Dear Concern,
i am facing major issues with 2 of your gas agencies here in Rohini Delhi.
I used to have my connection from Puneet Gas agency in Rohini sec-16 from last 4-5 years, suddenly few months back while booking i got a message that my agency is changed from Puneet to Balaji Gas which is in Sector-5 Rohini, and concerned person told me to contact them to booking.
Since then i have atleast 15 times gone to there respective offices but both are not having any records of mine. They are asking for Gas booking slip which we use to receive with delivery, i have explained them that nobody keeps that slip. I have checked personally also i dont have that slip. I have shown them the booklet which i initially got but they are not understanding.
From last 3 months i am unable to book my gas, one side our prime Minister is promoting so much for LPG connection on other hand our stupid gas agencies are not providing LPG cylinders to customers.
