Late delivery of refilled cylinder
Well it's been 2 weeks I've been calling my gas agency and till now no action... Sometime they tell me that there is no delivery boy, sometime no gas supply, and later they will say that it will take 3 4 days...M fade up of calling​ them all the time..My details are given below.please do something about this and for your kind information this is not the first time..This happens everytime

And petrol pump workers on this available doNt give mi right cause for this problem

    Sir,
    I went to IOC fuel pump at ### Kerala at 4.45 pm today and asked the worker to fill deasel for 1000 rs. Then there was a car filling fuel in front of me . When my turn came the worker opened my tank and put the filling pipe to my tank .After a while he has printed a bill for rs 791.94 and taken out the pipe and again put the same to the tank. He started the operation again and filled fuel into my vehicle. After that he gave me two receipts, ie, for rs 791.04 and rs. 208. I felt that that the fuel as per the first bill is not filled into my car. Iasked the man why it is two bills and also .06 paise less. He has no satisfactory answer and only said that he has filled the fuel.
    Please verify the matter and convince me what happend.
    why he has given me fuel as per two bills.
    why it is 6 paise lesser.
    whether i was cheated.

      I, Ajay kumar srivastav, have linked my Aadhar No.[protected] with my Bank A/c [protected], Union bank of India, Gosaipur Mohav Which IFS Code is UBIN0563552 appx. 2 years before for Gas Subsidy of M/s sai indian Gas Agency. But After 15 times delivery the subsidy Amount is not transferred in my above mentioned Bank A/c No. And my LPG Account no - 12035

      Therefore, I further requesting you that please look into this matter sympthacilly and solve the proplem as soon as possible. I will be highly oblighed for you this kind.

        We own a Maruti Swift which was bought on 7/17 having capacity of 42 litres of diesel. We went to Punjab Service Station of Indian Oil with our car already having some fuel but those people filled it till 42.10 litres. Is this possible.

            Sir/s,
            I am an Indane gas customer (6****) in Chennai, senior citizen and living at present with my son in Bengaluru. I did not order gas for a while in Chennai and the gas agency stopped supply, demanding for fresh KYC. I do not have any issue with KYC, but the agency viz. Cooking Gas Agency Tiruvanmiyur has refused to accept papers sent thru my friend. The manager insists that I should present myself at the office of Agency. The manager also spoke to my friend in a manner not commensurate with supplier, demeaning.
            Registered a complaint with IOCL on 24/June/2018, and SR no.[protected]. IOCL closed the complaint on 27/June, saying "Dear customer we had taken your complaint to resole the issue please"

            When I called the agency I found out that without doing anything, IOCL had closed the complaint and I could not get gas cylinder which I hoped.

              Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — LPG subsidy wrongly credited to some service provider instead of normal bank account

              I, (Mr) krishna kant yadav, residing at f20 beerbasawan singh nagar, rukanpura, patna 800014, having an lpg (Ioc) cylinder consumer no. 18158 and the concerned lpg distributor Deep Ganga, ashiana nagar, patna 25.
              I have been getting my lpg subsidy through my s b account at andhra bank regularly.
              To my surprise i find that some amount has been credited to my Punjab National bank account with IOC ref. no. without my concurrence.
              I would request you to investigate as how or whose instruction the the credit has gone to a different a/c.

                  I am a dealer in Chittorgarh and I want to register a complaint against against the officers of Chittorgarh Depot and officers o[censored]daipur Sales Division. These officers are highly corrupt and will not do any work of dealers withour bribes. Several of works at my fuel station are pending because I am reluctant to give bribes. I am writing this letter anonymously for my safety.

                  Kindly take strict actions against them or push them to do their job.

                    I have booked domestic gas cylinder on 21/06/2018, my consumer no is 617331 and the hp gas booking no is 563590. When I contacted the Gas agency, they have instructed to come to the gas agency and take cylinder delivery . Normally Gay cylinder is delivered by Agency in our home. Now a days this is not happening. please check status of my gas booking & give instruction to agency to deliver the cylinder promptly.

