I am a senior citizen 64 and a practicing Advocate. My consumer No.152059 serviced by Venkatasai Gas Agencies (Indane Gas) Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad 81. Recently I had not booked for supply of a cylinder. Previous booking a month ago was complied with by supply of cylinder then.
I received an sms (19/1/12) giving booking number (298154). I was alarmed as I had not booked for a cylinder. Then I received another sms...

Sir, I booked gas cylinder on 03.01.2012 in our gas Agency located in Maalaviya Avenue, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Our customer number is 56187. They put a bill for us on 13.01.2012, eventhough they are not yet deliver the cylinder, & not responsing, so many times reminded them, Please take whatever possible steps to get a cylinder, Our Agency number is[protected]/ 2452 9992/ 2452 9993.

i applied for new indane gas connection in shankar gas agency (indane gas), Chirala 523155, prakasam Dist A.P, reg no: [protected] and when i received communication from the agency to pay the requisite amount i went to the dealer then he asked me to pay Rs.4100/ instead of the stipulated Rs.1950/- the additional amount for stove, lighter, etc..As i am not satisfied with products he has i said i will buy all these at my convenience...

I'm Indane Gas customer my Customer ID is 15606 and supplier CHANDNI GAS SERVICE. We have got gas cylender seal open on[protected] and whenever we denied to take seal open cylender then the supplier forcefully leave the cylender....we have faced same problem before also...I request to you take the needful steps against supplier.

We've booked Gas refill on 26-Oct-2010 (prior week of Diwali) and was told to be delivered by 4 days. However this didnt happen and we waited for 10 days and rang them up on 8Nov, to check the status. To our surprise, we were told that there was no booking done on 26-Oct and a fresh booking will be taken as of today.

The customer service representative didnt even have courtesy to close the call properly, and abruptly discconected...

We are the victims of Brindavan (INDANE) gas agency, BHEL(Medak Dist). We have been suffering every time when we book the gas. Currently holding the single connection, with which we are able to cook only alternative month due to gas delay by agency.

They never deliver on time and also very very poor response from them. The phone numbers are always engaged and if connected they will say that the gas will be delivered next...

I applied for a new gas connection in the name of Charles Sebastian at Sri Revathi Gas Agency in Medavakkam on 16th May 2010. Still now I am unable to get the new connection.

I am calling them every month and they are also saying the same answer as next month will be provided.

I am the consumer of Sukh Dham Gas Service, Lawrence Road, Delhi. Today morning, 15.8.2010, we had connected new refill, immediately gas started leaking and there was strong smell. We tried to contact Emergency Service Cell Nos.23841235/23846584. P L Gas Agency are our authorized distributors of domestic cooking gas. Normally they take over three weeks to supply the cylinder after the booking has been made.The point I wish to highlight is their cash memo bears the date on which the booking has been made and not the delivery date which it should rightfully and legally bear. The cash memo indicates that the booking and the delivery date is one and the same. This leaves a lot of scope...
