Deactivation of give up subsidy
Forgetfully i register my consumer no.22442 in “give up subsidy” option. But i wants to take the facility of subsidy in my indane gas connection. How it is possible? Please reply me. My details below:

I am receiving indane gas from gopalpur indane vide code no 281051. Last three months i have not received any subsidy against supply of indane gas vide lpgid[protected]. Cash memo no [protected] dt. 25/9/2017 & [protected] dt.21/11/2017. My gas connection no cx 26174722. I have enquired the same form my bank account. Please do the needful action.

I am ashokan k. K, from kerala, i am not getting subsidy from month of july when i enquired about it they told that subsidy went to my nre account n was returned back to i o c account from 1 month i am approaching everyone to clear my problem but not getting any result plz see to this complaint. Sir, i am a consumer of indian oil corporation but i not receiving the cylinder at our home so take the necessary action so that i will able to get it delivered at our doorstep.
Also they are not providing us the invoice and charging extra money from the consumer. They are not delivering a single cylinder to our home and also returning us by saying that cylinder is not available right now when we go to there store.
Please look into the matter

My consumer no. Is cx3347776 with ashu gas service, j-1/161, rajouri garden, delhi (Phone no.[protected] for which booking was made vide booking ref. No.652301 dt. 27.11.2017. Cash memo no.[protected] was generated but the delivery was not sent and a message sent that the booking stands cancelled. The matter was reported to agency. This connection belongs to my mother who is 86 years of age, bed ridden. The cylinder exhausted a few days back and spoke to agency incharge mr. Vinod bhardwaj, and they informed that supply personnel are not available that is why it happened and promised to send the delivery by 5th december, 2017. I am yet to receive the supply of cylinder after ten days of booking. My mobile no. Is [protected], may kindly pursue.

Dear sir i have a gas connection with indane gas agency, m/s surya gas agency, bhind, m. P. Cust no: [protected] name nikhlesh gupta. I booked cylinder, & i got my book cylinder, but subsidiary 300/- not received. Agency said you transfer from other agencies to our agency. And your adhar number show in gujarat. First you d-link your adhar after that come to me.

I called to many times vaishali gas agency, bodeli, district chhotaudepur, gujarat, (My vaishali gas agency, customer no. Is cx[protected] they said me every time, "we will do", but not any response.
Please d-link my aadhar card.

Have lpg connection no. Sr8482 at sriram gas agency, birdopur, varanasi.

But last month (Nov17) no subsidy amount credited in my account while early to nov17 it was regularly crediting to my kotak bank account.

Kindly suggest concern deptt. Authority to pls enquire & credit the same to my kotak bank, all relevant documents enclosed.

I spoke to them but they are not responsible and professional can you please resolve imidietlly

While travelling from delhi to gwalior, we filled rs 2000/- diesel from iol’s authorized petrol station ‘shaheed deshraj filling station’ location (Pp-1, sector-105, noida-201304 (Gb. Nagar) up.

We had not even crossed yamuna express way and were still heading to agra, that our car simply stopped running and started indicating a coil at the stairing highlighter.

I called every possible service station...

This is to inform you that my mother is the holder of the above consumer no.

Since july 2016, she is not getting the subsidy transferred to her account you will appreciate that she an old lady and cannot run around. I am her only child and my husband is posted out of kolkata.

Please look into this and kindly do the needful.

I have booked a gas on 22 nov 2017.. Thinking that my existing gas will become empty by few days... But it is still not empty... When the delivery boy came to my house two days back.. I informed him to cancel the booking bcz my existing gas is not empty.. Today he again came and forced me to give the half filled gas and take the new one... When i asked him to cancel it.. He said my connection will be blocked if i don't take this gas (This is my second gas in the 6month period)...
What i should do now?

