My name is ganesh ch kakati, my indane lpg consumer no: [protected]. Refill booking no:498975, booked on[protected], name of the distributor - nabajyoti gas agency, guwahati, assam.
The said agency has not yet delivered my cylinder. I have been inquiring through my regd mobile for the last 15 days or so, every time i am told by the delivery boy that the cylinder will be delivered today. But not yet delivered.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to deliver the cylinder by tomorrow.

Dear sir,
I have book for refill of my cylinder through my mobile number [protected] on dated 23.12.2017. My id is p-12301. And booking number is 374760. But the distributor did not provide me refill pack till the date.
That sir, i do not get my refill cylinder regularly. The distributor is also not informing us about the expected date of delivery for which i am facing tremendous problem. Please arrange to provide me my refill cylinder at the earliest possible.

I am posted in bangalore and using bharatgas connection through sri krishna gas agency, vannarpet... I faces that cylinder delivery boy always demand extra charges something 50rs. Per cylinder. But rule says no need to pay any charge if your house comes in the limit of 5 km from distributer and also delivery boy never deliver at time... Tell me where i can complaint against that type of stupid guys...

I have fill 300 rs petlor from indian oil petrol pump @ velda tal nizar dist tapi

When i see at meter it show 200 hundred rs fill in tank i had informed the guys you didn't zero to meter but they cant listen when my bikes meter show i have less petrol of 180 to 200 i camplain in theire office but none care. Please help for this

I have not applied for any lpg connection but i receive messages from indane about cylinder booking and payment. I tried creating new account from website and when i enter my aadhaar number, i get an error "aadhaar already seeded".
I tried contacting customer care they said go the agency and check. But i dont know from which agency this connection is booked.

One person in our lane, selling indane gas cylinders in black a lot of quantity and he is doing all these things from his home everyday.
Gas agencies are also supporting to that person. He is changing the gas quantity and to other cylinders and quantity is 50 gas cylinders in a day. Take action from higher authority as soon as possible please because gas agency shop keepers also supporting to that person.

I am consumer of indane gas, consumer no 30694 under jayant gas agency lalpur ranchi jharkhand. I booked cylinder on 26.12.2017. My booking reference is 277400. Consequently bill was generated on 6.01.2018 for delivery of gas. But not yet received my cylinder. Pl do needful in this regard.

This type of irregularities persisting as every month.

Booked on 8-1-2018, with nutan enterprises, mangalore.
Today when i inquired though my registered phone no, about the status of refill delivery, to my utter shock i was informed that refill has been delivered on 6-1-2018, that is two days prior to my booking. Who got the delivery on 6th january even though i had not booked any cylinder prior to 8th january?
Name of the domestic lpg distributor:- nutan enterprise, alake, mangalore.
City: mangalore - 575003, (Dakshina kannada district - karnataka).

Please investigate whether there is any misuse of cylinder in my name and also ensure immediate delivery of my indane lpg cylinder?.

I am indian oil regular customer but last few months i am suffering regarding subsidies my distributer shiv indian ahemadabad not giving any information so i am cancelled my lpg now i am transferred my lpg in meghani indian ahemadabad last 7-8 months i am already submitted all documents but still i am not receiving any support. I manish kumar, whose consumer no. Is 144081, had booked refill cylinder (Lpg-gas) vide booking ref. No: 582771 on 10.01.2018. But cylinder was not delivered to me and cash memo [protected] was generated on on 12.01.2018 and massage of same came to my mob. No. [protected]. When i contacted delivery man mr. Yadav on his mob. No.[protected], he told that i will delivered to you on 15.01.2018. When i asked why he had delivered cylinder to other, he misbehaved. Then i told him that i am going to lodge a complain against you. After that he came today morning to my quarter for delivery. But i send him back. This was second time that he had not delivered the cylinder and cash memo of delivery was generated. Before this incident, i had booked cylinder with ref. No. 575744 on 29.12.2017 and cylinder was delivered to others with cash memo [protected]. At that time i warned him not to do again in future. But again he repeated this.
This is my humble request to the esteem authority of the grievance cell that please do necessary action against the delivery man so that this will not repeated in future.

