Dear Sir,

As per discussion with you I am sending you bills copy and diesel image.

Matter is regarding fuel. On 22th June I fill up diesel at Dhaliara pump on Saheed Roshan lal filling station and drive car up to 350 k.m. and than after when iam going Mandi to Sundernagar highway i fill up oil again at Harbans lal and sons petrol pump.
But when iam going to Sundernagar to Rampur Car has takes some problems like : sound and power . After that iam contact with Ford road side assistance and they put my car and drop at Saluja ford service station.
After checking by their technician car has vibration and sound problems, and they are saying that these problems due to bad oil. and it's repairs takes to much cost.So I want to know who is responsible for this loss. You can also contact with Saluja ford for any assistance.
For your kind information I and sending you petrol stations bills and Image.
So Sir I humble request to you please look into this matter

      Respected sir /madam,
      We would like to inform you that the subsidised diesel supplied by the fisheries departement is mostly diverted illegally to petrol bunks and to other commercial customers by the fisheries depot dealers in royapuram, neelangari and kadapakkam (Ecr).
      These dealers have bogusly created subsidised fisherman cards on persons who
      Don’t even possess motor boats.
      As falsely making sale bills on this non – existent fishermens huge quantity of subsidised
      Diesel is available with them, which they sell in black market.
      Almost 60 – 70 % of the alloted quantity is been diverted illegally to the black market.
      We had understood that each day from 02. P. M to 10 p. M. Around 20000 – 30000 litres is been illegally sold by these dealers, forwhich they load the subsidised diesel drums in delivery vans from their depot making sale bills on the name of the bogus fishermen cards and store in their unauthorised storage places near to the depot and in the late hours load the subsidised diesel to petrol bunk dealer’s tankers.
      And also sometimes they directly deliver the drums from fisheries depot to the petrol bunks, as captured in the attached / enclosed pictures. (Neelankarai – ecr-)

      1. The delivery van being loaded with subsidised diesel from neelangari
      Fisheries hpcl depot. (Near to brown tree signal)
      2. On ecr road taking left from the mosque (Ecr) towards periyar salai, (Karim nagar)
      3. On the canal road towards omr
      4. On omr u turn at apollo hospital junction (Omr)


      5. Reached the petrol bunk and the subsidised fisheries department diesel being unloaded.
      6. Kadapakkam fisheries diesel pump pictures.

      (The delivery van registration no : tn11 w 3679 is not a public carrier vehicle, it is used
      Pecifically by the fisheries department dealer to deliver diesel to fishermen.)
      Due to this illegal business activity of these fisheries depot dealers and certain petrol bunk dealers the business of other genuine dealers are getting affected.
      As from these three fisheries depots around 60000 – 70000 litres is supplied to the petrol
      Bunks in and around chennai city.
      We had put our best efforts to track their activities and get this evidence of the fisheries
      Depot delivery van transporting the subsidised diesel to the petrol bunk.
      So we kindly request you to take strict action against these activities and restrict the
      Diversion of subsidised diesel.

        With due respect and humble submission that i beg to lay down the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please.

        2. It is intimated that LPG Connection bearing Consumer No [protected] stands sanctioned in favour of my father namely Sh Swami Raj Sharma S/O Late Sh Brij Lal Sharma R/O Galigarh kishtwar by this Agency during the year May 2014 only Consumer book and Termination Voucher was issued to me on behalf of my father after depositing KYC form the said connection has now transferred in my mother’s name Smt Soma Devi due to non linking with adhaar card Since last two years.

        3. When i asked for cylinder and regulator i was assured that whenever serial number come in seniority the same shell be handed over to me.

        4. Since my father is senior citizen running in the age bar of seventies is unable to attend your office time and again, so on his behalf i visited this agency 3 to 4 times during my leave demanding for SB Cylinder but every time I was bluntly refused for said SBC. Now i have been told that instead of SB Cylinder, DBC shell be issued after depositing another Security amount ie existing Rs 1450/- If it is so, then where is my SB Cylinder for which the security amount has alredy been taken, shell be gone this is high handedness of this agency. I am the younger most son of my father serving with army presently posted out of state there is no one in my home who can help my father it is requested to reply me as soon as possible on the above mentioned address so that i can direct a rep to your office for collection of SBC cum DBC cylinders and regulator as i am on my duty cant come to home on leave till Oct/Nov it is difficult for my parents to survive without Gas cylinder.

        5. It is therefore requested that SBC Cum DBC may kindly be issued to my father at the earliest otherwise i have no option to knock the doors of higher authorities of IOC SO office Chandigarh for further enquires.

          My consumer no.is CX2342839 I had booked my cylinder before 1 week and booked cylinder is not delivered in my home But I got msg that your cylinder has been delivered and subsidy amount credited to my account as on dated 22nd June 2016.
          they have blacked my order to some other person.
          I would like to request you Please take necessary action against our Distributor .

          Such behaviour and service on part of the distributor is not acceptable. You may please check as to why such false messages and call are being given to a customer and we want same to M /s Shyam Indane Seva Paraiya Gaya to delivery the cylinder immediately since we are waiting for already booking cylinder and action at your end in this regard.

