|i have booked the gas on[protected] and the agency was padmavathy gas agency located in sriperumbudur, tamilnadu.

Consumer no. 21559481

I would like to escalate the issue. Ioc may need to take appropriate steps so that the cylinder may be delivered on time.

Ioc has taken steps only for booking the cylinder through different channels. But i would request ioc to ensure that booked cylinders are being delivered in time. Please take appropriate steps to delight your customers.

    Sir,
    I am a ioc lpg subscriber from on 13/12/2005. My con. No. 13901 and supplying agency is satyen gas agency, islampur, uttar dinajpur district, west bengal.
    I have linked my aadhar no. With the sbi bank a/cs and submitted the application at agency.
    Regularly i am getting subsidy amount as per given bank a/cs from the 1st day of giving subsidy amount.
    But from last couple of months i am getting subsidy amount in the my another a/cs in icici bank without my confirmation. Is the a/cs active or not?
    As a result recently agency given subsidy amount in my inactive hdfc salary a/cs. So i requesting you pls refund my last subsidy amount from hdfc salary a/cs to my sbi savings a/cs.

    Also note:- from now on wards pls send all my subsidy amount in my sbi a/cs and also send my last subsidy amount ref no. 629977

      Sir i am a cusomer of ioc indane gas agency (Vayusena gas agency }bikaner code 123792 since 2004 with a consumer no.1121 when i came to know that if a agency could not proud home delivery than the delivery charge must be deducted from the normal bill. When i asked the vsga bikaner to reduce the delivery charge as you had never provided the home delivery to me as well as other customers also those are residing out side the campus area like me. But the agency refused to do so after a long time i applied for trancfer of my gas connection from vayusena gag agency to bikaner indane code no.273539 on 28/12/2017.
      And the vayu sena gas agency given me the ttv on 2nd feb, 2018. I got refilled my cylinder on 14 nov 2017 since that i have not received any refilled cylinder.
      Now the bikaner indane is also not cooperating and unnecessary delaying to issue the connection by saying that wait for some time. As per there requirement i full filled and submitted all necessary document on 5/2/2018. Hence you are requested to ask the concern agencies to consider the customer and short out there problem in time instead of harassing them.

But my balance is pending due to unauthorisation (According to the nearest sbi regional office). My local officials of company could not solve my problem. I have already lost the soles of my shoes.

          I never opted for giving up subsidy.

            Gas cylinder booked on 23.01.2018 with the above reference no and till date cylinder has not been delivered to me. When i checked with the delivery boy he says the day i came to your house it was locked and no one is available in your house. For information my mother will be available always in my house and the door will not be locked which please note

              Visited the pump third time in 4 months, they refused to take payments with debit card saying there swapping machine is out of order and forcing us to pay cash. Going towards cashless economy and this attitude is un-acceptable. Asked for complaint book, that also they gave after sometime. Please let me know what changes they did after my complaint. I wrote complaint in complaint book no. 9701 dated 8-2-18.

                I booked my refill on 28th january 2018, my consumer no: [protected] and the booking no: 604486. I received sms, refill expected to delivery: 5-7 days. Cash memo [protected] was generated on 1st feb 2018 and delivery promised "shortly". It is more than 8 days, still i did not get the gas cylinder inspite of regular follow up phone calls. On contacting again today was told it will be delivered today (9th feb 2018)???. After raising cash receipt why the cylinder is yet to be delivered?

                  564/37 guru nanak nagar alambagh lucknow. The 15-20 lpg domestic gas cyclinders are used for commertial purposes. There the bulk methai (Sweets) are manufactured. It appears all the nearby lpg agencies are supplying domestic lpg at this address and commercial uses. The real consumers are suffering. The indane company has not taken any action even after specific complaint. The helpline number of indane gas ([protected]) do not lodge complaint saying that the name of the gas agency should be intimated otherwise they will not file complaint. Is there any other system to stop this illegal activity

                        Today morning the man who had come to deliver the gas had demanded rs.795 instead of rs.735. On enquiring why such exhorbitant amount, i was informed that rs.735 is the charge of the gas when we go in person to collect it from the office while i am residing only 6-7 kms away from the distributor.
                        Kindly clarify if the amount includes the transportation fee and if not what is the minimum distance eligible for free delivery of gas. If rs.60 has to be paid extra.

                          I am a consumer of indane gas, my consumer no - c-88683
                          My booking ref. No-437674 dt-01.02.18 captain gas agency, pratap vihar, ghaziabad (Uttar pradesh). On 05.02.18 sms recvd your cash memo generated [protected] generated against ref booking no, again same day another sms recvd your cylinder delivered with cash memo-[protected].
                          But actual the condition we do not recvd any cylinder that gas agency till yet. Every time it has noticed delivery men sale the cylinder to another person on a hike value. I log a complaint that agency but that side no any positive response recvd.

                          May i requested to you pls look & do the needful action urgently and delivered my cylinder on my home.

                              Spoken with Customer and understood the issue. I expressed my sorrow at the customers inconvenience and regretted the incident. The Dealer has been strongly warned by issuing a letter (attached).

The qutab gas agency is not delivering my cylinder as i have booked on[protected] and the subsidy for the cylinder is credited to account on[protected]. But till date cylinder is not delivered to me.
                                Where the agency is using my cylinder. On calling the agency there is no response and no one attend the call and the delivery boy also making the excuse e. G. Today - tomorrow.

                                  I was there at dhingra service station /petrol pump today and got my car filled with petrol worth rs. 1000. I needed to get air filled in the tyres, the person filking the air denied to do so stating that the machine is not working. When i asked for complaint book, the manager (Amit) denied and insted asked the same person to fill the air with manual meter.

                                  There were atleast 10 to 12 cars who were denied of air filling in tyres.

                                  This is the third time that this is happening repetitively in the last 1 month and the petrol pump manager/owner is not getting the air filling machine fixed.

                                  Secondly, i dont think the petrol pump manager/owner has the right to deny the consumer from accessing the complaint book.

                                  Request you to look into the complaint as i am also attaching the receipt of the transaction

                                    I had applied for connection in the month of september, 2017 and got the connection on 11th sept.2017. The value is approx. Rs.2700/- with a gas stove of 1975/-, one trolley, one lighter & one apron. If you select a different gas stove, the value will change.

                                    Further on damage they do not replace even within the warranty period, as the gas lighter they have provided has got damaged (Not functioning although gas is available in the gas lighter) within a period of 4.5 months. First they asked for original bill even after providing the consumer number. Once the original cash memo was given, asked to come after 2/3 days, i. E. For changing one lighter, you have to visit the agency atleast 3 times.

                                        Hi, this is ravi kant pankaj, we have a gas conection on my father's name, consumer no.-t10254. He is in govt. Job posted out location mostlyand i work for a private comp. This has been a major problem all the time, last time i had to take the same. Whenever we book for refilled cylinder they don't give it without 3-4 followups which is not possible for me all the time due to my job nature.