I am a customer of indane gas ltd of ioc, my consumer no is cx 9793278. I got my lpg cylinder delivered on 05 jan 2018. But till dt i have not received the subsidy amount. Request let me know the reason and credit the same in my adhaar linked bank account no please. The cash memo generated by m/s meherangarh gas is [protected]. The inconvenience has started from the last issue of cylinder only. Already i have transferred the gas from command gas agency in visakhapatnam to mehrangarh gas. Since that time i have completed all the formalities required to recd the benefits of dbtl. Kindly cooperate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I am anand kumar jha, a customer of indane gas, i had a cylinder book, but my subsidy amount not link my bank account, then i talked to the indane customer care, he told that your bank is not linked to the aadhar card, because your amount is not coming from bank account, but i have already linked my addhar card to the bank, but there are no updates from indane gas, so i request you to have my last & coming subsidy amount sent back my account.

& again call customer care, he says by mistake you wrongly clicked 'give up subsidy'. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate 'give up subsidy' i want to avail subsidy cylinders. So please deactivate from out of subsidy.

Please update & subsydry amount link my bank acount.
Please help me.

I am manish kumar as a consumer of indian gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor but they told there is no option to change. Pls inform further what can i do to cancel the give up subsidy. Gas connection no.[protected].

I have two cylinders gas connection.
For the cylinder supplied on 1.11.2017, i gave connection on 4.01.2018.
It lasted for 9 days only. I conclude that used cylinder was supplied.
Please take action and respond. I am using indane gas for the past
50 years. I never had this sort of experience. The seal is
Not fool proof and it is easy to fix the seal in used cylinder also.

So i have ordered for new gas cylinder today. Thanking you,

This refers to the above mentioned subject.in this regard, i wish to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased petrol worth rs. 450/- from apna petrol pump today at 7.25 pm. I have asked the concerned filling person to use lock system during petrol filling and the lock should be auto-cut. But i am surprised that after telling this thing to the filling boy he has taken off the lock immediately when the meter shows rs. 450/-, and when i objected, he says that we are used to it and we don’t care. Do whatever you want to do. I asked them to give your number or contact details, but they refused to give us the information.

I have taken your contact details from the wall outside. I have made a telephonic call immediately to you (At 7.35 pm approx.) from my under-mentioned number, but you won’t pick the phone.in my opinion this is theft of our price money & petrol.

I request your goodself to take appropriate action against such employees so that public will not suffer.

Dear sir,
I have book cylender on 1-1-18 with rathwa gas agency. Till i have not received cylinder. I have call many times to them n everytime they tells today came but not received yet. Even their head tells that u have not booked cylinder from april so its ur duty that u have to booked early.in winter delivery is always late. Pls do needful for the same.

I have received one extra reward card from an indian oil petrol pump. I regularly use my card while fueling my car. My card no. Is [protected]. Unfortunately, i have lost the pin no. Of my card. So i am not able to use the credit points received in this card. I will be highly obliged if you send the pin no. Of my card in the following email id.

Purchased fuel petrol on Standard Chartered credit Card for Rs. 2000/- on 02/01/2018. But digital discount on the above transaction of Rs. 15/- has not been credited even after 9 days which is supposed to be credited within 3 days. Bank says they have not received credit from IOCL, Bunk says they can't do any thing about. Please help in getting this amount back in my card account. Charge slip photo copy enclosed for ready reference.

Due to not giving gas tank timely. There is a problem in cooking mid day meals in the government school. Supplier overdraft the amount of cylinder from 40 to 50 rupees in the name of transporting a gas refill. While the distance of the school is 14 kilometrs from the distributor's office and warehouse. Headmaster, govt. Ups dudiya, dist. Pali rajasthan mob. No.[protected], [protected]

We have booked the gas cylinder through tele online booking system (Register ph. No.- [protected]) on dated 08/12/2017 and booking no.- 274167. But till today (11/01/2018) we have not received the same., consumer no.-016683, address - mrs. Debajani talukdar, h/no - 10, banful nagar path, p. O.- sachivalaya, dispur, guwahati-781006.
Kindly look the matter urgently.
