I complained so many times but no response with other side. My booking id 897613 cash memo [protected]. But there are no respone always told tomorrow will be delivered but it doesn't happen so its my humble request please shutdown the distributor point and relocate to me the new distributor point

    I am a customer of your indian oil. Boroliarpar (Shapkata), the petrol pump where i fuel the petrol in my scooty regularly. Suddenly 5 to 10 days they don't ensure zero before delivery petrol. Today also the same. When i question to the giver why you don't ensure zero than he wants to kill me. So i complaint you for action against hem. For me and other customer. Thanks.

      Hi this is chitikela. Praveen i have been to "indian oil" "hamsa service station" at new mental hospital road,
      Blr:29 p. No:25539349, tin: [protected] on 10th november 2017 i. E friday.
      I have asked the staff to fill petrol in my bike, the staff had said i need to move the bike to side, i have done it,
      Later to my surprise he says that do i know "kanada" i said no he said that if i do not know "kanada" he is not going to serve
      Petrol. I was shocked to hear that from the petro station staff, i have asked the person to call up his manager, he says he is
      Not available. Later the supervisor had come and he belongs to "kanada" and he started supporting his staff and he was very rude to me.
      How can a supervisor be rude to the customers?
      I was only one and all the staff and the supervisor where on the other side, they were really careless to me asking me to leave,
      Supervisor says his owner will be coming by 11:00 am how can you expect nobody present to take or talk to the customer.
      There is no one to address the customers.

      I need the explanation from the manager or the higher authority to look into this.

      Finally: "how can staff discriminate the customers based on the language".

      “this is the first time i have come across this how can some body show discrimination towards the customers based on language”.

      If that’s the way then why can’t you just keep an hording stating that at this petro station the fuel would be served only to “kanada” people.

        Indane gas, Ananth gas agencies, HAL hospital Road, Bangalore-560017.
        I booked the cylinder 25days ago, made online payment also.
        Cylinder still not delivered. I called 50times to the distributor, everytime they say, it will be delivered within next 2 days.
        I guess, For prefer delivery we have to pay extra money then only they will deliver. That means here also corruption. After paying 750rs for a cylinder now pay extra 50rs for delivery. If I Don't pay 50rs, they will not deliver it and make false promise that it will get delivered in next 2 days.

        While booking the gas, it says 3-5days delivery. But, that is just to make people fool, actually if you pay 50rs extra to all these corrupted people then they might deliver it 5-10days.

        As usual, corrupted government body.
        After paying in advance also, didn't get the cylinder.

        Is there any government body left corruption free in India? I guess NO.
        I am pretty sure no one is actually going to do anything after seeing this complaint also. Because there will be already lakhs of such complaint for similar issue.

        Still I thought of writing it down here in this forum in an impossible hope.

          The indian oil petrol pump in madhapur near ayyappa society is cheating the people. I have handed over the 150 rupees cash to the operato and asked him to fill for 150rs, holding the cash in hand, he fist punches idle button on the machine for 3 to 4 times and fills for 50rupees first. Then he again acts like mistakenly filled for 50rupees and then fills for remaining, it seems like the petrol what he fill is far less than the other alike hp. It happened to. Me couple. Of times, it is company operated pump and i strongly believe the indian oil has to stop such fraud happening.

            On 31st october 2017 a message was given staying that the door was closed which is not correct i am 76 years old and my wife is always in the house. The delivery man last month threatened me not to deliver the cylinder as he did not get the extra money that he wanted from me. 3 times i reported to mangaldeep jadavpur but all are in vain please note today i took the empty cylinder to get delivery from their godown which mangaldeep refused reason best known to them. Is it necessary to pay more than the actual amount otherwise such harrasment should be there. I can identify the gas delivery man. Please enquire and take step otherwise i don't have any choice but to go to consumer court.

            Cylinder delivered on 9th November 2017 against booking no 407302 dated 22 October 2017. No cash memo was given to me.
            Employees of Ananta Gopal filling station at NH-5, Balikuda, Gopal pur, Cuttack, Odisha filling station are not educated to use our Indian oilXtrarewards card. Other services are OK. please educate them or equipped them to use this card as they use credit & debit cards

              My consumer id is 11725, salian gas agency, surathkal, dakshina kannada, karnataka. I have booked refill cylinder on 21 october 2017. Till today i haven't received refill cylinder. Booking status call says that delivery has completed till 02 november 2017. Then why can't i receive my refill cylinder. They are forcing me to step rti. Please look into the matter.

                      My consumer no is cx 25623838. My distributor is lalmani indane at raipur. I have a booking of 8th october. Until now after repeated reminders
                      I have not got the refill cylinder delivered till now. Everyday i call at the number
                      [protected]. But they say that we will do it. They never do it. They are minting money by black marketing of lpg cylinders. Customers are of no value to them. If no action is taken immediately and the refill cylinder is not delivered we will be pressurised to take action in the proper forum.

                        Hi team,

                        My consumer number is [protected]. I had booked my cylinder on.[protected] and money paid online. They kept on hold the cylinder deliver and waited for price hike. Once price hike happend on 1st nov then they generated the cash memo and asked 95 rs more to deliver the cylinder. When i asked question why should i pay extra money as my cylinder booked before price hike. Then they took cylinder back and told me that they will talk to iocl regarding this but they didnt come back. Please resolve this issue asap.

                        Note: if you dont take any action on this then this matter will go to ministry level. So be careful...

I received sms stating it is registered with ref no: 536141 and refill expected delivery 5-7 days. But until now no further information of cash memo generated for booking.                             Hi sir,
                            I would like to inform you about the unfair games of billing in gas agencies dealers. I booked my gas 10 days before increasing the prices of the gas but they freezed my booking and cancelled the same as they were pre aware about the price hikes, although i got the message of cash memo generation before price hikes and now the cylinder is being delivered to me with the new price hike with a message that due to lot of booking there was a message.
                            But i confirm you that it's not for the first time every time at price hike they do the same. Please look into tha matter and resolve.

                              Today cylinder was cancelled due to customer not found. Yesterday in my house all my family persons available in home.
                              This agency is frequently this type of habbit.

                                  "your distributor has been deactivated from indane.co.in! Please contact your distributor.".
                                  Right now i am in abroad and wanted to deactivate the connection for particular time

                                      I am sabita roy widow of late rabindranath roy booked my gas on 27th october.2017 for refilling. My consumer no 121107. I have got two cylinders. The fact is that. Already 8 days gone. Still now i have not got the refilled cylinder. Every time i am facing the same problem. Bharat gas and hp gas providers are delivering the gas in our locality easily but indane gas provider are always making delay. As a genuine customer i request you to take proper step regarding this matter so that every customer can get their refill cylinder back within 4 or 5 days.

Electrical maintance worker....in substation (Dg plant) the compalint about tha name of r. S mathur :- [protected] this person is torcher every time.... He take a part of our salary for save for our job help us..... Aaane vaale tym m substation yahi rha to indian oil ki ye gurgoan vali site ka plant band ho jaega..... So plz take a action about....
