I think i forgot to collect the card back after the points entry from one of your outlets. Last few months i am at erode so i doubt it is majestic fuels perundurai. Today recieved a message from your side says that i have earned some bonus points at 1. 48pm. Merchant majestic fuels. Txn. No.[protected]. That means this card is using by someone else. My card no. Is [protected]. How to get my card back or how to get a duplicate card without loosing my bonus points. Please advice me.

    Dear sir, i am customer of indane gas my consumer number is [protected] and my distributor code is 285818. Few days back i had booked gazz and the reference number 632093. And 26th i received a sms that the bill is generated and will be delivered on that day. Up till now i did not received the cylinder. The same incident is happening for last few months also. It is sad to say that sm indane services, our distributor provides us pathetic service which had never delivered on time. I need to visit the agency many times to know about the booking status and they always says it will be delivered when the delivery boy visits the place.
    Requested for a favourable reply.

      With due respect i have to say that my consumer no. Cx17192196 is attached in dutta gas agency, barauni (Bihar). I booked gas on dt. 21 june 2018 vide ref no. 443826. Same day i got a message of cash memo no. [protected] generated and said 2-3 day to delivery. Today i got a message that my above cash memo is cancelled due to no money. This message harted me badly. Because vendor of gas agency did not turn up at me. It is generally done by gas agency. I complained same case two months ago.
      So, i request you to look the matter and do needful.

        I had booked for my gas cylider through my registered mobile no. [protected] on 22/06/18 and got confirmation through sms "booking for con no. Cx2892625 is registered with ref. No. 274357. Refill expected delivery 3-5 days." on 23.06.18 received another sms "cash memo no.[protected] amount rs. 701.49 generated for booking no. 274357, shall be delivered shortly" sorry to lodge this complaint, almost one week has passed and i have not got my gas cylinder. Contacted hemavathi indane service, mysuru on phone no. [protected]. Every time got assurance only that today it will be delivered wherever contact. This happens only when the delivery man demands extra rs. 30 to 50 on money for delivery to home and we refuse to pay. Earlier also it has happened, he delivers our gas cylinder to other consumer and when we lodge a complaint i get another sms saying your gas is rebooked and another cash memo been generated and will be delivered shortly. The cylinder will be delivered only after 8-10 days. The name of the delivery man is krishna. Even we complain to the gas agency - hemavathi indane service, mysur nothing happens. Request the authorities to take up the matter with hemavathi indane service, mysuru and help me in getting my gas cylinder at the earliest.           I am souri mahapatra having a insane gas connection in survey park gas agency, kolkata-700075. I have booked a gas before 12 days. But till date i don't get new gas. I am a working lady all time staying in home jast because of taking gas is not possible. I have called several time to the distributor they are shouting and do not want to listen single word from me. On 10 th day he replied me due to rain delivery boy is not come. On 11 th day he replied me delivery boy was came to my house and he returned due to no one available in the house. But that day one person is available in my home. Delivery boy no called me at all. And on 12 th day he replied delivery boy has changed. U received it tomorrow. And he replied come to agency office and collect your gas. Is this a service that he give.in my previous booking also the delivery boy take 100 rs extra from me. And told me your cash memo was cancelled due to no delivery. But that time also he did not called me. Please look into the matter. Seriously so bad and ridiculous service.

                  They said this is not agency job.

                  They make excuses and give idea not sure
                  Kindly suggest how to solve this

My new address all document submitted to my gas agency (Shreeji gas agency, gandhinagar) date 20/06/18, time 10:17 am. Today i going to gas agency and contuct to agency staff and question why not delivery my cylinder. Staff said not update your address. Today change my address at present my. I am suffering this problem. Help me please deliver my cylinder. I am already 4days suffer. My agency staff not answer properly. I am help lass.                         I have applied for new indane gas connection on 2 june, 2018.
                        I have completed my kyc online and have submitted all documents.

                        But since then the status is "kyc generated. Pending for dedup. Date :[protected]".

                          During transfer Rama Indane gas agency of Ramamurthynagar taken extra 280 rupees which is not in the bill and also they given me faulty regulator which is old one. When I complaint against regulator they taken 120 rupees charge for visit and not given any bill.and also take 100 rupees for regulator change with bill of 88.5. pure corruption. They also threatening me if you complain then you know what service you get.

