With due respect and humble submission that i beg to lay down the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please.
2. It is intimated that LPG Connection bearing Consumer No [protected] stands sanctioned in favour of my father namely Sh Swami Raj Sharma S/O Late Sh Brij Lal Sharma R/O Galigarh kishtwar by this Agency during the year May 2014 only Consumer book and Termination Voucher was issued to me on behalf of my father after depositing KYC form the said connection has now transferred in my mother’s name Smt Soma Devi due to non linking with adhaar card Since last two years.
3. When i asked for cylinder and regulator i was assured that whenever serial number come in seniority the same shell be handed over to me.
4. Since my father is senior citizen running in the age bar of seventies is unable to attend your office time and again, so on his behalf i visited this agency 3 to 4 times during my leave demanding for SB Cylinder but every time I was bluntly refused for said SBC. Now i have been told that instead of SB Cylinder, DBC shell be issued after depositing another Security amount ie existing Rs 1450/- If it is so, then where is my SB Cylinder for which the security amount has alredy been taken, shell be gone this is high handedness of this agency. I am the younger most son of my father serving with army presently posted out of state there is no one in my home who can help my father it is requested to reply me as soon as possible on the above mentioned address so that i can direct a rep to your office for collection of SBC cum DBC cylinders and regulator as i am on my duty cant come to home on leave till Oct/Nov it is difficult for my parents to survive without Gas cylinder.
5. It is therefore requested that SBC Cum DBC may kindly be issued to my father at the earliest otherwise i have no option to knock the doors of higher authorities of IOC SO office Chandigarh for further enquires.
