I am. From Chennai, my name is udayakumar, getting IOC gas from Prema Agencies chennai.For the gas received on 26/12/17, I have not received the subsidy amount till date .Till last time it was credited to bank accounts correctly .when I referred the matter to the toll free no and customer care nos., there was no proper reply .They say that it will be credited to latest linking Aadhar account.As per Govt directive I have done linking of Aadhar nos. With banks / LIC/ Post offices .The latest one I done was with post office, even there also it has not been credited .I am really fed up.My LPG ID no.[protected], cons.no.005298
Please look into the matter and solve this problem

    Please refer my s c no. 29254. Refill booked on 03.02.2018. Refill not delivered till date despite my captioned complaint.

    Please let me know what is the time schedule for delivery of a refill once it is booked.

    The same was information was sought in the captioned complaint but they have not bothered to let me know the time schedule.

    In case i do not receive now also, i do not mind seeking the required information under rti from the ministry itself.

      I can filed 200 rs diesel for my auto alfa passenger. On 14/02/18.in iocl habeeb filling station mpl road kadir 515591i. S. T. No: [protected]c
      M. S. T. No: [protected]v. Invoice no: 190986. Nozzle no.1. They are giving shortage diesel. I shocked but i can another filled 100rs diesel on same date it can shows same half tank diesel. They fooling people. They are earning lot of money from poor people so plz take immediate action.

        I used to fill petrol in my car & scooter from Victory filling station at Solan in Himachal Pradesh. Whenever I request to make payment by ATM / Debit Card, they oftenly refused to use card saying that machine is out of order. This happened many time whereas Govt. is giving stresss to make on line payment or e card payment. It is therefore requested to look into the matter seriously and direct the owner of filling station to not repeat such activity knowingly.

              Our regulator was not working and post submission it to our agency m/s akhand jyoti, agency code 69010725, at 228, patliputra colony, patna 800013, has refused to replace it. After couple of days of harrasment, we have to pay rs. 150 to get new regulator and deposit the old one via receipt no 71, dt. 13/02/2018.

              As per our understanding, its should not be charged as security was deposited against regulator at the time of allotment of connection.

              Request concern official to take note of the same and revert asap.

                I biman behari poddar of 188 bepiin ganguly road, kol-700030 being a indane gas user from happy home-lake town, jessore road, kol, - having consumer no-07709, herewith drawing your kind attention to the maal practices by the distributor (Happy home). Lake town.
                Previously i make a complaint regarding cancellation of the previous bills and subsequent bills are made after the gas price hike by 56 rs.
                But as along as you are remain silent about the complain as we are nothing but a dog what, s the result if the dog, s are barking.
                This time also i booked the cylinder on 14.01.18 vide booking no -367486 and after 12 days information received that your cash memo are ready the said cylinder will be delivered within 5-6 days.
                But it is shameful to say that as usual after waiting for more 10 days i received another message dated 01.02.18 that yours previous bills are cancelled book again without any justified cause.
                As it is the monopolly business we have nothing to say.
                Again i booked the cylinder on 01.02.18 as we were helpless from such distributors those who sells our cylinder to other for extra money.
                Again i booked on 01.02.18 vide memeo no - 373950.
                As usual i received the information of getting the cylinder on 06.02.18 vide cash memo no-[protected] that your cylinder will be delivered with 5-6 days. Today is 13th more 7 days passed but till today i did not received my desired cylinder which a god gift to us and we totally dependable to such type of distrributors.
                If the cylinder will cancelled again we could not do anything, as it is monopolly.
                Please see. If possible take care about such problems because we are the senior citizen of india.

                  Sir, i have booked my cylinder on 07.02.2018 but not received the same so far. On irv it is said that cylinder has been delivered on 07.02.2018.
                  My dealer code no 155677, yadu indane gas service. Kindly do the needful. On phone the operator said that it will reach very soon.

                    Today on 11.2.18 at 1.43 pm i received a call from m. No 91-[protected] from a person who introduced himself "calling from indane gas" asking my address, i gave him my present residential address, & he at once disconnected. After 10 minutes he came to me and showed my kyc form which i deposited to my distributor (United gas company). He asked me how many burners you are using? I told 3. Then he ask me to pay rs.236.00 & he will give receipts for that amt. I told that why so, i did not get any such type information from my distributor or from indane, today is sunday, so let me take information from my distributor then i will see.
                    My question to you is there any such type order have you notified to indane customer?
                    Moreover, i am a senior citizen & drawing rs. 1139/ pension per month.
                    Please look into the matter & convey to me.

