Hello team,

My name is hitendra, there is a transaction happened through my credit card on 18/09/2017 with transaction id-74766517261737336194272 having amount of rs 600.00, but i think the amount which its shows is wrong.

Can you please take this issue in priority basis and let me know the exact amount against this transaction id, so that i can claim my money from my bank.

      Hi this is chitikela. Praveen i have been to "indian oil" "hamsa service station" at new mental hospital road,
      Blr:29 p. No:25539349, tin: [protected] on 10th november 2017 i. E friday.
      I have asked the staff to fill petrol in my bike, the staff had said i need to move the bike to side, i have done it,
      Later to my surprise he says that do i know "kanada" i said no he said that if i do not know "kanada" he is not going to serve
      Petrol. I was shocked to hear that from the petro station staff, i have asked the person to call up his manager, he says he is
      Not available. Later the supervisor had come and he belongs to "kanada" and he started supporting his staff and he was very rude to me.
      How can a supervisor be rude to the customers?
      I was only one and all the staff and the supervisor where on the other side, they were really careless to me asking me to leave,
      Supervisor says his owner will be coming by 11:00 am how can you expect nobody present to take or talk to the customer.
      There is no one to address the customers.

      I need the explanation from the manager or the higher authority to look into this.

      Finally: "how can staff discriminate the customers based on the language".

      “this is the first time i have come across this how can some body show discrimination towards the customers based on language”.

      If that’s the way then why can’t you just keep an hording stating that at this petro station the fuel would be served only to “kanada” people.

        Dear sir,
        Re: complaint against office staff posted at pragpur (H. P) of m/s. R. K. Indane gas agency.
        Sir, i am a retired bank manager, recently starts my interlocking tile industry at vill. Suhin. I have domestic connection since 2015 in the name of my sister maya devi which is recently converted in my name i. E. H. R. Dogra in the month of september 2017and commercial connection have since 31.08.2016. I was happy to be a consumer of your well-known brand indane gas, bearing no.[protected]. My concern is about the service provided by your staff, those are posted at your pragpur, himachal pradesh. I am not regular using of your product (Gas) due to less usage, but whenever i have visited your branch, i always met with a bitter experience and feel never honor my request at one instance. Being the senior citizen, i tolerate their behavior since long and always try to sought out the matter amicably.
        But due to recent incident i am forced to complain the rude behavior of your staff posted at pragpur branch. I am the evident of their impolite conduct with other peoples too, which is as under:
        1. People including me requesting to provide them gas cylinder vis-à-vis new connection. Instead to attend the customer first they used to dilly-dally tactics. They don’t bother how far places a customer reached to them. They don’t care about their feelings, time and money spent their on. Quite often, you will have to found them busy in useless gossips, if you able to raid and inquire the facts of my saying.
        2. Previously, i was also evident one of person approached to them around 4.00 p. M then staff told him to come on next day. Today i have done sufficient work.
        3. It is a prestige issue for them to pick a call and response immediately. They work in the office according to their leisure & pleasure. Whenever they want, they pick it up else don’t care. My cell is the evidence of log call at the given office number, inspite of countless calling they do not pick it.
        4. I bring it to your kind notice that how they harassed me. The harassment was beginning from saturday i. E. 11.11.2017. I was in urgent need to get commercial as well as domestic gas cylinder. So, i have to approached them over phone to inquire about the gas in the morning and they give me time to reach them at around 3.00 p. M. At the pragpur office. It was a long distance from my house so, before reaching, i wanted to confirm, over phone, whether gas is available or not. But no body pick my call. Finally, i decide to reach the office. By reaching their they told me gas will be sent to your residence i. E. Suhin on next day i. E. 12.11.2017. I asked to them at what time they will be there. Then they told me, there is not a fix time, whenever our “gas gaadi” will reach they call me.in this process they write my phone number in their register and assured about their task.
        5. Next day you can’t believe since morning to evening i call at office number several time but no body pick my phone. Maybe it was a sunday holiday and if, it was, then they befool me again by their saying. You will be the better judge.
        6. Monday i. E. 13.11.2017 again i tried to contact with them. They told me that
        “gaadi” is now returned to the office. Then i asked that you told me that you will apprise me whenever “gaadi” will there. Then he told now it will be there next time on friday or monday then you will take the cylinder. You can easily understand, how these men deliberately harassing me and you can judge, how they will treat to the other people.
        7. When i asked to complain about them, then they were smiling and asked me to do at whatever place you can. I asked about their names but nobody told me.
        8. Moreover, they never used/shows weighing machine during supply of gas cylinder and previously when i asked to weight the cylinder then staff told me there is no problem, it is ok. I am doubtful some foul play about this.
        9. It is the nexus of staff/deliveryman to do the job according their wish and do not care about the customers.
        10. I never saw staff in proper uniform and with identity card.
        This is for your information how they are dealing with the customers. Kindly investigate the matter and check out these anomalies and curb their arbitrary behavior for the general good.

