I am paid 9 september 2022 again so I want refund my 7 september payment

Without my concern, every month bill generated in my mobile no. and invoice is generated for somebody else.
I complained to the distributors but no response.

Prathana Gas Agency Gas delivery Person in Area puluthivakkam. every time asking for additional money. even he asked he completely asking money.

I had ordered for cylinder vide cons no 7099 which was registered with ref no.[protected] on date 21/08/2022 and got message for delivery with invoice no.[protected] on date 25/08/2022 but the cylinder was not delivered.
Similarly i again booked cylinder for cons no. 7099 with ref no.[protected] and again the cylinder was not delivered but still got delivery message with invoice no[protected] on 08/09/2022.
Till date neither of cylinder are delivered but still got delivery messages with invoice no.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible as gas agency is not resolving the issue.

Hi, I am satish - I am not registered with Indane gas but I started receiving gas booking, refill information for the consumer id - [protected].
My number is wongly linked to this consumer id.

Either modify the mobile number or cancel the account.

This is to draw everyone's attention that on 6 sep 2022 a refueling staff at Shakti Fuels tetulmari Dhanbad Jharkhand misbehaved with me, used foul language and threatened me ( It shows that he was completely under control of alcohol, i.e; he was drunken.
If I would have raised my temper as he did then you would have proven me guilty.
My question is how you can recruit a refueling staff with this behaviour??
I'm waiting for your reply or else I will take support of print media and electronic media and nearest police station.

I am trying to book gas cylinder for last 2 day, but unable to book also the official website shows error while booking.

I have a Indane Domestic Gas Connection. Since morning I have not been able to book a refill. My Consumer No : is 1659, with Kala Rani Gas Agencies, Veer Bhadra Perumal Koil Street, Mylapore, Chennai-600004.

We booked the gas online on 2nd September 2022. The amount of rupees 1061 was credited from my Credit card but today the distributor refused to deliver the cylinder as their system couldn't show the payment receipt.i want refund

I have taken Extra Reward card, whenever I fill the petrol at IOCL retail pump i, e M/s Devraj Garg & sons Sector-19, Rourkela-769005 Dist-Sundargarh Odisha try to swipe the card for point adding they always say that the card machine is not working. This reply they have given to me from last six month.please verify the matter and inform me accordingly. Thank you...

I m ram pukar working as JUNIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, under bettiah division.

I bought diesel for my bolero on dated-28. 08.2022 (Sunday) time 18.32 hrs and paid through my credit card at Shambhu And Sons Petrol pump gayghat (motihari areraj road) but due to full of my vehicle tank Rs 1500 (three notes of Rs 500)return by oil filling staff and give me one MUTILATED 500 Rupees note between them.

I can't look all three 500notes carefully at thet time but When I go to motihari market I see it through a shopkeeper.

Today 04.09.2022 time 20.50 hrs I go to return MUTILATED Rs 500 note manager miss behaved with me and refuse to return without any inspection of matter.

Sir,

All these activities may be checked on CCTV camera and my credit card no ending with 3649.

So,

I request to you kindly return my 500 rupees one note.

The most unresponsive employees I have ever seen in a pump. We wait 10 mins in the middle of the night for them to Fill petrol when there was no vechiles to Be filled. The employee kept on speaking and looking at us.

My name is Pravin R Shetty, age 52 years residing in Bhandup, Mumbai. This is my complaint against rude behavior, insult, unparliamentary words and barging to hit me by an employee of IOCL pump at Taximens services Ltd. petrol pump IOCL in Dindoshi, Opp. Dindoshi bus depot, Goregaon east, Mumbai at around 03.45pm on 03/09/2022.

I went to fill petrol in my Tata Nexon 4 wheeler car at Taximens services Ltd. petrol pump IOCL in Dindoshi, Opp. Dindoshi bus depot, Goregaon east, Mumbai at around 03.45pm on 03/09/2022, yesterday.

As a regular practice in any petrol pump, I drove inside the petrol pump and parked in line behind a 4 wheeler waiting for my turn.

After some time, a shabbily dressed man came from nowhere and asked me to move back my car in a desperate, arrogant and unpolite manner without assigning any reason why should I back my car. He was not at all polite while talking to me and was displaying his authorative behaviour.

Due to his personality, shabby dress and the way he was talking, I thought he must be a tempo driver who wants to fill diesel fast before me. So I ignored him and continued to wait.

Subsequently, 2 uniformed employees from the outlet came to me and requested me to move back my vehicle so that way can be made for outgoing 2 wheelers. Understanding their request and situation, I obliged and moved my vehicle back and made way for 2 wheelers Which I was not aware till that time.

On seeing that, the arrogant man came to me and started abusing me and using unparliamentary words like BHENCHOD AND MADARCHOD. I was surprised to his recation and asked the uniformed employees who he is and why is he reacting like that. They told he is an employee of the petrol pump. I asked them then why is he not uniformed and where was he when I entered the petrol pump. To that the man started barging towards me to hit me and started cursing again. Luckily, the other 2 uniformed employees held him and did not allow him to come near me. They asked me to roll up the window to avoid that arrogant man hit me. I did that.

I was shocked and insulted by the behavior of that arrogant man. I had a very bad experience in your pump and regret visiting the pump. I was very much disturbed and went in a bad mood for a satyanarayana pooja at my inlaws house. My full day went bad.

I need to know from you,

1) Why there is not attendant to guide new customers at the pump entrance.
2) Why is the staff not uniformed. If he had been uniformed, I would have obliged to him as I did to other uniformed staff.
3) If at all new customers make a mistake, is this the way you talk and barge to HIT your customers. If it had not been to those 2 uniformed staff, that arrogant man would have killed me. I thank those 2 gentlemen.

Request you to take strict action against that arrogant man else I have to give a bad review in google and ask my relatives and friends not to buy petrol from this particular pump.

We found water on petrol and they didn’t display density

Air facility is not available at the gas station.
After fuel filling at 3 sep 2022 approximately 7.30 am. I asked to fill petrol of 300 hundred but at first the employee filled only filled for 100 then when i asked again he filled fuel of another 100 but didn't set the meter at zero second time so he filled fuel of 200 only in place of 300.
When asked for air filling and receipt he denied.

I would like to take strict action against this and want my refund.

Indian Oil - SHUBAM PETROLEUMS, YADGIR 585202 - is not accepting card payments and UPI payments irrespective of day or night. Also they're not checking air for vehicles.

Today at around 08:30 pm i entered in the petrol pump of karumathra petrol pump at wadakkanchery thrissur district. When i enter same time one ambulance is taking out from the petrol pump after refuelling so i kept side for giving way to the ambulance. Then the servicemen called me to come to his side and used abusing words to me. Kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against the service person

I ordered my refill, waiting for almost 15 days inbetween I called the office many times they don't usually pick the call when they do answer they will asked to me to go to godown so that I can pick the refill myself, when I said I want it to be delivered to home they gave me thier delivery driver number and I called him like 7 days in a row he keeps on telling, he will deliver it today again and again each day, I have to call the office which they rarely pick up and cut the calls, after few calls and i told them about this driver which they ignores and affirmed me refill will be delivered today which they didn't

When I checked online to complain about them, to check the refill no, surprisingly I came across the invoice online that my refill has already delivered 22-08-22 which I didn't recieve any. Today is 01-09-22 I didn't get my refill till today I called them today as well I didn't know about the already delivered invoice details that's why I didn't enquire it today,

Hope you people resolve my issue soon.
