I am a consumer of indane gas, my consumer no - c-88683
My booking ref. No-437674 dt-01.02.18 captain gas agency, pratap vihar, ghaziabad (Uttar pradesh). On 05.02.18 sms recvd your cash memo generated [protected] generated against ref booking no, again same day another sms recvd your cylinder delivered with cash memo-[protected].
But actual the condition we do not recvd any cylinder that gas agency till yet. Every time it has noticed delivery men sale the cylinder to another person on a hike value. I log a complaint that agency but that side no any positive response recvd.

May i requested to you pls look & do the needful action urgently and delivered my cylinder on my home.

    Hi,
    I am trying to give a complaint as there is some leakage issue in my gas connection pipe by the help of toll free number since last two days, but no one is responding. Is this really working or not. I think all executives are sleeping.
    I am disappointed with this service, i will definitely mail to ministry of petroleum and natural gas.

      Spoken with Customer and understood the issue. I expressed my sorrow at the customers inconvenience and regretted the incident. The Dealer has been strongly warned by issuing a letter (attached).
      But I am not satisfied due to insulting me in front of the huge peoples by the petrol pump staff

        I am a consumer of qutqb gas agency, vasant kunj new delhi. My consumer no. Is cx27311981. The qutab gas agency is not delivering my cylinder as i have booked on[protected] and the subsidy for the cylinder is credited to account on[protected]. But till date cylinder is not delivered to me.
        Where the agency is using my cylinder. On calling the agency there is no response and no one attend the call and the delivery boy also making the excuse e. G. Today - tomorrow.

          I was there at dhingra service station /petrol pump today and got my car filled with petrol worth rs. 1000. I needed to get air filled in the tyres, the person filking the air denied to do so stating that the machine is not working. When i asked for complaint book, the manager (Amit) denied and insted asked the same person to fill the air with manual meter.

          There were atleast 10 to 12 cars who were denied of air filling in tyres.

          This is the third time that this is happening repetitively in the last 1 month and the petrol pump manager/owner is not getting the air filling machine fixed.

          Secondly, i dont think the petrol pump manager/owner has the right to deny the consumer from accessing the complaint book.

          Request you to look into the complaint as i am also attaching the receipt of the transaction

            I had applied for connection in the month of september, 2017 and got the connection on 11th sept.2017. The value is approx. Rs.2700/- with a gas stove of 1975/-, one trolley, one lighter & one apron. If you select a different gas stove, the value will change.

            Further on damage they do not replace even within the warranty period, as the gas lighter they have provided has got damaged (Not functioning although gas is available in the gas lighter) within a period of 4.5 months. First they asked for original bill even after providing the consumer number. Once the original cash memo was given, asked to come after 2/3 days, i. E. For changing one lighter, you have to visit the agency atleast 3 times.

                Hi, this is ravi kant pankaj, we have a gas conection on my father's name, consumer no.-t10254. He is in govt. Job posted out location mostlyand i work for a private comp. This has been a major problem all the time, last time i had to take the same. Whenever we book for refilled cylinder they don't give it without 3-4 followups which is not possible for me all the time due to my job nature.

                  My consumer no. Is 24781 bharatkumar and my gas agency is rajmin indiane dsitributors, ahmedabad, gujarat. I have booked gas cylinder refill on 02/2/2018. My booking registration no. Was 718509. I received message from generation of cash memo no. [protected] for rs of 730. I received message for cancellation of my refill booking no 718509 stands cancelled with reason that delivery may be reattempted shortly.
                  Let me know what is problem for the same and why?

                      Todays noon i was go to a adoc startwell.. Petrol pump point oil distributer drink alochol... And misbehavior for me... And say he was a very senior of this pump... I was go to the pump office and lodge a complaint... Then pump owner did not get any step... And also misbehaving... And say that indian oil give permission that any staff can drink alcohol any time of duty hours...

