I am B.S. ADHIKARI, iam living in Chhattisgarh, korba my gas dealer is korba gas agency, my id no is 18657 and my kyc no is 10526. iam having indane household gas in my house, though I have been taking cylinders for many years now, earlier I use to take cylinders by myself, but due to some unforeseen circumstances iam not able to do soo, I have approached to the dealer he refused stating that my area doesn't fall in his area, though the showroom is hardly 2 km. from my house, eventually my friend also happens to be the regional manager of the region came to know about it after his request the cylinder was delivered 2 times, again the situation is same.
we were not at home couple of times when cylinder was being delivered so now he is refusing to deliver the cylinder.
please help me to overcome this situation, as the dealer is very arrogant and his reasons are not valid.

My Distributor Name is:Venkatasai gas agencies. I was trying to book the gas refill since last 3 weeks. and they cancelled my booking twice now and my gas at home has been exhausted. They are giving a lame reason saying no body available at home. This cannot be possible as my family is there at home always.
We are being suffered unnecesarily. This is happening everytime we book the refilling.
This problem should be taken seriously and put an end.