Jammu mein toph sherkhanian k pass aaj subah mein indian oil k ek petrol pump mein gya maine 90 rs ka petrol dalne ko bola apni scooty mein par jab wo nozzle scooty mein dal k petrol dal rha tha tabhi muje doubt hua kyuki na koi aawazz na hi kuch hal chal aur jab usne nozzle bahar nikali toh ek b drop oill ka nhi gira tabhi maine waha ladke ko bola ki tumne petrol thik se nhi dala aur yeh baat tab confirm ho gyi muje jab lagbag 8 km scooty chalne k baat petrol scooty ka khatam ho gya aur sir yeh pehli baar aur isi petrol pump mein nhi hota balki max petrol pumps pe yehi halat hai... Sir yaha petrol pump waalo ne bhut fraud macha rakha hai khule aam janta ko loota jaa rha hai plzz iss masle ko dekhiye aur aise petrol pumps ka license radh kijiye taaki yeh dobara aisa naa kare

              From this month my con:no: transfered to nelakanteshwagasagency. Smg. Ph no: is [protected]. It is so far from bhadravati, & the refill supply boy demand addishanal amount of ₹ 22/- by force. After supply i enquired in office, office girl answered me roughly.

              I booked Indane Cylinder on 25th Oct with Venkata Sai Gas Agencies in Rangareddi district. For my booking, cash memo was generated on 1st Nov. I made multiple complaints on helpline no & kept waiting. Now I got a message that booking cancelled as door was closed. Everytime they first delay & later cancel the booking with such reasons.

                This to inform you that i md serajuddin consumer no 18259 booked domestic gas cylinder with ref.. No 219360 on 25th of october 2017, i received a mobile msg on 27th of october with cash memo [protected] of amount 665.5 against my booking but when i received the cylinder on 2nd of october the bill was amounting rs 759.5 was produced to me, i was astonished having seen the amount in the bill and msg which were totally different. I asked the delivery person mr. Radhe shayam, he asked that the rates have been increased as per the govt norms.

                Further i would like to know that i booked the cylinder on 25th october 2017 and the price hiked from 1st of november 2017 then please let me know how any why the exceded amount has been added to my booking?

                      Please go through my complaint and respond to my specific complaint which as below:
                      Subsidy amounts for the lpg refils booked in aug and oct 17 have not been credited into my mandated sb account in syndicate bank, jayanagar, bangalore 11. Why? My lpg no is 18800 at sri vinayaka gas agency, jayanagar bangalore.

                      Please refrain from giving your irrelevent reply of crediting into the bank a/c of any third party.