                      I, harendra kumar tiwary, advocate, patna high court, patna, bihar, resident of flat no. 205, nirmala kunj apartment, mahesh nagar, road no.03, p. S - patliputra, patna, bihar.
                      I am consumer of akhand jyoti, lpg agency, at alpana market, near patliputra, patna, bihar.
                      On 10.01.2015 i submitted all required papers in akhand jyoti, but subsidy was never credited in my account.
                      Again on 11.03.2015, i submitted all required papers in akhand jyoti and got linked aadhar in my sbi account, but again never got lpg subsidy amount.
                      On complain akhand jyoti says that on regular basis lpg subsidy amount is being credited to ioc, now contact with ioc.
                      Your toll free no.[protected] is also not assisting properly, persons holding toll free number are making excuse on one or the other ground which has no leg to stand. For example your aadhar has not been linked with your lpg distributor, only your distributor can help you. Some time excuse is that your aadhar is not linked with bank.
                      Now it is high time to avoid multiplicity of litigation before the competent court of law by redressing my grievance and taking suitable actions against persons concerned.                         Dear sir i have a gas connection with indane gas agency, m/s nabajyoti gas agency consumer no: [protected] name syed mottakin ahmed, since 11 years. Every time when i booked over phone they never provide me booking number nor delivering on time. I had booked a refill cylinder on 25th jan'17 and booking no is – 515460 till now i haven't got delivery. And the agency person not carry machine to measure uantity of gas please take a hard step against these types of system created by some distributors.

                          |i have booked the gas on[protected] and the agency was padmavathy gas agency located in sriperumbudur, tamilnadu.

                          I would like to escalate the issue. Ioc may need to take appropriate steps so that the cylinder may be delivered on time.

                          Ioc has taken steps only for booking the cylinder through different channels. But i would request ioc to ensure that booked cylinders are being delivered in time. Please take appropriate steps to delight your customers.

                            I am a ioc lpg subscriber from on 13/12/2005. My con. No. 13901 and supplying agency is satyen gas agency, islampur, uttar dinajpur district, west bengal.
                            I have linked my aadhar no. With the sbi bank a/cs and submitted the application at agency.
                            Regularly i am getting subsidy amount as per given bank a/cs from the 1st day of giving subsidy amount.
                            But from last couple of months i am getting subsidy amount in the my another a/cs in icici bank without my confirmation. Is the a/cs active or not?
                            As a result recently agency given subsidy amount in my inactive hdfc salary a/cs. So i requesting you pls refund my last subsidy amount from hdfc salary a/cs to my sbi savings a/cs.

                            Also note:- from now on wards pls send all my subsidy amount in my sbi a/cs and also send my last subsidy amount ref no. 629977

                              Sir i am a cusomer of ioc indane gas agency (Vayusena gas agency }bikaner code 123792 since 2004 with a consumer no.1121 when i came to know that if a agency could not proud home delivery than the delivery charge must be deducted from the normal bill. When i asked the vsga bikaner to reduce the delivery charge as you had never provided the home delivery to me as well as other customers also those are residing out side the campus area like me. But the agency refused to do so after a long time i applied for trancfer of my gas connection from vayusena gag agency to bikaner indane code no.273539 on 28/12/2017.
                              And the vayu sena gas agency given me the ttv on 2nd feb, 2018. I got refilled my cylinder on 14 nov 2017 since that i have not received any refilled cylinder.
                              Now the bikaner indane is also not cooperating and unnecessary delaying to issue the connection by saying that wait for some time. As per there requirement i full filled and submitted all necessary document on 5/2/2018. Hence you are requested to ask the concern agencies to consider the customer and short out there problem in time instead of harassing them.

                                I, naba kumar banerjee, employee no 21251, currently working at rajbandh, west-bengal, was given a gift card of rupees fifty thousand by indian oil corporation of india through sbi. But my balance is pending due to unauthorisation (According to the nearest sbi regional office). My local officials of company could not solve my problem. I have already lost the soles of my shoes.

When i checked with the delivery boy he says the day i came to your house it was locked and no one is available in your house.                                       Visited the pump third time in 4 months, they refused to take payments with debit card saying there swapping machine is out of order and forcing us to pay cash. Going towards cashless economy and this attitude is un-acceptable. Asked for complaint book, that also they gave after sometime. Please let me know what changes they did after my complaint. I wrote complaint in complaint book no. 9701 dated 8-2-18.

                                        I booked my refill on 28th january 2018, my consumer no: [protected] and the booking no: 604486. I received sms, refill expected to delivery: 5-7 days. Cash memo [protected] was generated on 1st feb 2018 and delivery promised "shortly". It is more than 8 days, still i did not get the gas cylinder inspite of regular follow up phone calls. On contacting again today was told it will be delivered today (9th feb 2018)???. After raising cash receipt why the cylinder is yet to be delivered?
