I rec'd sms on 11/04/2018 intimating "cash bill prepared on 11/04/2018 and the
Cylinder will be delivered in 2/3 days."
But till date and time of 18/04/2018 the refill is not supplied to me.. This is a constant problem with the agency..

I shall like to know the turnaround time (Tat) between the cash memo prepared and the concerned refill delivery to the consumer...

My LPG id is[protected] and customer id is 18299 distributor name M/s Kaveri gas Enterprises Yamunanagar Haryana. We connect our new cylinde15 days ago. which was delivered on 15/01/2018. Yesterday there was a leakage in that cylinder. We disconnected that cylinder and when we check last night, there was a huge pressure coming out of that white lid.. i am continuously trying to connect to the leakage complaint helpline but could connect due to the the helpline no. 1906, [protected] are not working. if these emergency numbers do not support during the emergency so why company claims that they are providing emergency services. after so many attempts to contact leakage complaint helpline. we contacted a staff who was working with the distributor. he checked the cylinder and changed the rubber again. my cylinder got empty during this time. 3 month ago the same problem happened and I complained about the problem on 1906 the distributor worker came and checked the cylinder he changed some rubber washer and told me not complain on 1906 or any other emergency numbers.when the same incident happened I was checking another refill cylinder which I had ordered on 9 April 2018 and got my refill on 12/04/2018. i doubt that the distributor is tempering the seal and stealing the gas from refills before delivering to the customers. the seal was tempered not properly broken because the customer has rights to refuse the delivery if seal is broken. it was just tempered from the pin of the white lid which holds the seal and the thread was cut so that the cap of a cylinder can easily be lifted for stealing the gas.I am posting some of the pictures of my spare refill cylinder kindly take a note

Am naresh kumar residing near ambattur getting domestic gas cylinder in indane gas agency. Our consumer number is cx3984705. While booking cylinder through online, somehow my account has been added to subsidy. So for the past 3 months after booking the cylinder we are getting the delivery only after 30 - 40 days of time. While inquiring about this the agency only we came to know our connection is in subsidy. We dont know how to cancel the subsidy. I kindly request you to cancel our subsidy.

Kamal raj i had a complain against nedus distribution siddhi vinayak gas agency actually they are not provide home delivery booking cancled agian and again when i complain against that they using slangs and they have audosity to say u wont get any gas from their end further,
So kindly go through that complain and get action

I am the last 21 year customer of indian oil but now a day we afrid that last four month deliverd the 3 gas cylinder 3 are leakage is it possible that 3 cylinder found leakage.
My devastation is gradually being lost.
Kindly look into the matter and please check evey cylinder before delivery. Kindly do the need full. Now 1 days past cylinder deliverd which was leakage.

I have taken new gas connection with all installation set up on indane gas. The person seating on counter has told me you need to take setup by yourself (Burner+gaspipe+regulator+stand) so anyhow i manage to take this to my home except burner, because she has not given burner as i dont have cylinder and asked me to take that in the evening time.
For delivering gas cylinder, the supplier person took me extra 60 rs which is totally unfair.
When i go to the agency for collecting burner, she told you will not allow the burner to take with me and asked to call the person who has delivered cylinder. I called cylinder delivery boy, first he was denied to do this further he was not taking my call. Somehow after trying 10 times approx he picked and said he will deliver but taking extra charges or i have to come at a point that he will tell.
This is very unprofessional. Please do something on it

This is too inform you that i am purchased oil in your (India oil petrol pump kasba bospukur kolkata-700042) petrol pump, and i am use citi bank indian oil credit card but your pump not used citi bank edc machine, and used hdfc bank edc machine that way i am pay extra charge, but few day ago this pump allso used citi bank edc machine, so please used citi bank edc otherwise i am use another service provider petrol pump,
So please help.

Yesterday i was one your filling station i have 50 rs only i said fillup 30 rs but one your dealer point filling person not possible we are maintaining minimum 50 rs if r interested fillup other wise go
I would like to know your minimum charges and i feel very disappointed, i don't face this kind of issue from other company's and if your maintaining minimum amount 50 rs u have post one advertisement in your filling station we i'll be see before comming to your filling point

They have taken rs.1250/- and earlier original bill (Given at the time of connection) for the same work. But they have given bill of rs.400/- only. Told that rs.568/- will transfer to maya chakrabarty, but till now not given that to maya chakraborty's account.
Original slip of first delivery of gas on new name (Annarupa chakrabarty) they have taken back original slip of delivery (Of month october, 2017) and till now not released subsidy for the same

I m from hyderabad. Everyweek i fill rs510 of petrol in my bike it appears 6 points on my fuel guage but this time when i filled in indian oil bunk in tarnaka which is located exactly below the bridge end. This time i got only 4 ponits but i thought its the digital meter fault but everyweek its run about 250-260 kms for rs500. But this time only 175 kms was run? When i asked the petrol bunk person he s answering rudely to complain and dont come again... How come this can be stop? Plz check the machines and plz give a notice to bunks. So many are facing this problem

I was having 80 shares of indian oil corporation on 14.03.2018 before becoming ex-bonus. Shares became ex-bonus on 15.03.2018. I am entitled for 80 bonus shares wheres i have been given credit only for 40 bonus shares and 40 bonus shares is still pending. Informatively, shares sold on ex-bonus date i. E. 15.03.2018 the buyer will not get bonus.
