After the previous complaints against a indane samarjit barman is making this complaint again that i have no gas to cook now so the answer from gas agency is - when it comes and it takes 1 month for all.

So, the following detail by the only llm of the world. -

Dgcc today:-
Samarjit barman today went to enquire his gas cylinder booked on 03/07/2016 by gas booking in telephone to national system at jayram gas agency of him at dharmanagar at tripura north.

Dgcc is the citizen of india 2 only by a id in gas bill’s receipt is a 4 slot only that a tripura has no id only by constitution of india and indian constitution also!

- so, there is no question of any confusion also!

- a 4 slot number is a tsar of america only so a gas is us business only in india!.
- a bangladeshi all in refugee status do not get any gas connection by its’ rules only in india!

O so a gas crisis do not exist only for samarjit barman in dgcc.
O so a dgcc booking is a rule a 1 day only by a tripura police rule only.
O hence, a 4 slot id’s booking is a delivery in 1 hour only and so i booked on 03/07/2016 and today is 21/07.2016!

Rule (A): if tsar come to his own gas booking means a gas is out so a death only now.

Rule (B): a gas is a american so tsar dynasty only first so all bangladeshi is next in que only so a booking in general by a t/ip in a post office also to avoid a conflict so a post office is informed in may o[censored]s in june in 2016 also.

So, it is the ignorant indane management people only responsible so a rule in above is imposed only by ifsc (Samarjit barman).

    Hi indians,

    Fradulent/cheating by m. y. filling station, sy. no. 176, manikonda, ranga reddy, 500089.

    I went to petrol pump to fill my honda unicorn bike. below are the details of fraud.

    Date of petrol purchase : 20-july-2016
    The dealer filled honda unicorn bike (150cc) : 16.49 liters
    Total amount paid : rs 1101.50
    Liter petrol cost : rs 66.79
    Reserve capacity : 1.3 liters
    Honda unicorn total tank capacity including reserve : 13 liters
    Petrol in my bike : 1.2 liters
    Difference : 1.2 (petrol in tank) + 16.49 (by filling station) = 17.69 (total) - 13 (capacity) = 4.69.
    Total liters of difference : 4.69 liters
    Difference in percentage : 36.07%


    I went to the petrol bunk and make sure that the digital meter look zero, requested to fill the full tank.
    I have already 1.2ltr in the tank, but the dealer guy filled the tank with 16.49 liters which is vague, unrealistic, unbelievable and fraud. i requested for machine bill he rejected and gave me written bill. when i requested the bunker how it is possible, he called the local mechanic and the mechanic supported the bunker that the unicorn bike capacity is 18liters even i have shown company specification to them in internet with my mobile. my bike model is 2005, till now it was never happened to me. i requested the dealer to empty the petrol tank and measure, at first he accepted but after some time he rejected and started using abused language and claimed that he is zptc chairman and no need to afraid of anyone and no one can do anything, and when i stood there for long time for justice after some point of time he questioned about my address and tried to threaten me with hostile action, and was forced to pay the amount. please do take necessary action.

        I filled petrol in my sccoty in ioc petrol pump at prakashpur (bhukta), dist-bargarh, orissa-768045.
        When i started from the pump vehicle started giving jurk and there was the smell of kerosene from silencer.
        I removed the fuel and checked to confirm and found that the smell of kerose was clear.
        I visited the pump to complain but they did not accept it. there were other two persons who had bought diesel and also complaining the same and also reduction in quantity. he is mixing and then giving discount of rs.2 per litre which is unethical. who will bear the garrage cost? i had a argument with the petrol filling boy.
        To avoid other people from trouble take action against the petrol pump. the said petrol pump was sealed by police earlier due to the same reason. please do the needful and save the poor villagers from this petrol pump.

          Cash memo for refill request has been generated for the booking reference number - 903023, cash memo number - [protected]cash memo date - 17 jul, 2016. Consumer no:1281508. Received message from indane cylinder is delivered but till date no cylinder is delivered. When contacted chirantani gas agency today morning they said cylinder will be delivered within half an hour. Delivery person came at 3:00 pm and said that he will delivered the cylinder but without bill. What type of fraud are going on??? From his conversation it is clear that the booked cylinder sold to another person. Send my booked cylinder as soon as possible with bill.

                Fed up of your franchise service panwar filling station rispana dehradun. There are full of who think customers are fool. Many times i have warned them. Har waqt chori karte hain. Jab b bolo feed karke petrol dalo they always used to say machine khrab hai. Many times i faced problem like meter not starting from zero and then they used to act like we are fools over here jo fifty ya 100 rupees k liye ladege unse. He is pathetic seriously. Atleast you should give franchise to those who are good. Being a maharatna company iocl must take actions because its about reputation. I am not the only one who is facing such problems. Its just that i am posting it first. Seriously want a response from your side otherwise i have to take other legal actions. Thank you.

