My consumer number is 011579LPGID:[protected].Refill booked through IVRS .Bill number was also generated [protected] dtd 12.05.2016.Nobody contacted me for delivery.I received a message around 22.30 to day my booking was cancelled for door locked, but the whole day i am available at my home.last week also i booked for a refill and later an information by SMS that bill number [protected] was assigned on 06.05.2016 at 21.15 hrrs and expecting the refill .Me and my wife available at home and no gas vendor called me through phone or in person.To day another SMS AT 0945 HRS the bokking number350785 was cancelled and I was asked to meet the dealer .The agency told me that I was not available at home on the delivery date.It is a lie.Normally the vendors selling the refills to some other persons and giving commission to their agency.The sakthi gas agency VADAMADURAIasked me to book again for a refill.

Service of your distributor is very bad, i booked my refill one time in the month of 7/5/2016 booking no. 900917 / cash memo [protected] dt.12/5/2016 but they did not delivered the refill, they did not pickup the phone, but till now i have still not received yet. Every time are the same problems before 6 months.

I have not clicked anywhere also & not submitted any form for Giving up the subsidy. Kindly correct it from your side. I want an L.P.G. cylinder at subsidised rates only.

        Sub: Complain against delivery person ‘Sanjay’ of Survey Park Gas Service, C-215, Survey Park, Kolkata 700075 for charging more on Gas Cylinder on 11.5.16 from my old ailing aged mother.
        Dear Sir,
        This is to inform you that my ailing and bed ridden mother stays in Flat No 1050/1 Survey Park, Kolkata 70075. On 11.5.16 Survey Park Gas Service delivered the gas cylinder at my mother’s residence through ‘Sanjay’ the gas delivery boy. He was handed over Rs 620/- without looking into the receipt by the 'Aya' of my mother. Immediately there after he left the house without returning the change. When the Bill was checked it was found that the Gas price is Rs 554.50/-. There after he was again called through the local inhabitants and after much persuasion returned Rs 45/- that is he has charged Rs 580/- for the cylinder and has charged Rs 25/- extra for no apparent reason. Not only that the ‘Flat’ is in the ground floor of the building so they do not have to give any effort.
        This type of attitude of the delivery boy’s is continuing and inspite of repeat complains no steps has been taken by the Company and the demand is increasing day by day. I also come across lot of advertisement in the radio where propaganda is being made that we should not pay any extra money as well as the weight of the cylinder should be measured before delivery and so on. However, nothing happens all complain fall in deaf years.

        My gas bill wa Rs. 535.5. I paid the delivery boy Rs. 555.00. But he demanded that i pay Rs.570 else he will take back the cylinder. I called my distributors office and complained of the same. It becomes difficult to handle them, please advice how to resolve this problem. Kindly take necessary action

          When i (Manoj kumar) reached to narwana gas service, narwana (Jind) haryana for booking of a gas cylinder. They refuse my request. I can't book my gas cylinder because my registered mobile no. Not working from last few days.
          When i demand from them complain register, they misbehave from me.

            With your kind attention I Sanjeev Ganguly would like to state that the subsidy of LPG against Consumer No.CX22880931 is not credited to my Savings A/C since November, 2015.I received Rs.128.18/- on dated 19th October, 2015 which was the last subsidy which was credited to my Savings A/C.I contact with my Gas Distributor & Oriental Bank Of Commerce, Nager Bazar, Kolkata(where subsidy is credited).From Both place, I was told that all the criteria is perfect to receive the subsidy.
            So therefore I don't understand that what problem is arrised to give the subsidy.
            Please do needful & solve the problem as early as possible.

              With out any my permission my booking has been canceled today and give the reason "door was closed".
              This type of activity most of the happenes.
              Gas should be deliver through a single message by which we book the gas.

                      I am a food corporation of india (Central govt u/t) employee and departmentaly promoted from bhopal (Mp) to raipur (Cg) during april'16. Further, i have prepared tv from existing bhopal gas dealer m/s saini indane vide tv no.[protected], dtd.6/5/16 to raipur. Today i. E. 11/5/16 i have approached to cited both gas agencies but both has denied to prepared desired sv. It is inform that i have recently residential address at harsh vihar, mowa, raipur which is nearest to both agencies.

