    My lpg consumer no. 31361/cooking gas agency, chennai.
    I booked refill on 29.07.2018, acceptance sms recd. At 15.39 hrs.
    On 30.07.2018 received sms "cash memo [protected] for rs.770.5, generated for booking no.860240; shall be delivered shortly". On 02.08.2018 at 09.46 hrs received sms "cash memo [protected], generated against ur refill booking 860240 stands cancelled. Reason: empty cylinder not available. Delivery may be reattempted shortly". Contacted the agency and told them as i have not cancelled the booking, the reason stated was wrong and that no deliveryboy called at my address till then. Sent sms confirming the conversation. The manager told me that there was some "system problem" in printing bills and that the delivery would be effected today or tomorrow. Around 2.45 pm received the cylinder along with a fresh cash memo no.[protected] for rs.806/- instead of rs.770.5.
    The point is: how can a cash memo generated on 30.07.2018 can be cancelled because of a printer defect on 02.08.2018; why i was made to pay rs.35.5 more because of delay in delivery even three days after cash memo generated. If there was subsequent price increase how would it affect bills generated and cylinders earmarked two days earlier? Kindly enquire and enlighten me. Raghavan c

      Dear sir, this is residents of denkanikottai hosur tamilnadu, here is complaint about jayashree gas services, denkanikottai. Here dealers are not entertaining the phone calls and not registering the customers’ booking. This gas service demanding too much money and vulgerly speaking to customers scaring us with their wicked mannerless attitude need to close this kind worst services in the society.
      As we residents of denkanikottai came to know that owner of the person purposely allowing to visit office for new connection and gas booking they refuse to register complaint and always demand money vulgarly speaking troubling and scaring us with their wicked attitude making noise as some sort of their family owning chemical business which is really scaring us as some chemical exposure in house causes lifetime diseases and cancer which is really scaring us in society.
      As if it is part of leakage or other problems we may had and solution around services. And we all together residents of denkanikottai thought to lodge complaint about this sensitive information to the police as we came to know that the owner of distributer strongly connected with krishnagiri police. We all totally became helpless in society then we all together reaching here by online..
      Requesting here to closure of jayashree gas services denkanikottai, rayakottai tamilnadu as soon as possible. Kindly requesting here not to allown such type of wicked people to run business in society which they scare people with their wicked mannerless wicked attitude for money. Do punish them. Kindly requesting should not allow such kind of wicked people to run any business in society. Pls do the needful as soon as possible.

        This is informing you about the very bad and pride behavior from a ioc petrol pump staff at kazhakkoottam, near mission hospital trivandrum. Kerala.
        Here i have attached the video link abt the issue. The person who is behaiving bad he says he is not the staff of ioc. If he he not the staff of the purticular petrol pump take action about the petrol pump owner

          I reside in a Residential Complex South City Garden, 61, B.L. Saha Road, Kolkata - 700053. In the month of May 2017 of Financial Year 2017-18, large amount which was in Lakhs was transferred to the Association's State Bank of India account on account of GAS subsidy for the earlier years by IOCL. The same amount has been kept in Fixed Deposit by the Association and only part amount has been distributed to the residents in the month of April 2018 without Interest. No clear details are available till date to all the resident member of the Association

            Today (31st July, 2018) I went to Intimate service station to fill Petrol in my car. I always fill fuel at auto cut full level.

            I'm attaching photos of the fuel bill and my car fuel indicator.

            My car fuel indicator was showing 3 points less from "F" i.e., full level. There was no answer or explanation from the fuel pump attendant and no effort was made to call the manager.

            I presume that fuel station is RIGGED to dispense less fuel. This is a serious offence under consumer court and I demand audit vigilance to be setup to take this service station on account of FRAUD.

              Wrongly email Id registered in my Lpg gas indane. I want to put my email Id but could not. When I go to login in Web page user name password details send to wrong I'd. From where this is added in address I do not know about that.
              I requested to my authorised LPG distributor but there no update.

                My consumer no is cx15998432 i had booked a refill of cylinder on telephone vide ref no 244141 on 13 jul 18 at 2030 hrs. Then i got a sms on 17 jul 18 at 1353 hrs saying that "cash memo generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly". Then on 25 jul 18 at 1056 hrs i got another sms saying that "your cylinder is delivered with cash memeo no [protected]". But today is 31 jul 18 i still didn't received any refilled cylinder. Everything happened on papers only nothing on reality. Help me plz

                  Since 2-3 years I have been requesting to activate my IVR system to refill using mobile but the distributor(The Annapurna) reluctant to do so because they are having some fraud intension. Today I visited their office to request again for activation and they behaved with me very rudely. They clearly stated that it will not be activated ever because their system not accepting AN- letter(which is present in cons number) for automated call. It is very painful to book manually every time for my health issue at the age of about 70 years. Alternatively they told to call their land line for booking but the pain is that they do not pickup call. I also tried the same for 2 hours and not picking any call. Today I physically observed that also. I m requesting to take hard action against them and get it resolved the same asap. Today one of the employee threatened me and told, do whatever I can do yet it will not be activated. Behind this policy they have other intension that I clearly know. In presence of mine, one of the employee behaved so rudely and tempted on a woman, literality she cried. They thinks that they gives us gas on mercy. I personally need immediate resolution at least for me. Mass number of consumer facing the same issue but everyone are in silence mode because if their threat. Eventually, I forgot to capture the snap of that rude employee so that I can upload his image.
                  This is my initial request if it fails then I will take other ways to resolve. I don't want to visit their office for ever even if I am dried with fuel.

                    My iocl lpg dealer "guwahati refinery employees cooperative society" does not delivers refill cylinders to home at salbari area which is 1 km far from the dealer. When i asked the dealer authority they replied that this is not possible for them as they have lost cylinders from their delivery van in that area. The reply is not acceptable for me as other lpg dealers are doing home delivery in the same area. This dealer is discriminating peoples area wise. Kindly look into the metter and push the dealer to serve all its consumer equal.

                      This petrol pump is ot proiding the service of free air. He air service is out sourced to a tyre punchure shop. Air is providing to the customer for punchure services. He refused to fill the air in the tyre free and say the compressor is ring heat. I physically checked the pressure in the compressor but reused to fill the air.
                      I contacted the manager mr tiwari and he s also supporting the typuncture shop. He is selling used tyre on the shop.
                      This service of free air is charged service for punchernot for top up of air pressure

The kashi gas agency from varanasi is directly saying that they have nothing in their hands to correct this... Kindly revert me back how and where should i go...

                            My family of my daughter and my wife. We use electric appliances much for cooking and less by gas.in spite of that i found that my cylinder runs out before time. Normally it runs for 45 to 50 days. I contacted the owner of the gas agency but invain. They don't weigh the cylinder at the time of delivery. It's a common complain. Look at the matter seriously.

                                  I am inviting your attention to the trailing mail which is a online payment confirmation for the booking of indane refill made on 13-07-18 by me the distributor did send a refill after repeated reminder's by raising a bill again today which is after almost a fortnight from the booking date, asking us to pay again in cash i showed him the payment confirmation which is the trailing mail the delivery man did not recognize the online payment made, we insisted him to call up their office and check, he tried calling his office the office also fails to confirm the online payment made, he refused to deliver the refill and took back. I humbly request you to resolve this issue asap as our both our refills are empty, we are going through real hardship, hope you would advice us future course of action. Once again request you to do the needful and also to respond to my mail.
