I had booked for my gas cylider through my registered mobile no. [protected] on 22/06/18 and got confirmation through sms "booking for con no. Cx2892625 is registered with ref. No. 274357. Refill expected delivery 3-5 days." on 23.06.18 received another sms "cash memo no.[protected] amount rs. 701.49 generated for booking no. 274357, shall be delivered shortly" sorry to lodge this complaint, almost one week has passed and i have not got my gas cylinder. Contacted hemavathi indane service, mysuru on phone no. [protected]. Every time got assurance only that today it will be delivered wherever contact. This happens only when the delivery man demands extra rs. 30 to 50 on money for delivery to home and we refuse to pay. Earlier also it has happened, he delivers our gas cylinder to other consumer and when we lodge a complaint i get another sms saying your gas is rebooked and another cash memo been generated and will be delivered shortly. The cylinder will be delivered only after 8-10 days. The name of the delivery man is krishna. Even we complain to the gas agency - hemavathi indane service, mysur nothing happens. Request the authorities to take up the matter with hemavathi indane service, mysuru and help me in getting my gas cylinder at the earliest.
