manually every time for my health issue at the age of about 70 years. Alternatively they told to call their land line for booking but the pain is that they do not pickup call. I also tried the same for 2 hours and not picking any call. Today I physically observed that also. I m requesting to take hard action against them and get it resolved the same asap. Today one of the employee threatened me and told, do whatever I can do yet it will not be activated. Behind this policy they have other intension that I clearly know. In presence of mine, one of the employee behaved so rudely and tempted on a woman, literality she cried. They thinks that they gives us gas on mercy. I personally need immediate resolution at least for me. Mass number of consumer facing the same issue but everyone are in silence mode because if their threat. Eventually, I forgot to capture the snap of that rude employee so that I can upload his image.
This is my initial request if it fails then I will take other ways to resolve. I don't want to visit their office for ever even if I am dried with fuel.

My iocl lpg dealer "guwahati refinery employees cooperative society" does not delivers refill cylinders to home at salbari area which is 1 km far from the dealer. When i asked the dealer authority they replied that this is not possible for them as they have lost cylinders from their delivery van in that area. The reply is not acceptable for me as other lpg dealers are doing home delivery in the same area. This dealer is discriminating peoples area wise. Kindly look into the metter and push the dealer to serve all its consumer equal.

This petrol pump is ot proiding the service of free air. He air service is out sourced to a tyre punchure shop. Air is providing to the customer for punchure services. He refused to fill the air in the tyre free and say the compressor is ring heat. I physically checked the pressure in the compressor but reused to fill the air.
I contacted the manager mr tiwari and he s also supporting the typuncture shop. He is selling used tyre on the shop.
This service of free air is charged service for punchernot for top up of air pressure

My name is madan ojha (Cno. - cx-172922) a defence personal and last year i shifted my gas connection from allahabad to varanasi and they have printed a incorrect title on my papers as (Madan ojh) a from ojha is missing due to which i'm facing issues with gas subsidy from bank as well as i'm not able to give it for address change in aadhaar... The kashi gas agency from varanasi is directly saying that they have nothing in their hands to correct this... Kindly revert me back how and where should i go...

This is about inappropriate and suspicious behavior of petrol pump administration known as uttam filling station, mirpur, khurja, dist. Bulandshahr at nh34. They denied to fill petrol in my vehicle at 12am while i'm travelling towards aligarh by saying that they are allowed only to fill diesel amounting more than 1000 rs. I only want to know that is this is a part of your policy.

My family of my daughter and my wife. We use electric appliances much for cooking and less by gas.in spite of that i found that my cylinder runs out before time. Normally it runs for 45 to 50 days. I contacted the owner of the gas agency but invain. They don't weigh the cylinder at the time of delivery. It's a common complain. Look at the matter seriously.

Dear sir, this is residents of denkanikottai hosur tamilnadu, here is complaint about jayashree gas services, denkanikottai. Here dealers are not entertaining the phone calls and not registering the customers’ booking. This gas service demanding too much money and vulgerly speaking to customers scaring us with their wicked mannerless attitude need to close this kind worst services in the society.
As we residents of denkanikottai came to know that owner of the person purposely allowing to visit office for new connection and gas booking they refuse to register complaint and always demand money vulgarly speaking troubling and scaring us with their wicked attitude making noise as some sort of their family owning chemical business which is really scaring us as some chemical exposure in house causes lifetime diseases and cancer which is really scaring us in society.
As if it is part of leakage or other problems we may had and solution around services. And we all together residents of denkanikottai thought to lodge complaint about this sensitive information to the police as we came to know that the owner of distributer strongly connected with krishnagiri police. We all totally became helpless in society then we all together reaching here by online..
Requesting here to closure of jayashree gas services denkanikottai, rayakottai tamilnadu as soon as possible. Kindly requesting here not to allown such type of wicked people to run business in society which they scare people with their wicked mannerless wicked attitude for money. Do punish them. Kindly requesting should not allow such kind of wicked people to run any business in society. Pls do the needful as soon as possible.

Urgent attention please

I am inviting your attention to the trailing mail which is a online payment confirmation for the booking of indane refill made on 13-07-18 by me the distributor did send a refill after repeated reminder's by raising a bill again today which is after almost a fortnight from the booking date, asking us to pay again in cash i showed him the payment confirmation which is the trailing mail the delivery man did not recognize the online payment made, we insisted him to call up their office and check, he tried calling his office the office also fails to confirm the online payment made, he refused to deliver the refill and took back. I humbly request you to resolve this issue asap as our both our refills are empty, we are going through real hardship, hope you would advice us future course of action. Once again request you to do the needful and also to respond to my mail.

