We have indane (Company) lpg connection bearing customer no.33857 with gemini enterprise gas agencies (Agency), new roshan pura road near tehsil najafgarh. Today a mechanic visited our house with a letter from the agency, stating that he wants to inspect the gas connection.

He inspect the gas stove and pipe. He said to change the pipe.. I was not at home. My wife told me that she dont have money today as its last of month. And also there is no one to withdraw money from atm. She request to come on 1st june.

In turn he behaved in very arrogant and uncultured manner and threatened that we have to face the dire consequences and he will lock the customer no. And will not supply gas refill/s henceforth. He repeatedly threatened and warned us that he will lock my customer no. Thereby stop my supply.

I have never experienced all these years such an incident. I wish to share good and bad relationship with the agency. Once i have complained the leakage of gas, they have replaced the cyliner promptly

We request the concerned the authorities to take necessary action against these types of mechanics who are spoiled the name and fame of indian oil and agency

I suggest the company to instruct the agency to send a notice/letter to the customer/s well in advance stating the particular and time period.

Inspection should not be rigid.. If someone have some problem there should be provision of revisit

Please take necessary action against these types of mechanics whose behaviors is wrong with customers

I also request you to make provision for revisit so that we may change our pipe

    I have booked a cylinder refill for indane gas two week back, but didn't receive any acknowledgement yet. With aruchala indance gas agency, dharmapuri this is always the case.

    But till know not recived
    It is surprise that inspite of several phone calls no cylinder is received till today.

      I was facing issue while booking cylinder online. I called on the land line mentioned on distributor phone number.[protected], 270772 and at last i called on [protected]. The owner of chandrani indane stated shouting loudly saying if there is any major issue then call me on this number. He insulted me started talking about my dignity. Also told me that he would cancel my gas connections.

        When i surrendered the 2 gas cylinders and the regulator at gns gas service, shanthi nagar, hyderabad because of being transferred to chennai i didn't get the entire amount of rs. 950/- but only rs.430/- and was told to pay the balance along with this amount in chennai at the new gas agency.
        Also, the subsidy amount for the gas cylinder received on 10/5/18 is also not yet received into my bank account citing non linking of aadhaar card to my bank account. But that's not true. It was linked in dec' 17 and again a week ago verified with the bank.
        Do take action against the corrupt officials and refund all the amount due to me to my account.

        I have complained about gas subsidy problem. But the problem is not resolved yet. The previous complain is attached with this complain. Please do have a look at my previous complain.

        I, p sai akshay costumer of Indian gas had a leakage of cylinder and loged a complaint regarding the matter more than 5 times in a day but got least response from the service dept it was an emergency case where we had a function at our house and felt very helpless.

          My domestic gas consumer no. Is cx534331. So long my gas subsidy had been sent to my s/b ac.in ubi. But suddenly in march 2018 without informing me the same was sent to iob, garia br. Which i have already closed. Since then for the last 4 months no subsidy is credited to me. Thereafter as advised by the distributor m/s patuli indane i also submitted on[protected] banka/c-aadharlinkage application form (For lpg consumer only) to my existing indian overseas bank, patuli br. Calcutta 94. Although this bank is earlier aadhar linked. As still no subsidy is credited i contacted indian oil helpline at[protected] who advised me to contact the br. Manager & get npci matting form from the bank & submit the same to the bank. But the br. Manager informed me that he is not aware of such form.& he could not help me. Please help me to come out of this jam.

            Hpc dealer has said that the same tin number (88191702900110000010900078002) is used by ioc dealer diamond harbour binapani indane under registration number:-
            [protected] but she wants to get the connection from maa kamala hp only so you are requested to do the need full so that she can get the lpg connection from maa kamala hp. My contuct no-[protected].

              Few minutes back, i filled petrol in my car of ₹1000, after leaving the pump i noticed the petrol mark moved very less for ₹1000 petrol, so i immediately went to the petrol pump, but they denied it and didn't give the receipt also. The person filling the petrol was rude. There was nobody to take the complaint. Many times it happens, they ask to park the vehicle ahead of the visibility of the zero mark.

                Always delay in refill supply, i have booked for refill dated[protected] with consumer no.597726 with reference no. 237301 and because of delay i have raised a complaint no. Sr no[protected], but there is no proper response from anybody and the same was closed without addressing, writing with very much disappointment, i have not expected this type of service from indane, already i have rated big zero for the distributor ms. Ananth gas agencies, and given a complaint to indane, but found useless. Even instructions from indane to the distributor for immediate action and update, nothing is happened. Repeating the same things doesn't make sense. I don't know, why indane is dealing with this kind o[censored]seless distributors which are not eligible to give proper on time service to the customers. This is very ridicules. If the distributor is not up to the mark, please cancel and appoint new distributor for the same. Simply as a customer we need to suffer. Hope at least this time some one responsible person from indane will understand and resolve this issue permanent.

                  Sir in this month of may i got the calling letters from indian oil company that i applied through olx job. She said i have to pay for dress code and document 3500 angain for service account last for police verification till date i don't the dress code and even a call when i try to cal i don't the line, i have my transactions slip.                       I had gone to shree nath indian oil centre at amrapali circle, vashaili nagar, jaipur 302021 to fill petrol and air in my car at 7 am today. After filling the petrol when i asked for air i was told that the person comes at 9 am. When i told that it should be available whenever the petrol pump is open, i was again told to come after 9 am. When i asked for complaint register i was not given but the person who had filled the petrol was asked to fill the air. He reluctantly agreed and filled the air but without any interest and the psi was at 45 whereas he should have corrected it to 33. He filled it like that only. I tried to ring up the dealer mr pawan whose name was on the board but he did not pick up his mobile. Then i asked for the manager and i was told he is inside. When i asked him, mr jagdish for the complaint book he apologized and he himself filled the air.

                      It is very disheartening to see such kind of service from such a reputed company from of which i am a regular customer. This is not the first time this has happened in this same petrol station.

                      May i request you to please look into the matter and take appropriate action so that such incidents don't happen and the basic services which are mandatory are available to the customers at all times without any difficulty.

                            My connection was in mm gas from[protected]. Later transferred to deepika indane in march 2018. I have not received my gas subsidy all these years inspite of many reminders in mm gas. I have recently linked my bank account on the advice of deepika indane on 5-5-2018 to my account. My complaint is against the company and requesting you to reimburse all my subsidy from the begining.

                              I refulled my both cars regularly at your quality petroleum, c.h.area, Jamshedpur since last few years, where the attendants never ever do any service like windshield cleaning / air etc inspite of request, every time making excuses of non availability of staffs. Today when I asked for complain book, some one wiped the windshield with dust all over without sprinkling water, causing scratch on the windshield.when I brought this to notice of the outlet manager Mr.Prabhakar Rao, he instead of resolving the issue, told that they can replace the windshield with new one .
                              I am sure this type of service and attitude of the management is simply unacceptable.

                                    The monthly telephone billl of bsnl is paid time to time properly by our office.

                                    But, our broadband connection not working properly, our internet connection speed not working properly (Very poor condition) from last few months.

                                    The complain lodged (Orally by mobile) many times by this office to your local office (Jaipur city), but the problem is not solved yet today, your technical staff not co-operate with us for repair/ solve said problem.
