Sir in this month of may i got the calling letters from indian oil company that i applied through olx job. She said i have to pay for dress code and document 3500 angain for service account last for police verification till date i don't the dress code and even a call when i try to cal i don't the line, i have my transactions slip. The name of the account number and his atm card number. So i request u to kindly hlep as i have trusted the olx shopping and i trust the people who fraud me.

I had gone to shree nath indian oil centre at amrapali circle, vashaili nagar, jaipur 302021 to fill petrol and air in my car at 7 am today. After filling the petrol when i asked for air i was told that the person comes at 9 am. When i told that it should be available whenever the petrol pump is open, i was again told to come after 9 am. When i asked for complaint register i was not given but the person who had filled the petrol was asked to fill the air. He reluctantly agreed and filled the air but without any interest and the psi was at 45 whereas he should have corrected it to 33. He filled it like that only. I tried to ring up the dealer mr pawan whose name was on the board but he did not pick up his mobile. Then i asked for the manager and i was told he is inside. When i asked him, mr jagdish for the complaint book he apologized and he himself filled the air.

It is very disheartening to see such kind of service from such a reputed company from of which i am a regular customer. This is not the first time this has happened in this same petrol station.

May i request you to please look into the matter and take appropriate action so that such incidents don't happen and the basic services which are mandatory are available to the customers at all times without any difficulty.

Without bank facility i am unable for degital payment, and when i want instant discount rs.5 on degital payment then same time system demand me for convenience fees rs 6.75 and tax rs 1.22, i think this is big joke not for any discount/degital payment etc. Please clear my above queries and revert me as soon as possible.

Applied for new connection in indane website. The status message is showing as "dedup cleared date :[protected]". For past 3 days. Am not getting any message to make payment or order for new gas cylinders.

Kindly revert me back asap.

My connection was in mm gas from[protected]. Later transferred to deepika indane in march 2018. I have not received my gas subsidy all these years inspite of many reminders in mm gas. I have recently linked my bank account on the advice of deepika indane on 5-5-2018 to my account. My complaint is against the company and requesting you to reimburse all my subsidy from the begining.

I refulled my both cars regularly at your quality petroleum, c.h.area, Jamshedpur since last few years, where the attendants never ever do any service like windshield cleaning / air etc inspite of request, every time making excuses of non availability of staffs. Today when I asked for complain book, some one wiped the windshield with dust all over without sprinkling water, causing scratch on the windshield.when I brought this to notice of the outlet manager Mr.Prabhakar Rao, he instead of resolving the issue, told that they can replace the windshield with new one .
I am sure this type of service and attitude of the management is simply unacceptable.

Status is kyc generated. Pending for dedup, why it is being delayed when kyc is generated. And what is the meaning of dedup. They have not mentioned.

Broadband not working properly (Very slow speed)
Dear sir,
This is rajasthan state hawamahal indane gas office in jaipur
We have internet connecting with our land line number [protected]
The monthly telephone billl of bsnl is paid time to time properly by our office.

But, our broadband connection not working properly, our internet connection speed not working properly (Very poor condition) from last few months.
So our office work is not done properly.

The complain lodged (Orally by mobile) many times by this office to your local office (Jaipur city), but the problem is not solved yet today, your technical staff not co-operate with us for repair/ solve said problem.
So, we are requested you, please solve the problem as early as possible.

I am shruthi as a consumer of indane gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor but they told there is no option to change. Pls inform further what can i do to cancel the give up subsidy.

Hi,
This is regarding fraud done at M H A KARIGAR IOC petrol pump situated at saat rasta, solapur 413003.
I Requested attendant to fill petrol for Rs 1500. He filled for Rs 300 and stopped, and when I objected he filled for Rs 1200 and said it's done for Rs 1500.
This is how they are cheating people. I have bill copy of Rs 1500. Attendant name was Mr mahesh

Pls act and let me know what action is taken

60, keshav nagar, hava sadak, jaipur having board of public toilet, whereas there is no such toilet in ur premises, if your not providing service to common people what is the use of psu company.
Please register my complaint as i gone personally there at 9.00am on 14/05/2018

Indian oil petrol pump on bazpur doraha, u. S nagar, uttarakhand always fill petrol without entring amount in fuel machine. I told them to fill 420 rs petrol in my car but they did not enter amount in machine, i complained about it but that person was not serious about it, i clicked photo of it in which he filled 420.29 rs petrol, this 0.29 rs variation is due to non feeding of amount in machine.

My consumer id 11032. After being senior citizen in the month of october, 2017 lpg gas subsidy not giving to my a/c.in this connection, please note on my retirement i had to open one pension a/c by linking uid and thereafter no subsidy i am receiving. Please look into it and arrange to give the subsidy on and from octoer, 2017 and oblige.

I am a user of Indian oil.i have a Xtra reward card. I didn't get the password of xtrareward card . Hence I can't use the card. My card no is [protected]. Please look out the matter. I can't pick up the oil from any Indian oil pump by card. please send me the password in my registered phone number which I mentioned in the form.please process my request as soon as possible so that I can use the card.

We already booked payment by online but delivery boy always demand for service money rs-30/- or more so why we will pay for this, they already given salary for their service so why they demand for the same it's to much, we will not given their money so they will not delivered our cylinder next time, please stop this activity and take action of behalf.

So this happened today. I went to indian oil petrol pump at dattamandir, nashik road. I paid rs.500 for petrol and those guys filled my car tank with only petrol of amount of rs.200. My car was on the other side of the station and they used the gun from the other side so before i went to see the zero, the meter was crossed 300 mark. I have receipt and i want my money back or fuel of remaining amount. You people have cameras there and hence you can see how they thugged me there. This is shameful. Strict action should be taken against them. I have proof of receipt and the petrol pump also has cameras. Check them and give me my money back. It's my hard earned money.
