I have been cheated from
RAVIKANT PETROLEUM, Plot number 16, sector 8, Khanda colony New Panvel West Indian Oil petrol pump. The worker are always do not reset the fuel dispenser machine and cheating every one. On 18th September 2022 at 13:43, I have refill normal petrol in my Maruti Zen Estilo which is having fuel tank capacity of 35 liters, when I entered in the mentioned petrol pump around 7 liters petrol remaining in my car fuel tank, the worker who is on duty Dwakar Prasad has not shown zero reading and start filling fuel without telling me in spite of told them to show zero reading before start filling petrol and told me he has reset to zero which is very false statement. Finally after fuel done, the dispenser machine shows reading of 34.78 liters ( rate was 105.80) which is impossible as my car already having approx 7 liters remaining initially. I have immediately reported this incident to their manager but no action taken by him. I have to pay full amount which was 3679.72. Please consider this as complaint against petrol pump whose worker are always cheating everyone by no doing reset of fuel dispenser. This is not notice first time but many time in the mentioned petrol pinup. In KHANADA colony this is the only one petrol pump who is cheating poor peoples. Please take necessary action against this petrol pump.

I have visited Indian Oil petrol pump situated at village Katargaon Th Maheshwar Dist Khargone Madhya Pradesh on 16 Sept 2022. I asked to fill full tank petrol in my bike Pulsar 125 which has the fuel capacity of around 12 Litre. Having two bars already on fuel meter, total fuel quantity filled was 12.89 Litre. Which costed around Rs 1410 which is not possible because the meter at petrol pump was 12.89 litre and my bike has fuel capacity of 12 L and at the time of filling, 2 bars were on display in my bike. Kindly make a visit to check if any malpractice is going on at this fuel station.

I have Registered lpg refill with ref no.[protected] and invoice generated for Rupees 1108 and DAC no.2599. The delivery boy has demanded Rupees 60 extra over bill amount and I refused to pay extra over and above bill amount. The delivery boy has taken back the refill lpg cylinder without delivery.
Please take appropriate action against the lpg agency and arrange for delivery of lpg refill without demanding extra amounts over and above the bill amount.

My name is Rahul Mathankar i live in piplani area in Bhopal today i filled free air in my bike from indian oil petrol pump So the labor there asked me for money to fill free air.And if I refuse to give so started fighting with me and the wrong words began to make her. This petrol pump name is Indian oil petrol pump is situated in piplani main road square. I want you to take action against this. Thank you

I Received a call from selvi agencies porur . says that Rs 236 is charging for inspection i dont know why this is going on although the gas price is increasing other side . this is troubling the public . so please vary off this charges .

Dear Sir,
I took the services of M/S Onkar Petroleum, High Tension Road, Vadodara Gujarat on 9th Sept. 2022 at about 9 am for an amount of Rs. 1000/- through credit payment, Invoice no.036841. But tricks were played to give lesser amount of petrol than the legitimate quantity as per amount paid.
1. Zero was not shown.
2 Pump moved very very slow - It took about 4-5 minutes to reach Rs. 670/- and than flow stopped. I asked many times for this very slow delivery. It was told that as some maintenance work is going, it is set at this speed only.
3. When flow stopped operator changed the setting at delivery valve & delivery was very very fast.
4.Both the delivery speeds were abnormal. Never seen by me.
5 I went to cabin for complain & asked the cabin person to come at pump. He argued that some customers are asking slow speed some are asking very high speed so this is done. I have not asked for any speed. He had no answer to - why there was no delivery in between after delivery of Rs.670/- approximately.
6. It is very clear that this is process of theft.
7. The petroleum pump should ensure the fill the theft quantity.
Kindly look into this type of foul play by the pump operator & save the customers interest.

This email is regarding the fraud and misbehavior done by the petrol pump staff of " OM SAI FILLING STATION PLOT NO. PP-01 GH-03 SECTOR-16C GREATER NOIDA(WEST) NOIDA EXTENSION.

The petrol staff is completely corrupt and they try to scam almost every customer, Many people have reported their reviews on google against this petrol pump. I am not sure about the owner, he does not know this thing or not, but Indian oil has to take strong action against this pump.

A pattern of fraud: Customer asks for 2000/- or full tank then First they put a fuel of 300-400 rs and behave like they did not hear it properly and another staff member will come and try to distract customer, and without doing 0 on meter they will continue to put fuel in the vehicle, at last when a customer says that he is sure they did not put 0 in the machine then staff member fight with the customer to give an extra amount.

Hello Sir/Madam,
The delivery person is charging extra 40-50/- for delivering the Indane Gas to our place and we stay only 3km away from the station. And this is happening everytime. Kindly check and assist us.

I have placed a cylinder order mistakenly so I called them to cancel my order on 30th of August 2022.
I got the message immediately that I will get a refund within 7 days, today is 11th of September 2022 still didn't get the amount credited into my source account.

I want my money back. I mailed them but they didn't respond.

I visited to indian oil petrol pump(pramod petrol pump elite choraha Jhansi uttar Pradesh ) There the bathroom is always closed. is kept locked. Ask the staff why the bathroom is closed, staff is very rude.

Last night at 05:00 o'clock I am going to my from hisar to delhi. There is here one Indian oil Cng pump, on NH9 on way to delhi I had filling cng from there the cng bill is aprox 700 and the staff of indian oil they forced me for pay extra cash for cng otherwise we don't fill

I am consumer of Sri Balaji Agencies, Indane Distributor. Ambattur, Chennai-600053. My consumer no.17340, refill booked on[protected] with registered number[protected] and generated DAC number. In mean time gas delivered boy approach and said to me please give empty cylinder I'll replace the full cylinder with in one hour. After that I talked to that delivery boy he is telling I'll brong evening, tomorrow like this, but till today my empty cylinder also not given. On[protected] again booked the refill. In mean time my spare cylinder also empty, I contact to the agency, they are telling sorry help less. Without food my family suffers due to unavailable of gas. Enquire immediately and take necessary action and do needful to me.

My consumer ID number is 16004. It's been 10 to 11 days since I booked gas. The message of receipt of the Challan Case Memo has also arrived on 3-9-2022. The name of the distributor is Roshan Gas Service Morena. Till now no one has come to deliver the cylinder. I tried many times to call and connect to gas delivery boy but every time he excuses and does not respond properly. No one picks up the phone at gas agency. Not giving any response? Please take necessary action. My invoice number is[protected].

My consumer no. CX 3687313. ON 10.9.2022, While booking the refill of gas the amount was wrongly processed double time and the amount of debited my account twice. i request you to kindly refund the excess payment made .

Cylinder not received but delivery message came. Please take this complaint on High Priority
The hawker came and said who booked online, cylinder delivery will be late, How could he said like that. He has not yet delivered the cylinder. I have Recd a message on 4 September that my cylinder has been delivered.
Kindly do the needful....
