      Hi sir,
      Indian petrol bunk situated at nizampet x roads, near jntu, kphb colony, hyderabad. These petrol bunk staff are cheating customers like anything.

      1) there are two people come to you one guy open the cap and another guy try to stand behind the meter showing machine, and the first guy try to deviate your concentration on other topic and when we deviated from the meter, the person behind the machine hit one button, it will jump by 250/-.

      2) when i asked to fill 1000/-, first they will fill 250/-, when i asked, then they will start filling from there, but at the end of the day the petrol is not worthy of 1000/-.

      3) 2 times i caught them while cheating and they were requesting me not to complaint to owner, since they dont have any other job and they were in deep trouble.

      4) even same thing happened to couple of customers, i told them, but they did not shown any interest.

        Name simon jayakumar, indane gas consumer cx18452828.
        Gas booked and cash memo generated on april 6th no [protected]. The agency name is lord balaji telephone number [protected]. Without attempting delivery they have cancelled the booking on 9th april itself saying door closed. While we were very much available at home. When we called and said nobody came they told they will deliver the gas shortly. But without our consent another booking has been made via cash memo number [protected] and giving us the cylinder on 15th april.

        This is not the first time they are doing like this. So i wanted to complain as they may be involved in some practises like this at the cost of the general public.

        I go in the petrol pump pathik indian (idar, gujarat, s.k.), i fil 100/- rupees petrol but not received me all 100/- .

            This in with regards to an Indian Oil Petrol Pump - Rajkumar Service Station located at the IIT Crossing, Hauz Khas.

            Date of latest incident : 15th April, Time: 9:47am

            Below is my Experience:

            This is around the 7th time that this has happened to me at this petrol pump.

            I always get autocut, full tank petrol filled. But at this petrol pump, as they start filling the petrol, by the time the reading comes to around Rs. 300 (Rs. 321 to be specific), their electricity gets cut and they start restart the filling of petrol. Afterwards, they add this extra 300 rupees to the total cost. The petrol filled in the next round (after electricity cut) is already a little more than the normal full-tank cost (at the other petrol pumps). On top of that they claim that they have filled Rs 300 worth of petrol, which is beyond the capacity of me petrol tank!!

            How is it that they always have an electricity cut when the meter reads around Rs. 321! I just spent Rs 2550 for full tank when it never goes beyond Rs 2200!

            On top of it, the employees tell me that if I don't pay the (cheated) money, it will get deducted from their salaries.

            How do I get serious attention to this ongoing scam here?

              My name is dr. Gagandeep kaushal and i have an ioc gas connection no. Cx19163080 with manimajra gas agency. I have been facing problems with this agency for the last one year regarding delivery of gas cylinders. It has been erratic and very long delays in delivery. It is always a cumbersome task to get cylinders and most of the time i have to go personally and fight it out with them. Earlier i went to tel bhawan, sector 19 chandigarh and filed an application to change my dealership to farid gas agency, manimajra but after 15 days ioc again changed my membership back to manimajra gas. So please either change my dealership to farid gas or make manimajra gas mend his ways

              It is almost 15 days cylinder was booked but it is not deliver. I contacted with agency still not yeat received.

                  I had booked cylinder on 4th april 2016 but the cylinder has not been delivered to me even today on 14th april. Seven working days have passed but delivery still not given. Kindly send me the cylinder today because it was promised by indane that delivery will be done within 3 to 4 days and today 10 days have passed.                     I booked a refill through the IVRS on 24/3/16 and was given booking no :667344.also i was told that the refill would reach me in 5-7days.when i failed to receive the refill even after2weeks i tried to contact the gas agency over phone.out of 5 nos given on the gas receipt only one no:[protected] was working.repeated calls and continuous long ringing did not evoke any response from the agency.thereafter i tried contacting them over that one phone no for many days to find out the reason for not supplying the refill but they never picked up the phone.thereafter i called IVRS to find out the status of my booking and was surprised to hear that my booking had been shifted to 1/4/16 and a new booking no:[protected] was given.also i was told that the agency had cleared bookings upto 31/3/16.this same message i am hearing for the last 3-4 days.on 11/4/16 i made a complaint at[protected], complaint no2611349.tili date i have not received the refill.my colleague lives in viveknagar and i have been told they receive the refill in 3-4days.i fail to understand the reason for the delay.if there is a genuine reason i must be informed over phone or by SMS. i request concerned authorities to look into this matter urgently .

