Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i have been cheated twice on indian oil fuel pump, dehuroad cantonment pune 412101. While filling the fuel these people on the pump they do not restart the process if a person is filling 100rs fuel then the next customer is been fueled by continuing the process they do not make the reading 0. It is very disappointing everytime we have to say to those people to make the reading 0 and fuel the bike.

    Bill dt: 25/1/2018 ; booking no [protected] on bill. The cylinder delivered is leaking and the cap has no seal. Why is that we allow such agencies to operate. Are they not getting commission for the cylinder we buy. We are paying taxes for such services too, why is that the sales officers handling such agencies are blind. Are they involved along with such agencies supporting such supplies.
    Kindly seek action from the concerned and responsible.

            The delivery boy delivered the cylinder on 26 january 2018 at 01:30pm and cylinder total cost was 713rs the delivery boy asking for 730rs if i asked him for the same he is saying delivery charges as per my knowledge cylinder delivery is free. And also delivery boy is arguing with me. And this is not a first time he is asking for tips. And i want my reaming amount back otherwise i will take this issue to consumer court i want this issue should sorted as soon as

              मैं अमर उजाला, नैनीताल का पूर्व संपादक हूँ और इन दिनों वाराणसी में रह रहा हूँ. मेरा इंडियन आयल का गैस कनेक्शन cx 7484500 पहले हनुमान गैस में था जिसे बिना मुझे बताये अचानक दुर्गावती नटिनियादाई भेज दिया गया है. यह मेरी पहुंच से दूर है. गैस बुक करने के बाद भी गैस नहीं पहुँचती. न ही मुझसे पहले संपर्क करके पूछा गया कि आपका गैस कनेक्शन दूसरी एजेंसी में बदला जा रहा है आपको कुछ कहना है या नहीं.

                I made a booking for delivery of gas refill from the gas agency on 16th jan 2018. The booking no was given as 136. It was told that the refill will be delivered within two days however inspite of the gas agency being just 3km from my house the gas refill has not been delivered. The agency has always issues with delivery as the other agencies provide the gas well in time. Being a cold place with temperatures going down to minus 6 degree celsius, the timely requirement of fuel is very important. I request you to kindly help us by improving the service or else we have to switch to other gas companies

                  Mal practice by petrol station attendants in company owned company operated (Coco) iocl petrol station in l. B. Road, adyar, chennai 600 020

                  Incident date & time: - 22.01.2018 - evening 20. 15 pm

                  My vehicle no. Tn 09 bt 6739 – toyotal corolla altis

                  Location:- at your above mentioned petoral station - pump serial no. 11gc1940v

                  Attendant 1. :- mr. Saravanan
                  (Employee code not given) – photo enclosed

                  Attendant 2.. :- mr. Chandrasekar
                  (Employee code not given) – photo enclosed

                  Supervisor: - mr. Ramesh

                  Branch manager:- mr. Subbaih,
                  (Not available at the station, at the time of incident but later reached over his mobile phone [protected])

                  Incident details:-

                  Upon arrival, i was asked to reach that particular petrol pump by mr. Saravanan, (A1) who was manning at that time.

                  At that time of reaching the station, my fuel indicator was in reserve and might be having atleast 5 liters and the total tank capacity is 55 liters, which means it can be filled with a maximum of 50 liters.

                  I had asked him to fill the tank to its full capacity and he asked me to check the zero balance. Meanwhile one another employee, (A2) whom i used to see there regularly, started a chat with me before i could get out of my car to see the filling.

                  At the same time, a1, hand carried one brand new ioc oil can of 5 liters capacity and filled petrol in that can, from the same pump which is supposed to be put into my car and the meter started running. This was well noticed by a fellow car in mate, which is also waiting to fill petrol and came out and intimated to me. When i reached the petrol pump, that can was full of petrol from that same pump

                  A1 said that “ one driver wanted petrol very urgently and hence he reset the petrol pump meter and filled and again reset to put petrol in my car”

                  Now, as per the pump meter, it showed 49.30 liters and price 3693.06

                  When we enquired and summoned the manager, they agreed to put the petrol from that can again into my car and as all the surrounding public raised the issue, the station manager and team asked me to pay rs. 3000/- as against the full bill. Also, the manager called the person mr. Saravanan but did not make any enquiry.

                  I raised the issue with mr. Subbaih, branch manager over phone and who informed to look into this issue and revert after verifying the cctv evidence and other documents. But today morning, 23.1.2018 around 9.30 am i reached the petrol station after speaking to him, but he was yet to reach the place. Later he called and informed that they have sacked the employee a1.

                  Now the questions are:-

                  1. When the petrol cannot be sold in cans, how did that can was filled with petrol? That too, in iocl oil can, which is brand new and claimed to be brought in by an unknown person, who is not seen in the spot or claimed to be fled away?

                  2. If any person asks for urgent help for petrol, should the attendant not complete filling up (My) car which is already under the pump station and then extend the help or is he not trained to inform the current user before taking such wrong steps?

                  3. Why did he used the same pump for filling the can when there were other pumps, even adjacent to my pump was not in any service at that point of time?

                  4. Where was the so called “ driver” who asked for urgent petrol and missing from the scene immediately

                  5. Where is the bill for that 5 liters petrol, if that was billed separately? And it is not found in the pump billing system?

                  6. Why no one was willing to provide the regional manager contact details

                  7. Why did they try to compromise by asking me to pay less by rs. 600/-

                  8. When the entire capacity of my car is only 55 liters - how was that possible to put the petrol from that can to my car about more than 5- 6 liters. Please note, already my car was having 5 liters and as per the petrol station pump meter, you had filled 49.3liters. Which means the car petrol tank is having 54.3 liters and the staffs have added another 5 liters from that dubious can to my car.- totaling 60 liters, when the capacity itself is 55 liters including the reserve portion.

