In Chittoor Town (A.P), your dealer name Leelasree agencies have its gas godown between residential area, causing lot of inconvenience to the residents with sound pollution and traffic pollution and the godown with cylinders in residential area is dangerous to human life and their properties. so kindly direct the agency to shift its godown to out scirts of the town and save the lives of the residents.

This is repeated concern faced by us and very grave and hazardous nature complain as LPG cylinder in Leakage condition can cause Fire and explosion in the residential premises.

I am a resident of Durgapur Ramkrishna Pally(South), Benachitty (near Rasataka Decorater). Nearby us within our locality there is a illegal gas godown of Bina Indane, INDANE DISTRIBUTOR which stocks all its gas cylinders within the locality. Recently several accidents creates panic among us(including cylinder blast). We fear any disaster can take place at any time if the Godown is not shifted to a vacant place. We are now always living in a fear of large mishap and every person is tensed here.
I have only a request from all o[censored]s here to the respective authority to take immediate steps and move the godown to any vacant area and save us from any imminent disaster.

I am a consumer of Indane gas cylinder and I have booked a refile as on 1st Aug'2016 and today a delivery man was came for the delivery without cash memo and when I asked about the charges, so he told me Rs. 540.00 and later I found about the charges and its Rs. 490.00
And he has not given me cash memo and taken Rs. 540.00

What is this?????

Condition of toilets at laxmi industry agencies, nh5, kalaparu is pathetic. Toilet block constructed by company is not in use by dealer at all and management was giving irregular reasons for the same. They were not even willing to open locks for the same. Another small toilet available was horrible, loghts were not working, latch was not working, improper taps and flushing system. I understand govt. Is even paying extra commission for dealers for maintaining toilets. They are enjoying the same and are not even bothered to upkeep it to minimum extent. I expect penal action to be taken against him as applicable per company rules.

I recently moved to sec 33 went to nearby petrol pump of indian oil at ashok marg, i was a bit suprised to see only few vehicles on the petrol pump near such busy area, no four wheelers were there. A guy on bike was fighting with the employees, which i thought would be some minor scuffle. My turn came and they diatracted me and started meter at 200 something and stopped at 500. I argued why they didn't show it to me same fight started with me.
I tried but theu were admant and they were 4 to 5 of them against me.
Why is indian oil employing such goons, they are robbing the company of myriad of customers crom such a bisy area. It did lose my trust in indian oil also. They petrol pump is more or less idle because they arr infamous. Please look into it.

I want to put into your knowledge that one of your dealer having petrol pump in the name of patnaik gasoline in cuttack-puri road, near chintamanishwar petrol pump, bhubaneswar, odisha sir we are asking him for your bonus card or reward card to issue us from last one year but he is refusing to issue us by giving excuses from last one year that company is not providing any such card or we donot have stock.

We request you to kindly issue the card or reward card to your dealer so that he can serve us better as we are regular customer from since last 10years. We need cards because our daily consumption of oil and diesel is near about average rs.3000 per day.

Yesterday i. E 31/07/2016 petrol price was reduce by rs 1.42 and it was effect on 1/08/2016 12.00am.
Today i. E. 01.08.2016 i have visited ravi petroleum mori ta-bardoli surat gujarat at 8:30 am to 8:50am for feeling the petrol and on that pump i have been charged for same price i. E. 64.47 instead of rs. 63.05.
I have been experiencing many such incident on the same petrol pump.

I amit kumar, consumer no. 16095 has done a complaint vide complaint no.2713642 dt.01/08/2016 regarding shortage of gas in my gas cylinder.
I have done many complaints to gas agency, mathura for shortage of gas in gas cylinder but they refuses to accept my complaint and replied me you should that come and take on your own and not buy from the hawker.
Hawker who is delivering gas cylinder at my area stole gas minimum of 5-6 kg per cylinder every month and they does not carry weight machine.
I request you to kindly take action against the gas agency i. E. Mayank gas service, mathura and hawker name is mr. Om (Mob.[protected])
I hope you will solve my complaint as soon as possible.

I want to enquire regarding my complaint for consumer no.16095 which is registered on 01/08/2016 for Shortage of gas in a gas cylinder. I did'nt get any response and please let me know about days more will the authorities take to resolve my complaint.

I will be thankful to you if any steps has been taken by you against Mayank Gas Service and hawker.

I already complaint to pagare gas agency manager but his not take any action.
Delivery boy living in new gouri nagar indore and people know him as "darshan".

I purchased a a gas connection from indance and submit all relevant documents online with payment of rs.3706.06 from my credit card on 22/06/2016. And i visited prakash gas agency near my home in raipur cg. They are again asking for all papers i agreed but after that i cancelled the new connection request and i told them i dont ant ne connection please refund my amount of rs.3706 and also i have raised service request for the same but there is not any response from indane. I called more that 3 times to customer care but they told us in process. What the hell services if i paid 1 month back and cancelled the request after 2 days after more than 1 month i have not received my refund.