                      On 5, 3, 2016 i booked a gas cylinder in respect of consumer no.[protected].Then the i received a message on 2.4.2016 conveying that cash memo no.[protected] dt.2.4.16 has been issued.But the dealer is refusing to give door delivery in spite of successive approach on the ground that he has no staff.This is a common feature of lipi gas service, sambalpur to all most all customers.I being a lady not in a position to collect the gas from the distributor.
                      The refusal of dealer to give home delivery amounts to deficiency in service.For the said act of dealer the ioc & the dealer are jointly and severally liable.
                      In the past also i was never given door deliver.
                      Thus it has been proposed to move the appropriate forum for the deficiency in service and compensation therefor.
                      You may have your say on the matter within 3 days, failing which the matter will be agitated in the forum without any notice either to you or to the dealer.
                      It may be stated that the dealer never gives deliver of gas any customer after weighment.It is a continuing habit apparently for some malafide motive.

                        I have transfered my LPG Cylinders from Chennai to Bangalore. Submitted on 4th of April at Vinayaka Agencies, Kudlu, Bangalore. They said the will deliver the 2 Cylinders on 6th of April. But today is 13th and Still now I have not received the Cylinder.

                        In Chennai the service was very good. So I opted for Indane. But here it's very bad.

                            I am placing my difficulties in receiving the refills though they were delivered at my correct residential address belatedly.

                            I have sent a complaint to the Indian Oil co (Indane) when I was residing at Uthandi that the delivery boys of Vijay Agency were demanding extra money varying from Rs.30 to 40 and the agency was aware of it. I thought the company would take stringent steps in warning the agency and nothing had happened. The IOC itself seems to be actively conniving with the agency charging over and above the refill cost. The practice may not be continuing without the knowledge of the IOC even today. Of all the Indane agencies the VIJAY gas agency could change its address silently from its original registered office at Besant Nagar itself shows the patronage of all activities of Vijay gas Agency by the IOC.

                            I have booked for a refill on 05-04-16 @ 07:17 and received confirmation for “con No CX 829883 was registered with Ref No 277573. Refill expected delivery: 2-4 days”.

                            The main reason for this complaint other than the demand of extra money is that after receiving the SMS on 07-04-16 @15:35 stating that a cash memo no.[protected] of amount Rs521 generated for booking No.277573 shall be delivered shortly, we were awaiting the refill everyday and no one was absent and the door was never locked.

                            On 11-04-16 @ 17:22 a SMS received “Cash Memo generated against ur refill booking No.277573 stands cancelled. Reason: door closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly”. I am very much shocked to see this message as I have been personally awaiting the same and I was out of my professional duties. Whenever occasions arise to go out the refill was placed in front of my residence and the money was given to the neighbor with due instructions to receive the same. In such circumstances the door locked theory is a false one.

                            I understand that already another customer Advocate Ravichandran has lodged a complaint with the Consumer Court after he failed to get the mistakes of the Vijay Agency rectified. The case is said to be pending. The Agency will not reveal the details of carrier boy on his name and his Cell No. and the landlines will always be busy.

                            It may be profitable for IOC officials from this agency but it should also feel the difficulties faced by the public at large. Even at the last delivery we had to pay an extra sum of Rs.40/- over and above the refills cost as others are forced to. The agency is indirectly creating a source thus to share the bounties and pay for the delivery boys as well for which I request to take stringent action against the Vijay Agency immediately. I place my anguish that the IOC may not be silent even after this complaint and may not force me to seek legal remedy.

