    Dear Concern,

    i am facing major issues with 2 of your gas agencies here in Rohini Delhi.
    I used to have my connection from Puneet Gas agency in Rohini sec-16 from last 4-5 years, suddenly few months back while booking i got a message that my agency is changed from Puneet to Balaji Gas which is in Sector-5 Rohini, and concerned person told me to contact them to booking.

    Since then i have atleast 15 times gone to there respective offices but both are not having any records of mine. They are asking for Gas booking slip which we use to receive with delivery, i have explained them that nobody keeps that slip. I have checked personally also i dont have that slip. I have shown them the booklet which i initially got but they are not understanding.

    From last 3 months i am unable to book my gas, one side our prime Minister is promoting so much for LPG connection on other hand our stupid gas agencies are not providing LPG cylinders to customers.

        Dear Sir,
        It is very surprising that the delivery person has reported the door of our house closed
        though my parents, my wife were very much present in the house.
        This is a false report given by your delivery boy.
        I wood like to bring to your kind notice that this is happening every time while delivering cylinder to our house.
        The concerned agent responsible for delivering LPG cylinder does not pay any attention in spite of our repeated complaints every time to their office.
        We are simply being harassed and facing difficulties to meet our requirement.
        Request you to take proper action to stop such false reporting and deliver cylinders to our house with out further harassment.

        Message dated 06.05.2016 received from Indane office is given below for your reference:

        Cash memo [protected] of amount Rs.555 generated for booking no. 470398, shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills

          M/s gasco agecies has not delivered my cylinder till today after passing a good no of days. I had booked my cylinder against my service con 7457 on 5/4/2016. When i had talked with the owner of the agency he had instructed me to transfer my connection to some other agency which has hurt me because i am an old customer of the agency. Also he had denied to deliver the cylinder urgently. Since here is a delay for more than a month it has given me trouble to maintain my family pl look in the matter.

            I am a daily consumer of m/s sulabh indane phulwari sharif patna. I have done my bookings for gas cylinder on 20 march 2016 (Consumer name - shabnam qumar, ref no-410436) but even after repeated calls and warnings there has been no response from the company itself. They have switched off there mobile phones including the vendor mr. Ajay. They are not responding to any of our phone calls and requests. After making the bookings the gas cylinder is scheduled to be delivered in 2 to 3 days but even after 47 days there has been no response and all our phone calls have gone in vain. So i request the forum to look into this matter as early as possible and resolve this issue.

              D/Sir, we have been informed by M/s Dinesh Gas Agency situated at Vigyan Nagar - 324005, Kota, Rajasthan that no one can take the delivery of cylinder from their Godown as per govt. new rules for cylinder supply.

              Please advise if there is any rules or circular or information regarding this statement.

              The Gas Agency is demanding additional money for delivery charges which we don't want to pay it hence we want to take the delivery from Agency Godown.

              The gas agency had compulsorily provided a fire extinguisher to me while i have applied for D.B.C.on dt 10/02/2016 .

                But they refused to accept my kyc form .
                I already complainted to customer care about this issue.

                Kindly take necessary steps as early as possible.

                with very regret I would like to inform that on last sunday i have purchase a new Vs2 gas oven with ISI marked. But after checking the oven they said oven is acceptable but your bill is not acceptable due to bill is made without VAT & VAT Number if you can submit the original bill with VAT & VAT Number I'll give you the connection otherwise I can't.
                Kindly take necessary step as early as possible.

                  I have tried to book refill cylinder on 28th April, The amount has been deducted from my Credit card but transaction failed. Website display the error message due to some technical reason and service submitted to distributor. I have filed online complaint (complaint no: 2630886) and i got reply as contact distributor to sort it out.

                  Hello I am Ratnadeep Chudasama from Rajkot, I am using Madhuram Indane Service for gas cylinder, so now problem is i want to cancel order of a cylinder which i mistakenly ordered, i am unable to cancel it via indane ivrs system, even i tried to complaint via customer care number[protected] but my call automatically get disconnected. Please Do the Needful i am unable to cancel an order.

