Today at around 08:30 pm i entered in the petrol pump of karumathra petrol pump at wadakkanchery thrissur district. When i enter same time one ambulance is taking out from the petrol pump after refuelling so i kept side for giving way to the ambulance. Then the servicemen called me to come to his side and used abusing words to me. Kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against the service person

I ordered my refill, waiting for almost 15 days inbetween I called the office many times they don't usually pick the call when they do answer they will asked to me to go to godown so that I can pick the refill myself, when I said I want it to be delivered to home they gave me thier delivery driver number and I called him like 7 days in a row he keeps on telling, he will deliver it today again and again each day, I have to call the office which they rarely pick up and cut the calls, after few calls and i told them about this driver which they ignores and affirmed me refill will be delivered today which they didn't

When I checked online to complain about them, to check the refill no, surprisingly I came across the invoice online that my refill has already delivered 22-08-22 which I didn't recieve any. Today is 01-09-22 I didn't get my refill till today I called them today as well I didn't know about the already delivered invoice details that's why I didn't enquire it today,

Hope you people resolve my issue soon.

Dear sir/madam, today at 1 AM(mid night) i stoped at S4 indian oil petrol pump for petrol but staff and security are sleeping they didn't woke up to provide petrol, at the same time heavy rain showering, so me and my friend stoped and sat and slept, the security came and asked to go, i answered that it's raining will go after rain stops, so he misbehaved & misconduct, he beaten, slaped and hitted me on head and left ear
so hard and also pushed into rain and onto mainroad and harmed on my even saying that I am suffering with headache and fever. S4 lOC petrol pump near pragnapur, Gajwel, right now ear pain and headache

People who worked in this Petrol station behaving like rowdies and misbheaving with consumers all the time because they thought no one cares and no one complaint since it's near by villages. If we asked about air, they continuously telling it's not working and if we asked, they behave like rowdies or criminals and sometimes yellled at customers as well.
They intentionally filled xp95 even though normal petrol available, if we asked they continously telling station not working...

This is not single time, they always behaves same and tell like, we are permanent here and do whatever you want showing hair kind of things they are doing ...they don't even give respect for lot customers.

June 19 date 2000 oil i paid through ATM card but my money was cut and he said he didn't get it and again he took my 2000 if I ask the bank they said that it has gone to if I call the manager name Ravi Kumar phone number [protected]

In this pump workers are not in proper uniform and doesn't approach customers properly. Most of the time workers not in place and send the customers to private pump next to ioc so many customers change the petrol pump. Kindly visit the pump and give the instruction to workers and manager or regional managers.

sir, i visited the indian oil corporation (ioc) gas pump mentioned above on 28/08/2022 at 12.01 p.m. afternoon and was in line.
there were only 6 to 7 vehicles in the line.
there were another 2 different lines for gas filling for auto rickshaws.
it took us more than 50 minutes to reach the exact point of the gas dispenser.
there were 2 mahanagar gas limited dispensing machine units with 4 gas dispensers(2 each) or filling nozzle, but only one attendant.
i asked him to get another help or attendant as that would have made it more convenient, but the request was in vain.
i inquired about the same to the manager or employee named shri pandey ji, but he didn't respond, i inquired about the manager, and he said he was not in the office and the office was closed.
i asked for the complaint book, he said no such book is available you can go and complain to the gas company.
he did not provide me with any address or number where i can raise my concern.
my challan /cash memo number is- 010244 dated 28/08/2022.
the camera video recording footage should be saved and checked for further inquiry.
i also have video recording done from my camera phone and can be sent if the proof is required.
the other consumers should also be asked and inquired to find the exact cause and proof of the complaint.

sir, the claim should be inquired and the finding should be recorded the discrepancy should be dealt with strictly.
the agency did not bother to care about the inconvenience it is causing to the consumers, precious time is wasted & emergencies are not taken seriously, hence it must be penalised and compensation must be provided to each consumer.
the other facilities should also be checked(facilities like water, air, sitting facilities and most important the toilet facilities).
sir i request you to take the actions as stipulated under the law, appropriate measures to avoid such inconvenience of duty, services and facilities and provide due courtesy to the consumers.
kindly provide the inquiry and findings report, and the details of action initiated thereof.

Indian oil Bunk at Srikakulam near old bus stand junction is not accepting UPI transactions.They are only accepting cash or card. As we are moving towards digital India, I wonder not accepting UPI transactions in retail bunks belongs to reputed organisation. Today l faced lot of deficult to fill the petrol in the above said Bunk due to this reason. Is there any specific reason for not accepting UPI transactions. I enquired with public that the bunk has been stoped the UPI transactions since long back. I was asked in office, but he is just arrogently answer that we do not accept any UPI transaction. I asked him why, he rudely answered me, They don't want to use the mobile near fill point, we can appreciate the precautions that they are following, but it should be applicable to every filling station. I can suggest, If you can open a counter for UPI transaction far from the filling point before filling the petrol and provide the payment bill, then the customer can utilise the UPI payment facility. Could you please resume the UPI payment option at above said Bunk for easy and comfortable payments/transactions.
If you remove the UPI payment option, please put a board at every IOC refilling stations.

I had booked an Indane LPG cylinder on 27th August at an amount of Rs 1117.50. (Cons No - 16987, Ref No :[protected]. The delivery guy demanded Rs 1150 asking Rs 30 as delivery charge and refuses to deliver if not paid the asked amount. Please see into this matter.

That I was to refuel my car and to use washroom at Indian Oil petrol pump on 25/08/2022 .The guy there named Sahil heavily misbehaved with me asking me to go away from there and said jo bss ki hai kr le.
I need a strict action to be taken .

Two DUs (DU-3&4) not working since one year at BRC ENTERPRISES, NIZAMPTNM ( [protected]) and working on manual

Two dus (du-3 and du-4) automation not working since a year and presently working on manual. Issue not resolved till date....

I have experienced a fraud activity. On Sunday evening, I made an online transaction using phone pay for Fuel. Unluckily, the amount has been deducted for me and is pending for the receiver's account. So, the petrol pump agent has asked me to make the payment to his personal number and I have done it. I asked the agent how can I get this amount if its sent to the petrol pump and he mentioned that I can get it from the manager if I can visit in the morning.

Now, when I asked the manager about this transaction- Well you know how they can be. He is simply denying the transaction saying that I must have visited the petrol pump within a day. First of all, how can we know that we have to get back within a day? I have all the transaction proofs that I made a transaction both for the vendor and the agent.

Just because I haven't reached out to the petrol pump within a day they are not refunding back the amount that I owe.

Yesterday I stopped at Ranjit Petrolpump SG Highway (near pakwan restaurant) and asked person to fill 1500 Petrol in my car. first he refule only 300 rs saying that he did not hear clearly later when I asked him again for 1500 then he started from their only and stopped refuleing at 1200 Rs, when I argued he told me that earlier he filled 300 rs pertol and later 1200 rs. but I did not noticed 0 on meter when he started to refilling again for 1200 rs. moreover he did not release the knob fully while refilling. When I told him that I will log complaint for this then he refilled 300 rs petrol later.

I would like to inform you that today when we are refilling fuel from indian oil pump which is in balachour near Mcdownals. The staff members used rough language and also misbehave with our family members.
