I am the customer having my consumer no.[protected] registered with manni singh s/o joginder pal singh res: b 12 h no 381, kucha harnam dass field ganj, ludhia a-141008 for supplying me l p g gas.
Sir i am sorry to say that there is lot of corruption in our area beacuse our disributer ludhiana gas service (Amar singh market, gurdwara kalgidhar road ludhiana) is not doing his job honestly as he doesn't supply the cylinders to the customer in time while they selling cylinders to many non consumer customers for like commercial uses. They made a black market of the lpg gas cylinders in our area. So please stop it and take action againts it. I

    My consumer no is 36332, agency has harasse me from 27.10.2015, i m a senior citizen women, they never deliver me gas from 27.10.2015, while making several times of complain at agency.
    Pl solve this issues otherwise i will go to legal action like consumer forum, always his vendor & agency staff demanding extra money, its showing very bad reputation of iocl...

      Dear sir,
      This mail is regarding my recent unpleasant experience with iocl in mysore.
      I had been to the iocl vishwas service petrol pump station in mysore to fuel up and the representative there informed me that there is an offer on premium petrol i. E. One led bulb for fuel worth of rs 1000 and there were posters of the same in the petrol pump station.
      So after conforming with the staff i fueled up premium petrol worth of 2000 twice. After which the staff informed me to collect the bulbs tomorrow since where it was stored was locked. The next day when i went to the petrol pump station to collect they told me that it is unavailable now. I have attached the invoice for the same in the mail and i request iocl to look into the matter and provide us the led lamps as advertised in their fuel station. My complaint is that kindle indane gas emloyee not give me any receipt or chalan after booking of gas from offfice. And he take more money then billing price.

          Today i went to one fuel station of indian oil to get my tank fulled up named "vinayak petroleum" on sola road and saw that they were emptying the fuel tanker in the underground tank while the fuel station still operational and accessible to general public to get their tanks filled up. It is dangerous for the life of general public and it can lead to big accident leading to loss of lives and property

              I have been seeing this since last 3-4 years at iocl petrol pump - kalptaru at anjali cross roads, ahmedabad, gujarat. They use the following modus operandi to cheat the customers.
              When you go to fill the petrol in vehicle, two attendants comes to attend you. One person keeps you busy talking. Other person fills the petrol. If you had asked for rs. 1500/- petrol. He fills petrol of rs. 200/- and says he heard rs. 200 only. Then he starts filling petrol again and fills petrol for rs. 1300/-. And says he filled the petrol for rs. 200 before and then rs. 1300 so total petrol of rs. 1500. But when he started filling petrol again he started from rs. 200 only. That is how they cheat the customers by giving petrol of rs. 1300 for rs. 1500.

                My name is l suresh kumar, on 07 mar 2018 at 1901hrs, i filled petrol for rs 200/-in my debit card. After swipe the card, the indian oil petrol pump employee (Pricol petrol pump, periyanaickenpalayam, coimbatore, tamilnadu)
                Pos 40519218. Once the card not accepted, he given a slip transaction failed cancelled. Then i gave rs 200/- cash to him. At 1905hr, i received a message from indian bank, rs 200/- pos deducted from my account no[protected], indian bank, periyanackenpalayam. Once,, i asked the office staff on 08 mar 2018, he was not response correctly. Therefore, you are requested to revert my money at the earliest.

I consumer no 26264 under superheat gas, puri, odisha received a cylinder from superheat indane which have leakage problem and i reported to concerned who gave me number of mechanic when contacted mechanic mentioned above said that he is in a marriage ceremony and will not not in a position to attend complaint now i m facing problem upto a hotel bill of rs 800 for four members what will be the solution plz inform

                      I booked indane gas cylinder on 20-feb-2018 and didn't get cylinder till 7-mar-2018. On 7th mar i got a message that subsidy amount is credited to my account, also got a message that my cylinder has delivered. I went to gas agency and enquired about this. They told by mistake it happened. Also out of my last 6 cylinders 3 were leaked and replaced with them.

                            I booked my gas cylinder on 26th feb 2018 and i got a cash memo and otp on 1st of march. The gas cylinder delivery person whose name is satish ([protected]) who is working in sri vishnu indane gasagency kadugodi bangalore 560067 didnt deliever my cylinder yet and on 2nd march he came to my apartment and told to security guard that he will be coming in another 10 mins and lets ready with docs for cylinder and money. I waited for more than half an hour and then left and he didn;'t came till now. I guess these guys are doing some fraud with the customer and selling the cylinder in black. I tried to contact to agency but their number does not work.

                            Can you check on those people. Please take an immediate action on this agency.

                              My subsidy for consumer no.00020520 is not credited since june 2017 for which we inform the dealer but he simply told that your subsidy is credited in your bank a/c. Please credit my subsidy amount in sbi bank or obc bank which is already link with adhaar card which is already submitted in hard copy to dealer. Kindly do needful as you know that adhaar card is valid document and bank is already linked with it then why subsidy amount is not credited...

                                In the wake of cashless drive, i made a payment for booking cooking gas cylinder on the indane official website. But eventually the cylinder was not at all booked but the amount of money has been deducted for rs 633.
                                Later when i complained to my agency, they said that the amount will be adjusted to next booking. But till now it is not been adjusted

                                  1. I am a lpg consumer of indane gas agency with consumer id cx7806088. I am complain online for subscribe cylinder was short charging issue. All details of lpg cylinder issue given to indane gag agency vide my complain no :[protected] and request to indane for implementation or necessary guideline should be issue to respective distributor for weight cylinder when it was handed over to demand consumer. Now i am reply recd from customer feedback officer is : ” pleas ask for weighing scale available with the refill boy and get the refill weight at the time of delivery only. If you are unsatisfied with the wight, then ask the delivery boy to change immediately”.

                                  2. If my refill boy doing his job. Therefore, no need of complain against this issue. Therefore, it is requested from your site to indane gas agency for strict implementation of vetting weight cylinder when it was delivered to consumer.

                                    I had purchased petrol pump and had presented my ATM card for the payment. I received an SMS of successful transaction. The ATM card was returned by the staff of the IOCL outlet. In the meantime the staff again asked me for the ATM card reasoning card payment was not done. I showed him the message received at my mobile. He said that as the print has not been generated, I need to pay him again. I requested to verify his statement and allow me to verify my bank statement. I was looking for the same on my mobile when an person started shouting and asking me to hand over the ATM card at once. I was shocked with his behaviour and I was allowed to leave petrol pump only after paying the same amount in cash. I tried to make a call to the field officer for his support on the number displayed at the counter of the outlet. Nobody picked up the call. Mine statement still reflects the amount deducted.

                                        Hai sir my customer no 10097. My distributor vijayakanna agency, palani. I have a complaint on my distributor. They are not supplying cylinder properly. I have 2 cylinders in my house. I have booked my cylinder on 2nd february 2018. They didn't supply for me. I went and asked to them. They told me my booking was cancelled. But i received my booking 542299 and the reason is customer not found. But i can't accept this because i am in home only. Plz make possible action on my complaint.

                                        Arjun gas agency, kozhenchery had sent their company mechanic thomas kj for a mandatory check up and said he will charge rs.150/- for the same... I want to know why they charge us for a mandatory checkup, and is it authorised by ioc...