The petrol price is 79.91, i asked the person to pump petrol for 400 inr. But i got only 5 litres of petrol which means im looted of 45 paise. When i enquired about it, he said u can go to any court and complain. How many people like me are looted? If i have to pay this 45 paise, he would have rounded off that amount and taken 1 rupee extra from me.

The lady staff who refilled my car did not follow what i said. First she did not care to show me the zero. When i asked her to fill the tank full till the nozzle and not more than that so that i can take the average milage from full to full by auto tripping off. The lady when i turned to my driver started refilling without showing me the zero. When i told her she does not seem to be caring. Then after tripping off of the nozzle she again continue to pour. When i shouted she stopped and before that some quantity was filled and billed the details of the agency:

My motive of this mail is to inform you that the salary given to the workers working on gas station is ₹5000 but in actual the station owner deposit ₹12000 in account and after that owner forces the workers to withdraw the full money but at the end worker get ₹5000 only for 12 hours but the shift is of 8 hours. Somebody told me that there is need of 9 persons on single station 6 for day and 3 for night but in actual owner have only 4 worker s for day and only 1 for night. Please took some serious steps so that employees get full benefits as given by the company. I am doing that on behalf of my friend because he is unable to send you the email.

For the past 8 months, I have not been receiving subsidy amount for Indane Gas. When we approach the branch, they divert the case to the bank but the bank mentions it is the office's fault. We have linked the Aadhar number to both bank and LPG station. We even registered the 18 Digit Consumer ID at the bank as per the instructions by the LPG Distributor.

As i had shifted madipakkam to Besant nagar today i approached gas agency requested to transfer my gas to other agency located at Thiruvanmyur.. For transfer agency to new address they asked 90 rs . They refused to do transfer without money. But transfer off gas agency will be done without any payment But They done transfer after receiving money.

1. For each transaction, they are charging extra 1% by not using appropriate cdc for my citibank indian oil card.

2. They do not inform about premium grade petrol to customers nor there is a prominent board displayed leading to sale of petrol not desired by buyer costing more money. This leads to constant friction between vehicle owners and petrol pump staff resulting in long formation of queue .

3. In my openion, this is happening on a daily basis since god knows when at your
Prema Fuel Station, Mysuru, Karnataka.

4. Since all my purchases are through Citi IndianOil card, I can produce the documentary proof for the misdeeds of prema fuel station at mysuru.

I request you to kindly take action against the owner of the pump station so that other innocent customers are not taken for a ride by unscruplous staff at the pumping station.

I am a resident on Sinhagad Road, Pune. There has been problem in metering and with workers handling petrol pump. Many times the workers do not set the bar at 0. This has happened with me 2-3 times before. 2-3 days before I went to this petrol pump and the worker set the meter to 0, it went correctly till 40 and suddenly as he left the handle of pipe the meter showed 100. Some or the other things always happen at this petrol pump and according to me the people there always try to misguide the customer.

this is to inform you that i have taken the petrol from shahid chaman petrol pump sector 54 noida of rs. 480 but after 2 days of running bike again my bike goes to reserve mode then again i go to another pump for refilling of petrol (attached sip karnal automobiles)
then i tried to call the dealer of shahid chaman petrol pump but landline no. which indicate on petrol slip was out of reach.
then i search on google and found the no. of mr. kapil [protected] and also whats up him regarding theft of petrol from petrol pump so he asked me to come to petrol pump and register a complaint and get your money back over phone.

then i goes to pump after 3-4 days and register a complaint and ask them to give me back my money then they all petrol pump person vinay pathak start misbehaving with me and also told me do whatever you can do and also threat me to call the police.
then i called to mr. kapil again but he didnt picked the call and after the written complaint no one has contact me yet for any resolution.
so here i am attaching all the receipt and conversation screeenshot with this email, may you can help me .
otherwise there is no meaning of register complaint.(some complaints also by some other person on google when they gave review i also attached them for reference that you can comes to know the fraud of this petrol pump.everyone is involve into this from up to down and making customer fool,
theft the petrol after involving us in other activity like plz on your mobile for paytm, in between other person divert the mind and theft petrol.