                  9. As per the audit trail of that pump, the last filling was done for 6.67 liters, where in 5 liter can was used to take petrol as per the evidence submitted

                  10. Name and contact details of the owner and regional manager of the company not displayed

                  2. Photos of the attendants, manager and the can with petrol
                  3. Telephone recording of discussions with the branch manager.

                  We need to escalate the mal practice, which may be happening in the past also as expressed by few public and provide the stern action taken against the errants including the concerned officials, and the rectification action planned to prevent the same in future.

                    I was receiving subsidy amount in hdfc bank account few months ago. But now this account is closed. And now i am not receiving subsidy amount and on indane gas portal only hdfc account is showing which has been closes. Due to this i have file an complaint few months ago but no action taken.

                    So please update my new account number and transfer subsidy amount in new account.

                    I have visited agency but they told me they are not able to update new account.

                      We are getting less petrol against paid amount. Today (23/01/2018 @ 10: 10 am) i request to give rs. 200 petrol @ ioc, anjali crossing, paldi, vasna, pin-380007. But they are doing cheating with customer and give less petrol. When i complained to officer then they had check and give extra petrol to my scooty.
                      My problem get resolve but such type of cheating with customer is not acceptable and need to check by ioc.

                        To day at 14:00 hrs i am md. Yakub pasha vehicle no ap 36 au 3129 went to ioc bunk at beside st. Thomas school, rec road hanamkonda. There is no display board about normal petrol and extra petrol i was in line at the time of filling i asked for normal petrol the person who filling the petrol said go that side at that time there were three vehicles. I have gone another side and filled 3 liters normal petrol. At that time i have observed the normal petrol supply cable is bent condition. After that i have taken a bill for 3 liters vied cash bill no 10938 and i went to the supervisor room and asked about complaint book but supervisor/respondent not available and the worker asked about the complaint, i have refused to convey the matter with him. I again asked complaint book they were not provided the complaint book. Due to this reason i am approaching this online complaint. They are cheating the public with out intimating they are selling extra petrol.

                              Cheating complaint at indian oil – panna moti enterprises petrol pump
                              Dear sir,
                              I have cheated at petrol pump on dated 21.01.2018 when i was going to fill petrol in my car renault kwid bearing number mh12 mr4320 at panna moti enterprises petrol pump, near gujan theatre, yerawada, pune

                              When i ask to fill the tank completely of my car to petrol pump operator, he might have not reset to ‘o’ (Zero) before filling the petrol & started filling directly & stop pump immediately & asked me to pay rs. 400/-. After checking the fuel indicator i understood that no petrol was filled. When i asked to pump operator to fill tank completely then you have stopped then why you stopped the filling of petrol then he misguided & told me that he heard that only rs.400/- was to be filled. Then i had complaint about the same to petrol pump manager but he did not respond the situation that strictly & neglected the situation & asked me to pay rs.400/- & i had paid rs. 400/-. I had told to the manager that i will complain about the issue but he just did not bothered about the issue. This is very disgusting & indian oil should monitor this and take strict action against them & arrange to refund the my money of rs.400/-. I am not sure whether this comments are considered but as a common man, this is my duty to aware other from fraud. Anyone can see comments over google.

                                We are complaining that less weight of gas and every time we ask to delivery boy to check the weight of bottle in front o[censored]s but every time he told us weight machine is under repairing and he tell us every time lies actually he is not carry the machine with him. He also not give us timely delivery and behave us he is owner o[censored]s and give us free service. So please inform the distributor to give proper service to the customer.

                                  If you ask for ₹100 fuel
                                  They'll show last filled ₹50 (Which eventually didn't go into your vehicle's tank) and then they'll fill ₹50 and says total ₹100
                                  That's
                                  Black money!
                                  Many people have faced this

                                  I would suggest you to send someone there and ask to fill fuel of more than ₹100
                                  That's when those employees can cheat consumers!

                                    Indian oil pump next to arey road opp hub on highway goregaon mumbai maharashtra while filling cng one of the staff without uniform without identity card diverted my attention by saying your car is heating and he started checking car engine oil and cooling at the same time other started filling cng without showing fuel indicator. My cng was already having half tang on my cng indicator, after he filled he charge me 339 rupees which i am sure they cheated me by diverting my attention. The reason after i asked they said cng coming with lpg mixed that's why reading showing like this.

                                    This CNG pump is a thief, has set the pressure of 200 and has not kept the CNG even and the money has reached near 400, which was already 3 out of 10 kandi CNG in my car and says go complain to the metropolis

                                      This is to inform you that they fill my tank less with petrol than they charge for certain litre.. I filled my tank of rs620 and they charged rs 670 (Indian petrol pump near shalimar circle, niwaru road jaipur) this is third time they cheated on me. Total loss till now of rs 280. They show certain amount in metre and they charge more while swiping card.
                                      I want proper justification regarding this, as i have been cheated thrice i can imagine how many people been cheated on daily basis.
                                      I want justice else i will file a fir regarding this fraud.

                                        I have changed the bank account for gas subsidy from icici bank to sbi. Since i have closed icici account. I went to sbi, indane gas agencies to confirm that i have changed the account for gas subsidy credit. But from last 3 re-fills when i had changed the account, i am not getting subsidy, if i go and check the indane gas site, it is still showing icici bank is linked, if i go indane gas agency they say i must go to sbi bank to modify the details, if i go to sbi they say i have to change it at indane gas agency. I am roaming and struggling from last 5 months. I want to give compliant on both the firms. This proves the government company.