                        Yesterday i filled 430₹ petrol.. The lady who is filling petrol kept me busy by talking... During same time she change reading as 300₹... Then later on only 300₹ petrol filled into my bike...130₹ went into her pocket...
                        Then i asked her bill which is through that petrol injection they refused to give me printed one... Nd asked me do u want hand written bill? (Wtf even i can write anyting on it)
                        Then i talk to some other wokers about such situation they gave me bill from another side.. (As i want bill from that one from where i filled petrol wht should i do with another one) then it shows timing of 9:20 as i filled petrol at 9:52.. (Wht the hell is this)
                        Clearly it's scam man... They earn so much money wherever they get customer who are filling petrol in more quantity... So be aware while filling petrol at higher amount..

                            I sri nitai das, one of the consumers of m/s. Das gas concern under karimganj dist, assam vide c/no-cx13024721 booked a refill, vide ref no-274182 on 04/10/17. But the booking cylinder is not delevered till today after more than one month.
                            Under this avobe circumstances i contacted with concerned distributor several times but every time i have been misguided by the aforesaid distributor.
                            So, i earnestly request you kindly to take necessary action and delever my booking refill at an early date and thus oblige.

                                I am a customer of your indian oil. Boroliarpar (Shapkata), the petrol pump where i fuel the petrol in my scooty regularly. Suddenly 5 to 10 days they don't ensure zero before delivery petrol. Today also the same. When i question to the giver why you don't ensure zero than he wants to kill me. So i complaint you for action against hem. For me and other customer. Thanks.

                                    Indane gas, Ananth gas agencies, HAL hospital Road, Bangalore-560017.
                                    I booked the cylinder 25days ago, made online payment also.
                                    Cylinder still not delivered. I called 50times to the distributor, everytime they say, it will be delivered within next 2 days.
                                    I guess, For prefer delivery we have to pay extra money then only they will deliver. That means here also corruption. After paying 750rs for a cylinder now pay extra 50rs for delivery. If I Don't pay 50rs, they will not deliver it and make false promise that it will get delivered in next 2 days.

                                    While booking the gas, it says 3-5days delivery. But, that is just to make people fool, actually if you pay 50rs extra to all these corrupted people then they might deliver it 5-10days.

                                    As usual, corrupted government body.
                                    After paying in advance also, didn't get the cylinder.

                                    Is there any government body left corruption free in India? I guess NO.
                                    I am pretty sure no one is actually going to do anything after seeing this complaint also. Because there will be already lakhs of such complaint for similar issue.

                                    Still I thought of writing it down here in this forum in an impossible hope.

                                      The indian oil petrol pump in madhapur near ayyappa society is cheating the people. I have handed over the 150 rupees cash to the operato and asked him to fill for 150rs, holding the cash in hand, he fist punches idle button on the machine for 3 to 4 times and fills for 50rupees first. Then he again acts like mistakenly filled for 50rupees and then fills for remaining, it seems like the petrol what he fill is far less than the other alike hp. It happened to. Me couple. Of times, it is company operated pump and i strongly believe the indian oil has to stop such fraud happening.

                                        On 31st october 2017 a message was given staying that the door was closed which is not correct i am 76 years old and my wife is always in the house. The delivery man last month threatened me not to deliver the cylinder as he did not get the extra money that he wanted from me. 3 times i reported to mangaldeep jadavpur but all are in vain please note today i took the empty cylinder to get delivery from their godown which mangaldeep refused reason best known to them. Is it necessary to pay more than the actual amount otherwise such harrasment should be there. I can identify the gas delivery man. Please enquire and take step otherwise i don't have any choice but to go to consumer court.

                                        Rs 760 was taken instead of Rs 665(as per cash memo number:-[protected]) for consumer number:-05200

                                        Amount taken by delivery man of Mangaldeep.
                                        Cylinder delivered on 9th November 2017 against booking no 407302 dated 22 October 2017. No cash memo was given to me.
                                        Employees of Ananta Gopal filling station at NH-5, Balikuda, Gopal pur, Cuttack, Odisha filling station are not educated to use our Indian oilXtrarewards card. Other services are OK. please educate them or equipped them to use this card as they use credit & debit cards
