My consumer id is 11725, salian gas agency, surathkal, dakshina kannada, karnataka. I have booked refill cylinder on 21 october 2017. Till today i haven't received refill cylinder. Booking status call says that delivery has completed till 02 november 2017. Then why can't i receive my refill cylinder. They are forcing me to step rti. Please look into the matter.

      Each time the amount was debited from my bank account but i received error messages from indane portal.

          My consumer no is cx 25623838. My distributor is lalmani indane at raipur. I have a booking of 8th october. Until now after repeated reminders
          I have not got the refill cylinder delivered till now. Everyday i call at the number
          [protected]. But they say that we will do it. They never do it. They are minting money by black marketing of lpg cylinders. Customers are of no value to them. If no action is taken immediately and the refill cylinder is not delivered we will be pressurised to take action in the proper forum.

            Hi team,

            My consumer number is [protected]. I had booked my cylinder on.[protected] and money paid online. They kept on hold the cylinder deliver and waited for price hike. Once price hike happend on 1st nov then they generated the cash memo and asked 95 rs more to deliver the cylinder. When i asked question why should i pay extra money as my cylinder booked before price hike. Then they took cylinder back and told me that they will talk to iocl regarding this but they didnt come back. Please resolve this issue asap.

            Note: if you dont take any action on this then this matter will go to ministry level. So be careful...

              My consumer id no; 00865. I am a consumer for the past 40 years. I booked for the refill on 31 st october 2017. I received sms stating it is registered with ref no: 536141 and refill expected delivery 5-7 days. But until now no further information of cash memo generated for booking. Kindly do the needful and arrange to get me refill immediatly, bharath gas and hp gas supply with in 2 days but where as in indane normally it take more days. Pl. Murugappan.

                Hi sir,
                I would like to inform you about the unfair games of billing in gas agencies dealers. I booked my gas 10 days before increasing the prices of the gas but they freezed my booking and cancelled the same as they were pre aware about the price hikes, although i got the message of cash memo generation before price hikes and now the cylinder is being delivered to me with the new price hike with a message that due to lot of booking there was a message.
                But i confirm you that it's not for the first time every time at price hike they do the same. Please look into tha matter and resolve.

                  Yesterday sunday holiday supplied near villages jambukulam, chinna kampalayam (0.5km distance) but my booking cylinder was not delivered due to not comming to my village (Musal naidu kuppam)

                  Today cylinder was cancelled due to customer not found. Yesterday in my house all my family persons available in home.
                  This agency is frequently this type of habbit.

                  My connection is single cylinder and not subsity.

                    In punjab the petrol pump owners charging more for petrol or diesel in rural areas where people are illiterate so you should check all the pumps what they are doing they are mixing water in petrol many petrol pump conditions are much worst they are not having water and washroom services i also have vedio of one of your petrol station they are charging more for diesel if you want i can send you thanks

                      Sir,

                      I got registered in www.indane.co.in — when i tried for refill booking, it is showing –
                      "your distributor has been deactivated from indane.co.in! Please contact your distributor.".
                      Right now i am in abroad and wanted to deactivate the connection for particular time
                      Please mail the reasons for deactivation. Awaiting your reply soon.

                          I am sabita roy widow of late rabindranath roy booked my gas on 27th october.2017 for refilling. My consumer no 121107. I have got two cylinders. The fact is that. Already 8 days gone. Still now i have not got the refilled cylinder. Every time i am facing the same problem. Bharat gas and hp gas providers are delivering the gas in our locality easily but indane gas provider are always making delay. As a genuine customer i request you to take proper step regarding this matter so that every customer can get their refill cylinder back within 4 or 5 days.

                          My LPG no66451 subsidy amt had been credited to my ac no with Allahabd Bank as per mandate given to Anusha Indane Bangalore.This time subsidy amt transfrd to Airtel Bank without my consent .
                          On 25Aug I had booked gas online payment.Gas was delivered on 6th Sep with increased amt of Rs.74 which I paid. complain no 3259219 with IOCL is pending.

                              Indane gas consumer no. Cx17313356. My original booking no.315210 on 16.10.17. Original cashmemo no.[protected] on 24.10.17 is for rs.675.50. This cashmemo cancelled on 31.10.17 for consumer not found. On 01.11.17 a cylinder is delivered with cashmemo no.[protected] is for rs.769.00. How this is possible. This is't fair dealing.                                 Hi

                                I went with my friend to indane gas distributor, 'panaga indane gas services' for getting new single cylinder gas connection.

                                1) they clearly refused saying."we dont provide single cylinder connection", when i asked reason which said we just dont provide single cylinder you have to take double cylinder connection.

                                2) my friend was in hurry so she applied for double though she didn't need second cylinder. As address proof they denied to accept company's hr letter. (Which is in acceptable documents list on the indane web site).

                                3) only cash is accepted and no card payment.

                                4) for double cylinder connection without stove, the tariff as said by the person was 5000, but the only bill provided was for rs-3050. Even with 2 cylinders refill, at max it will cost 4500. Rest 500 is un-accounted for.

                                  I booked gas on 20.10.2017 with reference
                                  no 627309. On 24th October I received a message that cash memo is issued bearing no [protected] and cylinder will be supplied shortly. Up to 30th october cylinder was not supplied so I contacted Kesar Gas Agencies Guna.They replied that cash memo is issued contact our delivery man now we can do nothing. Yesterday I talked to delivery man at phone no [protected] he replied he has not received any such cash memo. In the evening I received a message that my booking is cancelled
                                  My booking is cancelled?
                                  These people cancel booking stating no one found at home and this happens time and again.
                                  Please look into the matter.

                                    My consumer no. Is 21306. I was receiving my subsidy regularlyin my account no.[protected] with canara bank. However my subsidy for sept. And nov. Is not credited to my account. Instead i received sms stating yjat it was credited to account no, xxxxx076998 which is not my account. Pl investigate and do the needfull. My earlier complaint in this regard remains unanswered.
