Dear sir,

I booked the request for lpg refilling dated 05th april 2018 and today is 10th april 2018, i have not received my cylinder yet. I have received the message that cylinder has delivered to you but when the same has informed to the office of the distributor, they informed that it happens sometimes.

After booking, i called to the distributor to know the delivery time. Ms. Kavita, who attend the call informed that it takes 5-6 days to deliver the cylinder.

I visited their office and ms. Told me that i will tell delivery boy to deliver the cylinder today i. E. 07th april 2018 but nobody comes for the delivery.

After waiting for a full day on monday, i called to the distributor in the evening to know the status and she gave me delivery boy number and told me that it will be delivered today itself i. E. 09th april 2018. When i called to the delivery boy, he informed that your area is not under my delivery area so i again called to the distributor and told the same thing so she has given the different number but again the delivery boy replied the same that this area is not under my delivery area.

I received the message on the evening of 09th april 2018 that cylinder has delivered and hereby attaching the screenshot of the message.

I have all the call recording of all the calls and messages screenshot.

I tried calling indane gas office, indane gas complaint number but i couldn't connect to them even after continuously trying for 4 days.

I would also like to inform that my connection has transferred from m m enterprises, hyderabad to vamshadhara indane, hyderabad even without informing me.

I want to file a complaint against the distributor for not deliver the cylinder on time and also for giving false commitment every time and claiming rs. 5000/-.

I would be grateful to akosha if they will take necessary action against them so that not only i but other customers will also not face any problem with them.

Subsidy is being offered by govt and not these people, i am not been guided who i should approach in this case

    I am pankaj sasane, i went to fill petrol at shri ram krishna servo aurangabad on dated - 08/04/2018 i asked there debit card payment first they rejected for reason machin not working then i said pls accept petrol is not remaining in my bike. The man said ok bt he not giving me 100rs receipt.. He said they not accept 100, he can accept 200, really this is indian oil service? If you dont any legal action i will post my storey everywhere...

    i have lost my gas connection paper though I had the booklet but I want to change its mode from single to double but the gas agency employees are saying that they will not helped me about the prospects...

He had gradually took money from me for a days bt he doesn't give me job and any salary... Bt i was working with him since 2014... Now suddenly he is disappeared. May be he escaped... I m sorry for giving him money.. Bt he forced me for money and blackmailed me. Plz help me in searching him.. Nd plz give him punishment... My number is [protected]

        This incident took place when first time fueled my bike's tank from "rama service station, road no. 56, opp. Isbt anand vihar, delhi - 110092" at 9.50 a. M on 5th april, 2018.
        I told the guy to fill for rs. 500/- and my mistake was that i was thinking about some work so forget to see the zero in fueling meter.
        Usually when i fuel petrol of an amount 500rs 5 bars come in my bike indicator but this time only 3 bars came.
        Also in rs 500 my bike goes in reserve after at least 200km but this time after 125 km, i had to switch to reserve.
        On the day i fuel from there, i told them after going little forward, i came back and told about less petrol. They told me there is no manager. Please visit tomorrow. I again visited next day in evening 6 pm, again no manager and on 7th i met the manager. But he was very aged and very hyper. He don't have the sense of talking. It looked like they are running the petrol pump just for fooling citizens. These kind of petrol pumps should be banned. I will complaint in consumer court too as if we stop reacting these kind of things will grow more.

          I have booked my gas refill witth Udai Gas Service situated in Ajmer city of Rajasthan on 26/03/2018 . But delivery of gas has not been received till 07/04/2018. In this regard, 2-emails have been sent to the distributor on 29/04/20`18 and 04/04/2018.It is very bad.When we phone the distributor on his numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected] he does not respond.

            Presently my father has been admitted in hospital in Dombivali, Maharashtra.
            The oxygen or the bipap (whatever the term is) the charges are very high and inappropriate.

            Even if you apply or use it for 5 mins, they charge a bomb.
            Can we stop such misuse of such hospitals?

            I am just thinking of how the poor people will do if they receive such huge bill.

            Need proper channel to take this up.