              I was a regular customer of IOC petrol, always i prefer Indian oil petrol for my car. Recently from one remote area i didn't get indian oil petrol pump and i taken fuel from a HP petrol after that i feel my fuel indicator was not working! Now i am getting proper mileage, so what does it means?! Till that experience i believe Indian oil was it best fuel making company. So as a valuable customer i should inform you about my experience with the Indian Oil corporation. Thanku.

                Today i have a person come to me and told me we are from indane distributor suraksha team. Just see the cylinder and tube after that they will charge the 78 rupees each cylinder.
                I don't know this correct or not.

                Please send me the notification by email or mobile alert, any service person you are sending the houses. Then we can stop any fraud persons by the name of indane.

                      Our account is showing wrongly the we 'opted out of subsidy option'. We don't know why it is activated. We never tried doing so. Earlier we were getting subsidy on my bank account. From march month on words we are not getting subsidy.                         Hello.
                        I am B.S. ADHIKARI, iam living in Chhattisgarh, korba my gas dealer is korba gas agency, my id no is 18657 and my kyc no is 10526. iam having indane household gas in my house, though I have been taking cylinders for many years now, earlier I use to take cylinders by myself, but due to some unforeseen circumstances iam not able to do soo, I have approached to the dealer he refused stating that my area doesn't fall in his area, though the showroom is hardly 2 km. from my house, eventually my friend also happens to be the regional manager of the region came to know about it after his request the cylinder was delivered 2 times, again the situation is same.
                        we were not at home couple of times when cylinder was being delivered so now he is refusing to deliver the cylinder.
                        please help me to overcome this situation, as the dealer is very arrogant and his reasons are not valid.

                          My indane consumer no is 22397. I requested for indane refill on 14th june, 2016 thru' indane site and paid the full amount online thru' my hdfc credit card. The online receipt has been mailed to my mail id by indane authorities. But the delivery man from the indane distributor "gas & gadgets" was asking for money. When he was shown the receipt, he denied to deliver the gas cylinder and went away.
                          Now i am running short of gas and my survival is under question.

                            They never agree with two cylinder and says that once only if written two also that a empty cylinder is to be returned while taking a cylinder so that makes a two cylinder. - (So a abuse only to the American DG - Samarjit Barman).

                            And their issue is the DGCC written on gas bills by amount in comma to say they cannot charge a American!

                            And all this all the time since 2007 only!

                            - (DGCC - Director General and Commissioner of Commissioner).

                            Hence, a harassment is a case also that I am a HINDU by a code a H 955971 that my passport only.

                              My booking was done for this month and billing amount was inr 576.50 so here the problem starts my distributor always deliver the gas at my door step and never tell me the billing amount today i caught him as i knew my billing amount he has charged inr610 rupees for delwvering my gas every month he does the same things this is a kind a fraud and ypu people never care about this so i did not sign on his bill today i told. Him to return my money he deneied and run away by saying "go and complain i never care about this" this tyep of behavior will not be toilrated by a customer i want you to take action against them and return my money as soon as posible the distributor name is m/s sankar gas service

                                Sir m name is Dr sudeep with adress 5- 1-256 jambagh sunder bhavan hyderabad Telangana 500095. my conumer number s 40097. every time i book lpg gas ill get a message in days that it got delivered. but the gas cylinder will never b delivered in my house. probably there selling in black to some otherpeople. every time i have to leave my work and go to the distributer and lodge a complaint. then he will send the cylinder home i think my distributor is also involved in this racket. my distributer is "siddharta enterprizes"

                                please kindly do the needful because this has become a nuisance all the time

                                My Distributor Name is:Venkatasai gas agencies. I was trying to book the gas refill since last 3 weeks. and they cancelled my booking twice now and my gas at home has been exhausted. They are giving a lame reason saying no body available at home. This cannot be possible as my family is there at home always.
                                We are being suffered unnecesarily. This is happening everytime we book the refilling.

                                This problem should be taken seriously and put an end.
                                Kindly do the need ful.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Yesterday, i went to petrol pump for filling of petrol in my vehicle and found that m/s gunesh india pvt. Ltd, arniyapanth, shambhoopura, distt.- chittorgarh, rajasthan are charging the rs 71.4/- per ltr as compare to other petrol pump are charging rs 69.2/- per ltr, which is approx. Rs 2.2/- higher then to other petrol pump. Therefore, asked to petrol pump owner for charging more prices, then he rudely said that this is extra premium petrol and refused to give any answer of any query and unable to give any answer satisfactory.
                                    I checked the petrol payment bill (Attached here) and also filling pump there is not showing any display of extra premium petrol, which is charging from many days to customer.
                                    Also, tried to give feed-back to ioc site but unable to complaint in it because submission problem in online feed-back site

                                      Kindly note that i am a consumer of indane gas services and my consumer number is 21952 and our dealer is m/s vikas distributors, new town, kolkata. Since i was not available my wife noticed the leakage of gas from the cylinder and immediately my father in law aged 78 years went to the distributors and pleded to help us with a technician who can come with him on the car and after fixing the job my father in law comitted to drop the technician back to the shop. But unfortunately the distributors behaved very rudely and informed that they will send the technician as per the availability.
                                      Now we are unable to use the gas services and in a stage of anxiety as we have no clue when the distributor is going to send the technicians.
                                      Request you to kindly help us in this matter.
