I am the consumer of pandian gas agency, madurai residing at t.V.S nagar. The deliver boy at the time of cylinder deliver asking rs.40 extra. If we failed to pay, they said "we will delay the delivery and will not come for time to service" and they also asking more than rupees hundred for any service complaint regarding. Please take the step against this.

      On 16th march 2016 night on my way from thrissur to bangalore on a very very urgent matter, i filled full tank diesel in my vauxvagen vento car kl 08 av 9360from anidya petrol cafe, dealer, indian oil corporation ldt.kalathode, ollukara.p.o, thrissur-680655 at about 10 pm for rs.2300.after driving about 200km the car broke down due to engine problem on the highway near salem.it was very unsafe place. tamil nadu police petrol later came and took me and my family to nearest petrol station for safety. next day morning we took the car to bangalore piloted by another car.in bangalore i took the car to the vauxvagen authorised service centre, elite motors, bangalore.after 3days scanning they found that the fuel injectors have got damaged.they stated that it was due to impurities in diesel.the cost of replacement and repair is rs.2.5lakhs.we collected sample of diesel from engine and it was suspected to be mixed with kerosene.ireturned by train and on 30th april i again went to the same pump and collected a bottle of diesel and it was smelling kerosene very badly.i immediately telephoned shri.k.n.senthil kumar, [protected], whose name was exhibitted on pumps for registering complaints.he promised to go there and take take samples on the same day and address my grievances.when i telephoned him on 1st april 2016 i was told that he has not collected the sample even.this is terribly disappointing.i do hereby request you take this seriously and pay me the compensation of rs.3 lakhs to cover atleast a portion of the losses and agony suffered by me. k. r. venugopalan.

You may also contact with concerned distributor for getting the refill along with copy of this ecfs print (Image attached). Today (1-apr-16) distributor denied to receive printed copy (Ecfs) (Attached) as closing is in process even not able to provide receipt of same document also no cylinder delivery will be processed. 1) why cylinder is not delivered after advance payment. 2) as per satyam gas agency, asking for cash payment against this delivery and after receipt of online payment it will be adjusted in next delivery, if in 30 days time they have not recd payment how i should be assure of adjustment of same amount in next booking.3) where is my payment amount rs 576.5?

            Dear Sir,

            I have one gas connection wide consumer no. CX25076501. We got one cylinder wide booking no. 200849 on dated-: 15.03.2016.

            We found that cylinder was refill with black water. We intimate to deal M/s Prabhat indane gas service - Mohanpura- Mohmadpur - Roorkee.

            His staff came at home after 15 days on dated-: 31.03.2016 and check the cylinder. He declare that water is refill in cylinder But he demand Rs. 250/- for change the cylinder. This cylinder damage our gas stove. It may be harm of cylinder blast at my home. Who is responsible for this.

            Till now my cylinder not change by concern distributor,

            Please take necessary action or solve our problem.

              I went to indian oil petrol bunk in tirupur. I filled petrol for rs.500 and i asked them to check air. But they said that i need to check the air, there will be no persons helping for that. I asked is there anyone will work for that. They replied "you should check the air no one will be coming". There is no respect for the consumer. Without the consumer satisfaction what the company is gonna achieve? The dealer of that petrol bunk is shanthi agencies p.N.Road tirupur-2.

                Dear sir,
                I have gas connection with chandini gas service. Now we are facing a problem with gas cylinder delivery boy. His name is mr.Rakesh he does not know how to behave to customers. Old delivery boys given cylinder in our floor . But our new delivery boy put cylinder in front of the gate. He says delivery boys put into gas cylinder in front of the gate not in the kitchen hall. Late delivery my consumer no. 17416. Please take immediate action on this delivery boy.

                  My consumer number is 10079 which falls in arunita gas agency sector 47 chandigarh.Gas cylinder provided me is faulty which is unable to attach.I have made complaint on[protected] in morning time which is to be resolved with in two hrs time and they gave me the mobile number of [protected] but this person is giving me assurance of getting it resolved before 2 pm but presently i am calling him again and again but he is not picking my phone.My family is alone and and kids are waiting for the food also but nobody is taking care.Pls look into the matter

                    I did refill booking on 13/03/2016 against booking no. 307607 after 10 days i got sms stating cash memo no[protected] has been generated and get refill with in days. On 28/03/2016 i am getting another sms stating ourr refill booking delievered. but i did not reaceive deleivery.

                    Sir,
                    We myself never closes our house door in day time, that too
                    at a period when refill cylinder is expected.

                      Respected sir/ madam,

                      I do serve in defence and posted in gujarat, my parents reside in hyderabad rural.

                      In august 2015, we took connection of indane gas services, through the agnecy, " agnidhwaj indane services, address : pillar no. 202, upperpally, hyderabad, chintalmet, telangana-5000030.
                      At the time of taking connection, the execute i.E. The manager of above firm said, we can have preferred time delivery on sundays, subjected to extra charge, for which we agreed and deal was made, as all the family members are employees, and mother being gov.T teacher wont find time unless its a sunday.

                      Now, following are the complaints iam riasing against agnidhwaj indane services, as well as indane gas services.

                      1) since connection been taken, it was 8 months and we had only one refill delivery. Since december repeated attempts made for booking through phone, sms, but all endeavors gone in vain. My family members reported the same matter to me.( you will be surprised to know this process..It goes as.We request through sms for refill, after 2-3 days booking number will be generated quoting as within few days refill will be delivered. But after those few days passes, we will get sms as cash memo ### generated against your refill booking number stands cancelled. And it happened 4 times till now consecutively since december 2015 )


                      2) our consumer number is cx`27468591

                      (A) booked on 19th march 2016, got sms as registered number 7084888 to draw refill. On 24 march 2016 sms been recieved quoting cashmemo no., [protected], and our request been cancelled.