                            Gas agency has a major problem that internet not working at the time always .And they not sure how to fix a customer query. Always working on idea and tukka.and make aadhar excuses.

                            I told too many times at my agency

                            Call consumer cell 23411282.they don't pick the phone. And there is no response. They are not sure how to fix a problem.and working with idea and tukka.and make aadhar excuses

                            I have done all paper work at my home branch

                            But they are working on idea...Not sure how to proceed and how to resolve only make aadhar excuse

                              That my father-in-law named by maddi gnanananda rao (Relation with the indane gas connection holder) was in possession of lpg connection from m/s. Tirumala gas service (Name of distributor of omc) vide sv no. 875968, and consumer no.4718.
                              That shri. Maddi gnanananda rao (Relation with the connection holder) has passed away on[protected].
                              We requested on[protected] to the distributer, for name change from my father-in-law to my mother-in-law named by maddi kanaka rathnam of our “indane gas” connection. We have submitted the respected documents on[protected] with the same.

                                  I had closed my old SBI account no. [protected] on 07.04.2018 and yes bank account no. [protected] on 30.04.2018 and linked Aadhar No.[protected] with the new SBI account no. [protected] in branch code 51135 with LPG_ID 3 [protected] to get my subsidy to be credited in my new account. The Aadhar and LPG_id has successfully been linked with the new SBI bank account on 18.05.2018 as per UIDAI status (file attached). On suggesstion of customer care of Indian oil, I again linked my Aadhar on 12.06.2018 ( file Attached). The new account noumber is also successfully being shown on BHIM and PHONE PE mobile app of NPCI. It means that subsidy should come in time without fail. Sir, the subsidies to be transferred are due for April, May and June (Total 3). Please help me in this regard.

                                    Just wanted to bring in notice that i got my car refilled with fuel on19th june, from indian oil petrol pump located in hsr layout, outer ring road, bangalore-102.
                                    The fuel was filled at 09:58 a. M. And the fuel receipt was given of timing 10:16:07 a. M. Pfa the fuel receipt and credit card customer copy attached here. Infact, my car fuel indicator didn't showed the required reading for filling.

                                      I am subodh kumar paul. Arround 1 year i cannot received my lpg subsity. I am updated everywhere (Bank & gas office) my aadhaar card. But still i can't receive lpg subsidy. No one help me on gas office, thet are harassed me. Please do something sir. I need my subsidy. Please help me. Tell me what is the procedure to get subsidy.                                         This is to inform you that the arjun gas agency (Indane) working in kozhencherry, kozhencherry taluk, pathanamthitta district, the customers are not able to collect the cylinder directly between the working time 9am to 3pm. The cylinder will be delivered only by 3 pm to 5 pm. But home delivery by the workers of the gas agency is done from 9 am onwards. The bill is not given by these workers. So the customers are not able to know the correct amount of the gas cylinder and they are charging excess amount for the cyliender. The subsidy is not possible without the bill. The other gas agencies working nearby will deliver the filled cylinder at any working time.in this agency, the customer relationship is not good and will not attend the phone calls for complaint. As there is a rule from petroleum company that, around 5 km, the distribution must be done free.in this case the workers are charging more amount from the customers. Kozhencherry pouravali is informing this complaint for all the kozhencherry customers. So kindly give us a better solution for this complaint, otherwise we are forced to go ahead with a strike.

                                        This is to inform you that the Arjun Gas Agency(Indane) working in Kozhencherry, Kozhencherry taluk, Pathanamthitta District, the customers are not able to collect the cylinder directly between the working time 9am to 3pm.The cylinder will be delivered only by 3 pm to 5 pm.But home delivery by the workers of the gas agency is done from 9 am onwards.The bill is not given by these workers.So the customers are not able to know the correct amount of the gas Cylinder and they are charging excess amount for the cyliender. the subsidy is not possible without the bill.The other gas agencies working nearby will deliver the filled cylinder at any working time.In this agency, the customer relationship is not good and will not attend the phone calls for complaint.