                I am not been given my share of subsidy for about 18 months, they say i did not submit my aadhar card thats the reason they wont give me, but it was done and now my remaining is not given. Pls help on this

                Pls sort out this matter on urgent basis, as, i am eligible for this money and i am not getting any help here. This is infringement o my rights as a civilian of this country, indane gas has no right to retain my subsidy amount as govt is giving me this

                  Sub:- domestic indane gas — non crediting of govt. Subsidy on the gas cylinders.
                  I am a regular consumer of indane gas for my domestic needs for the past many years and getting my booked gas cylinders as well as the govt. Subsidy for the same till the end of 2017.
                  The details of my indane gas service is as below.
                  (1) name of the consumer : k. Anantha narayana. (2) consumer no. Cx 6010412. (3) distributor name and address : padmasri gas service, chandramouli nagar, vedayapalem, nellore -524004, andhra pradesh. (4) my aadhar no.[protected]. (5) my lpg id no.[protected]. The details of non crediting of gas subsidy to me is as hereunder.
                  1). I have booked a gas cylinder on[protected] at 9-45 am vide booking no.444470 and the same was delivered to me on[protected]. The full amount of the supply agency bill no. [protected] dated[protected] for rs.769/- was paid by me immediately. But till date the relative gas subsidy was not credited to my linked sb. A/c no.[protected] with syndicate bank, sme branch, nellore -524004, a. P. (Ifsc code no. Synb0003503).
                  2) again on[protected] at 8-45 am, i have booked a gas cylinder vide booking no.457460 and the same was delivered to me on[protected]. The supply agency bill no. [protected] dated[protected] for rs. 718-50 was also paid by me immediately in full. But till now the relative gas subsidy was not credited to my designated sb a/c as above at no.1.
                  I am not aware of the reasons for not crediting the gas subsidy for these above two cylinders.in view of the above, i sincerely request you to kindly verify the non credit of gas subsidy in respect of the above two bookings and kindly ensure the credit of subsidy amount to my sb a/c at the earliest. Also i pray your good selves to ensure the credit of subsidy to my sb a/c unfailingly for the future eligible bookings also. Kindly do the needful. Thanking you, yours faithfully, k. No any quaery or discripency communicated to me regarding my proposal. Suddenly i came to know that my awarded proposal cancelled without any prior notic or information.                       Dear sir today evening at 6:53 pm i filled cng. At ioc petrol pump at jvlr near oberoi splendor building. But while paying with credit card through swipe machine showed error and then i tried my debit card which also showed error. Iregularly use my cards in your pumps never happened like this. I paid cash and straight went to atm and withdrew money. Without out any problem. What ifeel petrol pump is cheating and knowingly harassing customers. And as their change money has been stopped earlier they charged extra amount due. Change problem now cards have stopped. That tree money. They are troubling us ihave also written complaint in their book also please take strict action as i have used both cards today with out any problem.

                          I have booked the gas for refilling on 14.03.18 with ref no 518184 online. Then come the sms on 23.03.2018 that your refill booking no. Is 518184 stands cancelled. Again booked the cylinder on 25.03.18. I got a sms “your cylinder is delivered with cash memo no.[protected] on 1.4.2018 but till yet not delivered the cylinder. I tried to call to agency, but always busy or keep ringing and no one picks up the phone.
                          I am really frustrated of behavior of this agency and their respective staffs. So request you to look into this matter at earliest. Below are my details for your reference. Thanks.

                            I had a very bad staff behaviour at indian oil shri sai auto service nerul navi mumbai. The staff name is hanuman when i confronted him about his behaviour he challenged me to register a complaint and sarcastically talked to me in a rude behaviour to take his photo.

                            This is not acceptable. I found that customer service was very pathetic at this bunk the authorities should take strict action

                            I receive a call from the Indian Oil representative, they took stern action against the erring staff. I am satisfied with the quick action taken by the IOL representatives.

                              I am booked a gas cylinder on 26/03/2018 vide booking no 741367. Till i don't receive my gas cylinder. Today i checked the status of my booking it shows that the cylinder is dilvered on 29/03/2018. Kindly resolve this and also complained against the distributor company named neo gas enterprise kalka. The dilvery man demand extra money other than the dilvery slip.

                                While taking petrol at rajendra nagar service station on 03/04/2018at 8.55p. M i found that staff was misbehaving and abusing another customer who was demanding complaint book. There was no managerial staff at petrol pump available to talk to. It is very sad that a customer is treated in this way. Needs sensitisation and proper action so that such behaviour is not repeated again

                                    Indian oil pumps located at medchal (Medchal dist), thurkapally (Medchal dist), mulugu (Siddipet dist), are refused to accept debit card to give fuel for rs 200 and told that pos machine is not working, this has happened for many times and every time they refuse to accept card forcing customers to use cash which is so inconvenient in this phase of demonetization. It was disgusting when i was refused for the fourth time in 2 consecutive weeks, i feel that filling station must provide cashless methods of payment round the clock as a moral responsibility towards cashless india. I strongly request to take appropriate action
