1 week ago, I filled my bike in Indian Oil Petrol Pump at Tiloi, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, 229309. In bike starting problem occurs, when mechanic attended my bike, he found water in my bike.

Please look into the matter & please do the needful.

It's been a month o[censored]nsuccessful indane gas cylinder booking. Booked on 7th May, we waited for a week but cylinder was not delivered. The delivery boy disconnects the call and office person just asks to again call the same delivery person. The booking was automatically cancelled. We rebooted again on 16th May, same there was no response, . The delivery boy asks for the location but never comes. Again the booking got canceled. We rebooked again on 23 May, paid online but nobody takes the call. After multiple tries, the office person attended and asked me to come and collect the cylinder from the office. When asked why customer should come and collect.. he says its the marriage of the delivery boy. Is this how a indane gas service works? Can you please help get the cylinder delivered.

I had booked a refill on 8 may to local dealer Vibhuti indane Kharsia District Raigarh Chhattisgarh 496661.
But till today 24 may 2022 I didn't get delivery and no help from customer care support also.

In kaithal Garg and Garg petrol pump time management is very poor not even taken care how people standing 30 min to 1 hours in line but management of Sales on both station of cng very poor.

Most time single station running without having issue some time man management problem only single sales man handle one station earlier single handle both side.

Major concern sales manager aware about this not even single time any resolution provided. Even on petrol pump complaint plate deliberately hide. So that no body complaint about this.

[protected] Number contacted and tell him about the concern 3 time but not even any action taken.

I think so Owner is aware about this this is one of the best pump earlier in term of everything in petrol diesel but due to learner sales person at cng station not able to handle properly in compititve world of service industry.

Just to take care/ understand the value of time for others also .

Lpg cylinder is filled with water and the gas agency is not exchanging the cylinder

I was waiting for CNG at indian oil petrol pump sigra varanasi, where the person who was filling the cng was allowing other vehicles who are entering without line, when i objected they misbehave and said that u can wait 5 mins..this scenario is of 8.32 PM at sigra petrol pump varanasi.

Hi i want to raise an compalint against Indian oil petrol pump area Malkajgiri opposite to anutex shopping mall pin code 500047.
I see that they are tamepring meters and fooling people...they are using test can petrol to fill petrol in two wheelers when asked about this workers using foul language.Requested to please take an immediate action

Went to IOC NRC petrol station dhanuvachapuram on 18/05 evening. They delayes to attend me and i am with my family. I asked them to fill my bike and the response from one of the staff too rude. There is no supervisory staffs available in that location.

Refund related issue

i have indane connection no.Cx11323014 with registered mob no. [protected].Today on .09.05.2022 i have recived a text message that a refile was booked and and also delivered.Here want to tell that no such refile was booked by me and also no refile was delivered to my address.

This was happened with second time in last three months.First time i have lodged complaint through toll free no. But did not get any response.

I request you to look into the matter to resolve my issue.

The gas is leaking and we've been trying to contact all possible emergency contact numbers but no one is picking up the calls. An automated voice picks up the call and does not forward it to anyone. Is this how emergency contacts work? Please look into it and reach out to us as soon as possible. We are trying to fix this problem for an 80 year old lady. Kindly do the needful.

When we calling to book a cylinder in managlam...someone(boy) pick the call and not speak properly...misbehaving

Complaint against retail outlet of iocl-baba filling ststaion sighankhed rudawal road bayana.
Ro peroson are doing fraud with everyone infilling petrol in car. Kia sletos has fuel cacapcity of 50l and sales person of ro filled 60l in same fuel tank ( bill is attached for refernce).
Same mistake was done with everybody and nobody is taking any action against this.
Please take necessary acation this.

On 3rd May 2022, LPG refilling booking has been done and invoice generated for INR 965.5 for DAC 9085.

But again today i.e., on 7th May 2022, we received another text message stating invoice generated for INR 1015.5 for DAC 5288.

As you may see, we should have got the LPG delivered on or before 5th May 2022. Why have we received another invoice with higher LPG price on 7th may 2022, while we have already booked LPG on 3rd May 2022 and also got the invoice?

I strictly condemn the change in price of LPG, we will not pay the latest generated amount which is higher than the previously generated amount.

I need proper explanation for such kind of change in the price of LPG.

I booked my refill Domestic LPG Cylinder on 1st May 2022.
On 5th May 2022, I received a message stating that my Invoice[protected] has been returned due to 48 hrs cancellation. I tried calling multiple times to Sphurthy Gas agency, but their numbers are fake or just kept for name sake. I didn't cancel my refill, then how did I get that message?.

Request relevant authorities to deliver my LPG as soon as possible, and stop doing this scam of 48 hrs cancellation.

On[protected], at 6:37am, I refueled my vehicle for Rs. 700 but the low fuel indication was still blinking.
As I returned to check the same, I confronted the attendant who became very aggresive and abusive. Upon this behaviour, I called to the local police station soura at around 6:50am where I was advised to raise a complaint with your good self sir.
This is not the first time that I, and other few know people as well have been the victim of this petrol pump fraud.
I, therefore request you to look into the matter and take strict action the mentioned petrol pump.

I got a message of cylinder booking without booking. What the ### is this if I'm not booking then why message is coming and it says " invoice has been generated for Rs949.5 ..." . I think Angad enterprises is selling cylinder of some consumers in black Market at a higher price. I hardly book 8 cylinders in a year. I don't know what is yearly quota. But surely they are black marketing.