                        When i was serving in durgapur steel plant, i had indane lpg connection and that was linked to my aadhaar number for availing gas subsidy. After retirement, i had surrendered my lpg cylinders and regulator (Against consumer no. Ag 02741,[protected], to m/s abhaya gas service, stall no 19,
                        D - sector market, durgapur - 713204 on 09.06.2015 & got connection transferred to bhubaneswar, odisha as i decided to settle at bhubaneswar, odisha.in bhubaneswar city, i have taken lpg connection of hindustan petroleum gas from the nearest located lpg distributor i. E m/s rajdhani gas, nayapalli, bhubaneswar, consumer no. 656901,[protected], and this connection has been linked to my aadhaar number under dbtl. While checking the aadhaar status online, i observe that my aadhaar number is still linked to iocl against the indane consumer no. 02741 with abhaya gas agency, even though the connection status is shown as transferred. And against this transfer i have taken gas connection at bhubaneswar. Though i have at present only one connection from hp gas against my transferred indane gas connection at durgapur, my gas subsidy has stopped since my aadhaar number is showing two connections, one at durgapur from indane, abhaya gas agency, which has been already surrendered and against which i took gas connection in bhubaneswar, hp gas, rajdhani gas. Hence i request that the aadhaar number at indane, abhaya gas, durgapur may please be delinking as i have already surrendered the gas on 09/06/2015 and no more holding any indane gas connection.
                        This will help me getting my gas subsidy from my only one gas connection at hp gas from rajdhani gas, bhubaneswar, odisha.

                          1. Iam being serviced by secular gas service sector-12 panchkula. My customer regd no is 547, mob no [protected]. Iwas delivered gass clyinder on 02 feb2018 agaist memo no-[protected] - name hs lamba h/no-19 panchkula haryana. Domestic connection. The body of gass clyinder damaged and gass is badly leaking.
                          2. Nature of complaint
                          (A) not responding to complaint/ no tprovided replacement.
                          (B) tele phone number given on cash memo remains un attented
                          (C) no facility for loding complaint via email
                          3. Agency to be instructed not to cut subsidy. Ensure regular timely payment.

                          05th of jan 2018 I booked the gas but still not received . again I tried to book but it telling already deliveried but we dint received one call also. I called in agency they are not picking call one month is completed but still gas not received only.

                            Sir,
                            I have reported to our service provider about 8-9 days ago to change my regulator as it is not functioning properly at present. But despite inspection from the office and repeated request regulator is not changed till date.
                            So i request you to please look into the matter and arrange to change the regulator immediately to avoid the accident.

                            has been made in this regard. Further I am getting no response with your help line number.

                            Apropos of the above again I request you to please take up the matter with the supplier and replace the regulator immediately in order to avoid accident.

                            I'm indian oil extrareward card holder. They said that if you fill feul on your birthday, you got 100 point. But I got only 6point. Why? I already registered birthday on web site of extrareward.

                              This is regarding unattended calls from shivanika enterprises - indane gas distributor in east delhi (Vivek vihar, jhilmil). Their employees never picks up phone. Its ridiculous. Their telephone nos.22146911/22153053/22153099,
                              Are never attended. All the more if v try these numbers, we will get only engage tones.
                              Can we change our consumer number to any other agency in and around dilshad garden/vivek vihar and if at all we can change, then what is the procedure. And please revert me asap my consumer no is 39505 in the name of prem rani bothra..

                                Suman ksk is an indian oil petrol pump at dhanaghar, ganjam, odisha, 761010. The pump is not having air facility since its opening which has been opened more than 7years. On asking for the air they are always saying that the pressure unit is defective. Sometimes they showing the nearby private shop for paid pressure. Also not having the complaint book. They always find some excuse to avoid to provide basic free service.

                                  Dear sir, i had applied for a new connection of lpg indane for domestic purposes with wait list no [protected] which has been released as per sms notification from ik-indane services. But my service provider is not providing me the connection for a long time. When i approached them they forced me to buy accessories from them. When i refused as i already have accessories bought/gifted from past, they said that there will be an inspection of the site. But even after long waiting no one appeared for inspection and i am still awaited to get an essential service as an indian citizen. My service provider is auroshikha listed 7th in kolkata wb lpg service providers list. Please do something and oblige.

                                    Sir, i k. Lakshmana rao, i am the indane gas consumer with number-08883, i was booked the gas on 22.1.2018, booking number is 514064. The company not send the gas still and while i also asked the company but not received it.

                                    The delivery boy not bringing the bills for every time since one year back, if i ask him simply says bills not raised, due to that we unable to know the actual price of the cylinder cost. I also informed to the gas company owner he also not responded.

                                      This is to state that I have a gas connection from distributer AVATAR GAS, Shalimar Bagh bearing no A17531 in the name of Kailash kataria .my problem is I have been receiving subsidy to my bank but from Jan18 inwards I closed my Kotak Mahindra bank account and I visited AVATAR GAS office again and again to change my account details of my new account of YES BANK.but they r not listening to my words, I am senior citizen and cannot go and request them .please look into the matter as 2 subsidies are not reached to my account