                            The Vijay Gas Agency should be instructed to inform its customers, the date and time of delivery of refills so that they may arrange for the smooth delivery. Every bill contains the contact numbers and hence it would be proper for them to contact at the time of delivery.

                            Note: After receiving the last message I have to register again for the refill
                            on[protected] itself.

                              There is a gas leakage at my house, i called emergency no 1906 and given below is the complaint details:

                              Your complaint no. 80011 is informed to mechanic of rajhans gas service at 20:47 hrs on his mobile no.[protected].The complaint will be attended within an hour.

                              I am waiting from the last one hour but gas mechanic has not arrived at my home till now. I have elderly people and infant at my home. I called the mechanic mobile no but he is not picking up the phone.

                                On friday, 8th of april (Gudi padwa), two families were travelling on a rented cab from pune to tuljapur for darshan.On the way the driver stopped at tuljapur -nandanwan petrol pump to fill petrol. The staff at this petrol pump was drunk and got into fight with driver. Meanwhile my husband came out of cab the staff came with long bamboo stick and hit him, he dint know the reason for this as well.We esacped from the place asap as we dint have good idea of place.

                                Let me know the action taken on this and please just dont send just a mail with "sorry for inconvenience caused".

                                  I went to fill petrol for my unicorn bike at rajashree petroleum (C no-5/d, 2nd block, 4th stage, btm layout, bilekhalli, bangalore 560076)and i asked them to fill full tank.. There were two guys involved.. They asked me to stand in side of the petrol filling machine(With rude voice). From there i cannot see the meter readings. Within few seconds one guy filled the petrol and the other guy asked me to come little more front to bill. I gave my credit card and then i was trying to see the meter.. Before me seeing that they reset the meter and started filling for the other guy. They billed me for 1000rs(15 ltr).. I was surprised because i never filled my bike for 1000 rs and i checked my vehicle tank capacity and it is 13 ltr and i already had around 1 ltr fuel in my bike . i immediately asked for the bill they gave me a written bill for 1000rs i gave them back and asked him for the machine bill.. They gave me a machine bill for 1000 rs(With 15 ltr ) i started questioning them nobody was giving the proper answer.. I went to their managers cabin.. He was also not able to answer anything.. They accepted that they were cheating and they gave me back 170/rs and billed me only for the 12.57 ltr. Eventhough i got my issue resolved. I want indian oil to take action against them and they should not force people to stand in the side of the machine.. I am not sure how many people they are cheating every day...

                                    I would like to inform you that i am a customer of indian oil corporation for long time and my gas distributor is sikarwar gas agency model town agra.I have book online gas 4 april and i have received massage for delivery as same day . I can pick up delivery only sunday. There is no person in home and i am job person ...Now the matter is my cash memo no.[protected] and booking no is 581881.
                                    I was conversation with yr delivery boy mr .Dharmendra and told him i am not able to pick delivery in middle and my sister exam already continuously running i request him that he will deliver only sunday
                                    Now i called to mr .Dharmendra where is my delivery then he told me yr delivery is cancel so you should re-book your cylinder .

                                    So now my question is where is my delivery and i was already conversation yr delivery boy .
                                    Kindly send me immediately my booking cylinder as soon as possibble,

                                      It's a shame that I chose to go to this petrol pump knowing that they do not fill fuel for the money paid its always less. Twice I felt cheated by them. For eg I fill for Rs 100 I find that only about Rs 40 is filled. N rude behavior from the staff when you ask them why they do this. Very disappointed, since I did not want to argue with them there I am raising it here. Hoping some kind of action.

                                        Today dated 5th April I had very bad experience by petrol filling boy Mr Patil. This person is always very arrogant and suddenly stopped my two wheeler and permitted one of his friends breaking the queue allowed him to fill the fuel. When I asked the Mr. Patil he started shouting on me and started giving threat to me. He was acting like 'bhai' of the area. I had several other incidents about this person previously also and always behave rudely. When I made his complaint to the manager of the petrol pump they also not serious about taking any action against this person.
                                        This is really bad that such type of incidents are happening at IOC fuel station and I request to please take strict action against this person.