K puram ring road petrol pump to fill petrol and at the time of payment they swipe my care but slip does not come out so they said payment failed and told me to swipe card again then then i got payment slip but later i found the amount got deducted twice, i immediately contact the petrol pump staff and seniors, they said we cannot help you need to contact the customer care but after soo many failed attempts to register my complaint to indian oil customer care, i found your contact information.                             My indane consumer no. Is 14905 registered with m/s samarjit memorial agency at bokaro steel city of jharkhand state. My lpg subsidy was stopped as my income at some point of time was more than rs.10 lakh. My income has come down subsequently to well below 10 lakh and i have become eligible for subsidy. I had applied for restart of subsidy through the dealer but to no avail. I therefore request the appropriate authorities to let me know the process to restart the subsidy.

                              This is sk insaruddin from jagatsinghpur district, odisha on 29 june 2018 i was visited bhubaneswar while returning from bhubaneswar by tankapani road i was filled 1 litter petrol from jay bhaskar ksk indian oil petrol pump whixh is situated at
                              Alarpir near to bhubaneswar (Khordha) on the side of of tankapani road. After filling of petrol my motorbike (Hero glamour) started showing starting problem & bike was being stooped on the way several times. Anyhow i managwd to reach at vehicle repairing workshop & after a comprehensive checking mechanic have his feedback which was unexpected & blew my mind. He said that the petrol is not pure, kerosene has been mixed with petrol & it was smelling like kerosene as well. After changing the petrol my vehicle ran smoothly.

                                Indian oil sent lpg subsidy to my defunct closed a/c iob, patuli br. They therefore returned back the money to indian oil as a result i am not getting the same from march 2018. As advised by helpline of indane tel. [protected] i submitted aadhar linkage form for indane to indian overseas bank, patuli calcutta 94 on2.5.18. Both the bank & npci confirmed that my aadhar mapping & linkage have been done on31.05 2018. As till date no subsidy was remitted, i wrote to area manager, indane area office calcutta 13 on 3.3.18 & then to e d indian oil dhakuria calcutta -68 on 25.05 2018. As there is no response i request you to do the needful. My consumer no.-cx534331. - dealer - patuli indane, s/b/g-14, patuli ghosh para calcutta 700094.

                                  I think i forgot to collect the card back after the points entry from one of your outlets. Last few months i am at erode so i doubt it is majestic fuels perundurai. Today recieved a message from your side says that i have earned some bonus points at 1. 48pm. Merchant majestic fuels. Txn. No.[protected]. That means this card is using by someone else. My card no. Few days back i had booked gazz and the reference number 632093. And 26th i received a sms that the bill is generated and will be delivered on that day. Up till now i did not received the cylinder. The same incident is happening for last few months also. It is sad to say that sm indane services, our distributor provides us pathetic service which had never delivered on time. I need to visit the agency many times to know about the booking status and they always says it will be delivered when the delivery boy visits the place.

I booked gas on dt. 21 june 2018 vide ref no. 443826. Same day i got a message of cash memo no. [protected] generated and said 2-3 day to delivery. Today i got a message that my above cash memo is cancelled due to no money. This message harted me badly. Because vendor of gas agency did not turn up at me. It is generally done by gas agency. I complained same case two months ago.

Contacted hemavathi indane service, mysuru on phone no. [protected]. Every time got assurance only that today it will be delivered wherever contact. This happens only when the delivery man demands extra rs. 30 to 50 on money for delivery to home and we refuse to pay. Earlier also it has happened, he delivers our gas cylinder to other consumer and when we lodge a complaint i get another sms saying your gas is rebooked and another cash memo been generated and will be delivered shortly. The cylinder will be delivered only after 8-10 days. The name of the delivery man is krishna. Even we complain to the gas agency - hemavathi indane service, mysur nothing happens. Request the authorities to take up the matter with hemavathi indane service, mysuru and help me in getting my gas cylinder at the earliest.