                      I have one LPG connection with IOCL. My cunsumer number is 204618.my connection is suspende since july 2015. I already submitted my KYC form about 8 months before but still connection is not being activated.

                            Dear Concern,

                            i am facing major issues with 2 of your gas agencies here in Rohini Delhi.
                            I used to have my connection from Puneet Gas agency in Rohini sec-16 from last 4-5 years, suddenly few months back while booking i got a message that my agency is changed from Puneet to Balaji Gas which is in Sector-5 Rohini, and concerned person told me to contact them to booking.

                            Since then i have atleast 15 times gone to there respective offices but both are not having any records of mine. They are asking for Gas booking slip which we use to receive with delivery, i have explained them that nobody keeps that slip. I have checked personally also i dont have that slip. I have shown them the booklet which i initially got but they are not understanding.

                            From last 3 months i am unable to book my gas, one side our prime Minister is promoting so much for LPG connection on other hand our stupid gas agencies are not providing LPG cylinders to customers.

                                Dear Sir,
                                It is very surprising that the delivery person has reported the door of our house closed
                                though my parents, my wife were very much present in the house.
                                This is a false report given by your delivery boy.
                                I wood like to bring to your kind notice that this is happening every time while delivering cylinder to our house.
                                The concerned agent responsible for delivering LPG cylinder does not pay any attention in spite of our repeated complaints every time to their office.
                                We are simply being harassed and facing difficulties to meet our requirement.
                                Request you to take proper action to stop such false reporting and deliver cylinders to our house with out further harassment.

                                Message dated 06.05.2016 received from Indane office is given below for your reference:

                                Cash memo [protected] of amount Rs.555 generated for booking no. 470398, shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills

                                  M/s gasco agecies has not delivered my cylinder till today after passing a good no of days. I had booked my cylinder against my service con 7457 on 5/4/2016. When i had talked with the owner of the agency he had instructed me to transfer my connection to some other agency which has hurt me because i am an old customer of the agency. Also he had denied to deliver the cylinder urgently. Since here is a delay for more than a month it has given me trouble to maintain my family pl look in the matter.

                                    I am a daily consumer of m/s sulabh indane phulwari sharif patna. I have done my bookings for gas cylinder on 20 march 2016 (Consumer name - shabnam qumar, ref no-410436) but even after repeated calls and warnings there has been no response from the company itself. They have switched off there mobile phones including the vendor mr. Ajay. They are not responding to any of our phone calls and requests. After making the bookings the gas cylinder is scheduled to be delivered in 2 to 3 days but even after 47 days there has been no response and all our phone calls have gone in vain. So i request the forum to look into this matter as early as possible and resolve this issue.

                                      D/Sir, we have been informed by M/s Dinesh Gas Agency situated at Vigyan Nagar - 324005, Kota, Rajasthan that no one can take the delivery of cylinder from their Godown as per govt. new rules for cylinder supply.

                                      Please advise if there is any rules or circular or information regarding this statement.

                                      The Gas Agency is demanding additional money for delivery charges which we don't want to pay it hence we want to take the delivery from Agency Godown.

                                      The gas agency had compulsorily provided a fire extinguisher to me while i have applied for D.B.C.on dt 10/02/2016 .

                                        But they refused to accept my kyc form .
                                        I already complainted to customer care about this issue.
                                        (Complaints no-262564) but there was no reply.
                                        I have attached a photo of new connection order details.
                                        Kindly take necessary steps as early as possible.

                                        with very regret I would like to inform that on last sunday i have purchase a new Vs2 gas oven with ISI marked. But after checking the oven they said oven is acceptable but your bill is not acceptable due to bill is made without VAT & VAT Number if you can submit the original bill with VAT & VAT Number I'll give you the connection otherwise I can't.
                                        Kindly take necessary step as early as possible.