                      (B) booked o 25th march 2016, received sms as registered no. 712372 to draw refill, sms been received quoting cash memo ni [protected] stands cancelled.

                      And both the times the reason been given as delivery may be reattempted shortly.

                      And the same drama continues... Even calling to customer care toll free number [protected] found no way helpfull. As they said they are just catering, indian oil, bharat petroleum and one more organisation as representatives and a channell of feed back.But replied as cant do much in this matter, .

                      So i rrequest your intervention as the consumer been harrassed, and proper feedback channel is missing to have from consumer in such a vast business organisation.

                      3) while taking gas connection the executive said, preferred time delivery including sundays can be made, subjected to extra payment. Except indane gas agencies, remaining gas companies are giving this free of cost, but now the agency itself is not on its word. Even for extra payment also they are refusing to deliver refill on sundays.

                      Respected sir/ madam,

                      I have INDANE LPG connection of Delhi. I booked my LPG cylinder on 31/03/2016 by calling on IVR. It was successfully done and i got message that LPG will be delivered in next 2-4 days. But it has been 9 Days now i have not received it yet. I called to Sona Enterprises (Dealer) many time but no one answered the call.

                      This is for your kind consideration and necessary action please

                        My customer no is 28150 with Sri narayana gas agency Pattambi, kerala.
                        I did refill booking on 16 /01 /2016. ref no474463. after two months on 18/03 2016 i got sms stating cash memo no [protected] has been generated and get refill with in days. On 23 /03/2016 i am getting another smsstating [protected] generatedagaist our refill booking no 490837 stands cancelled.

                        Sir, Iam a retired central govt officer, need less to say senior citizen.
                        We myself and wife never closes our house door in day time, that too
                        at a period when refill cylinder is expected.

No. 13416 with m/s malik gas service, delivered on 26.03.2016.In the year 2015 - 16 details of bookings / delivery of lpg cylinders is [protected] on 29.05.15, 35087 on 18.07.15, 38363 on 03.08.15, 71468 on 05.11.15, 88564 on 22.12.15, 93131 on 04.01.16 99058 on 22.01.16 & 111913 on 25.02.16. On contacting the gas agency i am told that it has not been paid as i have already utlised the maximum prescribed limit of 12 cylinders in the year earlier to this delivery.
                          Please let me know the exact reason for non payment of subsidy on 9th cylinder booked by me on 23.03.16 and arrange to furnish me the details of 12 cylinders delivered prior to it.

                              Hi, I have an indane gas connection.
                              Name Varada
                              Consumer number cx3278723
                              Agency is Karuna gas agency, Vypin, Ernakulam, Kerala.
                              I booked my cylinder on Wednesday 23rd march 2016 booking no 608111.
                              A cash memo was generated on Saturday 26th march 2016 invoice number [protected] of ₹527.5.
                              Today 28th march 2016 I got a message saying "The cash memo [protected] generated against ur refill booking no 608111 stands cancelled reason No money. Delivery may be attempted shortly". No attempt for delivery was done for the day.
                              I contacted karuna agency and the agency says it was by system that the cash memo was generated. And the cylinder will not be delivered. I asked them to give me in written the reason for not delivering in their letter head with their seal on it, they refuse to give it.

                              Indian government is giving me 12 cylinders in subsidiaries rate, but karuna agency is not even delivering 6 cylinders a year.

                              This is the details for last delivery of my cylinder
                              Booked on 13th January 2016 references no 594022.
                              Invoice generated on 21st march 2016 cash memo [protected]
                              Delivered on 29th march 2016.

                              I want IOC guys to know why only less than 6 cylinders are provided an year instead of 12. Where are my other cylinders gone.
                              Why is it taking more than 2 months to get a cylinder delivered.

                              Most importantly why is my last cash memo cancelled. And why is karuna agency not giving me the reason for cancellation in written?

                                I am a consumer og indane gas .My consumer no is 6075 with c lal and sons kashmere gate delhi-110006.

                                I have made several complaints regarding gas leakage of my connection and it is still leaking .The person attended said that the regulator is not working and is of burshane gas.
                                I asked them that i am using this connection for the last 20 years and i do not know regarding regulator as in our family there is a connection of burshane gas also . It might be somehow exchanged .

                                The distributer is adamant and is neither replacing the regulator nor ready to sell one .The gas is still leaking .
                                Any thing happens . What to do . Should i file police complaint for replacement as it is hazardous for the public life.
                                You are requested to ask the distributer to replace the regulator urgently.

                                  It is 14 days since I have booked the cylinder and still hasn't been delivered.

                                  Why is the connection blocked and The distributor is asking to produce a copy of aadhar.

                                  The same has been given earlier and even subsidy credited to the account.

                                  This is a perennial problem with Sudheendra gas agency and 3rd complaint in a row.

                                  The lady Amudha who is the representative is rude and uncouth.

                                  Request you to instruct the dealer to provide the cylinder and take action against the distributor,

                                      For the last few months we have not been receiving the delivery of gas cylinders properly. We have to wait for 45 to 50 days from the date of booking for the cylinder. Last month we tried sever times to book online. But all those attempts failed due to unknown issues. For the last two weeks we are living with our relatives for food.

                                        Customer number CX11532033 with Indane agency Shahi Automobiles, Sadar Bazar, Delhi cantt. CYLINDER PROVIDED ON 23 Feb 16. Found to be leaking and taken to office, complaint registered there and taken to godown for replacement. Not replaced and told will be delivered at home. however for one month no response. Extremely dangerous and lax attitude.