I had filled fuel for my innova car that have only 55 litres tank capacity. Although there was already quarter tank fuel left, these guys filled fuel for 60.36 ltr and when asked they saying they cant do anything and told do whatever you want. The so called owner of the bunk is so arrogant and infact had a kind of threatening voice while raised the concern on how can a 55 litres tank can consume 60 lts of fuel. I filled for complete top up including my quarter tank fuel.

When i search to know my previous subsidy details by clicking on give up subsidy option wrongly i have activate give up subsidy option after that i am not eligible to take susidy. But i want for subsidy. So kindly deactivate my give up subsidy option because i am very poor person and i am a bpl consumer.

Non receipt of subsidy after april'17. It was suggested by customer care, to update aadhar card with bank but it was already updated. As earlier, the subsidy was credited in the same acount. Now, for last 6-7 months no subsidy has been credited into my account
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to release the pending subsidy.

Have lpg connection no. 2005467 at utkarsh gas agency, bhramaputra, ahmedabad.

But since last three years no subsidy amount credited in my account already provided all formalities.
When i visit the gas agency they told that your subsidy is being credited in kotak bank. I don't have account with this bank.

Kindly advice appropriate authority to recover the amount from kotak bank and pass the credit to my account already provided to utkarsh gas agency copy of all relevant documents enclosed.

I have gas connection 2005467 with utkarsh gas agency behrampura ahmedabad but since last three years i have not received any subsidy in my bank account when i contacted utkarsh gas agency they told your subsidy is being credited to kotak bank but i don't have any account with this bank
Kindly advice the utkarsh gas agency to recover the amount and credit to my account already provided to them.

Earlier subsidy used to be credited with proper bank a/c xxxxxxxxxxx333, but for the last 2 refills made vide bill nos.[protected]/dt08/11/2017 and [protected]/dt. 21/11/2017 subsidy is not credited to mentioned a/c whereas i am receiving sms on my registered phone that amt of rs. 232.02/dt. 14/11/2017 and ra.232.02/27/11/2017 is credited to a/c no. Xxxx9898 which i had never requested for change nor i have any such detail with me. Pls verify facts at your end and rectify the mistake.

Dear sir/mam,
On 27-nov-2017, i went to fill up petrol in indian oil petrol bunk. I asked the staff to fill up the tank to full. He initially filled only for rs.200 (Rs201.50 to be precise) manually, & said it's done. I told him that i had told him to fill the tank and in reply he said that he heard it to fill up for rs.200 only. When i told him to continue with the filling he went near the machine and pretended that he was pressing some button and immidiately he continued with the filling. When it was full the amount displayed in the machine was rs.2100. When i paid the amount by cash the staff said the amount to be paid was 2100 + 200 = rs.2300. I told him that the meter continued from rs.201.50 and did not start from zero point.in return he started abusing me that i'm trying to cheat and was abusing my friend who was also watching the meter and told him that the meter continued from rs. 200 only. When i asked him to get printed bills from the machine to check he said only manual bills are available and that too he did not provide when asked for. When the argument extended he told us to leave and asked us to pay only rs.2100. To my shock he pretended as if he was sacrifying rs.200 from his side and kept abusing us still we left.

Such cheap actions have been a continuous complaint from many people and kindly take necessary actions over the bunk.

This is to inform you about our dissatisfaction at the above mentioned ioc patrol pump, sector 7, rohini, delhi.

Last i used my citi bank card for payment on 10th nov'17 since than i have been told that the card machine is not working, i agreed and refueled from somewhere else. Same happening every now and than so i decided to make a complaint and called up you.

The air quality is also in question this pump doesnt have digital air fueling metre and boy does it manual, the ideal air for car tyre is 33pm however when i got it checked from somewhere else it was found 45-46pm. I again complained it to the owner however no action taken.

Today i demanded for the complaint book and waited for 15mins for the same however i was denied by the pump supervisor, said it's locked and can not be provided.

Request you to please look into the same and resolve as early as possible. Please apprise me the action taken.
