Dear sir, i had applied for a new connection of lpg indane for domestic purposes with wait list no [protected] which has been released as per sms notification from ik-indane services. But my service provider is not providing me the connection for a long time. When i approached them they forced me to buy accessories from them. When i refused as i already have accessories bought/gifted from past, they said that there will be an inspection of the site. But even after long waiting no one appeared for inspection and i am still awaited to get an essential service as an indian citizen. My service provider is auroshikha listed 7th in kolkata wb lpg service providers list. Please do something and oblige.

Sir, i k. Lakshmana rao, i am the indane gas consumer with number-08883, i was booked the gas on 22.1.2018, booking number is 514064. The company not send the gas still and while i also asked the company but not received it.

The delivery boy not bringing the bills for every time since one year back, if i ask him simply says bills not raised, due to that we unable to know the actual price of the cylinder cost. I also informed to the gas company owner he also not responded.

This is to state that I have a gas connection from distributer AVATAR GAS, Shalimar Bagh bearing no A17531 in the name of Kailash kataria .my problem is I have been receiving subsidy to my bank but from Jan18 inwards I closed my Kotak Mahindra bank account and I visited AVATAR GAS office again and again to change my account details of my new account of YES BANK.but they r not listening to my words, I am senior citizen and cannot go and request them .please look into the matter as 2 subsidies are not reached to my account

Subsidy gas not recd. I have connection in obhrai gas agency connection no is [protected]. I want gas subsidy in my new bank account. Old SBI is closed. Aadhar no[protected]. I have booked gas through ivr of indane gas. My consumer no. Cx14349201, booked date on 22 jan 2018
I have also received cash memo with rs.790/-. All of sudden the distributor was cancelled my booking without reason. And when i called back asked about this, he was telling that it is our regular practice to cancelled the booked gas to all due to change the gas tariff adjustment. Question is how can they easily cancel when the cash memo has generated and went for delivery.

And not even responding the calls always.

If this consumer complaint portal is genuine, you can take the action against them. Or please ignore simply this issue and i will consider your portal is also the same like useless to give complaint instead wasting time.

I am a consumer of m, /s das gas concern karimganj. I booked gas online on 18/11/2017 vide consumer no - cx15785049 sv no 4406723 and after several request got gas cylinders on 1/2/2018. Futher the amount printedin the receipt was rs.859.50 but charged and took rs.900. Every month i get cylinder after 50/60 days which is not as per law and every time i pay excess amount as charged by the delivery persons which is unlawfull. Besides the landphone of das gas concern always remais dead.

Sir, it is my second complaint. Delivery of refilled cylinder is delayed by your staff. His phone remains switched off. This is a repeated tendency. I had also informed the matter to your good office over land line no.[protected] on 30.1.18. It is a matter of concern. Please do needful.

MY CONSUMER NO 17281 NAME : R RAMYA, CHENNAI TEYNAMPET JAYA GAS AGENCIES .Previoulsy up to 45 days( up to 2 months before) i have used the cylinder for the past ten years. I want to know the actual weight of the cylinder before delivery to me.

but last two months only 30 days my cylinder was empty.

pl attend & before deliver the cylinder pl show me the weight of the cylinder both net and gross weight.

As per iocl suggestion i have relinked my account number in bank, yet the iocl website shows the wrong account number which was not mine andmy subsidy amount going to other account
While speaking with iocl no proper response given
With reference to above subject mentioned, i have given my sbi a/c no :[protected] for aadhar seeding in sbi branch, south boag road on 4th december 2017, but in that branch sbi staff entered in account number: [protected] account name :koushik chattopadhyay which was not mine and they have linked in my aadhar number:[protected]
In this case my lpg subsidy amount rs.272.31 was transferred to a/c no: [protected], i was walking to sbi branch-south boag for last 1 month but they can’t able to amend it. I am so feed up in this case. Till now the amount rs.271 was not reverted in my account and the aadhar number was not seeded correctly.

Now i have relinked the aadhar number with my account number, yet iocl website shows wrong account number which was not mine

As per gov from 1st jan 10% ethenol will be mix in petrol as result if water get in the entier ethenol ll become water and set at bottom resulting bike or car stop but this pump is not shoing any notice at all

Sir, i dinesh from surathkal karnataka complaining about lpg subsidy which i am not getting for the last 3 transactions. I am a indane lpg consumer for the last 7 yrs. I have submitted my adhar no. To corporation bank surathkal branch & salian gas agency surathkal as well. I was getting my lpg subsidy amt to the said a/c till last august 2017. On 6th september 2017 i went to airtel authorised agency to link my mobile no with adhar no. The agent opened an airtel payments bank a/c in my name without my consent. Thereafter the lpg subsidy amount automatically transferred to airtel payments bank. I had to go to the agent of airtel to collect the subsidy amt. By cash, which i have received 3 times. Now the hon'ble govt. Barred the airtel bank to receive the subsidy amt. So i am not getting the subsidy amount for the last 3 transactions. (I. E., 7th dec, 26thdec, & 18th dec.) i request you to make needful in this matter so that i can get the lpg subsidy amt get transferred to my corporation bank sb a/c. Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i have been cheated twice on indian oil fuel pump, dehuroad cantonment pune 412101. While filling the fuel these people on the pump they do not restart the process if a person is filling 100rs fuel then the next customer is been fueled by continuing the process they do not make the reading 0. It is very disappointing everytime we have to say to those people to make the reading 0 and fuel the bike.

Bill dt: 25/1/2018 ; booking no [protected] on bill. The cylinder delivered is leaking and the cap has no seal. Why is that we allow such agencies to operate. Are they not getting commission for the cylinder we buy. We are paying taxes for such services too, why is that the sales officers handling such agencies are blind. Are they involved along with such agencies supporting such supplies.

The delivery boy delivered the cylinder on 26 january 2018 at 01:30pm and cylinder total cost was 713rs the delivery boy asking for 730rs if i asked him for the same he is saying delivery charges as per my knowledge cylinder delivery is free. And also delivery boy is arguing with me. And this is not a first time he is asking for tips. And i want my reaming amount back otherwise i will take this issue to consumer court i want this issue should sorted as soon as

I made a booking for delivery of gas refill from the gas agency on 16th jan 2018. The booking no was given as 136. It was told that the refill will be delivered within two days however inspite of the gas agency being just 3km from my house the gas refill has not been delivered. The agency has always issues with delivery as the other agencies provide the gas well in time. Being a cold place with temperatures going down to minus 6 degree celsius, the timely requirement of fuel is very important. I request you to kindly help us by improving the service or else we have to switch to other gas companies
