My consumer number is 65646 at cooking gas agency, 3A malvia Avenue, Thiruvanmayur, chennai. this agency is indane gas supply agency. I have booked gas more than 15 days back and have not yet received the refill cylinder. my cust no. 10053. Gas is leaking from the cylinder supplied to us once we put in the regulator for consumption. we have been trying to reach the supplier (ren agency, Mysore) but no one would pick up the phone on the 30th April and the 1st May 2009. My consumer number is 5547, and the Agency is Hardik Gas Agency Sec.11, Gandhinagar (Guj.). Iam an Indane gas customer bearing No.5890 and staying in Akkayyapalem at Vizag. My LPG Distributor address is WIDOWS WELFARE ASSOCIATION OF VISAKHAPATNAM PORT TRUST, N.H.5 Road, Salagramapuram, Visakhapatnam-530024. Sir,
Here is a kind request to resolve the issues related with above mentioned L.PG Agency. I face below mentioned problems each and every time when attempting to refill the cylinder:-

1. The booking period is of 30 days instead of 21 days.
2. The Cylinder is under-weighted approximately 2 kg per cylinder generally.

It takes approximately 10 days to refill the cylinder after booking date.

I am a consumer of Sukhdham Gas Agency Keshavpuram Delhi-35 having Registration no. A10996. Every month I face a lot of problem at the time of booking for cylinder because agency employees never attend/ pick the phone, an another computerised facility for booking is also available but booking on this facility is also never attended, If I book cylinder personaly then delivery of cylinder becomes possible after 10-12 days and always a defected...

I m a consumer of Indane gas. My consumer no is K16094 & the agency Name is Kasna Gas agency, Greater Noida. I had booked for a cylinder (online booking ref no 4, at 8:46pm on 14 Nov 2008) but till now it is not Delivered at my home. Also their phone is impossible to get....

This is to bring to your notice that the Indane gas agency - KK enterprises at HSR layout Bangalore has very bad customer service & the proprietor has a very callous & irresponsible behavior towards customers. In fact, in the last 1 year that I have been a customer in this agency, I have had to go myself and get the gas cylinder myself except in one case. The agency is not reachable most...

On 04.10.08 one Mr. Nagesh visited our house with a letter from the Agency, stating that he wants to inspect the gas connection. I AM A CONSUMER OF INDANE GAS REGISTERED WITH ETAWAH GAS AGENCY, ETAWAH (NO. BEING E-2114).

1. THE AGENCY STAFF IS TOO RUDE/INSENSITIVE.
2. THEY DO NOT ALLOW REFILLS BEFORE 40 DAYS
OF THE LAST REFILL. AND FOR THAT TOO PERSONAL
ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY WITH A BOOKING SLIP
ISSUED BY THEM, NO PHONE CALL IS ENTERTAINED FOR
THIS PURPOSE.
3. WORST IS THAT THEY HAVE STOPPED SUPPLYING...

My regulator was leaking on 11.09.08 and on 12.09.08 i deposited the regulator to my Gas Agency (M/S Sikha, Bharalumukh, Guwahati-Assam).on 1.10.08 after a brief fight of words i got the new regulator but at a cost of Rs. 175/-. i was told that we have to buy the gas pipe(worth Rs. 125/-) as it has been made mandatory by the company and no receipt for the payment of Regulator(Rs. 50/-) has been handed to me and instead a receipt of Rs. 0/-(zero)...

I am INDANE GAS Company' s costumer having connection no.14941 in GUJRAL GAS SADAR, JABALPUR (M.P).Previous week my regulator got faulty and presently its leaking GAS.I went to GUJRAL GAS Agency to change my regulator .But they are asking me to pay
Rs. 200/- to replace faulty regulator.
Therefore i want you to please suggest me what to do .As far as i know it's company's duty to change regulator free of cost....