                  It happend at indian oil petrol pump at mayur vihar extension behind starcity mall. I asked guy to full fuel tank instead he stopped at 310rs and asked me whether i want to redeem my reward point. Then i said that i didn't say any reward point just fill full fuel tank. He then starts from there itself without resetting reading. So it fills tank till 1730rs and then deduct 2140rs from my credit card. Which means as per todays (18/07/2016) petrol rate i. E. 62.51 it will be around (2140/62.51 = 34.23 litre) where as my car (Wagonr) is not in reserve and fuel tank capacity is 35litre. I complaint about it but he denied to agree on that. I want my 310rs return and made complaint about this type of fraud for future.

                  This happens to me before also with indian oil petrol pump at different place. Indian Oil should take restrictive measure so that petrol pump employee can not cheat anyone which cause defame for Indian Oil itself.

                    I raised a request for indane gas refill on 5th july, 2016. However, i was informed on 12th july, 2016 that your request has been cancelled. I visited the service provider's office twice and they committed that they will provide cylinder but as of now, i haven't received.
                    My consumer number is cx11937658
                    My request tracking number is 210755
                    When i first visited the office they said that i need to change the service provider agency to another area on 12th july, 2016 (7 days after my request). So i requested to provide me the cylinder this time and then i will change the service provider agency from the next time onwards. They agreed to provide me the cylinder. Then i visited the office on 15th july, 2016 and on that day, they said that they will provide the cylinder by today eod but all the requests went in vain.
                    Kind request to you to please take corrective actions and accelerate the request.

                        I had booked gas on[protected] in our indra indane gas agency, puducherry. but we had received the cylinder on[protected], before we had received message door closed at 5.28 pm but before message receiving i made a call to the agency and enquired about why cylinder not yet delivered they replied there is more cylinders to be delivered that's why there is a delay. it is regularly they are doing. then lpg quality is not good and shortage o[censored]sage days also.. usually it comes more than 30-35 days but now a days it hardly coming for 25 days. when we ask about this u can make a check with weight, but we know that they are making technically fraudulence.

                        So, please may interfere in this matter and take necessary action.

                              We have received a expired cylinder against order number [protected]. my family is unaware of interpreting expiry dates and started using it. it is marked with a 16 which indicated expired in first quater of 2016.

                                I may honour to request you that i may bring notice of few lines for your kind consideration.
                                I am serving in indian air force since 19 mar 1998 and presently posted to air force station nal bikaner rajasthan wef 23 may 2016 from air force station rajokri new delhi 110038.
                                I am using the lpg connection of bpcl at air force station rajokri new delhi with two lpg cylinders and all things are normal.
                                I am stand posted out to air force station nal bikaner and issued with transfer voucher (tv) of two lpg cylinders
                                I had applied for lpg connection for on tv at air force station nal bikaner for two lpg cylinders and the lpg company at air force station nal bikaner is indane.
                                Now i am not getting lpg connection of two lpg cylinders due to showing mismatch in cylinders and amount. it is showing only one lpg cylinder here.
                                Due to that only my connection is not getting through and i am not able to got lpg cylinder for may house hold use.
                                Me and my family facing problem and not having peace of mind. so kindly please looks in the matter and do the needful for me.

                                  Sir, refill booked on 9th july. Cash memo generated on 12th july with no: [protected] and booking no: 309513. They simply cancelled booking based on door closed. But door was not closed on 12th, 13th july. Even delivery boy not contacted us on the said dates. How it happens. This is poor and false information on part of agency. We don't know what is happening in the agency. But consumer is suffering. Kindly do the needful.

                                      I have online booked the cylinder on dt 24/06/201 reference [protected], but till date four time bill generated (cash memo number - [protected], [protected], [protected]) but yet not delivered the cylinder at home. when i check it the reason for same it shown "door lock" but it wrongly commented status by agency.
                                      I were present at home since last 20 days. i was in home with family.
                                      This is second time happened with me. last time i were made the complaint. please take the necessary action against the agency.

                                      With reference to below response received from customer care, I would like to say that, surprise for me to see the replied. I think you should closed the online complaint system and there is no need of complaint system if we still have to contact to local agency office as you replied against the my complaint.

                                      Also your area filed officer provided Mob no. [protected] id no been pickup.. many times i have made the call but not answered.

                                      The request complaint not been attended by agency, Therefore we have logged the complaint, but you again refer to local agency.

                                      I am facing the problem since lat 15-20 days, problem is still pending..

                                      I think it is better to write higher authority or consumer forum.
                                      The entire IOL is filled with corrupt employees from topmost to ground level. Iam very sorry to express this way, i am also facing the same .

                                        I'm mrs. sandhya mondal, w/o - late basudeb mondal, consumer no. cx[protected]indane gas), i have not get any subsidy against the last gas slender collected by me on may, 2016. when i reach to my lpg distributor (sarenga gas servise, sankrail station road, sankrail, howrah-711313) for query about my subsidy, their officials do not help me and very poorly behaving with me.
                                        I'm a very poor and widow woman. the subsidy of lpg is very needful to us. so kindly take initiative about this matter and also take necessary action against our lpg distributor (sarenga gas servise, sankrail station road, sankrail, howrah-711313), they are harass many costumers like me.