                    I filled diesel in iocl petrol bunk of over 20 litres in domlur, bangalore on 1st of may but the diesel was adulterated with water and kerosene. After driving for 10 kms the car engine started making knocking noise and i had to take the car to the service station where the service manager showed me the quality of the diesel. Due to this nuisance my engine's warranty has been taken away by maruti. The service station guys have kept the diesel for proof. I demand full refund for the diesel line cleaning service expenditure and refund of future expenses for malfunction of my engine or the injectors which maruti will not cover.

                        Hi,
                        I have an LPG car and I use the Garuda Auto Service in Kandivili west to fill LPG Gas. Auto LPG unavailable most of the time. I returned without fuel many times in February, March and yesterday. I’m seeing this trend this year only. When I asked when the LPG Gas will be available, there was no answer as the employees there are not aware. Extremely inconvenient as this is the only Gas pump near my place. Can this be taken with this distributor or can some other Indian Oil pump in Borivali, Kandivili or Malad have the provision to fill LPG Gas. Please urge you to take action to get ride of this inconvenience. Hoping for a favorable pronto response.

                          Dear team
                          I would like to confirm that linked account with aadhar if closed then can subsidy not be transfered. In other bank account which is already linked with aadhar.Since last 20 days i m running after agency that my subsidy yet not credited in bank account but they are not ready to listen me.although i have already linked my adhar number.

                            My a/c no.25291 (Lpg id[protected] our cylender has been booked on[protected], request reference number is 902674, but has not received till now. When we informed in agency (Distributer name:- indrani gas agency, adress:- m-10/80-d-10-a-b shri krishna puram new colony. Kakarmata varanasi, phone number:- [protected], call on last week they say now you have once more 2 or 3 days but after 2-3 days message send that your syllander delevered so now i want to know where deleverd ? Now i want to talk with agency but always busy. So, please look in to the complaint and get get solution as soon as possible and once inform to you our any subsidy is not credit in my account till now .

                              Illegal selling of petrol in plastic bottles

                              Their is an IOCL petrol pump in hebbal which is besides godrej magnum township. last night around 7:00 pm while i was getting my tank refilled i saw the guy was openly selling petrol to his friends in plastic bisleri bottles. i saw his shaking hands with them and then filling up their bottles 2L with petrol. he did it twice while i was waiting in the line.while filling up two guys were continously standing on both sides so that no one can...

                              I Subir Santra is a customer of LPG Gas of IOCL. My IOCL consumer No : is CX-837712. On 20.04.2016 I booked a Refilled Cylinder vide registration no 345450. On 22.04.2016 I received a massage that a cash memo no : [protected] for the above mentioned booking has been generated and the same will be delivered shortly. On the same day another massage has been received by me that my booking stands cancelled due to Door Closed and delivery my be reattempted shortly. In this regard I am informing that from 20.04.2016 to till date my family has not gone any where hence delivery boy has been returned due to close of door is not possible. From 24.04.2016 to till date I met to by deler M/S Ramkrishna Gas Agency, Puratan Bazar, Kharagpur, West Bengal several times to ask the cause of this delay but they told me that very soon refilled cylinder will be delivered. But till date I have not get refilled cylinder.

                                I have a indane lpg connection from the distributor gobinda gas power co
                                Burdwan, my con.No.21174 & lpg id 3 [protected]. I have another connection hence indane lpg supply has been suspended w.E.F.July, 2016.I tried to surrender to the distributor bur distributors system refused to surrender.                                   30/04/2016 gas delivery person came with the cylinder. When he was asked by my mother (Aged) to keep the cylinder inside the house. She absued her and took away the cylinder without delivering it. The delivery man, from venu's gas, mannar (His name is not known, as he want to be called as gas delivery person) is very arrogant and trouble some. This is not the first time he behaved like this. He always ask for extra money . If not satisfy him, he would make excuses for not delivering the cylinder. On many occassions he took away the cylinder without delivering. We had complained about this to the gas agency. In fact we are at the mercy of him. He always leave the cylinder outside and try to delver the most damaged/old cylinder with most of the time without proper ceiling. Please help. As i live outside the country. Baby thomas.
